Our favorite spot in Belton. Our family enjoyed meals there at least 2-3 times a week when we lived in Belton. We left Belton over 10 years ago, but the food is just as amazing as we remember. Everything is made fresh, with quality ingredients, and the staff is friendly, and fast! We ordered a few extra items to bring back home with us! Looking forward to our next trip back through Belton.

I love this place! 🤤 You get a hefty size portion if I do say so myself... Prices are very affordable. Sometimes the line moves kind of slow in the drive-thru but they're very popular! Definitely worth every penny and every bite!

we have been here before..the food is great, well sized portions. the people and wait staff are professional,friendly and on top of their game...we finally got to spend some time with our family members. we went on a short motorcycle ride and this is one of our favorite restaurants...keep up the good work (blessings on you all)

The food was amazing. We went in with the after church diners. It was super busy but the food and drinks didn’t take long at all. We had a table of 7 and a baby. My son ordered a hamburger and he loved it. I loved the Gordita, it has chunks of avocado in it. I should’ve ordered some guacamole with it. Can’t have too much avo in a meal. The cocktail sauce the shrimp was in tasted amazing. I could’ve drank it. The steak tasted amazing. The rice had some vegetables in it which tasted good. My baby loved the rice and beans. I was so full when we left, i think our servers name was Roses, she’s very pretty, attentive and sweet. Made out dining experience an unforgettable one. We’ll definitely be back. Oh and the prices are very reasonable total check was under $100 including tip. Love it!!

Best Mexican food since we moved back to Texas! Very good, fresh ingredients used. Love the salsa, lots of cilantro and onion! Mole is fantastic!

Absolutely amazing! My new spot! Steak was juicy and tender, shredded chicken enchilada was seasoned perfectly, burrito was stacked full of flavor. Our check was less than $20!!!!!

The food here is great, I've been eating here since college in the early 2000's and we make it a point to stop by when we drive through Belton. So remember that first and foremost. The restaurant is small and when it's busy (often) there's not enough space. You'll get bumped by waitresses and other customers. It's very noisy, so conversation is nigh impossible, an as there are not enough wait staff so wait times can suck. Even with all that, I still recommend the place and the Burrito Jalisco.

I don't think I have ever heard the word Jalisco before moving to town but to have several Jalisco-named restaurants had us a little confused. You may see a review of one from me previously. You may see a trend. This location is about the same distance for us and it was on the way home for us. The dining area was nice and calm and about 1/3 full as we sat ourselves. We ordered their fajita beef Jalisco burrito, fajita beef quesadilla and drinks. The house salsa was good and we went through quite a bit. Similar to the other similarly named restaurant, they give a good chop to the fajita beef so, when you bite in, you don't have strips of beef dangling from your teeth as you pull back. (Aesthetically pleasing for your dining partner.) From the video, you can see the cheese pull on the quesadilla. Overall, this is another good option for us when trying to break up our comfort food. Another good reason the check it out is the margaritas special ($1.99) on Sunday and Tuesday. Maybe I could have led with that, eh?

I’ve been coming here since they opened and recently it feels like it’s been going downhill with poor service, stale chips and inaccurate orders. The final straw that drove me to write this is their inability to make my favorite burrito (sausage, bacon, egg and extra cheese). The disconnect is their inability to comprehend the extra cheese request… every time it’s wrong with no extra cheese. I even ask the gentleman working the drive thru today to please make sure the kitchen gets the extra cheese on the burrito… once again they failed to get the extra cheese on the burrito… you would think the guy would have realized that if I’m asking him to verify my order is correct, maybe I’ve been burned more than a few times.. in fact this time I think they put lite cheese. It’s frustrating because I know I’m being charged for that extra cheese and can’t get it… I think they owe me at least a few cups of cheese at those point…

The waitress with the strong accent that works drive thru in the evenings has terrible customer service. I ordered a Large Menudo and sat at the window for 15 minutes. I get home and look at my menudo and there was literally nothing in it except boiling hot juice that I couldn’t taste for 45 minutes after it cooled down. Not to mention her sour attitude every time I go there when I’m but polite. They definitely lost me as a customer because of her. Now I know she’s not a cook but I do know that she knew there was nothing in my menudo. It was frustrating because I paid 18$ for nothing!

The waitress had a horrible attitude at 9 o’clock in the morning. I expect better. I do frequent Jalisco’s But the older lady could work on better communication and social skills.My family and I are over the attitude behind frivolous things when ordering it’s not the end of the world if you make a mistake we support and love coming. Yes I like my eggs and tortillas cooked a little longer
