This place is the best! They were able to provide non-branded wrapping for 50+ sandwiches we used for a TV show. Tania, the catering manager, was so amazing to work with and provided exactly what we needed. 100%. Would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend and the food is amazing as always.

I recently tried the lettuce wrap at Jimmy John’s, and it was a great alternative to their regular sandwiches! The lettuce was fresh and crisp, and it held all the ingredients together perfectly. The staff on a Beverly really takes care of the store and the bread is always an aroma of freshness ! I love the turkey Becouse I am always on a diet lol Nelly is at the counter and she is very professional and very caring about the customers I like that ! Not to mention I love the homemade bread and fresh turkey and veggies !

I only give Jimmy John's four stars overall because there isn't a location in the San Fernando Valley. One thing I can say about Jimmy John's that I love more than any other sandwich place, they provide the option for lettuce wrapped sub sandwiches, and that is incredible for people who avoid carbs.

Beverly Hills location Review. Went to this location 30 minutes before closing one day and I was told by a Younger Male that they had to lock their doors early because they ran out of Bread (even though Loaves of Bread were within plain view). Went back the next day after work, ordered the Turkey Sub with ALL the "Freebies"... Got home and noticed that they had only added Peppers (no Cucumbers, Pickles, Tomatoes, etc. had been added as requested). Stay away from this Beverly Hills location on Beverly Boulevard.

I agree with the comments about the poor service at this location. They are incredibly slow on delivery and will not pick up the phone (other than to pick it up and hang up on you or pick up the receiver and just lay it down so you can't keep calling).

Sandwich looked nice and staff was friendly. My sandwich was so smothered in mayo it was the only thing I could taste, had to wipe my sandwich off. Also I am not sure who designed the interior, but there is only one small table in the corner by the door for two if you happen to be in a wheelchair

To the owner (bot) that replies to all of these negative comments - please don't respond and ask that I share my feedback directly with JJ's. It's obviously an ongoing issue, just update your hours so we can get our delicious sandwiches.

Terrible service. Google and yelp say open till 9 arrived at 6 doors were locked and two employees just stared at us from behind the register when we walked up and tried to open door,then just continued their conversation.

Perhaps the worst sandwich and experience I have ever had. I thought I was ordering a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mustard, turkey and cheese. None of the 10 people behind the counter thought to open their mouths and tell me that a "Slimmy" didn't include any of these "extras". Consequently, I was charged $5.50 for two pieces of oscar meyer quality turkey and a bun. It wasn't fit for a 2 year old. When I called the manager to ask where my toppers were, he was unable to do anything about it. Not really the Beverly Hills lunch experience I'm used to. I will not be back.

Do not go here, they are open at completely random hours yet never close their online ordering system. Meaning about 50% of the time during their normal operation hours they just will not deliver your food. I cannot believe this management is allowed to operate.

They supposedly close at 4 pm Sundays when everything online says 9 pm and the employees gave me attitude when I tried to ask why that was the case. That should really be updated before people go out of their way to come here.

He wouldn't even come into the building because he was on a bike and no way to lock it up. I asked why it took over 2 hours to get my delivery and all he said was that they were really busy. No apology. I will NEVER order from this location again. Just wish I had read all of the other bad reviews before placing an order.

I even ordered thru the app, specified a pick-up time, and received a confirmation email only to have my order cancelled fifteen minutes before pick-up. It takes not even ten seconds for me to walk from where I work to this location so I went to see what the issue was. I found the doors locked. And when I tried to get the staff's attention, I was stared at and ignored while they continued to clean. It was obvious to me that my order was cancelled because they wanted to close early.
