I placed an online order and wanted to call the papa John’s staff at this location to ensure that my pizza uses only mozerilla cheese and bake more than usual well done. The person who received my call told me to go on hold and never got back to me. I called again and she told me stop spam calling us we are really busy and again put me to hold immediately. I am not planning to pick up pizza now. I am not sure I will ever order from this location. Update: Added 3 more stars. The location called me and made a new pizza for me including my preferences. Amazing pizza!! I am their loyal customer again.

Stopped in on a whim never been before. The girl at the counter didn't greet us just started telling us rudely about which pizzas they were out of before we even approached the counter. My husband ordered 2 garlic slices to go that were layed on top of each other in a box and were very greasy. He ate half of one and threw the rest out. Definitely didn't make a good first impression of the Papa John's we see commercials of. Won't be back.

By far the most bizarre experience I ever had reviewing a business !!! Visited this location on Tuesday June 15, 2020 at approximately 1PM... Upon entering the restaurant I found it a little strange there were no customers in the store being lunch time and $1 slice day .. The three employees who were visible from the counter were Not Wearing Mask or gloves.. Two of them were preparing food... Absolutely not something you want to see in this day and age... I placed my order and while waiting for the order (4 dollar slices) was approached by male employee whom i'm assuming was the manager... He demanded in an aggressive tone to know why I was taking pictures of his restaurant .... He informed me that it is Papa John's Corporation policy that no pictures are allowed in the restaurant ... I explained to him that I do Google reviews ... This set him off and he got very aggressive and stated "if your going to review my store, you need to inform me before you do it" ... He than informed me that because I was doing a Google review he was not going fulfill my order... No Pizza For Me All Because I'm Reviewing This Location >>> This Was Absolutely A First For Me ... Like what are they hiding that you don't want your customers to do reviews on you ? Than after looking at past reviews its clear why location don't want any more reviews.... I'll return to this location in the future hopefully to review the Pizza ...

Ordered pizza for delivery. After an hour we called to check the order status and it had been sitting at the store for over 30 minutes even though it was marked For delivery and we paid the delivery fee. They wouldn’t refund the delivery charge so we’re eating cold pizza for dinner. Will never order from again.

I went to Papa John’s and I got 2 Buffalo chicken slices, Two sausage slices, One pepperoni slice, Two cheese slices, Then I asked for the receipt, and the receipt said 10.80 but the slices I got came out to $9, so went back in to papa John’s to get my proper slices because I didn’t get my pepperoni slice, and when I went in I got talked shit too, So my mom had to come in it and set them straight. Don’t go here, Worst papa John’s experience, they also discriminate against people with disabilities and refuse to serve them because they put their name on a list.

Ordered a pizza… 9:30pm at night. Followed the papa johns app, and came when it was due. Walked into the store and there was another gentleman in front of me, after nothing was said by the worker I asked the gentleman in front of me if the worker had spoken to him. “No” … hmmmm ok, after another 5 minutes of silence the worker finally comes to the counter asks the name on the order and gives it to him. Asks my name and mumbles something…. I said “what’s that?” Mumbles again…. I see him scraping a dough out of the dough tray so I ask “is my pizza in the oven yet?” And his reply was simply “no”. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, after working in pizzerias my whole sun 30yr old life and managing multiple restaurants this was seriously appalling. Beanie hat kid should work at a car wash, where there’s no customer interaction. Papa johns wanted my review… so you got it.

I had a coupon for a free one topping pizza. I asked to add one topping. The woman on the phone got really confused. "So you want what?" I repeated my order. "So you want two pizzas?" All I wanted was an extra topping. she said that was impossible. I said I'm willing to pay for the extra topping. She said, "the computer" would not let her charge me for the extra topping. I would have to buy a pizza at full price if I was going to go crazy and order two toppings. She then explained to me how coupons work at a supermarket. I asked if there's anyone there at the store who could finagle the price change. No. If it's not on the computer, it can't be done. I called a real pizza shop and got what I wanted. I'm willing to pay full price for less stupidity! This is where we are now.

Called to place an order the first time someone anwser then hung up, attempted to call again the guy anwser said hello , we asked if this was pops john's and he said yes. said we wanted to place an order we said a large pepperoni for pick up he said 27 dollars. i stated it said 21 online for pick up he then said oh yeah it will be 21. then said it will be ready then hung up.
