Can be quite a regular to be honest, wish the would bring back cheesy wedges with bacon but otherwise love the place. Used to order every other day for a month or so at one point and once had a late order that I didn't get a courtesy call for, when I called up to find out it was late and that I should've had a call they told me I could have a some extra food or a free meal. Last time I called it wasn't on the system so I spoke to the current shift manager (David, sound bloke, can tell by his name) who said rather than get the department manager shifting through phone records he'd give me a 20 pound voucher for my domino's account which works with the offers too. Over the moon with the food, over the moon with the service and over the moon with the pizza on the way! :)

Grabbed the lunchtime deal, and it was pretty good. I rarely have a pizza, but it was very tasty and just a nice snack size. The service was friendly and very quick considering there was only 1 person working.

Wonderful pizzas, good see to Dominos consistency across their stores. Thank you folks for a nice dinner.

I placed the order for collection at 3.45. When I arrived at that time they hadn't even started and mumbled something about a mix- up with the order and then started making them. When I got them handed to me at 4pm, no word of apology at all and they turned away so I couldn't even say anything at all. Hence putting it on here. No other customers. They couldn't say they were busy! Very disappointing.

Me and my husband use the app frequently. I placed a large order that was £90, as our oven is broken. The order was Sunday 20th August. The food was to be eaten over 4 days. My husband answered the door and said hello to the delivery driver, he apparently didn't greet my husband back but went on and on in the middle of the street about our £90 order. Saying he was incredibly surprised and "who spends £90 on Domio's". Quite rude, to say the least. We'll be taking a break from here for a long time because of this incident. Food was nice! I'm a big fan of the soy nuggets!

The whole order (both) went in the bin as we couldn’t stomach it and had no time left on lunch to eat it. A lot of money for a lot of nothing. The customer care after making a mistake in a premium service ( expensive) like this should be excellent. In the end I ended up spending £50 and with the money spent I received a voucher for a piza and a side. Gutted!

Ordered via UberEats 13th of June 16:58, chased it up via the app after it missed its estimated arrival time for the status to change to out for delivery. Eventually gave up waiting by 19:11 and called the store. I was told the order had been missed so why it was marked as being out for delivery I don't know. A refund was agreed upon which I was advised would take up to 10 days. Called the store again on the 27th 17:13 as there was no refund. Lady on the phone said she'd have to get someone else to look into it and took my details but got nothing back. I essentially just got robbed of £25.47 so don't think I'll be ordering again.

If I could put 0 stars then I would! Most of the meal was ok if a little overpriced however one part of my order the Chicken Strippers Combo failed to be delivered at a cost of £7.99. Customer Services are far from helpful with this and are offering a voucher. I don't want a voucher. I want a refund. I rarely go to Domino's due to the overpriced food. The only reason I choose Domino's on this occasion was the ability to pay with PayPal! So overall overpriced good quality food (the items that were delivered) but absolutely shocking customer service when they get it wrong and fail to deliver all of the meal!

Ordered pizza last week and paid for stuffed crust, I was then told after paid no stuffed crust so would have to have a standard pizza. I asked about the £6 I have a paid for stuffed crust and was told would be off my next order. As we hardly order pizza I said I would like the money back after been told from the shop they couldn’t do it and they would have to email someone to sort. A week later I am still waiting for my refund. I know it’s only £6 but I wouldn’t get my pizza if we haven’t paid so why should they get my money and I get nothing

Ordered food which didn’t turn up... wouldn’t allow a refund just a replacement- ordered my replacement and was told an hour later that they can’t send it due to not being allowed to my village until after 11pm- ring them back saying can I come to collect it, everything is all good... get there and Rory (who seemed to be the manager) told me I cancelled the order so they wouldn’t give me it or return my money. Finally got the pizza- absolutely freezing cold and tasted terrible.

Just a pity I can't give it a zero ordered some food at 19:37 and the app said it was delivered at 20:45 although no food arrived. Phoned the shop and the bloke said it was just around the corner. Still no sign at 20:55 so phoned back and cheeky git said not much he can do when its out for delivery. Tried calling back as nothing turned up by 21:11 and cheeky git just rejects the call. Risk your money at your own choice I'll be dealing with corporate to get my money back and then deleting the app from my phone. Gone well downhill Still being messed about by corporate 12 of November still no refund but this bunch of scammers claiming they delivered the pizza. Giving them until November 15th or will be contacting the police as this is nothing but theft and fraud. Case completed settled prior to court they paid £214 instead of refunding the £16.98
