I had a great experience at this Mexican restaurant! Francisco was an amazing server—very attentive and friendly. He took great care of us, and we really appreciated his excellent service. We were also celebrating my friend’s birthday, and it made the night even more special. Thank you for a wonderful time!
Nice and relaxing outdoor patio available! Ordered the enchilades with verdes sauce - they are yummy. A very cozy and relaxing restaurant!
It's fiesta time outdoors while listening to a band performing, or inside the long bar to appreciate some very fine tequilas. Fresh iceberg lettuce gives the food an extra crunch and vigor to the dishes. A beautifully decorated restaurant housing two large aquariums, Mexican embroidery art, lush landscaping, soothing water fountains; a kid could get lost here. The house margaritas are refreshing with freshly squeezed limes. An extra side shot of tequila can be added or enjoyed as an accompaniment to the margarita if you have the extra time. This is the place to go for festive-atmosphere-Mexican food in Los Altos, as if you really have many choices.
Nice little patio, we enjoyed our food, I ordered the combo plate (2 Items). My first Item was the Hard Taco with Ground beef(it was flavored excellent and had white cheese and guacamole on top). Second Item was the Chile Verde Enchilada (meat was delicious, moist/tender, green salsa terrific). Rice on side was also moist and light. Felipe was a great server and we will definitely be back soon. 🌯🌮🤠. (For the person who gave two stars review complaining about The Flautas being made with Flower Tortillas, they should know that “Taquitos” are made with Corn Tortillas and Flautas with flower)
The house margarita is absolutely recommend 👍🏼
Very delicious food! Definitely coming back! Also the service is great.
Great service. Great Mexican food. 👍

10/10 food here! Staff are observant and attentive. Small place but the food is amazing. Highly recommend this great restaurant for lunch or dinner. They have a full bar, clean tables and ice cold drinks, even the ice is amazing! Also highly recommend the Honey Chipotle salmon salad. I'm salivating thinking about the dish. Can't wait until the next time I'm in the area to eat here again!
Always delicious food and great service. Very nice patio for dining out even in cold days.
I've been going here for years. There's a lovely garden in the back up t sit. The staff is super friendly. I usually get a combination plate. The chilli relleno is very good. The home made guajija (sp?) is very good. The chips and salsa are very good too.
Good food, indoor seating is limited but they have outdoor shared space for more seating. For vegetarians, know that their rice is cooked in chicken stock. So you can request for extra black beans instead of rice.

Mexican restaurant at Los Altos Ca. The place had live music and we seated at the open .Nice ambience. The staff was good and the child seat it had all the belts buckle were broken. It is expensive restaurant as you coukd see from the price . A small Guacamole is USD 7. Strawberry maragarita was tangy sweet and tasty. Veg Toastda salad (sauted vegetable, rice, black beans served in a flour tortilla shell fresh, guacamole, sour cream, cheese and salsa fresco and ice very lettuce). Vegetarain Burito ( spinach tortillas sauted Martin veggies mushroom zucchini, onions bell pepper red pepper squash, carrots cheese lettuce guacamole salsa fresca, sour cream crowned with Green sauce ) Chile Rellenos( two savoury mild pasilla chiles filed with Montery jack and Cheddar cheese delicately cooked in whipped egg batter with salsa Ranchera on top) Enchilada Rojas ( Two corn tortillas filled cheese topped with sour cream) We ordered small portion for Enchilada and Chile Rellenos. The food on the whole was good . It cost 4 of us USD 100 including Tips
What a lovely little place. We stumbled upon Fiesta Vallarta by coming across the outdoor seating - it's beautiful. A great spot to sit and talk next to some beautiful foliage. The food was very tasty, and the service left you be. Not bad prices for restaurants in the Bay Area.
Ordered the grilled prawn tacos with rice and black beans. The prawns where well cooked, but the tacos were soggy and broke even doubled. Rice and beans were standard. Live music a plus.

A typical Mexican style restaurant with abundant seating, and friendly prompt service. We felt the time elapsed between ordering our food and being served was unusually long compared to comparable restaurants. It was maybe a 30 minute wait, which means you will need more than an hour to dine. The prices like many places in the area were high. $25-$35 per entree seemed typical, where I was expecting $15-$20. Parking is limited, which is just a reality of downtown Los Altos. On balance it was good, and I expect to return again.

The patio is the place to be on warm evenings. That being said, I’m downgrading from four to three stars because the food is rather uninteresting when you dig into the menu. I tried a combination with a Guajillo Enchilada and a Mole Enchilada, both with chicken. I could not cut either enchilada with a fork with the large tough chunks of bland chicken. Beyond that, there was little flavor or warmth in either sauce. The Guajillo sauce looks like cheese sauce, and that’s what it tasted like. The mole wasn’t any better, it looked fine but couldn’t add much zest or flavor to the chicken. I wish they put more effort into their Chicken Tortilla Soup, too. The broth and chicken were great, but except for some overcooked zucchini wedges, there were no other veggies, and the cheese looked like tofu sticks.

The food is perfectly fine, nothing special — and wayyy overpriced for what it is. A plate that should cost maybe $17-18 runs $25+. With drinks, that’s $100 lunch for 3 people. Service was friendly but slow — they seemed understaffed. Nice outdoor patio.

Came for lunch. Food is meh. Service is ok. They are attentive but not on top of things. I had to ask for salt and tortilla chips more than a couple of times. Food is actually MX-AMERICAN food. Lulu’s around the block has more authentic food. To give you an idea, their salsa is very mild, the "tomatoey" kind. They use a lot of American cheddar cheese on their dishes. The "flautas" on the menu are flour : / What makes this place unbeatable is their location and nice patio. But their food is below average.

The food smelled amazing!!! But we didn’t get any. We walked in and before we could sit the guy said “hey you gotta sit outside with the dog.” Not a problem it was a nice day. Sitting outside and I have our 9 week old puppy in his bag trying to I’ve the chairs so we can put him down the waiter says he can’t touch the chairs or anything. I said he’s not I’m trying to put him down and he stands at our table watching. We didn’t appreciate him watching how we moved our puppy so we let him watch us leave. Staff was very rude. Had high hopes for this place smelled great but we won’t be back.
