It's close to downtown. Nice and roomy place, good music last night. There is only one problem. Parking. I think once the city is done with the road construction, parking won't be a problem. If you can Uber or car pool. It's worth it!

Great place to hear sum live bands outside and enjoy a couple adult beverages and sum food. Can take your kids with you so they can run around

Amazing venue with ample space for dancing and socializing. The owners and staff are absolutely attentive and focused on the guests having a wonderful experience. Iconic.

So chill. Family oriented. Beautiful. Owner is so nice and makes sure everyone is good all the time. Heaters. Bug spray. Yummy food. Wine based drinks are great too! Very unique. Love the environment.

Went here for a amateur boxing event. The place was a bit small but accommodated the huge crowd for the event. The on site bbq was great and the lines weren't too long for beer. My only down side was the port o potties. But that was probably just to deal with the number of people here. Can't wait for another event here or just to stop by for a drink. We'll definitely come back here.

We love this place! Also need to send a big thank you to them for allowing us to take a few Graduation pictures. Stop by, have a drink, hear some great music and check out the beautiful inside of this place.

First time coming here and had a blast. The local Artists that were represented at this event from S.A.C.A were all inspirational and down to earth. I highly recommend and appreciate this establishment for what it is.

Had a great time this weekend with Raulito and Ruben Ramos! Music, food, drinks all at a reasonable price. If you’re looking to either have a few drinks, relax or kick it on the dance floor, this is the place! Thanks Jaime! Will visit again and again!

Jaime's Place is THE SPOT for live music, great DJs, great service, and a fun atmosphere. Jaime himself is always out there making sure people are happy and having fun. I can't recommend this place enough. A true gem of San Antonio's beautiful West Side.

Jaime's Place hosted our Lanier c/o 2000 25th year reunion. Our class voted to gather here after the Lanier football game to chat and reminisce our high school days. Got a chance to meet Jaime (the owner). He's a big supporter of Lanier and was very accommodating to our needs. We were able to get enough tables for our group to properly celebrate our reunion, which was great. The DJ was fun. We provided a list of songs and he was able to work those songs into his set. The place itself is very huge and roomy (outdoor venue). Parking is not the best but we managed to find a spot across the street. I hear there are restrooms inside the building, where the bar is located, but there's Port-O-Potties available in the back corner of the space. Drinks were reasonably priced. There was a taco truck nearby, if you wanted food. Overall, this is a nice gem in the Westside that is in close vicinity of Lanier HS. Thank you Jaime's Place for hosting our reunion.

Cute and fun spot for family gatherings or night to just go hangout, cool that you can bring children and food in. The door man and owner are very nice, I think they do a great job making sure people get to their cars safely. Fun environment. Feels like home. No complaints.

Please is good and had a dj at the time we went the drinks are good and the area is outside and the inside is nice also. I highly recommend this place for a night out and some cold drinks. It's a chill place more for older adults who just want to have a good time!

Don't get me wrong Jamie's Place is a real nice place to hang out the atmosphere is really nice especially for being in the hood, But you may want to take in consideration any sold out event or overcrowded event control your drinking because the bathroom situation is VERY VERY POOR, We were there last night for the EZ Band sold out show and we had to stop drinking because of the bathroom situation, there is only 2 Port-a-Potties on that property and the line is overwhelming, I don't know what the capacity was, but there should be a rule on how many Port-a-Potties you should have to accommodate your guest, I'm almost positive & sure that there is a rule or a ordinance, but Mr.Jaime that's not an area you would want to cut back on funds. You got room on that back fence to put 10-15 stalls. I strongly recommend you do that on the next event. otherwise you lost two good clients. Just be a little considerate I'm sure you have your private bathroom inside that building, On the next sold out event midway through the show why don't you go and sit down on one of those port-a-potties & see what it's like and see how these ladies are getting humiliated at your place I wish you well.

We did not eat food at Jaime’s because we had “reserved VIP seating” which when we arrived we were placed in a non VIP near the street which were added after purchased tickets were bought for the special event of Little Joe 85th birthday. My son paid in advance and reserved through event rite on July 11, 2025 first day of purchasing. He bought ViP seating, bought 6 tickets, over 300 dollars. We arrived and we were seated near the street.( Not VIP) Added seating. 😡We were given a verbal the the owner would compensate 60.00 back refund for the issue and he offered shots which were never received… This was my first time going to Jaime’s and I understand it was a big event but if you pay for a reserved spot you should get a reserved spot. My son reserved it on the first day of the event. For the owner to say he would do something then not follow thru is bad business. My opinion he is not a good business man. So, my point is… there are many venues around San Antonio and if the owner is willing to take your money but not be held accountable for what he is promoting on that ticket then why put them there. He just took the money and didn’t give a shit when you arrived or what you paid for. I personally will never go to Jaime’s again. I didn’t appreciate our special occasion to be mishandled by all the incompetence of his door greater, his bar tenders were rude. I asked for a mango bottle drink with Taji and the thin woman with dark black hair put salt I told her I had asked for Taji and she wiped it off with a dirty rag. I gave no tip. The owner bring nonchalant about the whole issue. Is not good as a business owner. I spoke to other people that were screwed with the same issue. The young girl helping was arguing with her about the birthday shot she was entitled to. VIP ticket holders were to get. Jaime never brought and I ask young girl for and we never received from the owner as mentioned. I am told his business has been there 5 years, I for one never went there and will not go again. I believe with all the people that were there he was over capacity putting everyone at risk for a dangerous atmosphere.
