The server was very good. He gave excellent customer service. The 12 oz steak was very flavorful and tender.

Everything was clean and everyone was super nice. We had our kids with us and it went super well. Service was fairly quick and we didnt have to wait to sit. Budget well though.

Dog town has such a great variety of dressed dogs. Picnic atmosphere. Indoor outdoor seating Small size place but big on the menu. Even vegan options.

Great food and even better service for a Friday night. Wife and I ordered burgers. I wanted mine rare, she likes hers well done. Both came out rare. The waitress Katie, suggested we send my wife's back and have it cooked right. We did, the manager was apologetic, brought out my wife's new burger, then came back to make sure it was right. Katie can't back to make sure it was right. We would go here again.

Had lunch with my Grandson who turned 11 that day! We both enjoyed the food and the service. He even commented about the friendly staff! Thanks for a great time.

One of our favorite Applebee's locations ever. Service is always prompt, and their employees demonstrate great customer service. This lunch was no different, quick, delicious, and wallet friendly!

We ate here with our daughter and our grandkids, and let me tell you, we will be going back! Today was one of the greatest days of my life. I learned that there was a snoop dog drink at Applebees. Curious, I took my friends to check it out, and did you know it came with a TEMPORARY tattoo? I didn't, but I sure did when I got my drink, however.. There was one problem. My lowrider Applebees exclusive temporary tattoo was slightly broken, and I was distraught. I had no idea what to do, but then our Server, my personal hero, Jonathan P came to the rescue. He brought me ANOTHER one from the back, and not only that, some excellent service. If he blesses your table, you are in for a good time at the Bees. Thank you Jonathan. I'll be back.

Best dining experience I’ve had at an Applebees. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries. The fries were of standard Applebees quality: solid, but nothing to write home about. However, the burger was phenomenal. Both of the patties were smashed to perfection and the entire sandwich itself looked like something you’d receive at an upscale burger joint. Taste-wise, the meat was juicy and flavorful and seemed very fresh. The cheese was melted perfectly as well. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised!

The kids love ordering the corn dogs. I usually get the bourbon chicken with shrimp. Don't forget the mozzarella sticks.

2 for 20 still the best deal. Had the ever famous spin dip and 2 burgers. The perfect margarita is always a good choice. They are one of the better chains around here.

Burger was hot,juicy and fresh. Fries were ice cold. Buffalo boneless chicken was great. My daughter ordered the honey pepper chicken and it had a chunk of plastic in it, we let Brian our server know and he was polite and brought it back to get her fresh, the manager came out and apologized, fixed her a new plate of food and took it off the bill.

Actually, I was a bit surprised their new menu has upped their game. I had a burger that came as I asked for it medium and juicy. A companion had a new "Philly style sandwich" that looked and according to her tasted great. French fries could have spent a bit more time in the fryer but we're hot when served. All in all an improvement.

Drinks awesome! Food depending on what you order ok. Wasn't impressed with the chicken / shrimp with potatoes combo.... Are everything but chicken. Was dry and chewy.. Can very expensive. I'd choose Longhorn over this... Want to spend that kind of money go elsewhere...

Applebee's has adjusted their menu, once again. Potato options include: French fries, Garlic Smashed, or upgrade to Loaded Garlic Smashed. (Or the Spanish Rice it plain White Rice.) Roasted Red Potatoes and even the venerable Baked Potato have been banished from their fare. If you try to eat a little healthier, a little less salt, oh, well. They got rid of sweet potato fries awhile back, as well as their pork chops and other special dinners. When I checked in on Yelp tonight, it reminded me that I was the Duke of this Applebee's. It's a distinction I will likely lose since we can no longer get potatoes we like to go with our meals. They also removed the Bourbon St. 8oz Steak with one side from their 2/$29 options. The manager wanted to help us any way he could, but he was out of options. In the plus side for the kitchen: fewer options mean they will have an easier time filling orders. We were flummoxed; we asked for it drink check and left.

Always have a good time here. The food is good, especially for the price, and is very kid friendly (1.5yo and 3yo). I had the steak and it was good quality and well cooked to order (mid rare). My husband had the Fiesta chicken and I think I will try making it at home. The wonderful waiter Joe accommodated my son's request for "Asian chicken", giving us the dumpling sauce as well as an oriental dressing. Couldn't have asked for more. Best experience at an Applebee's yet. It was our first time there. The only qualm I had was I got there holiday colada and I'm not actually sure if it had more than a half a shot of liquor (and I'm a small gal who rarely drinks).

Generally pretty decent for casual dining. Recently visited on Sunday afternoon and specifically asked that entrees not come for quite a while after the large appetizers sampler. They showed up less than 5 minutes later. It wasn't late, nor crowded. Sort of made the appetizers go to waste - besides those suitable for leftovers. Plus, we had walked there and would have stayed for another drink (bigger tab and tip), but apparently, they were in a hurry to get us fed and out the door. We obliged, and with warm weather coming we can walk or ride to the villages or basin. Plenty of options.

There were two hostesses, a line at the door when we arrived, we asked the people ahead of us if they were all set and they said yes so we politely waited to be greeted or seated but instead two separate families stepped up to the hostess and gave their names even though they arrived after us. I thought that was odd, as what's the point of a hostess exactly? No less two of them. One stood behind a wooden podium bossing the other where to seat people. Eventually we approached her and gave our name. I was always taught to wait patiently for your host to greet and host you. I worked 17 years in restaurant management and serving. That was odd and disappointing as my host had to always make eye contact and greet immediately even if a long wait due to being busy. The hostess that seated us was very friendly, our server very friendly. Excellent food, server was great but felt bad for him since he had to order bar drinks and bartender was slow.

Ordered the appetizer sampler and it exceeded my expectations. It could have been the fact that I hadn’t eaten in 8 hours but the mozz sticks truly hit different. The chips were freshly fried with a sprinkling of salt that was great with the provided salsa. Was a little disappointed to see that the mini mousse is off the menu, so we opted to get dessert from Wegmans instead. Only problem I had with my experience was the 2.99 Pepsi, other than that it was exceptional.

Great time for me for sure as I like sparse crowds. This is the slowest ABs I have seen. The regulars are comfy, very handicap friendly. Comfortably dark at the bar. All these things are great for me but THE BILLS ARE ON and that staff deserves more traffic!

Applebee's is always a great place to go for a nice dinner. Good food i feel its a little pricey but overall a nice stop for a quick date night.

Came here with minimal expectations (do to previous experiences with other Applebee's locations), but was pleasantly surprised. We got the "2 for $20" deal and the appetizer was mozzarella sticks. We actually got eight (8) sticks, which was more than I expected for a combo meal. they were tasty too! For my platter I got a cheeseburger and fries. I ordered the burger medium rare and was told they do "some pink" or "no pink", but it was pretty rare. Still, I don't mind rare and it was juicy, so I ate it and didn't complain. My guest was not impressed with it, but her meal was good for her. We didn't order dessert so I can't comment on that. Service was pretty good.

The food was very good. It took a long time to get served. The place was very busy but there were only three servers working. They were doing the best they could. It seems everyone is hiring but nobody wants to work. We still had a good time even though we were there one and a half hours.

I got the ribs. They were decent but just not as much meat on them as I would have liked. Good staff, not too busy. They all wear masks or a protective face shield. Friendly environment bar was open. More people were seated at the bar than anywhere else. I was NOT a fan of the new 4 cheese mac and cheese with bacon. The pasta they used was penne and didn't go with traditional macaroni and cheese taste. They called it four cheese but I couldn't even tell it had any cheese in it by the way it tasted. Fries weren't crispy. The hostess and waitress were on their game otherwise it wouldn't have even been a three star experience. You go out to eat to have good, tastey food not just a good atmosphere.

Decent place to go for appetizers. Full disclosure, I worked here years ago and I was surprised by the disdain they have for customers. The chatter in the kitchen would make Gordon Ramsey blush. That aside, I never witnessed any mishandling of food or "revenge" prep. Bottom line, though, it's a chain and the food is just okay. PS if you want a steak go to Texas Roadhouse in Henrietta

Its Applebees, you get what you pay for i guess. We have never really walked out of this restaurant fully satisfied. Its always something. We love to grab the boneless chicken wings with both a side of ranch and blue cheese and they literally always forget the sides. Usually our waitresses are hiding for the most part of our dinners or they sit at the bar talking or on their phones. The food ehh.. i mean its your typical frozen chain food. Steaks are always very tough. But hey you can't expect perfection from a place like this. As long as you don't mind long waits for your food or drinks this is a decent place.

Server was nice, but the price of food...good lord!! Seven dollars for Cheese Sticks. Eight dollars for Onion Rings. Steak was ok, if it was 8 ounces, and the mashed potatoes where scooped up with an ice cream scoop, which kind of reminded me of the horrors of high school. After dinner, i was looked at strangely in the parking lot by other patrons, because i was talking to my quivering wallet trying to explain to it why it had to give up three crisp 20 dollar bills for such little food. I was broke and my date was over, money blown on cheese sticks and onion rings :(

Service was great... they were just short staffed, so... it took awhile to get seated. The three ladies I saw working were all very pleasant and considerate to myself and guest. The server remembered my guest, what she ate and her coffee... black. 🤗👌

Steak didn't really have much flavor and the macaroni and cheese is not like I remember. The Mac and cheese portion was pretty small from when I've ordered in the past and the chicken tenders barely had any sauce on them.

Loud conversation by employees happening at the bar area. Inappropriate topic regarding undesirable job. My dinner appeared to be the bottom of the bag of chicken fingers as they were all very tiny compared to other times that I have ordered the same meal. Service was good. Server was polite and attentive.

The waitress was new and did a great job at trying to keep me happy. However, my steak was overcooked. I had to wait 15 minutes for a new one. When it came, the rest of my food was cold. I thought the steak lacked seasoning. I did like the promotion of a dozen fried shrimp added to the steak for a dollar.

Food was good. We had a 1 year old with us and the waitress kept putting things in front of the baby. They should train their staff to not set any food in front of the kids. We had to move our drinks several times as well as soup so the baby didn't grab at it and knock it over.

Was pleased with our server Tanner but the restaurant has poor management. He was not groomed very pleasant with his shirt untucked and looking messy. My bourbon chicken was raw and he tried to brush it off as a vein SMH

We were there a month ago the food was good but our waitress was terrible. We tried it again and sadly got the same waitress. She didn't check on us and let our glasses sit empty The bartender brought us our food. She only had one other table. When my husband mentioned her lack of service to her she went to the back and started screaming so loud the entire restaurant could hear her. We won't be back.

First time visiting Applebee's in many years. Service was good, food was alright. Upon delivering drinks I noticed a dead fly in one of the drinks. The waitress apologized many times and replaced the drink and stated the drink would be removed from the bill. When we got the bill and saw the drink was still included, she said they removed the charge for the original drink not for the replacement. So glad we didn't get charged for a drink with a dead fly in it. Applebee's used to be a decent meal, but not anymore. We will not be back.

Eat there. The take out is the worst of all restaurants. Always missing something. Smaller portions. Just ordered tonight but I've lived here my whole life. The take out is horrible! Check before you leave, even then it's not what it should be.

Stopped in for dinner on a Saturday evening. Was seated quickly, which should have been a tip off. Twelve minutes later our waiter showed up. Wanted to try the new two meat combos but they wouldn't mix and match, and the sides were also fixed. And the $12.99 promo price? You guessed it, only one choice. Saw our waiter once during the meal, and again 15 minutes after my tea was empty. At that time he called up the receipt on the Ziosk and walked away. Spent five minutes talking to the girls at the table behind us. Won't be eating here any more.

After a couple of bad meals at a different Applebee's decided to give it another chance... had chicken fingers, fries and Broccoli.. The waitress was very attentive but the food was better at most drive up fast food... not what I'd pay $20 + for...

Service lately is horrible ever where. Our waitress never told us the drink specials. Didn't bring all of our food, had to ask for the sauce that came with our sandwich. The roll wasn't fresh, crumbled with the first bite. Just not worth spending hard earned money with mediocre food and Service.

The sever we had was terrible I had to get our forks,napkins,and small plates for our appetizers she never said anything about being sorry that she never brought them to us. My daughters chicken wasn't cooked all the way 2 different mangers came to our table and said how sorry they were about everything and took 25 off the bill. It was nice but they need to train their employees better.

The restaurant wasn't any different than other Applebee's I've been in. I arrived a bit after 8 pm for dinner. The restaurant clearly said, Wednesdays it's open until midnight. The restaurant was nearly empty. It wasn't a weekend, it was Wednesday. The Whiskey Bacon Burger was absolutely phenomenal!! What lacked here was the service! Ashley was friendly, but... I'm in the middle of eating my burger when she asked: "Will you be ordering dessert afterward?" Why are you asking me this when I'm not even half through the entree? You can see, I'm relaxing, I'm taking things easy and slow, I'm reading; asking me that makes me feel rushed. I replied clearly: "I don't know yet." It didn't take two minutes I had the check on the table with the words: "Whenever you're ready." - ??? - WTH??? - I'm not yet done eating, AND I just told you I have yet to decide if I want dessert... it's not even 9 pm... instead of bringing me a refill for my drink, you're basically kicking me out! You're going to close the restaurant in 3 hours, but you just told me more or less clearly "If you don't order, get the hell out of here!" That's NOT how you treat your guests! You ask them for dessert AFTER, and not during the meal, you give them time, you let them move and decide at their own pace! Don't be surprised if your tip was not up to your expectations- that's because my experience with your behavior wasn't either. The two stars are for the extraordinary burger. The waitress has a hell lot to learn!! (And believe me: I'm experienced in internationally known upper class restaurants and hotels with Michelin stars all over Europe, including Switzerland and France, I know what I'm talking about!)

Depressing that A1 sauce doesn't automatically come with a steak. 2 or 3 separate times ordered online never got sauce. The one time directly asked for it did not get it.... spoke to manager just to let him know my disappointment... hopefully something that can be addressed. Just a shame I have to take my lunch home to enjoy. 🤨

I got to applebees at 1:00pm and all I ordered was a salad and did not get my salad till 2:20 pm. so I almost waited a hour and 30 minutes just for a salad I feel like I was better off at ordering a salad at Wendy’s. Also the table infront of me ordered boneless wings and they got the table wrong and gave me the boneless wings then they charged me for the wings that I did not order. the table infront of me got refunded there boneless wings and also they gave them free boneless wings witch makes no sense.this is sad because I was at Wendy’s right next to Applebee’s and I wanted to try something new so I left Wendy’s and walked into Applebees and I was just very disappointed on how long they took just to make a salad.And also this was the first time I been here in 5 years and it’s the same old thing now i remember why I stoped eating here.😏🤦🏽‍♂️very slow!!!

I can say I was totally disappointed. Started out with a 20 minute wait for waitress to take drinks order. All the silverware was filthy. She said they were having dish machine problems. That was an understatement. Drinks came out. Their drinks were all mixed, no alcohol. Appetizers came out cold and over cooked. Second set of driving is were as bad as first. Main entrees came out. My ribeye sandwich came out poorly assembled, fries were ice cold. Wife's chicken and shrimp dish was BAD! Chicken over cooked and tuff. The four shrimp were not the shrimp in the picture. Half the size. And the white garlic sauce was missing. My sons taco queso dish had chips come our that tasted rancid. Best guess is their fryer shortening hasn't been changed in several weeks. I will never go back.

Slow service, food was cold when it finally showed up at the table. My mother steak was very small. There was no way that was a 6oz. We will never go back. I am surprised they are still open. Save your time and $ and go somewhere else!!!

Microwave heated food! Steaks have the worst quality ever! Rest is deep-fried and or out of packages!!! I'm surprised that so many people spend there money at Applebee's! Stay away from Applebee's in Perinton/Fairport, NY. This location has very poor management and the franchise owner won't fire them. The franchise owner is not a very good employer himself/herself. They don't treat their guests very well and this location is not very accommodating to people with physical disabilities such as people in a wheelchair or walking with a walker. The manager on duty was very rude to my fiancée and I when he asked us to leave because my fiancée was intoxicated. I tried to take matters in my own hands as I was the designated driver trying to get her home. She refused to go home with me and wanted more wine. The bartenders and the manager on duty said that 3 glasses was the limit. I then had to call the cops to assist us with this situation as the manager on duty wouldn't back off. I stayed there until the cops arrived. The cops assisted us and took my fiancée to our car. The manager on duty then banned my fiancée and I from that location for life. We will never dine at that location again. I hope this location shut down for good.

I placed an order through uber eats. There were total 5 items in my order. When the uber driver went there to pick order they only handed her one bag that had 3 items. One of the item in those 3 items was wrong too. I ordered shrimp alfredo but they just gave me chicken with onions. I called them to report they told me to call uber but the uber driver said they only gave her one bag. Wont recommend this place to anybody.

I went here today with a friend and ordered honey pepper chicken with the mac and cheese. I was given 2 and a half piece of chicken which didn't taste good and I was told it comes pre packaged well if it comes pre packaged then the customer should be given the 3 pieces of chicken as advertised on their menu. I asked to speak to a manager and got another piece of chicken tender which was burnt and the bread that I got with my pasta was hard I couldn't even bite down on it. The waitress had an attitude when I told her there wasn't enough chicken for my food. Overall a bad experience I will not be coming here again.

Joined a group of friends for a lunch out to give this place another chance, and was yet again sorely disappointed. Ordered a brunch burger rare/mid rare with a soft cooked egg. Got a dry, thoroughly brown plank of burnt beef and an egg you could strike a match on. Waitress didn't check up on our table until it was time to drop the check, so I wasn't even able to order another lunch before having to leave. Left hungry and unhappy. Needless to say, won't be going back. Save yourself money, time, and frustration and go somewhere else.

I had the new steak and penne with sundried tomatoes and mushrooms, I thought the steak would be steaks strips it was steak ums and overall was very salty, I ordered a side of blackened shrimp which was also over salted, i had to add a side of plane brocolli to suck up salt and that didnt even help much, when I mentioned it to server instead of offering a recook or some kind of solution she said, yea the penne runs salty, I've never known any pasta to have the pockets of salt that food had, she also asked if I was ready for check then didnt return for 20 min

So I attended this fine establishment and my server did not recommend a pomegranate Margarita or a featured brewtus and requested to get a free one as this ad shows and the waiter I had was extremely rude when I requested to receive the free drink. She claimed they have until we get our check to offer it to us. Which totally doesn't make sense cause why am I consuming a beverage when I'm trying to go home? In addition, no where in the ad at the table does it mention that "condition". It says "some exclusions apply" but had no mention of said exclusions. false advertising at its finest!

Worst experience on a special night out w my family. Our waitress wasn’t very nice it was the worst service I’ve ever had and we ordered two of the same steaks well done no pink one was fine mine was bleeding all over my mashed potatoes they took it back heated it for all of two min to bring it back the same then the reciept said 2 for 26 but had a price of 29 next to it. Never fixed my steak so I went home starving after not eating all day so will never go there again 75 bucks and didn’t even get to eat. Salad was soggy and white too.

Went here tonight around 9:15pm, table for two. A family of 5-6 walked in behind us. We were seated and mind you the place is not busy at all, a couple people scattered around. We sat at our table for a good 15 minutes no waiter came to greet us or take our drinks. Waiters passed us several time to take care of the table nearby and cleanup. The family of 5 that came in after us were greeted and drinks taken before us. I don't understand that logic at all. Place was not that busy and I counted atleast 5 staff standing around. Left after 20 minutes of being ignored and won't be coming back. 0/10 ⭐

Went here on a date on a Sunday at 3pm. I ordered the bourbon street chicken, and my SO ordered the top sirloin. Honestly it was probably the worst meal I’ve had out in years. He ordered his steak rare, and it was completely raw. My chicken was undercooked and the rest of the meal was completely bland, no seasoning or anything. You could tell sides were microwaved or made days prior. We both got completely sick later that day, and our bill was almost 60$ for Two entrees, a side of fries and two sodas. I cannot believe I had to pay that amount for food that was completely disgusting… I even considered dining and dashing- do not go here. You can spend the same amount at an actual restaurant. I think chain restaurants are seriously going down hill.

The restaurant was filthy, dinnerware and food sat on tables for up to an hour. Staff sat at the bar while I waited an hour for my food. The walls had food smudged on it and the food was lukewarm. I will never go to that restaurant again and I'd advise anyone looking to go there to not waste their time and money.

We waited an hour for our food and most of it wasn’t even hot. Our server Amber, had no enthusiasm and didn’t even care to introduce herself to us. She continued to walk past us without checking in on how we were doing as well as our empty cups ignored. She was disrespectful as she ignored us when saying thank you. She would check in on the table next to us but never us.

Witnessed some blatant racism at the bar tonight. The shift manager (or someone official looking, I didn't want to ask. Think his name was Grant.) ID'd a Latino couple. The man he ID'd didn't understand the questions he was asking (speaking very fast), and immediately said he wouldn't serve the man alcohol. A few minutes later, the man came back with a friend who spoke more English and tried to explain that his friend just didn't understand the bartender. The bartender was firm on his decision, even when the friend doubled down saying "so you wont serve him a drink because he doesn't speak English?" And the bartender stood to his argument. After the people left, the bartender said he's "seen this before" and they "cant lie to him" about their IDS. He even chatted with customers who said that the Latino man should have just "spoke freaking English". CRAZY. Right after, a group of white people took their spot. And this same bartender seated a minor at the bar with his family, even when you have to be 18 or older to be seated there. Mind blown by the disrespect and racism in my own community. Will not be coming back to this Applebees.

Needs an upgrade. Felt like walking into the 1990s. Floors were sticky, music was awful and nothing in the mint menu under 1000 calories with one exception. I had grilled chicken with potatoes and green beans. Not only was it 25 dollars with a drink (my companion's burger was 12), it was rubbery. Disgusting. Also, it was between 12 and 1 and there were 5 people in the entire place.

Honestly wish I had a better review to give but I do not. This is the closest location to my family & I got Applebee’s and we honestly don’t order here a ton because we’ve had lots of problems here specifically with pick up orders. Wasn’t feeling like cooking tonight so decided to order pickup as I saw they had a new menu item, the Alfredo/chicken parm. I ordered that as well as a triple Shirley temple and my husband ordered the “big bangin’ burger” which came with a side of fries but you could upgrade to something else if wanted, he chose to upgrade to the waffle fries for an extra $1.29, not super expensive to upgrade. We also ordered spinach artichoke dip and my husband ordered the strawberry “daq a Rita bucket”. We get there to pick up our order and my husband grabbed it and came back out to the car with a small to go alcohol drink and the triple cherry Shirley as well as the Diet Pepsi that came with his meal. He told me that the person who gave him the pickup order said that the alcoholic drink was in the big cup. I knew immediately it wasn’t because the alcoholic drink was in a small cup with a lime in it. I opened the lid of the bigger cup to see what it was and there was something small floating in my drink. Not sure if it was food or a fuzzy or what it was but gross. Picked whatever it was out and took a small sip of the drink to see what it was and it was soda so was the triple cherry Shirley but couldn’t tell because there was no cherries in it. When you order a bucket drink it should be in a bucket. That was the first problem then for them to say it was in the big cup and it was in a small cup and not even the correct drink. The drink that was in the small cup was the “new rummin’ back daq-a-Rita with captain Morgan in it. The drink my husband ordered was the strawberry daq-a-Rita which has tequila in it as well as Bacardi. So two totally different drinks on top of the drink not being in a bucket to begin with. If they had run out of the buckets that would’ve been totally acceptable and I would’ve understood but turns out they had the buckets all along but did the order wrong by giving him the wrong drink and not in a bucket. When they finally remade the drinks it was put into the bucket but they had no lids that even fit the bucket properly. Just complete chaos and it seems time and time again the very few times we’ve visited they always screw up our pickup order in one way or another. To make matters worse my husband paid a little extra for the waffle fries with his burger and I kid you not they gave him a total of about 6 waffle fries. I paid a total of $56.54 for our food and it was 100% not worth it. I’m not one to usually have a ton to complain about but literally the only decent thing we ate that we ordered was the spinach artichoke dip. Drinks were gross, the new Alfredo/chicken parm was gross. My husband likes his burgers pink and he even said it was a little too pink. So literally just one thing after another tonight and at this point I won’t be coming back again. Not to this location anyways I’d much rather drive to Webster. DONT DO IT! I ordered Mac and cheese with hot honey chicken. It was gross. Macaroni was bland, worse than kraft Mac and cheese. The chicken had to born in 1968. Stringy, dry and OLD. No ma'am. I know AB isn't amazing but this is beyond awful. I ended up letting my dogs eat it and they didn't even fight over it.
