The drive thru is very fast

I started stopping on my breaks often and have never had a problem, they're friendly, fast and the food is always great. The best mcdonalds around for sure.

This was the best McDonald’s meal I have ever had! The staff made me fresh chicken nuggets. The fries were amazingly hot and the cheeseburgers were cheesy with plenty of pickles and soft buns! The staff was incredibly nice. I wish I could take this location home with me. (I’m from NYC)

I went through the drive up service, I ordered 2 Plain Hamburgers. When I got back home it had everything on it that I didn’t want!! I tried calling immediately on Sunday around 7:00 and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Finally at 8:00pm I called back and only too find out they took the phone off the hook!!! Pretty disappointing and again there wasn’t any Napkins.

Its McDonalds. However, please keep foid sitting in the bag on the hotplates and not the counter. My nuggets were allowed to get cold. McD's needs to have a better waiting station for bagged orders. Thats not this restaurants fault but couldve been done better

It was ok way to pricey thanks to biden! No such thing as a dollar menu anymore its called a value menu. But I still didn't see any value. Everything high dollar but tasty.

I typically use the drive-thru and unlike many McDonald's they generally have things there when you get to the window. Food wise, McDonald's food is McDonald's food. Not wildly exciting but, like its various competitors, consistent. I'm giving 4 stars because as I noted above, I don't have to wait 10 minutes for it, something. That seems to be an issue with many of their restaurants

Check our bags for your food because they moss food all the time and aways ask for fresh food or it will be old. But the worker are nice

We got 3 combos of spicy chicken burger. Place seemed to be very busy. Staff did not attend to us for almost 10 minutes as they were giving more priority to drive thru.

This spot is either a hit or miss. I've had great experiences here and I've also had bad experiences. I'd recommend checking your order before leaving because in my experience, that is where most mistakes are made here.

I thought the app had to be malfunctioning. It said they had no French fries and no smaller burgers. So I ordered a quarter pounder. It had enough ketchup for three burgers running out of it and they were indeed out of fries at that location (who let that happen?). I couldn't even take advantage of all that extra ketchup with a fries mop up. I will likely blow past this exit and hit the one at the next exit south next time. Sorry .. Not impressed.

Ordered a large fry which after driving away found out it was only half full. I kept looking for spilled ones in the bottom of the bag. I guess they don't spill when they only fill it halfway.

People had additude and food was extremely messy. Many tables were dirty. We came during a storm not many people were out let alone inside the store.

Place is dirty. Good service but eww. It's a place of food service. Don't recommend unless your only going to get some Apple slices and let the kids play in there Mud cloths

Menu seemed small, food tasted like cardboard. You can tell it's heavily processed. The Coke was good though.

Waited in line for 5 minutes. The line didn't move. Then it started to form in the shape of a y due to the limited space in front of the one open register. We had a 4 year old in the play place and decided to just give up and eat somewhere else. Almost as soon as I gave up my place in line and walked away, I hear a 2nd register open. You have 1 job, people.

Second bad experience with employee attitude. I took some time off before returning to this location. 1st time- picking up an order through the McDonald's app. I never used it before so I wasn't sure if something needed to be scanned on the phone. The employee Starts arguing That I should have done that at the previous window. She gets the manager saying I want free points or something. Meanwhile Im looking at the order on the counter. All need is the order, i dont care about points. Manager comes over and I explain I just need the order. She gives it to me and the employee rudely apologized. 2nd- I went inside for a large drink due to the long drive thru line. I waited a while. Two people in front of me. They go and im still standing there. I moved two steps forward to the register. The employee comes over telling me she didn't see me and thought I left. Mind you, I never moved but two steps forward. She continues to tell me I left. I told her no, I haven t moved from the front. She really was arguing with me telling me I wasnt there. Ok. Im a ghost then. Your other drive thru employee kept staring at me standing there, clearly noticing I had been waiting. There will not be a next time at this location. Sick of the back talk.

I stood at the counter to place my order for over ten minutes. The workers would walk by to fill drinks and bag orders without even so much as looking at me. Also, I wouldn't consider fast food taking 15 minutes after finally placing an order. This has to be one of the worst run franchises in the area. Only the one in Canastota is worse.

Food prices have gone up way to high and you have to check your food regardless if u go through the drive through or go inside because they mess it up 99% of the time. One time I ordered a cheeseburger for my daughter and there was plastic in the burger that looked like it came from the cheese

Generally your order is right but last 3 times there been at least 30 min waiting in drive through... last two times didnt even order.... so if you got 45 minutes to an hour to kill for mcdonalds try the brewerton location

10:40 ish October 18th 2019 . Orderd 6 cheese burgers a medium fry and a coke no one in line behind me and they give me 2 snack wraps and 4 tenders cane even get what I ordered now because they are close glad I wasted 11 dollars on this just to get screwed never stopping here again

They always forget food a sandwich, forget fries, mess up a drink… once I got only 1 burger on a double cheeseburger … one time I order 3 chicken sandwiches and only got 2… 3rd time everything was ice cold and I just left 5 mins down the road… if you can avoid this McDonald’s locations just easier to travel farther north to central square or south to Cicero area

Horrible service. Took me almost 15 minutes to get my 4 Mcdouble Burgers. The guy who was in front of me was still waiting for his food when I drove off. My bag was practically thrown at me with no apology for the long wait. One of the burgers had so many pickles on it that it was not edible. The second way to much mustard. The other two looked like a 2 year old threw them together. I will not be purchasing food there ever again. Brewerton Mcdonalds....Yuck

Horrible customer service!! The two female employees had an attitude when I asked them to make me a new double quarter pounder because the meat was old and hard! And the fries were really old as well! And the store was dirty and there was soda all over the tables and garbage everywhere and the manager was sitting outside on his phone! I'm very dissatisfied!

Typically slow service and food is generally not fresh (hard English muffins, rubbery chicken tenders). If I need fast food I go to one of the two towns over vs what's in my own town

Every time we go there they mess up our order... if I do t check it in the line. They get it right a few times so I stop checking... then of course it’s wrong!!! Went there tonight asked for double cheese on a Big Mac and no mustard or pickles on a cheeseburger and no mustard on another cheeseburger... the only sandwich that was right was they quarter pounder with cheese bc it was ordered as is. So disappointed... again!

Stopped in the Brewerton NY McDonald's. They saw me standing there at the counter waiting to be helped, and I politely waited for a while, but the girl with the dirty blonde hair just kept salting the fries and ignored me. The others weren't even watching the register to weigh on customers. Never coming here again.

We stopped here at 9:30pm on a Sunday and it was all locked up even though the door shows open until 11:00pm. No signs or anything

She walks away from the register and cause I answered a call on my phone which I would of hung up cause there were people behind me she made me wait 5 mins and says I saw u on the phone so i didn't come over I said I have been waiting. McRib is advertised all over the store but they tell me they don't carry it even though they advertise it on their menu. When I asked they said it's a Mcdonald thing not a store thing but I was al.ost positive the store I was in was McDonald's.

SLOW! Over 5 minutes in the drive through for a coffee. Tired of waiting and needing to be places, I go inside for them to tell me my order isn't "even up yet." A coffee shouldn't take that long. Left with no coffee. $15 an hour and this is what you get.... Update 2026: literally just drove away after waiting 25 minutes at the drive thru without getting to order. I don't think the management understands what 'fast food' is. You can order any number of take out options from any number of local restaurants and pick up/get home before you get through this drive thru. It's like this every single day. SLOW SLOW SLOW ... and for whatever reason, they never have more than 1 apple pie ready (assuming you get that far) ...

If it were possible it would get no star at all. Very rude and inconsiderate to customers. Cold frys and cold food. I spoke to the manager who gave me a refund who also didn't seem to Intrested in the work ethic of her employees. I have no desire tk be a returning customer. every time we order from here they forget something, they make something wrong, and/or the food is cold. i ordered just a shamrock shake on grubhub in april and i received a strawberry milkshake. these people are not worth the $14.50 that they're being paid.

Guy behind counter forgot my fries🍟i told him and he seemed upset and then he threw the fries in the bag, spilling all over the bag. The guy that took order was pleasant. Staff is very slow and the quarter pounder is cook ahead of the time. One can tell by the amount of grease in the warming tray. They should be cooked to order as the rules of corporate. Fries are never hot.

Employees give preferential treatment for family members, having conversations in drive thru and delaying everyone else without a care. Employee laughed and acknowledged customer was mother and very inconsiderate. Horrible location, service less than par for years and management same for duration resulting in no change to improving business practices. Replace manager with competent leader looking for results and customer service. I will continue to submit bad reviews until management removed and service improves! Horrible service. Went there today (3/1/26) after placing a mobile order. Eating in the drive thru for 10 minutes in a line that wasn’t moving. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the first person was ordering a lot, or they were backed up. I decide to go in, waste of time. There are only TWO people working, speaks volume right there, and a lobby full of people just standing there waiting for service. Instead of anyone addressing a lobby full of customers, the manager (maybe?) and remaining employee proceeded to stand in the back and work on drive thru orders one at a time. Such a lack of basic management skills leading to horrible customer service. At least 5 people came in and left in the time I was in there. A $14 lesson learned I guess, don’t go here.

It seems since covid staffing is very low and everything suffers as result. This will have been my last visit. Drive thru slow, food poor even for McDonalds. Time for changes here. Not to mention prices are very high for low quality

I go to this McDonald's a lot because I've been working nearby. Over the past year the service has gotten slower and slower. I spoke with the employees, and it's not their fault. They are friendly and helpful and are doing their job. The issue is not enough help. Today I learned that they have enough help, but the owner doesn't want to schedule people, I suppose because they are thinking they are saving money? (This was just through word of mouth, so can't confirm). A couple weeks ago I was sitting in the drive through, to pick up my online order, for 25 minutes. In that time I saw at least 4 people leave the drive through and go elsewhere. Surely that lost revenue would make up for more employees to be working? I appreciate the staff that still works there and I hope they get treated better. I would also suggest not going to this McDonald's location until there are more employees, it just takes too long, every time. The food tastes fine, it's McDonald's. (For all those negative reviews about the food taste...)

SECOND UPDATE: Honestly, just avoid this place. Any crew beyond the morning team can’t do anything right. Food is always cold. I ordered a mcchicken and got a Mcburger. This might as well be Central Square McDonald’s 2.0 because they both suck. UPDATE: I don’t know what happened to this McDonald’s but within the last 1-2 months the service has gone down hill massively. Food takes forever to come out. You can sit in the drive thru for a while without anyone speaking to you. Food is average taste at best. *I highly recommend downloading and using the app. McDonald’s has by far one of the best fast food apps out there for total value.* McDonald’s breakfast reigns supreme. Placed an order on the app for some delicious sausage bagel sandwiches and boy did they hit the spot. Within seconds of parking, a McDonald’s employee was bringing out my order. My drink looked good and my bagel sandwiches fresh and delicious. McDonald’s breakfast never fails and is the king of on the go breakfast.

Purposely made my food bad, no one can accidentally do this bad of a job. They put on dot of may not evenly spread at all on the quarter pounder. On the double cheeseburger they put three table spoons of mayonnaise. Absolutely disgusting.
