We came from out of town and heard this place was on the most recommended list in North Myrtle Beach South Carolina. ANNNDDDDD this place lived up to the ratings!!! I’m so glad we came. The seafood is delicious 🤤 fried chicken was the best I had in a while.. My husband isn’t a seafood lover but he enjoyed the steak and ribs and the Mac & cheese. We came on a Thursday night and it was very chill and the music was great. Customer service was great and the place is very clean. I love the green bathroom floor too!!! Definitely will come back. Thanks for the warm hospitality!!!!

This was my first visit to Bennett's Calabash in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The buffet was loaded with a wide selection of seafood, steaks ribs, and salads. The serving staff was exceptional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was truly pleasant. If you are visiting Myrtle Beach, you have to make Bennett's Calabash one of your stops.

Very nice experience. The food was very good. The price was high but it’s worth every penny. The waitress was great with refilling drinks. The bathrooms were clean. The deserts were fresh and tasty . The crab legs were hard to get because they ran out so fast. They were well cooked and they had all the tools to crack everything open. They had great baskets to put your shells and stuff away. We also had a $7 off coupon which was great. It came off per person also. The staff kept the buffet full and fresh. The plates and silverware were nice and clean. I would recommend this place for anyone who loves seafood and wants to try all kinds of things .

Service was awesome. Such nice ladies. Most of the food was fantastic. The crab legs were spot on. The broiled/grilled fish were seasoned well. I loved the cole slaw and hushpuppies. The fried seafood was great. Husband wasn't thrilled with some if the non-seafood options, as he felt they may have been reheated. The dessert options were numerous, but not as great as I had hoped. Overall definitely enjoyed and will absolutely be back!

At first we thought it was a bit pricey for a buffet. But the All-you-can-eat buffet includes salad, meat, seafood, and dessert bars. I had a ribeye steak and a plate of crab legs. It was around 8pm and some of the crab legs were soft, harder to crack. Service was on point. Buffet lines were easy to maneuver and well explained.

Great place, so worth the $35.89 a person. They have scallops, crab legs, all kinds of shrimp, tuna, oysters (fried and on the half shell, cat fish, steaks, roast, bbq ribs, Mac n cheese, a variety of vegetables including baked potatoes. There is also an extensive salad bar as well as a heck of a dessert bar with all your favorites including ice cream. We will be glad to return here again and again.

My five friends wanted all-you-can-eat crab legs and Bennett's has always been a favorite stop when in MB. The service was better than good and the food was fine. I don't eat the crab legs so I ended up choosing a lot of the fried seafood options and a fair amount of fish. The hush puppies are tasty and the clam strips are my favorite. We'll be back.

I had high expectations for the place from all the reviews I’ve read but I’m here to give the most honest review possible. First of all, Dave was our server and he was the best server I’ve ever encountered. Dave made sure we were taken care of, and backed up his great service with a little comedy show. Crab had great flavor, prime rib was cooked well and tender, desert was decent, and everything else was either ok, or not good. You’d definitely get your moneys worth from the sea food though.

I have been here years ago and the food was great. My husband and I went last week and decided to order from the menu instead of the buffet. He had no issues with his meal. However, I ordered fried fish and it was sour 🤢 The waitress took it back and brought me a replacement. It smelled and looked much better. There was an ‘A’ grade on the door but I don’t know what happened this particular day. We had a very good waitress though.

I try hard not to say anything negative when I review so, I will keep this to a minimum. If you are gonna spend this much money for dinner - go somewhere else. Disappointing to say the least. Obviously it's a buffet, so standard things on the menu.The issue is....they charge you extra money for crab legs whether you get them or not.I don't even eat them...but I'm charged for them. Serves were nice, the place was clean, but the food was disgusting! Shrimp and crab were over cooked! Steak had no flavor at all! Mac and cheese was dry, pasta with shrimp, potatoes, and baked chicken were all too salty! I had high expectations based on reviews, unfortunately I was very disappointed!

To say that we are disappointed that would be least about that place. We chose this buffet after reading lots of good reviews. But we are greatly concerned about the cleanliness of this restaurant and the quality of the food. I grabbed a couple of steamed oysters, and one side of the oyster was covered in mud. The manager did not care at all. She offered to bring a plate of clean oysters to our table. And wet napkin to wipe the hands. Thank you, but no, if the kitchen even doesn't bother to rinse the food before cooking and serving it. We would definitely stay away from this place and would not recommend it to anyone.
