I recently began looking for a rehab and long-term care facility for my mother. I initially spoke with Samantha at Cascades, and she was absolutely amazing — her response time, professionalism, and compassion stood out right away. However, I made the decision to move my mother closer to me, which unfortunately turned out to be a huge mistake. The new facility provided false information, and we had to remove her the very same day. That same day, I reached back out to Samantha at Cascades, and she went above and beyond to help us. Within hours, she found the perfect home for my mother. Not only is Samantha incredibly professional, but she’s also kind, accommodating, and deeply committed to making sure families feel supported. I have honestly never experienced customer service like this. The facility itself is spotless, and every member of the staff is warm and welcoming. Most importantly, my mother is happy — and it’s all thanks to Samantha’s dedication and heart. She is truly a huge asset to your company, and I know Cascades is lucky to have her. Thank you again for everything, Samantha! 😊
My Grandma stayed at the health and rehab center here. Tina, the activity director, was especially kind. My grandma also loved Riley- said she was a ray of sunshine!! This place has some really good people who really care about what they do

My Step Father was at this facility, It was a positve experience. The Activities Department was exceptional, Lutchana was so nice and helpful. I wanted to thank everyone there for being so nice and professional.
My mom has been here for over 3 years and her and her friends love Cascades at Delray. The new Executive Director is so approachable and personally engages with the residents daily.
Beautiful facility ! They are so welcoming and always have a smile. My loved one was on the health center side and now lives in the IL. She loves the food and all the amenities! Thank you Team Cascade for everything.

Since my husband has been in the rehab rehabilitation center that Care has been very good where he was before he was agitated and did not cooperate while with all the respect that he gets a cascade. He is calm and peaceful.

I found the physical therapy especially Mitch and Paula we're excellent. I also found Juan Carlos the nurse he was excellent and very experience. Fiona the aid is a very caring person and hard-working. They could use more Staffing it would help immensely. The food was so so could use Improvement.

Terrible maint staff. I have a plumbing problem with water backup. No one shows up To repair the backup problem. Its been over a week. So now I am going to call the Delray Health agent. Do not move here. It was better when it was Abby Delray.
Not off to a good start! Transfered from hospital on Sunday & no culinary / dietary staff consultation, no activity staff visit, no menu provided , no information on the rehab facility & it is Tuesday!

The quality of life has gone down drastically. Amenities, food, programming, transportation, and responsiveness are poor. Elevators go out routinely and the "chair" to help folks down the stairs were broken. The administration is negligent and non-responsive. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.
This community was sold at the beginning of the year to a new owner, Citadel Care Centers out of New York who brought in a new management company, Onyx based in Miami. Unfortunately, to date, the transition has been a disaster. Many of the services have been reduced or eliminated. In addition, the restaurant has reduced portion sizes and the higher quality meal choices have been taken off of the menu. MANY of the residents are upset and frustrated with the lack of communication and information about the changes. The quality of life for the elderly residents is diminished and due to their age, moving is not an option as it would be too disruptive and unsettling. They are stuck in a bad situation and are being taken advantage of due to their age. I would strongly urge anyone that is considering Cascades as their next move to wait to see if the new ownership improves the quality of life for these seniors or if they continue to abuse the situation.
The place continues to deteriorate! Last night the dining room was closed due to a poor health inspection. These poor elderly people had to stand around and wait for pizzas to be delivered, they were all so upset! This is elder abuse!
Awful place. My mom is currently there. Bad decision to buy in. Now they have renters because they couldn't fill the spots. Food bad, understaffed, elevators broken for 12 days recently. Administration doesn't care about residents' needs at all.
This facility was previously known as Abbey Delray at 2000 Lowson Blvd. A couple of months ago Lifespace Communities sold Abbey Delray and the new owners renamed this facility Cascades at Delray Beach. Please read ALL the reviews for Abbey Delray (not to be confused with Abbey Delray South which is still owned by Lifespace Communities). I'll let you be the judge of whether or not to let your Loved One enter into this facility after you read ALL the reviews on websites like Google, Yelp, etc., for Accey
DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE. This place is horrible. the facility borderlines on patient abandonment. Even when we tried to transfer my mom out of the facility it was difficult. We got ever excuse possible regarding poor care while there. The Administrator doubles as the patient advocate. Never once spoke with a doctor in 2 weeks. Anyone can walk in during the evening and not see an employee and walk into a patients room.
