Sushi Bang Bang

I was told about this place from a friend. After getting several orders to go to the house, I was impressed. And like all of you, I am picky about sushi! We have to be! So to give these folks five stars, it took a visit in person, just headed home from a long day, and pulled in for some Miso and a roll, to decompress… wow They have it going on and the service I received was nothing short of stellar. And they were packed! Great job guys

This is a gem of a sushi restaurant. Every time I have been here, I am delighted. The food, service and atmosphere are all wonderful.

The best sushi by far, I have ever eaten. The manger was very friendly and known, and even waited on us. This is a must do while in town.

First time here but not our last. Super well made, fresh sushi, salad, and appetizers. We had a specialty shrimp and mango roll. It is the best roll I've ever tasted! The shumai and gyoza was so tasty and delicious. The avacodo salad was quite different and tasty and made with crisp lettuce. The sushi was so fresh and very well made. Nice sized pieces! If you try it here you will love Sushi Bang Bang. We'll be going back, for sure. Note: I've been back here a couple of times. I have also traveled extensively and eaten all levels of establishments, from world class restaurants to the local hole-in-the-wall that all the locals go to enjoy. Sushi Bang Bang is, without a doubt, my favorite sushi restaurant of all times! The freshness & quality of the food, the preparation of it, and the quantity of it, along with spot-on service, in a perfect atmosphere makes this the greatest sushi restaurant of all times (GOAT). It's truly the best.

Love love love this place. The food is amazingly fresh and the service is the best. The location is small which I like. Savannah is usually our waitress. She is great. Always makes us feel like we’re regulars. We tend to only go there on the weekends so I don’t know if she works during the week. I highly recommend it!! I added pictures of the tuna, salmon, and hamachi poke bowl and the volcano roll. They have gluten free soy sauce too!!!

Fresh authentic sushi done right, and competitively priced. Friendly and swift staff and service. For this time I got the ama ebi, king crab, dynamite scallop, wild caught salmon, squid, and egg sushi 😮‍💨 10/10 would recommend. I’ve been coming for years and it tastes just as incredible as my 1st visit! It’s hard to find authentic tasty sushi like this; takes me back to when I lived in Japan!

Amazing place! Fantastic service and the food is absolutely out of this world! The sushi is always fresh and their extra creative specialty rolls always hit the spot! They also make the best party trays around! If youre in the Boynton Beach area, definitely check them out!

2nd time I've been there. Just like the 1st time, the sushi was great. The rolls were delicious. Took my dad there for Father's day and the service, ambiance and food did not disappoint. I've recommended the restaurant after the 1st visit to a couple of friends and they all loved it.i will be back.

The staff was very friendly, this is the perfect spot for a lunch date. We ordered the Naruto Maki roll as a starter and had the Dark Knight & Just Mauied Roll for our main. Our selections were delicious and light.

So fun checking out their new spot with my family! Same plaza, just at the furthest east end! Food is amazing and fresh as usual. Service is attentive and polite. I think once they get used to the new space everything will be perfect! Only thing I would recommend is that they turn down the overhead lighting! The tables are set up for an intimate dinner but the high lights in the ceiling kill that vibe.

Just had a quick lunch and ordered a bunch of rolls. Sushi Bang Bang has always been a favorite of mine and has gotten even better under the new ownership! The sushi was super fresh and the Sexy BB roll was amazing!

I have sushi here every Wednesday! This sushi restaurant has set the standard for fresh and succulent sushi EVERY single time! I can't eat sushi anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and attentive. It is small and intimate but speaks volumes in quality! You will not be disappointed this place is a gem!

Great sushi spot with impressive vibe and atmosphere at night. It isn't cheap but you get what you pay for and the sushi is amazing. Be warned, except for a roll/appetizer or two, menu is all sushi based so make sure everyone in your party eats sushi. I only wish their outside seating fronted on the parking lot instead of noisy Gateway Boulevard.

This is a good sushi place in the Boynton area. It’s a nice dark mellow vibe to it. They do get packed quick so if you want a specific seating definitely call and reserve ahead or use OpenTable app to do it is my recommendation to avoid waits or get that seating by the window. They do have outdoor seating which is good too. I recently took my father in law here for a quick dinner. I had the rainbow salad which was very yummy. It had a variety of raw fish, seaweed salad, strawberry, and more. Of course he had the rainbow roll. Service was amazing as they treat my father in law so nicely as he comes here a lot with his daughter. I enjoy coming here with loved ones as the servers are kind, attentive, and are personal which is a plus. Fresh and tasty sushi with great service in my opinion.

The food, the service, the ambiance, all incredible. I especially enjoyed the Mexican roll and the spicy lobster volcano roll, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I’ll definitely come back!

Ordered takeout from here for the first time, was extremely impressed with the food. In my opinion, the prices are slightly on the higher side but still reasonable for it being sushi, and the quality and flavor more than make up for it. I was amazed by the quality of the fish and how good everything tasted. Also, the volcano roll was the best I have ever had. Massive chunks of baked salmon and whitefish that were so so good! A meal by itself! (edit) Note: It seems they include an automatic 5% "takeout gratuity" on takeout orders, which I was not informed about and did not notice until I looked at the receipt at home.

This isn’t just a restaurant; it feels like being welcomed into a family that truly loves what they do. I even brought home T-shirts with their logo for my own sushi-loving family, because Sushi Bang Bang is the kind of place you want to share with others. Amazing food. Went in at what seemed to be the wrong time of day maybe as far as the serving staff was concerned. Food was 11/10. Our servers attentiveness had a bit lacking. They were folding the table cloths in the front of the restaurant in front of everyone on the counter. We would absolutely go back, but it just seemed out of place.

My husband and I went to Sushi Bang Bang over the weekend for our date night. I’m not sure how we’ve never been here before but this is definitely somewhere we’ll be going to more often! The food was amazing! Super fresh and flavorful! Sexy Crunchy Roll was sooo good! My martini was DELISH! And the service was TOP NOTCH! Our amazing server, Savannah, was incredibly kind, funny, and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Sushi Bang Bang (and ask for Savannah)!

Sushi Bang Bang is our absolute favorite restaurant & we come for every special occasion. We’ve been going there for our Christmas Eve dinner for the last 12 years. The food is outstanding! We always request Savannah to be our server, she is the best! She’s so prompt, attentive & friendly 😊 We like to try a new dish every now & then, but we have our 3 favorites that we must get every visit. We love Bella, Chop Chop & Mac Daddy rolls. It has a nice cozy atmosphere as well. You will not be disappointed. We give it 10 stars ⭐️

Great sushi, and some interesting appetizers. I had trouble picking from the menu, because so many looked great. I went with the Sakura and it was one of the best rolls I ever had. The Dark Knight was also really good.

We have been searching for an authentic sushi place and this is it! Excellent quality and FRESH, unique rolls, great cocktails, and superb service. I don't know how anyone can give this place anything but 5 stars. I am not a massive raw sushi fan like my husband and they have great cooked unique options for me. My husband is a sushi snob and said it was the sushi he has ever had. Get the lychee martini! Jon is the manager and goes out of the way to provide superb service. This is my hidden gem. This place is an absolute gem! It’s the best sushi in Palm Beach, hands down. The food is simply amazing, and the service is top-notch. It’s the perfect spot to bring a date, as I’ve taken my wife and daughter here every weekend.

Decided to stop here in my way to a family members house. What a great decision. The avocado salad was fresh and the tempura shrimp was just the way I like it. Their server Savannah was extremely kind & helpful. It won't be long before I return.

Went to sushi bang bang with my wife the other night and the food did not disappoint. I had the dark knight roll and my wife had the eel handroll and the sexy crunchy roll. Both rolls were very tasty and service was great. If this restaurant was in a plaza that had more lighting and had places that didnt close so early, business would be great! The business a little slow that night which is nice to get food fast, but this place has so much potential

Amazing quality of food ambience was perfect. This establishment is clean. There was plenty of parking. Restrooms were clean. three of us ate out for lunch and the price was just right. We’ve been here at night to eat outdoors never had a problem with the quality of food. The only issue we encountered, which was probably an off day. Is that being as slow as it was the server was not on top of removing plates and drink refills, but will be back and highly recommend the sushi and rolls here.

I came here with some coworkers, while on a business trip. Let me tell y'all, the customer service was phenomenal. We tried the different sakes they had to offer and they were tasty. The sushi was very fresh and everyone enjoyed their meal, the only thing that wasn't a stand out was the Miso soup. On a scale of 1 to 10 this places gets a solid 8

Dine in for lunch, even though it was sunny and over 80 degrees out, we ate inside. From the genre of the music to the taste of the food, Sushi Bang Bang is a nice place to eat. Unfortunately, the prices are a little steep. Would eat here again if they offered blue fin torro, blue fin tuna and uni......it was on the menu but not available.

I read the views about Sushi Bang Bang and decided to try it even through it is 20 minutes away. I ordered the served with miso soup or fresh garden salad. Sashimi Bang Bang Dinner,18 pieces of the freshest assortment of our top grade sashimi. Six different types of fish, very good. Comes with a choice of miso soup or fresh garden salad.

The interior decoration is lovely. I didn’t love the menu selection, but everything was wonderful here. Next time I’ll go for the tuna tartare.

Highlight of the meal was our wait staff. They were very prompt to take our order, clean the table and refill drinks. I thought we received excellent service from our waitress. Sushi was about a 3.5, I was not a huge fan of the salmon and the rice wasn’t that great. The hamachi was decent. Iced green tea was good. Interior of restaurant was nicely decorate

This restaurant, for some reason seems to believe shrimp is more expensive than salmon. After several times of coming to the restaurant and ordering the routine, same dish on several occasions due to the fact that this restaurant is close to my office, I have never been charged $1.50 substitution charge For the dish that I always order. I always order the summer heat roll and substitute the salmon for shrimp tempura. I also always request no jalapeños due to not being able to support spiciness. Today Maggie Was very unprofessional due to the fact that, even though I paid the check and wanted to explain my situation to her, she still had no remorse and no consideration for a routine customer that comes often as well as brings clients to this location for frequent lunch visits for a substitution charge for replacement of salmon to shrimp tempura. In all reality, I have never seen Shrimp tempura being more expensive than salmon. I understand that I am doing a substitution however, it is actually a In which the owner can charge me the full $18 for one roll and not spend the cost of salmon. I was quite shocked to hear that $1.50 would hurt this restaurant so bad to the point of losing a routine customer that comes in and spends a minimum of $100 each visit. It’s sad that they lost a routine customer over $1.50. Maggie tried to explain to me that there is a disclosure on the menu stating that any substitutions would be $1.50 however, this disclosure is not on the menu They provided to me therefore this is just a way of trying to bring up prices to take from customers. Highway robbery at its finest. The blue light in the bathroom is not something I’m a fan of as it blinds you when you get out since it’s so dark inside it. So sad, but Maggie is the manager and the owner she claims is her father. Sometimes family owned businesses are nice but this one isn’t one of them.

Awesome food but TERRIBLE service. We spent over $200 here just to watch our waitress stare at her phone while we waited nearly 45 minutes for our food (it wasn’t busy). There was no communication or checking in on us from our waitress. After the long wait she told us the kitchen was closed 35 minutes before the restaurant actually closed so we couldn’t order an extra roll. After that she had the nerve to tell us there was “no rush” on the check as if we might have any reason to stick around. I would love to come back here if it wasn’t for the service. Wouldn’t be surprised if wait staff had to split their tips.

Very poorly managed. I ordered takeout and was told it would take 30 minutes, but ended up waiting over an hour and a half. There was little to no communication about the delay, and they should have been upfront about the actual wait time when I placed the order. When my order was finally ready, the staff member handling takeout stopped to have a lengthy conversation with another customer while holding my food, leaving me standing there waiting for him to finish bagging it. Given the excessive delay, some acknowledgment or gesture of goodwill would have been appropriate, but none was offered.
