You should, of course, get the cheese steak, with cheez, and a side of fries. Maybe on your second visit? It’s amazing—get the cherry peppers for that one—and you’ll hear your fries drop into the fryer. But like, let’s say you can only go once? The pork sandwich, no question. Get long hots if you can tolerate spice and can spare the extra buck. It’s a life-changing sandwich. It’s salty, it’s bitter, it’s sesame, it’s rosemary au jus. It’s the best sandwich in the city.

There is a reason that there are no "chopped cheese" places in Philly, sure there are places that make them, but it's an interior sandwich to the cheesesteak, BUT there are authentic Phily cheesesteak places in NYC. And that says something about which is better. I do find it odd that the name has Roast Pork on it, but every picture on the website is of everything, but it's namesake and the online ordering only has the cheesesteak. Easy fix guys. Dance with who brought you. I get that your making a name for the Philly here in NYC, but you guys invented the roast pork 20+ years before it came to NYC, show em how it's done. Lean into it. It's a nice clean shop, quality ingredients. Service is friendly and things move quick here. It's local enough to eat here, but not a hang out. It's streamlined enough to get to the masses, tousits as well, but not enough to make you think you're just a # with no authenticity. Price seems high even for Williamsburg, but when you consider how good things are and how much better they do certain things it makes sense and you wont hear a peep out of people again after they've had it. I'd say order both if you can becuase they often sell out of the Roast Pork, so maybe that's why it's not online or their website. Hefty sandwiches, lots of meat, lots of cheese, though not as separated as a wit wiz that hasn't had time to set up, things are a little 1 bite of each (same way a burrito has either guac or sour cream and not a little of everything). I'm not asking it to be pre mixed, but I like a little element of both. Bread is strudy with body and chew, you can still smell and taste the yeastiness. I do like mine seeded personally, but that's. It's a tad on the greasy side and the onions could use a little more time on the grill. They season the meat well, which some places rely on just the beef to carry it. I've never had an impossible anything that even came close to the original and I don't see that changing no matter how much cheese you put on it. The hoagie is fantastic, dense, textured, toothsome, filling, balanced. Scrapple from the homeland is fitting against the Pork Roll, both are bolder than expected and a welcome change up from the BECSPK most NYers prefer. Now onto the star of the show, when you can get it. Seasoned, slow roasted, rested tender, juicy roast pork. Get the extra gravy, the bread can handle it. The sharp provolone and bitter sweet brocoli rabe are super balance. I also ask for pecorino dusting like the Sunday Gravy, the tang really helps punch thingsd up. It's a top 10 Italian Roast Pork in Phily which makes it the best in NYC. Washed down with a Birch Beer and your set for the week.

If you’re a sandwich lover, Fedoroff’s is a must. We tried the Philly cheesesteak and the Italian with sharp provolone, and both hit the mark. The cheesesteak was juicy with perfectly melted cheese, and the Italian was layered with bold, savory flavors that really came together on a great hoagie. Don’t skip the fries either hot, crispy, and the perfect side. The space is clean and inviting, and the customer service was genuinely great, which always elevates the experience. Solid spot in Williamsburg for a satisfying, well made sandwich. I’d definitely come back!

Love this place - one of my favorite sandwich places in the neighborhood. Once every two months i get a craving for their sandwiches🤭 I have tried their cheesesteak and roast pork. All very solid choices! Must try their Italian sandwich next! (pictured is only a small piece of my husband's Roast Pork Sandwich that we shared, it's not the full portion)

Cheeseteak is the real deal as they say. Roast pork was good especially with the rosemary au jus they give you with it. Also not pictured was the Italian which I would get over the roast pork, was very delicious. Cheeseteak, italian, then roast pork if I had to rank all 3. Very solid shop.

If you’re hunting for a cheesesteak that hits all the right notes—flavorful, juicy, and downright addictive—Fedoroff’s Roast Pork is where you want to be. Despite the name, the real reason to visit isn’t the roast pork (which is still solid), it’s that cheesesteak. It’s next-level good—rich, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. One bite and you’ll understand the hype. The place itself is small with very limited seating, so don’t expect a full sit-down dining experience. It’s more of a grab-it-and-go or eat quick kind of vibe. That said, the staff is incredibly friendly and keeps things moving with a smile, which makes the experience feel welcoming even in the tight space. Portions are generous—especially the large sandwiches, which are definitely big enough to share. And if you’re lucky enough to snag a seat, drinks to stay come with free refills, which is a nice bonus. The neighborhood is pleasant to walk around, but be warned: street parking is definitely a challenge. If you’re driving, give yourself extra time to find a spot. But trust me, once you bite into that cheesesteak, you’ll forget all about the parking struggle. Bottom line: Fedoroff’s is a small place with a big reputation—and it’s completely earned. Come for the cheesesteak, and you’ll leave already planning your next visit.

Put a cape around the neck of this place. Because it was SUPER cooooooolllll.... i really enjoyed everything about my experience here. With the exception...of one thing. The meet itself was missing atleast a pinch of some salt. I made a promise to give a REAL review...and that's what I'm doing. Was the sandwich fantastic to look at?.... that would get a hard HELL YEAH!!!!. Did it smell just as appetizing?...again a HARD HELL YEAH. When I say everything else was great....it was Tony the Tiger GREAT. EVEN the Crispy fries and delicious fountain drink that the guy behind the counter didn't take him anything to convince my brother and I to add it to our sandwich....lol great guy. This place is small but really nice. I enjoyed myself, like I said the only thing I would change is a lil seasoning please on the meat please..and thank you....

Absolutely delicious cheesesteak, third best I’ve had (the other 2 are in Philly). The only reason I took a star off is because of the egregious price. $30 for a large (it’s actually a standard size cheesesteak, not sure why they label it as large), when you can get one in Philly for $15, is excessive. Would order from here more often if it wasn’t $30 for a sandwich.

Mom and I visited this hole-in-the-wall spot for the first time, on my way to Kings Plaza, on my birthday. The staff was nice and very engaging. Food was really good. We order some hamburger combo, which came with French fries, homemade coleslaw and pickles. It was a bit pricey for hamburgers but it was so worth it! When they found out it was my birthday, the owner gifted me a red velvet cupcake— a kind gesture. I would definitely be back to show my support!

Grabbed a cheesesteak last week to go and it was so yummy. While I’m not in Williamsburg often it’s nice that the option of a Philly cheesesteak spot is here because going to Philly for one isn’t always a quick thing. Everything was fresh, quick, and no frills so I really enjoyed it. I recommend stopping by! The cashier is wonderful and welcoming.

No frills sandwich shop. I hsd wanted to come here for a while and so I finally made it. The sandwiches come out hot and fast. I ordered the medium and it was good for one person. The roast pork was a little dry by itself but juice that comes with it helps. The cheesesteak is one of the best I have had. So good. It had the perfect blend of steak and cheese. It is a little runny but it is a cheesesteak. I would for sure come back but I will stick with the cheesesteak next time.

Okay, so I love all things food and I tend not to be picky at all. My scale can confirm this. With that said this sandwich was really good. It definitely hits that cheese steak craving without having to drive to Philly. HOWEVER, I've eaten better in Philly hands down. And to charge $20 for a cheese steak sandwich?!?! Definitely not worth it to come back anytime soon. Good to experience once and then make it at home! And as the pics will show greasy as all hell bring a roll of paper towels!

Charming service. Delicious sandwich. Get the roast pork. Needs to be 12 inch for the large though. Overall a major palatable win!

We stopped in Brooklyn New York at Fedoroffs Roast Pork Cheesesteak Restaurant looking for the next Best Cheesesteak in New York. We wanted a Good, Thick, Juicy made with Flavor Cheesesteak with Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, Lettuces, Fried Onions like a DC Steak and Cheese Sub. But we did not add any Cheese Whiz to our Philly Cheesesteak Sub. We tried Cheese Whiz with our previous Philly Cheesesteak order experience, and we noticed the Cheese Whiz will overpower and take away any real Cheesesteak Flavor. When we added Cheese Whiz, it was too thick and pasty with no real flavor and it destroy the flavor of our Cheesesteak Sub. Getting Cheese Whiz on our Philly Cheesesteak is not a good idea for us. We do not add any Cheese Whiz to any of our Philly Cheesesteak Sub going forward. so I know now not to get any Cheese Whiz on our Philly Cheesesteak Sub. At this location a Medium 6” Cheesesteak will cost around $18.95 and for a Large 8” Cheesesteak was about $20.95 and for a Regular Small Fries was around $3.95 and for a Large Fries $6.95. Our Cheesesteak Flavor was basic with no real flavor. This location also doesn’t offer any mayonnaise, ketchup or mustard on your cheesesteak, they will add Lettuces and Tomatoes. Staff were friendly and helpful. This location was clean with a limited amount of street parking spaces available.

I’ve heard time and time again that Fedoroff’s had the best cheesesteaks for NYC and after eating my way through Philly this past year and hitting all the top cheesesteak shops, I was really excited to try this place out. I really wanted to like this place, but sadly it just fell short. The service and food was a bit slow which I didn’t mind, but I found it quite expensive. There weren’t any prices displayed so I had to ask what the prices were when ordering. The cheesesteaks come in a 6” or 8” size, which I found a bit weird. There was a Tuesday cheesesteak special so it was $12.95 for a 6” (no idea what it normally costs) or $21 for an 8”! I get that NYC prices are higher, but I usually get a 12” in Philly for $15 so these prices are a bit baffling to me. The sandwich flavors itself were decent, but the bread was completely wrong. It was way too soft and flattened and fell apart as I held it, making a mess. It just ended up being a big sloppy mess with cheese whiz all over my hands by the end and meat fallen out. The meat itself was fine, nothing special. Overall, very disappointing especially because I had such high hopes. The onions were cooked well though.

The food was fine but $30 for an 8” Italian hoagie is criminal. On uber eats it was the large option which was a base price of $21 and an $8 up charge for a “large” I worked in pizza and hoagie shops my whole life and $30 usually gets you 3 12” subs so needless to say I was shocked when I paid $30 for a single sandwich that barely was enough food for my 11 year old daughter. The only reason these guys are still in business because of first time customers getting scammed so hard it makes up for the lack of repeat customers.

Victor Bekker

As far as cheesesteaks in NYC go: Danny & Coop’s > Fedoroff’s. Hands down. Everyone knows the best part of any sandwich is the bread. At Fedoroff’s, it felt like standard, off-the-shelf Italian hero bread. Danny Coops’ bread is crispier, fresher, and makes a huge difference. The steak at Fedoroff’s was underwhelming. The menu says “house-sliced steak,” but honestly---who slices it isn’t the point. The quality and flavor of the meat itself just wasn’t there. I paid $26.08 for a large cheesesteak plus small peppers. Danny Coops is about $4 cheaper and, in my opinion, at least 75% better. For context, I went around 3:50pm on a cold Thursday, so maybe timing played a role; but I still expected more. That said, I’ll give it another shot. Maybe the roast pork next time?

“That’s how we always do it, why are you bothering me, the garbage is right there to throw the food, I’m not the cook. I’m not the owner.” Wow. Nothing says I don’t care about my customers than a response like this. All I did was say you’re not grilling the onions and gave them a sample, but the dude insists the onion was fried. He got quiet after I showed the onion to another customer who said “yeah, you’re out of your mind if you’re calling that a fried onion.” So you disappointed two customers in five minutes. Stop resting on your laurels and gaslighting your customers. Make sure you cook actually cooks onions instead of dumping chopped raw onions onto your sandwich with all of the bitterness that it adds. And not only are your onions bitter so is your staff. Looks like some retraining is in order on the grill as well as in the front of the house. Sandwich was 20 bucks for about three dollars worth of pork. Don’t get swindled here.

This spot didn't live up to the hype for me. The Philly cheesesteak was a letdown—the steak was rubbery and the cheese had an unappealing, elastic texture. The fries were okay but the quality of the steak not great either. Doubt I'll be back.
