Went on a 3 day trip n stopped at every dairy queen we saw on the trip! Enjoyable for my friend she had to have a fudge sundae everytime!

Great food, friendly and helpful people. Clean place. Will gladly go back again when I get back that way.

I visited a Dairy Queen in Snyder, TX, a couple of weeks ago on my way home from my 60th year HS Class reunion! I have often stopped there on my travels during my 'trucking days'! Always good food as well as polite service!

We try to stop here when we can, since home no longer has a DQ. The cherry and chocolate dipped cones are awesome❣ The size of ice cream was just right- they did not give us a "smaller" amount. The medium was a true medium. Love DQ ice cream! Blizzards are good too!

Have enjoyed Dairy Queen for many years. Very attractive, clean, place for families and friends to meet and visit. Great food . Love their Strawberry Blizzards, chicken strips and malts.

I’m not from here but we stopped to eat here around 10 and the manager was amazing! She is nice and let us dine in even when they were about to close for dine in! She also made sure we were doing okay and was asking if we needed anything else, she was so joyful and happy even tho it was already almost time for them to close and start cleaning; she waited for us to finish u too she started mopping, overall great experience!!!!

Everything you want a DQ to be, excepting maybe, the same old tacos. (It's like being Charlie Brown when Lucy promises to to hold the football. You think, maybe this time it'll be better, but... Nah.)

We had a very pleasant experience here. This dairy queen is in an older, classic building with a good old school atmosphere. The food was delivered hot and the french fries were perfect. Everything tasted delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly. Other reviewers have commented that their food took a while. I appreciated that our order was cooked up after we placed it and came out hot. It had not been sitting around. Very good Dairy Queen experience!

Very good Food, the staff sorta lacked listening skills. Had a mess up on the order which was corrected. Felt like the staff isn't doing there job on there down time. No soap in mens bathroom, ketchup thing is empty, no small lids. Just simple things!

We got country baskets and the gravy was like water. First time we had that happen. We don't live in the area. We took it home too far for us to return it. Won't go back there.

This is a good place to eat and the food is always good. And I have always enjoyed dairy queen the only reason this one didn't score higher is because of the cleanliness. It wasn't very good, most of the tables were still dirty the floors were disgusting. And the restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a few day. But this one place will not stop me from eating at dairy queen's. I hope your visit is better than mine

It was really nice and clean in there. My problem was, I ordered a Jr Cone and just wanted a few sprinkles on it. I was then charged 0.30$ for maybe 7 sprinkles that landed upon my cone. I understand restaurant food costs but this was a little far…

We waited for over 25 minutes for our food. 5 of those we could see it sitting in the window but couldn't get anyone's attention to get it for us. Food was okay but was a little over cooked.

The food is very very good but when they pull you around cause they’re waiting on your food while in the meantime you can see inside that they are laughing, cracking jokes making Tik Tok vídeos (it’s fine have fun) but when it comes to time to work set aside the fun and get to work. This is the 2nd time they’ve “lost” my order 1st time I waited 1 hour this time around I waited 20 minutes.

Came with family food was was good. When we got our ice creams I ordered a banana split the banana was black all the way down the middle. The ends of it were black and mooshy. People need to have enough common sense when making people's food you can tell they just don't care about there job or customers

Tried two Dairy Queens on my day trip to Lubbock, 1st stopped in Plains There was a line & I didn't want to wait it was lunch around 1:00, we walked one family @ counter ordering with two other families in line after them, so we thought not a big deal, instead of waiting let's go to the next dairyqueen 30 miles to Brownfield, I seen 2 workers one female working window & one male I'm assuming working the kitchen, what made me walk out 1st of all my little ones were hungry this was our 2nd stop, there was literally 2 ppl in dining room already & they had their food, we were never greated by the female at counter & mind you she was there making ice cream treats for a vehicle that was @ the window or by the male who came out to deliver food to a customer waiting, he walked right by us the female kept looking over never said "hi" or it'll be a moment" we waited about 5mins never acknowledged instead she took took the next cars orders @ window which we were in thr dining room before the truck was even there Wasn't our day for DairyQueen I guess & I'm really hoping she wasn't the manager People have got to step up customer skills it's becoming so sad, I would of been Okay waiting for food if there is only 2 workers but straight up being ignored is totally different story I won't give you my business with that work attitude! Sorry

They are trying to make this location a fast food restaurant. Most everything you get is barely warm. I prefer my hamburger hot not pre-made cold when you get it like Sonic,McDonald's,Burger King.

Passed up the Dairy Queen in Plains, TX. to eat at the one in Brownfield because food had always been better there. 8:00pm and was not good this time. Hamburger bun was microwaved and tough to chew. Ordered Texas size and received Regular size fries. Please DO NOT microwave buns!

Had to wait in the drive tru over 10 minutes, I order chicken tender basket, I pull up to pay as nd was asked to pull up to the front with no explanation as to why I had to ask why, reason was my order was not ready, plus what was supposed to be gravy was very watery, first and last time I go there

We wait 30 minutes we only forwarded 2 vehicles, and we did leave the restaurant without ordering, if we have stay there 80 % guarantee that we should stay there for another 50 minutes I hope one day Dairy Queen in Brownfield have better service

Service is very slow. Waited almost a half hour for fast food. Also very dirty. There are flies on the window sills.

When we saw how dirty the prep area was and how crusty the hot fudge looked we decided to leave. This establishment needs some supervision!

The Taco's have pass over meat, they pass it over the Taco. Ordered double meat and it got no better. I let the staff know how unpleased l was and that I would NEVER grace there door again. I am letting everyone I know​ what l think. The staff could care less.

Paid 9.89 for large jalito burger meal. Got my burger before I could walk 5 feet and get ice in glass. BAD BURGER had obviously been sitting around a while was cold and stale. I asked Shelby if this is large fries, she said yes I say No. Very disappointing, waste my money.

My hamburger patty was burned, and onion rings, which were burned to a crisp. $15. For an inedible meal. Don't think I'll be back. Not worth the price.

We waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru and no one was ahead of us. The girl came to the window and asked if I had called in an order. She had the headset on so I'm sure she took our order, but then didn't know what it was. When we finally got food, it wasn't correct. Will never go back!

Showed up at 9:28 pm waited in a line of only 3 cars till 9:57 pm when I had to leave because they only got 1 car in that time frame. Slowest service ever.

We ordered the new cheesy steak finger basket. This was the worst mistake of the day. They stated they doubled cooked them. Because they were cooking them for the first time. They refused to take them back or give me my money.. Said to call back after 5 they were short staff. They burnt them to a crisp couldn't find any cheese wish I could upload a picture. Waited about 30 mins for a order of tacos a blizzard and dipcone. We had ordered an extra taco and din not receive.

I was not impressed with my visit. I remember why I stopped going. Ordered my grandbaby a chicken strip kids meal and well they forgot the chicken strips. The crew was obnoxiously loud and it was hard for us to enjoy our family time! Can't see myself going back any time soon!

Went through the drive thru and ordered one simple item. Was told to park behind the building to wait. Almost an empty parking lot and had to wait forever. I assume it was about 45 minutes. Having customers park in the dark ally like space behind the building seems sketchy. I also wouldn't want my teenage employees to be meeting customers behind the building. Not the best management decision. Definitely need to find a better and safer system like assigning a few spaces on the front of the building for pickups. And...I drive off and my order is wrong.

So you order in the drive thru, they make you drive around to the parking-lot and wait 12 minutes for your food. I asked why and he said we are on a timer, "im the only one in line" but I need you to move to tye parking-lot. Very disrespectful. Its 1pm on Saturday and the wait for steak fingers is ridiculous. Bless yall for cold food!

They had no buns, no chicken and no cheese. The food took 20 mins to get cold and old. The cashier hung out, out back to smoke right by where they parked us to wait for our food.

Came in for dinner tonight after 5pm, the manager with curly hair was very rude to her employees! I pulled an employee to the side and asked for her name and they said they would but they the GM will lie for her and get her out of trouble. The fact this isn’t my first encounter with this rude manager, I will be calling corporate over the situation. The title is definitely in her head and to mistreat employees is flat out wrong!

I've tried and tried to give them a chance but NEVER EVER NEVER will I go back to this dairy queen . Our milkshakes were flavored milk and I ask for them to be extra thick . The texas toast in our chicken strips was bread cut in half . The service was TERRIBLE !!! My husband took it all to the dumpster . The people working there do not know what they are doing !!!

Absolutely Worst Customer Service Experience We placed a large order through the drive-thru and were told to park on the side, which we did without issue. A few minutes later, an employee—who claimed to be a “long-time worker”—brought us a small bag with just a burger and chicken fried steak. We immediately told her it wasn’t our order, but she rudely walked away without saying a word. My husband went inside to speak to the manager, and sadly, it only got worse. The manager was dismissive, didn’t show any concern, and basically brushed us off, telling us to “call the general manager” if we had a problem. Another employee inside even admitted that “Karen” (the rude staff member) was known for her attitude, yet nothing was done. To top it off, it felt like the manager and Karen had some sort of personal relationship, which might explain why she didn’t care about how poorly we were treated. We left feeling completely disrespected and unheard. This location clearly has no regard for customer service, accountability, or basic courtesy.
