I drive thru this location EVERYDAY and pray this one person is there every morning to take my order because I know it will be done correctly but most mornings its not so I can't order what I want. I always ask for them to cook my tater tots w/cheese fresh & they don't unless Amber is there. She's the only person that will make sure it's done right. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PUT AMBER ON FOR MORNING HOURS SO I CAN GET MY FOOD ORDER DONE RIGHT! I'M TIRED OF ORDERING FOOD THAT GETS THROWN AWAY AND THEN I FILL OUT THE SURVEY AND TRASH Y'ALL AGAIN!

No stalls, because they are 1/2 of a Shell station building. So, online order - pull up to a stall does not work here. You either go through the drive-through with the other people placing orders and wait, or you go inside and wait, if they have a line. The burger was not hot in the wrapper and was dry, really. Lettuce was dry, pickles dry, and meat was dry. I used to always love Sonic burgers! They need better made "juicy" burgers and stop with the "copy" (McD )burgers and not have them like a burger should be. Go to Dots' place for a real burger. I did not eat the burger, but instead gave it to the cat outside.

This used to be my favorite location, but the last few times I have been there I've been very disappointed. This particular time and the last, I ordered a BLT with no tomato. I failed to realize the B stands for bread and not bacon. I also had to wait for them to finish their conversation for my pre-ordered food that was sitting on the counter ready. They used to bring it out to the car so you didn't have to wait in line. The staff is ok but I miss the ladies that used to be there. They really went above and beyond.

Staff was initially rude and seem bothered someone came on to order at the counter. Understaffed and overworked employees seems to be the biggest problems. Food tasted like it been under a heat lap at a gas station for hours. The crew forgot my shake with my meal took another 10 minutes to get it, but did eventually get it.

Workers are almost always rude, they take forever, and i often use the app to avoid speaking to the worker in drive thru because of their rudeness. Even though I always recieved the email saying i clearly spent money at this place with the time and date on the email, they often say "sorry we dont have one under that name" and they have to take my phone and all of the sudden my order just appears?? It was too quick to be fresh, so you know it was sitting somewhere, seemed to me like they were just being lazy or making a joke; unprofessional. And this has happened multiple times, not just once.

Been watching these dead flies for over a month...they never clean them..wonder what the kitchen is like..I have pictures of the dead flies in the inside window sill but it won't give me option to load

Given wrong food after waiting 15 min then they took the incorrect food back after I put my hand in it and gave it to the correct person. Never again.

Service is very poor. Employees are rude. You don't get what is ordered even after having them repeat the order, so you have to go back and try to get items that were paid for, for them to tell you it was put in the bag. If I go back to this location I will be sitting in the drive-thru widow to make sure everything is as it should be and the whole order is there and made how it was asked.

Nothing bad to say about the staff, they are extremely nice and helpful. However Sonic in general, is not the same Sonic of a few years ago. The fries are soggy, burger don't have that old Sonic taste anymore. Update from six months ago. I have stopped by four times to bring dinner home to the wife and kids. Again, store is always clean and staff is aways nice and helpful. But four times I get home and either an item is missing or the order was completely wrong. I don't enjoy opening each a d every bag, unwrapping burgers etc in their parking lot. And by the time the order(s) are corrected the rest of the meals are cold. My advice, eat inside the restaurant. That way you can check the order and not have to eat cold fries, tots or worse a burger.
