I don't know Taco Bell to me was a place where people gather around it's cold I guess it's just lost his people coming in to eat at Taco. The atmosphere's dead.... Their corn tortillas they're not what they used to be... By the time you make it home the tacos become taco salad.

I came in with a large group of people, 15 on total. For being as big of an order as it was the order came out pretty quickly. There was one worker in particular that was running around making sure everything was good and we had what we needed. There was such a kind staff. I work in fast food myself and can understand the stress of having that many people at once, but they did an amazing job.

I don’t normally leave reviews… but every other drive-thru in bwood takes 10+ min.. I go here daily and they have my order ready to go by the time I get to the window every.single.time. Tonight I waited no more than 5 mins due to a technical difficulty, but was apologized to multiple times by the staff. They then put my order as a priority (could hear them yelling to get it done first in the kitchen lol) I just feel like their service always goes above and beyond and deserves 5 stars!!👏🏼

I really like Taco bell but I am not impressed with having to order from the kiosk instead of the counter. If an employee has to come out and show you how to order then it defeats the purpose of the kiosk.

Every time I decide to dine at this Taco Bell, there’s 3 things I can always expect. Number one, that the food will be great. Number 2, that the restaurant will be clean. And Number 3, that the service will be exemplary. Not only have I never had a bad experience at this restaurant—I’ve never had less than a good one. Out of all the restaurants in the area, this is by far one of my favorites to dine at.

Food fine. Unfortunately the prices have gotten a little out of control and it's equally unfortunate that they put out "limited edition" items that are worth returning for but they take off the menu far too soon. The wait time can be way too long but the food is worth returning for if you don't mind paying a little too much for what you get.

The only thing that keeps me from 5 stars is that you cannot order at the counter. There is someone to help with th kiosks (so why can't that person take orders? They're not freed up to work the back.)

Taco Bell was excellent for a fast food restaurant. Food prices are very reasonable. I miss my previous go to 7 layer burrito but my new favorite is the fiesta veggie burrito which is a value menu item. So delicious!!!! So affordable!!!!

The employees are mostly friendly and the food is good for the price. I love the dollar menu when I have a car full of kids! The downside, going through the drive thru while in a hurry can be like a game of Russian Roulette, sometimes they give you everything you order and sometimes items are missing. Nobody likes having to go inside for an incorrect order when they go through the drive-thru.

Hey I got over here at 11:46 to get my free Taco buying a burrito but the place in there again is totally a mess I mean the floor is real sticky but somebody kind of tested up mopped it put the whole floor needs mop good the tables a few of the tables are pretty dang filthy the windows are filthy. If I was manager that store will not be in that kind of shape. Just my opinion. But the lady that's at the cash register she was very nice saying hello and I entered and hello when I left very sweet and even asked me if I wanted to drink with my meal came out to the waiting area very nice very nice but the place the manager is not doing his job or somebody's not and I didn't even go in the bathroom that might be scary too. It's got to change.

This has to be the only Taco Bell I've been to in my life where you don't have to wait a ridiculously long time for your food if you order in the lobby. My only real complaint is that the lobby never seems to be open for breakfast hours. I don't drive and I prefer their breakfast menu.

The place just has no atmosphere no matter how u look at it. Get your food to go through the drive through. I go here a lot and about half the time,I have to park and go in because they forgot something. They are always nice and fix the problem. The food taste great and the prices are cheap enough. Handicapped spots are right up front.

Ordered soft tacos and a quesalupa combo and some burritos and ended up getting 1 crunchy taco and 3 bean and cheese burritos and got a quesalupa my order was wrong and seems to be when I order from y’all I’m very dissatisfied with how the people that work there don’t seem to pay close enough attention to read the orders properly please encourage the employees to do better at their job and pay closer attention I’m not saying they are terrible employees just saying that they don’t pay enough attention and has been a reoccurring issue for me when I order food from there

Food is great and dinning inside is perfect, but the DRIVE-THRU is HORRIBLE. They always leave something off your order. You need to be that person and check all your food before leaving. This has happened 3 times. You think I would learn by now. C'mon man, simplify the fulfillment system in the Drive-Thru.

I have learned to check the bag before leaving...have been missing food on occasion. Would help if there were a sign on the door about the lobby being shut down, me and a few other people I've seen have tried to go inside to order but the doors were locked.

Orders are consistently wrong and the app is always messed up somehow. Quite frequently the app doesnt communicate the order to the store so I have to reorder when I get there. Staff is always great though and when you get the food it's always the same quality.

Its Taco Bell, you should know what you're getting foodwise. I like Taco Bell. What drops the score for me is the waiting. The drive thru is almost always 8 vehicles deep. You'll never get in and out of this place in less than 15-20 min, and if you choose a particularly busy time of day, you might be there even longer.

The food is okay, though they have screwed up my order multiple times. Though I wouldn't recommend eating inside, the whole place it dirty and a bunch of teenagers working the registers. Most of the time yelling to their friends in the dining room. Usually takes longer to get my food.

Taco Bell has gone down hill. The food is bland,and the burrito I got was more like a small soft taco. The portions are smaller and the prices are higher.

Not impressed. Driving through from a wedding and stopped here to eat. Chips were way to salty. I ordered nachos, tacos supreme with no onions, cheese rolls, chips and cheese, tacos and baja colada. When I got my order I was told they didnt have the baja colada. Only strawberry. Wasn't given the regular drink cup. Had to go back up and get it. When I got to the table, I didnt have part of my order. I went back up and let someone know and was given the response, "I didnt make that so I dont know what your missing." I showed them the receipt from my phone since I ordered via kiosk. After about a few minutes of going back and forth and waiting for my order to be made right, I was finally back at the table. Food wasn't great. Everything was over salted. Quality of dining area I have to give 5 stars because it was immaculate! All in all besides the dining area being top notch, this taco bell has to step up their game. Dont need to rush to get orders out, just get them right. That's all I ask. That is why I gave this a 2 star review.

Went inside ordered with Shawnee and our whole order was wrong literally everything had sour cream and we told them no sour cream on anything. We had missing items and items we didn’t even order. I had them fix one item because the receipt said no sour cream and they still did it but couldn’t really do anything because the rest of the food was correct on the receipt but Shawnee didn’t type it in right. Five employees just standing behind the counter, and they still amake you use a kiosk.. our group and two others walked out. A 30 second order shouldn't have to take minutes on a kiosk, especially when employees are just standing around.

I went to our Taco Bell in Brownwood Texas I ordered a number one. Had so much sour cream that you couldn't taste anything but that when I talk to the store they were so sorry they'd be glad to remake them but they would remake them exactly the same because that is the recipe that was a pure waste of $10.60 it wasn't even a good brand of sour cream

Didn't eat there because employees insisted that we use their computer station to order. I will stop going to Taco Bell because of this new policy, and I will go where there is good customer service.

Ordered the 3 cheese burrito and the spicy tostada on the value menu. Burrito was ok but the tostada barely had any beans lettuce or tomatoes.. I returned to the manager in charge and asked for a decent amount of contents to be added to the order. I was not satisfied with the slight portions on this order. He argued that this was just the way it was. I informed him that the Taco Bell in Sweetwater always had a decent amount of toppings and that his was not. He finally relented and remade my order. My wife and I eat there after church quite often. They also charged us for Senior water which they had never done before. I will be taking my business back to Taco Casa!

I walked up to the door at 9:00 pm to be told by an employee that they were closed. He told me the drive thru was open so I waited behind two cars in the rain and finally reached the intercom. No one would talk to me so I waited to finally get to the window to order only to be rudely confronted by an employee that said they would not wait on me because I was a walk up customer? Well, it happened gain. Last Aug. 2014 we went through the drive-thru , got all the way home and saw food was missing. There was too much food in the bag to check each and every item. This has happened inside too where food was left out. Tonight (Dec.2014) we decided to give it another try and again my hubby had to go back to get an item that was left out. They made no effort to make amends and the food arrived stone cold. The owner needs to wake up. This is the last time we go. The employees are rude and inattentive. They are too busy gossiping to pay attention to their jobs.

The got our order wrong and had attitude when we asked them to fix it. We were nice through it all but will not return. Sad to see employees run off good people.

As a former employee I can say there are roaches in the kitchen area. I observed staff not using proper hand hygiene. The management is rude, especially if you have to deal with Kalea. Some of the stuff is excellent, but a lot are non caring and just there for a paycheck. Not the well being of other human beings. I would not recommend eating at this location.

We ordered the veggie mexican pizza with no cheese. He even confirmed exactly what we wanted on there. After eating the first piece we saw the meat on it. I haven't eaten meat in 5+ years. Before I had made it inside of the restaurant, an employee rudely advised me, "You have to order at the kiosk". I was met with an over-staffed restaurant full of people refusing to take my order. I did order at the kiosk, carefully selecting which drink I wanted and how many sauce packets. I was then called up to the counter and handed an empty cup I could fill myself. When my order came up, there were no sauce packets and I had to go retrieve them myself, thereby eliminating any advantage ordering on the kiosk would have gained me. As I was leaving, another party was walking in and I heard them being told they must order at the kiosk as well. The elderly woman responded saying that she didn't know how to do that. The employee responded, "sorry" and the party left. The employee seemed pleased with this outcome.

The food is not worth the price at all... I am going to start dinning in for what I pay there.

Horrible went through the drive thru heard people arguing, they left out 2 burritos, didn't cut the mexican pizza, the crunchwrap supreme was soggy, and the soft tacos and hard tacos was pretty much just the taco nothing but a spoonful of meat. Placed an order online for lunch and drove to pick it up. When I got there the store was closed with a sign saying they didn't have enough staff to operate. My card has already been charged, but I can't get my food. I called to let them know and was told to try to get my refund through the app. When I try cancel the order in the app, nothing happens. The screen just freezes. This is pretty frustrating because ALL of these issues are avoidable. First, staff your store appropriately. It's really not that hard. Second, if you fail to staff your store appropriately then the LEAST you can do is turn off online ordering so people aren't being charged for food that they have no way of picking up. Let's use some common sense please. I absolutely will not be back to this location.

I got 3 $7 luxe cravings boxes and 2 orders of crispy tacos. My 5 layers had cold hard tortillas, every regular taco was mostly lettuce and cheese with barley any meat, all nachos cheese cups were about a quarter of the way filled and our chalupa supremes were only half filled with anything with hard shells as well. The food might be cheap, but still not worth getting a half ass order

Okay so basically I hav been into this restaurant multiple times and it SMELLS…like an actually bad smell that is throughout the whole building. Not to mention I’ve doordashed only 2 times because the first time I got a Crunchwrap supreme and tell my why I only had about a table spoon of meat, the Crunchwrap advertised is very full and no I do not expect an exact replica but mine was flat, I was eating straight bites of lettuce and tortilla. I only doordashed from there again last night because my partner was craving it. Our chalupa shells were rock hard and not in a crunchy way, almost hurt to bite into, this had obviously been sitting in the heat box all day, again barley any meat, and loaded with so much cheese and lettuce. Wish I would’ve took pics but I DO NOT recommend ordering delivery from here, in person you can at least correct them.

Worst Taco Bell in History. I had a small order. Simply wanted a Baja blast Freeze (not available) 2 crunchy tacos (both broken and filling all spread out in the wrapping; chips and cheese (cheese cup was at 20% almost nothing and chips were all broken probably from the bottom of the basket. See pictures. And the man at the drive thru had a nasty attitude. Absolutely ridiculous and awful experience for someone needing a quick bite hours away from home!!! I think Taco Bell owes me a couple of decent meals.

They spent all this time and money remodeling the store and adding an additional drive through lane (although I'm not sure why considering they struggled with one drive through lane prior to the remodel) and the store is still bad. store often has an unpleasant smell and staff can be really hit or miss, some days they're friendly and other days they're not attentive at all and not very helpful, they're consistently out of menu items, etc. However all of these things pale in comparison to the main issue which is ticket times. It shouldn't take 30-45 minutes to prepare an order that has just a few items on it. I don't even like waiting that long for real food from an actual restaurant, what makes management think I want to wait that long for mediocre junk/fast food?? There's nothing on their menu that should take that long to assemble/prepare. This is not something that happens every once in a while either, it's something I've experienced numerous times on a consistent basis every single week. Maybe this is a staff issue?? I understand it's hard to find good people who are willing to work in the food industry but honestly this place would probably benefit from shutting the store down and getting back to basics until everyone has been trained properly and can be as efficient as they should be.

I came here with my youth group, and we were in a rush. The workers were visibly upset when they heard that 40 kids were going to come and eat, and proceeded to give out orders very slowly, with about 7 minutes in between each order. In total, this took about an hour, which is very bad because we were short on time. On top of that, we had orders that got burned and HAD HAIR IN THEM. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend to someone, especially if they are in a hurry. You would be better of going to Chick-fil-A, which is just down the road.

They don't accept orders at the counter so I let them know I was ordering through the app on my phone. They bagged our meal & set it on the counter without effort to alert us. The employee placing her order in the picture was eating her meal when the man who came in after us (before her break) complained he was still waiting for his burrito.

I go here weekly and usually never have problems but today there was one car in front of me so they weren’t busy but when I got home my husband had a big piece of cardboard in his crunchy taco and my soft taco had meat on half and cheese on the other half! Wake up people and do better!

They’re decent on certain days. I often find my orders wrong when I order the same thing literally every time I go in & i even ask the people behind the counter to make sure it’s a certain way and it still comes out wrong. It’s only when certain managers/employees are there that my order is right. My biggest complaint is the fact that at night during work we run there to get something quick to eat and my tacos come out like the one in the picture EVERY time. It’s the main thing that makes us not want to come back.
