I have ordered my last chicken from this place. Way expensive and both times when it arrived the chicken is not fresh. Like it has been under a heat lamp for hrs. I thought on the fist time that it happened ….okay a one time mishap…..but nope….did another Grubhub order for a bucket of chicken and most of it was thrown out. Spend closer to 50.00 or more for crap. Won’t do it again

Shockingly bad. The food: there was so little seasoning on the ghost pepper wings that I could have fed them to my toddler. Functionally seasoning free on two orders of wings. No biscuit. Half of the container filled with red beans and rice. Wrong drinks. They always get the order wrong in at least one way. Every time we give them another chance the food gets worse. The service: actually okay this time? Only interrupted 2x while ordered and only had to wait about 3 minutes. People are pretty nice when you get to the window, but there has to be something wrong with the speaker system because they are always yelling at you and interrupting when you're trying to order. It feels like either the inside or the drive through is closed every time we go. It's almost always one or the other. Really disappointing.

Honestly I think the workers here at this particular location for the night shift are just being lazy as I arrived at 9:20 and already had my order put in online 20 minutes before arriving. When I arrived they locked the doors *it is stated on the store hours they are open until 11* before I could go inside and made me wait out front to get my food instead of going through the drive through that others were using *total of about 4 people used it in the time I was there, at least 2 of those people went through there multiple times for some reason*. I also witnessed someone come in after me and get a large order before I was able to receive mine. I ordered an 8 piece spicy and was told 6 more minutes until it would be out when *as previously stated* I had this preordered for over 20 minutes at that point. Food was not received until 20-30 minutes later as others were going through the drive through and receiving their orders before me. I don't feel like an hour for an 8 piece when they were not even busy is a reasonable amount of time to take for any reason. I would not recommend anyone come here in all honesty because if they want to close there doors an hour and a half to 2 hours early and not let people picking up orders use the drive through, then I wouldn't care to see how they act during the day when they actually get a rush.

Idk who’s smart ideas is is to have a team meeting at 3 o’clock in the Afternoon so I had to sit in line with two people in front of me for 30 minutes to get my food then they handed me the wrong order. Had to go back around and wait another 30 minutes in line to get my food.

I set the order for 6:30 and now it’s almost 7 and they started working on the order after I came ! And I didn’t like the way they behaved

Popeyes please look into this location. Poor management. Chicken is old, missing (3) order of Fries. No ice for the drinks. 34 minute wait for some Burnt chicken l! I need my $53.50 returned

This is the worst Popeyes ever it took me over 30 minutes to order. It took over 40 minutes to get my order and when the food came back, it was cold and old. I sent the food back. They had me waiting for fresh chicken and sent me back the old chicken that I gave them back after taking my receipt to replace my order. They gave it to my granddaughter and when we got home that’s what we found out. It was the old order that I had given back, but they are going to get this food back tomorrow and I want my money back. I’m so angry and disgusted right now. I tried calling them, but they would not answer the phone. Don’t ask me for NO receipt because yall already have it yall never gave it back I want my money back here is yall food simple as that. Never ever will I go to this Popeyes again. Stop playing with people food.

I wanted to try The new cheesy bites. The cashier started to give me the old ones and I told her no I want the fresh ones. Well as I was waiting, one of the girls came from the back with the deep fryer basket with a cheesy bites. I was assuming they were fresh. Was I ever wrong? They were cold and old and you don’t get many for $4.68. I wished I didn’t pay cash or I would’ve stopped my credit card. And it seems I wasn’t the only one have a problem when there was a very upset customer that said he was waiting on his order for about an hour, he was really getting upset. I wouldn’t recommend getting the cheesy bites from this Popeyes. oh, and let me add that I was calling the store over and over and over, but nobody wanted to answer the phone

This was the worst experience ever. I pulled up to the drive through. No one responded to take my order. So I drove around again. Still nothing. So I went to the window. A young man said we can't take orders the birds are to loud to hear you. So I asked if he could take the order. He replied I'm helping someone else I'll be right back. 12 minutes later still no response. I then drove around to the entrance. Went inside, there was only 4 people dining inside. Atleast 6 very young employees inside. I clearly placed my order with coupon in hand. As suggested. Ordered a 5 piece chicken dinner with 1 side mashed and 1 side French fries. Which comes with 2 biscuits. I also ordered a cheesy bites cup/ ranch. Then mentioned how long i sat at the outside window waiting for an employee to come back. No comment he just handed me 2 more of their flyer coupons. Drove 4 miles home. To discover that there were 4 pieces of chicken, no biscuits, no cheesy bites. A random bowl of rice. And that he charged me full price. Didn't use the coupon. 2 other gentleman standing waiting for their orders and one commented. That they had done the same drive up thing to him. If I could give this store -5 I would but all you get is one star. I'm a doordasher I came into the store and the whole business was in chaos, manager had lost full control of the store. I see a little Hispanic girl all upset and I saw her clock out and leave. Two other employees with arguing with each other and then customer started arguing with the employees because they wanted their food I've seen people walk out. I've seen I guess the manager on duty lock the door with about 6 to 7 customers inside. They asked me about five or six times what the customer's name was they can't focus because they're arguing with each other. I waited for about 15 minutes not counting the time that it should be to get to the merchant.

Ordered food for delivery. Got the wrong drink, none of my sauces, my wings were cold and unseasoned (They were supposed to be lemon pepper) and the cajun potatoes tasted like garbage! Ridiculous after spending $30+. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I just went through the drive through at 4 pm and ordered a chicken sandwich meal and some tenders. I was told to pull out front. It is now almost thirty mins later and have watched THREE people walk inside order and receive their food. I have also watched one person go through the drive through and receive their food. As I'm typing this a lady came out and asked if Im waiting for the 8 piece combo..... She finally brought the food out and surprise surprise Everything is cold. Y'all REALLY need to get your stuff in order cuz this seems to be a persistent issue

I came into today and bought chicken for me and my daughter took 40 min to get the food and I found a red substance in my 6 year old daughters plate and when I talked to the manager said that there was no way that red thing could be there but I didn’t see the chicken raw there was some blood on the plate and very unprofessional to make the situation better and did not get a refund on the order I felt so mad and disgusted about the plate , and also the workers do not return and wash there hands when they take there breaks .

I came here and got a chicken sandwich. After three bites, I looked down and saw that it was undercooked in the middle. I called and spoke to a person explained that I got undercooked chicken, they said “ugh” And hung up the phone. I called back and said that I just called about undercooked chicken and someone hung up on me. And then they hung up on me again. This is a health hazard and could lead to serious illness and they just hang up on you like it’s no big deal?? What the heck kinda place is this?? How are they still open??

Food is good. Literally the only redeeming thing about this location. The people are rude. The service sucks. Most of the time you are forced to use the drive thru and they will ignore you everytime. No hello, no please wait. Nothing. 5-10 minimum. More times than not will cut you off while ordering to ask if youre done. If you're lucky they will tell you they are cash only at the box and not make you wait 30 minutes to get to the window. The downside of this is if you're not using cash and stuck between other cars they will sit on the mic and tell you to order or leave multiple times. Nothing like hearing a shreiking "we are cash only" while unable to move and upset you're now waiting for nothing. When/if you do manage to get to the window don't be rude and expect your food right away, let them finish up their conversation or finish checking their phones "real quick" All in all I've never had good service here, sadly I love their cajun gravy.

I dont know if its just me but they give to little food for to much. You could literally get better chicken at a corner store store and wont get charged this much. For those same 12 dollars you could get a 3 patty burger with cheese a Whataburger and be full.
