They had pizza for sale at the bar. A very lovely atmosphere nice and clean. They also had a food truck in the rear parking lot. I will absolutely be coming here again and bringing my friends. This bar has a atmosphere that feels welcoming to everyone in the community

I went to check out the newly renovated bar for the first time last night and loved it!! Great service, awesome DJ, and they sell pizza slices which is an excellent touch. Renovations look great too.

A very busy spot. Popped in here after a lacrosse game at the Key Bank Centre. Very busy spot atmosphere was great. We arrived a bit late in the night and the place was already packed (not bad, just a very popular place). Most drinks were well priced. Merch for sale (shirts, sweater, hats, torques). Definitely going to back here.

This IS THE neighborhood bar. It’s more than just a bar. It’s where the community can get together no matter who you are who you love, we all mates here. The establishment is clean the staff dedicated, kind, welcoming. Drinks come out quick and are delicious. The atmosphere is hip but still a familiar stomping ground. Come here you won't be disappointed!

One of the best nights out dancing in while!! An extremely good time, fun people, affordable drinks and the Beyoncé / Missy Elliott / Janet Jackson was hitting all the right notes. Perfect if you’re visiting Buffalo for the weekend (like we were) and looking for a great night. The owner, Michael, was lovely and friendly also.

It's been a minute since Buffalo has had a proper gay bar establishment, but Twentysix Allen is it! The bartenders are prompt and attentive, and the drinks are strong. The music is on point and brings me back to the days of the 2000s and 2010s, with newer stuff mixed in. The perfect balance! 👏👏👏

As a straight female, I’ve never felt nothing but respect and love from all the bartenders. I used to go here before it was remodeled and enjoyed it. Now that it has gotten a face lift and amazing owners, I knew it was destined for greatness. I’ll never forget walking in there for the first time after they remodeled… the bathrooms had to be my favorite part. As a supporter of LGBTQIA+ I love the fact that it is a gender neutral space that has privacy if that is what you prefer. This place has given the community an area to let loose and be yourself no matter what. I highly recommend you check it out if you haven’t.

I LOVE 26 & I LOVE Drag Race 💝 incredibly talented, loving people who really create something special together. That's why this stood out. After a great night, karaoke started. I won't get into all the details, but if anyone else has felt this, you're not alone. The "Humble Karaoke King" was one of the rudest, meanest people I've interacted with in a very long time. And at a gay bar, running karaoke... it's really not that serious. If you hate your job, please, for everyone's sake, move on. With LOVE. Let's have fun.

It had really good music, and I liked the overall vibe, but the TV screens everywhere were really distracting, especially while playing horror movies while I'm just trying to have a good Saturday night.

crowd and tunes are usually good here. but it might be a victim of its own success. always way too many people crammed into a tight space. it's also just a lot more pricey than cathode ever was, and the "daddy chill" neon sign makes me roll my eyes. all that aside, undeniably one of the best places to go dancing in town, and the bartenders do a great job dealing with just how busy they are.

It was their first time there & I felt horrible they had an uncomfortable experience. While waiting for the bathroom (not realizing there was a new sign), the bouncer with short pink hair yelled at them to GET OUT. She continued to watch them and made more aggressive moves throughout the night, making them feel so unwelcome they left early.. I couldn’t even believe it! I’ve heard similar stories about this bouncer before, and it really doesn’t reflect the spirit 26 is known for. I write this with Love for 26. I understand the new sign is a technical legality, but how it’s being addressed/ handled isn’t good for anybody involved.

We brought some friends here from out of town. We tried to play pool and the bouncer immediately got into my friends face and kicked us out. I asked for an explanation but all the bouncer would say is 'table's closed, you have to leave'. Incredibly rude. Zero communication. Just a confusing and frustrating situation.

Really disappointed with how rude the security guard was to us. We had been hearing about this place for a while and were excited to check it out. We walked in, grabbed some drinks, and walked over to the pool table that noone was using. The cover was on the table and there were food and drinks sitting on top of it. We asked a bunch of people that were standing around it if the food/drinks were there's and everyone said no so we moved it to the counter that was right next to the pool table, paid to play and started playing. We took one shot on the table & the security guard came in yelling at us to leave. We were so confused as to why they were so mad, didn't understand what we did wrong and were asking them why. They just kept saying over and over again that we took the cover off the table so we need to leave. But we didn't understand why we were getting kicked out. Eventually they told us that the pool table and darts close at 11pm and you're no longer allowed to play them after that time and they compared what we did to coming into their bar and messing with the thermostat. I apologized to them saying we had no idea and that it was our first time there and that we thought the cover was just on to protect the table when it wasn't in use since people had food and drinks on it. They continued to yell at us to leave and when asking why we had to leave they said because we didn't ask to play pool and that if we had asked they would have told us no. If the security guard had come up to us and just let us know that the pool table had closed at 11 we would have apologized and stopped playing immediately because we had no idea since it was our first time there. But being yelled at and kicked out of a bar for playing pool that advertises having a pool table on Google was just so wild to us. There were no signs saying it closed at 11 and it just never even occured to us that there would be a time that a pool table would close because we've never experienced that at a bar before. We tried to reason with the security person asking why we had to leave and if we could stay if we stopped playing pool but they told us we disrespected them so we needed to leave. They then threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't leave. So we walked in, spent money on drinks that we didn't drink, spent money on pool that we didn't get to play, got yelled at and kicked out all while just trying to have a good time. Will not be returning.

This was the worst experience at a bar ever! The owner who was bartending was extremely rude and claimed that my identification had been tampered with after I had been checked in at the door with the security guard. The “owner” showed my ID to another patron at the bar without my permission for a second opinion. Then asked the security to escort me out claiming my identification was fake! 0/10 would not recommend. The last place we need to see discrimination is in the LGBT community.

They wouldn’t let my friend in because the rude bouncer wouldn’t try to scan my friends ID after it didn’t scan. The ID was in fact real. THEY are 27 and it worked at the previous bars. The bouncer was just being a childish. So we all left.

I don’t usually write reviews but I love this bar, this has been the only bar I really enjoy and feel safe in. But my experience with the bigger female bouncer I think her name was Michelle, was extremely uncomfortable, me and my friend were in line smoking, as we were putting my lighter back in my bag she got upset and accused us of being sneaky and didn’t let us in. We were super confused, called our uber to go somewhere else and she told Us to get off the street. I’m super confused I used to live going here but i would not go back after this situation. Bouncer was on a complete power trip, it’s a same because the rest of the staff is SOOO sweet, the other bouncer literally said he didn’t know what her problem was.

I’ve never been kicked out of any bar before this.

It’s literally an open space with urinals. It’s gross and disturbing. I was so awkward waiting to use the bathroom WITH A DOOR and there was a guy using the urinal next to me. I had to face the wall as I was waiting. Is there just no more privacy anymore???

Did not see a sign that said “ one at a time” called them, explaining to the bar bouncer that I left my bag…in the bathroom. After being abruptly kicked out from the bar. They rudely said I needed to come back tomorrow to look for my bag. My whole life was in that bag and they did not care. They were mad because I brought more than one person into that room to help me pee during an emergency…

Went to the bathroom and unfortunately did not see the sign saying one person at the time. someone banged on the door multiple times and I asked the issue and was told to leave the bathroom as well as my friends with me. I agreed to leave as well as my friends and was told to leave the bar because my friend did not pull her pants up fast enough, I was very confused and asked what I could do to make the situation resolved. Was told I could do nothing except leave. Never had a bad experience here until then. After being forced out fast, my friend left her purse there. We called to see if they had it and they did not care and told us to come later tonight or tomorrow to see if it turned up instead of looking. Will never be returning and feel very violated being forced out of a bathroom that we were using for its use while my friend was literally half naked. I would give a -0 star rating if I could.
