Excellent lunch prices. Standard, but tasty offerings. Atmosphere is plain, but that's fine. Service is always great and food is quick. One of Burbank's best bang for your buck.
This is exactly what a restaurant that specializes in Chinese food should be. I love their soups, the tea, the apps and entrees. Delicious all around. You are also treated like a valued customer no matter if it's your first time there or your 1000th time. Just lovely.
My first visit today. It's hard to get excited about expected basic Chinese, but all was really very good. Basic interior. Very nice server. Extensive menu. Way better than average specials items. Im going back.
Love this restaurant the lunch specials are great. Lots of food for a reasonable price. The place is a bit small but the food makes up for it. Never had any issues coming here at all. The employees are so friendly and attentive. The orange chicken with the fried rice and a spring roll along with a sweet and sour soup is my comfort lunch special every time I go. I'm never disappointed. Always leave with a smile
They have the best American style Chinese takeout in Burbank. I had a hard time finding a place when I moved here and they were right under my nose! Lovely employees, good value, great portions. I will say they do close a bit early for what I would have thought for a Chinese restaurant but it is a pretty quiet suburban neighborhood.
Calm atmosphere, delicious, and authentic food. Very good service, and short waiting time. PLEASE GO HERE IT TASTES SO GOODDDDDDD. I LOVE IT SO MUCH ONG
Really, really good food. The lunch menu prices are reasonable. The dinner prices, not so much. Definitely on the high side. Coincidentally, I went to PF Changs for dinner on the same day. The orange chicken was nowhere near as good as at the Century Dragon. Definitely recommend this place.
Went to the area as a tourist from Canada and decided to check this place out. Very friendly family ran restaurant with one of the best Chinese food i’ve ever had in the LA area. Extremely clean and friendly staff with generous portions. Would definitely come back when i’m in the LA area for a visit.
Price is reasonable, especially if you get the combination dinner B or A. We got the Genral Tso chicken and Shrimp with lobster sauce. Tasted like what you'd expect. Great savory and sweet flavors. Chicken was breaded well and meat was juicy. Shrimp tasted fresh and delicious.
The service here was amazing. The food came quickly. Everything was so delicious and great portions. I got the won tong soup, salt and pepper shrimp, and two other plates that were delicious. Highly recommend!
Absolutely a gem!!! Excellent flavor. We had combo fried rice and chicken string bean. We will definitely be back!
My favorite Chinese food place in Burbank. Their Empire Shrimp plate is amazing. Crispy, flavorful, salty and spicy! The staff here is super friendly and awesome. The food here is just amazing, they have a little parking lot in the back too with an entrance back there. The restaurant is always clean and looks nice.
Century Dragon has excellent Chinese food. You can taste the freshness in the veggies and the crisp in the cooked meats. Century is one of our go-to restaurants for superb Chinese food. If you haven't eaten here or are looking for a delicious meal to take out, give Century Dragon a try!
We went to see the taping of Jennifer hudson, and wanted to eat before we went. I wanted Chinese foid and we were going to do Foo Chow before we drove up there. When we arrived in burbank i looked up for Chinese restaurants close by and this one appeared I'm glad we we. Amazing food
The food was delicious and at a great price. I will be going back.
Best servace I've ever had and some of the best Chinese cuisine. Five stars
Absolutely amazing! The food is delicious. The place is very clean. The prices are reasonable. Haven’t had Chinese food like this since the East Coast! I definitely recommend this place It’s amazing! Great service as well!
This is our go-to spot for Chinese food in the valley, and we’ve been coming here for over a decade. The lunch specials are a great deal, the egg drop soup is always fresh and tasty, and the orange chicken is consistently excellent. I crave the cheese wontons often haha. It’s a great place for a casual date or even a business lunch. So glad it’s still around!
I would go back!!! Hands down the best Chinese food I ever had. Tasted fresh and the portions are bigger than most spots. Chef is very personable and the staff took care of all our needs.
Delicious Chinese food with many options. The food tastes great and is a large portion. The noodles are a little salty, but taste great. The iced green tea is flavorful. Definitely a must visit.
I have been coming here for years, great location family run business very nice people food is always fresh and delicious
This little gem of a restaurant always serves up fresh and delicious food. My wife and I enjoy eating here, and every different dish we try is superb.
My boyfriend and I have tried several entrees, recommend the general Tsao chicken, orange chicken, fried rice with chicken, but most of all love their salt and Pepper shrimp! They are super delicious!
Amazing. The food, the service, the environment. It’s a small spot but they put everything into it. From the Wontons to the soup to the entree. It was all good and the service was great. Every time someone walked in, they were greeted with smiles. A great first impression when walking into a small business like Century Dragon. The entree, I got the schezwan Shrimp, was an incredibly delicious dish. They definitely know what they’re doing when it comes to authentic Chinese food. I recommend for Chinese food lovers.
Great Spot and much nicer interior than your average Chinese restaurant. I’ve been going here for years. I can always count on the food being amazing. Their lunch specials are affordable and delicious. I used to work right down the street and Century Dragon was where we ate lunch regularly. They are always busy but boy do they MOVE! They do not mess around. They get you your food quick and delicious every time. Pretty mind boggling if I think of how many time I’ve been there and I can’t think of one bad experience 😊

We ordered catering for a large birthday party (around 16 people) and were very happy with not only the food, but our whole experience. We called during lunch hour 2 days before and Mary took our number to call us back. She took our order and was willing to accommodate the large party/order, even though it wasn't listed specifically on their menu. When my husband arrived to pick up the order, everything was ready on time, fresh, and hot! He mentioned that upon picking up the order he met a nice and thankful staff. Our guests were very happy with the food and we had tons of leftovers for our guests to enjoy even after the party. Definitely recommend and sending a big THANK YOU!!
So delicious, food tastes really fresh, flavorful and fried just right. I dined in and was very comfortable, super clean and very welcoming service. These cream cheese wontons may be the best I’ve ever had. The delicate thin wonton fried super crispy in fresh oil is all the difference, most are too thick and dry so you barely taste the cream cheese but these were sooo good. I will definitely be back.
Visiting Burbank and read reviews and menu on line. Orange chicken was the best. BBQ pork so tender and tasty. Huge hit with the family.
This place is a gem! My husband and I drive over an hour from other part of LA to go here..because the food is so delicious. Food is authentic and absolutely delicious…service is wonderful. We love this place! Thank you!!!
I recently had Foo-Chow(where Rush Hour was filmed) and the food here was just as amazing! Everything was reasonably priced, the portions were good, and food was delicious!
Best orange chicken I've had in a long time. Everything we ordered was delicious.

I had lunch with friends they have good lunch specials I got lemon chicken I hadn't poured the sauce on it totally when the picture was taken my friend got broccoli beef and my other friend got cashew chicken everything is good and we will be back. There is street parking and parking behind the building
Trying to pick a place for lunch, this was one of the random top choices close to the house. What I thought was an awesome surprise, was they have lunch specials everyday! It was Saturday around 2, so wooohoo! We decided to try the cream cheese wontons which were delightful. Perfect balance of sweetness. I ordered the lunch special: chicken with string beans, it also came with rice and soup or salad. I picked hot and sour soup. It hit the spot! My bf ordered the shrimp something, which I think wasn’t a great idea because he hates onion, and it had slices on onion and bell pepper lol. The house ice tea was good, not great just ok. It’s a small, local Chinese spot. Inexpensive. Service was good. No big complains EXCEPT it was sooooo hot inside! I don’t think they have AC. Maybe get a fan? Or if they do have AC turn it on lol. I wanna come back for the hot sizzling rice soup. Yummm

Yay! We shared vegetable dumplings, four happiness, and kimchi rice. Everything was good, but the service was particularly great! Sunday night waiter: thank you! Kimchi rice on menu had a flame, so our expectation was a bit more spice. Definitely will come back because of reasonable prices, good vibe, and kind staff!

The portions are small and not flavorful, it tastes artificial. The servers are super friendly though.
The regular dishes are flavorful but the fried rice is just plain white rice steamed with veggies. The lo mein is not cooked with seasoning either. The noodles taste plain. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you're looking for food that is what it says it's supposed to be.
Walking into Century Dragon I was sure I was about to have some great food. The decor and ambience of the restaurant is wonderful. Our waiter was also very attentive, poliete, and knowledgable. However the food ended up leaving a lot of be desired. The Egg drop soup tasted a bit off. I'm not even sure how to describe it besides eh, maybe a tad slimy? I'm just not certain but I didn't have a desire to finish it. My beef and broccoli was similarly underwhelming. No flavors really stood out in the meal. The egg roll might have been the best thing I had to eat. The Beef was just eh and the Broccoli was similarly lackluster. I had hoped this might be a new place to frequent but after my experience I will be passing on Century Dragon going forward.

I just can't anymore. I spent $22 on a big soup and small appetizer, including a $2 tip for takeout. Asked for a lot of crispy noodles for the soup and got the tiniest bag imaginable. When I drove back to get more, I got a speech from a guy in the kitchen. I told him I'd pay and he eventually gave me some for free like it was a big favor. I know times are tough for businesses but maybe its these little insults that keep people away. I used to come here weekly. Now once a year I take a chance and regret it. Not anymore. With Chinese food especially there are ways to cut costs and satisfy customers. Sauces, veggies and seasonings can compensate for smaller protein portions. Cheaper cuts of meat can be tenderized. I do this at home. But instead it's nickel and dime, tainted experiences and empty tables. I felt bad for the kid at the register. He seemed nice. Even took the blame. Wasn't his fault.

Avoid this place! Food was absolutely horrible. The food not only looked old, but it tasted stale as well. Everything was below mid and I am beyond annoyed that I wasted my money on this place. I ordered chicken fried rice with pork, orange chicken, general taos chicken, beef broccoli & spring rolls. Save yourself some time and eat anywhere else but here!
this place is genuinely godawful. not that I have Panda Express often but Panda is gourmet compared to this. Perhaps I was discriminated against because I ordered takeout. But the 5 star reviews are baffling. I’m not even remotely picky I feel like I’m insane, how am I the only person who thinks this place is terrible
This afternoon, I visited Century Dragon. It is almost New Year’s Eve 2024 and I had not been here in a long while. This restaurant had been consistently good in the past though they are definitely westernized Chinese food. The menus we were handed had pieces of paper covering lunch and dinner specials. I am not sure if this was meant to be a holiday menu or if the menu is being revamped as the prices on all items were hand written. We ordered shrimp in lobster sauce and beef in black bean sauce. The items were served in elongated oval dishes to create the appearance hefty portion of food were being served when in fact the amounts in each plate were shallow and sparse. The shrimp in lobster sauce was generic in flavor. It was not awful but nonetheless mediocre. The beef on the other hand was subpar. Though the onions and mushrooms were good, the beef was not properly marinated so that it lacked flavor and was extremely chewy. The dishes cost $16.95 each which nowadays are not exorbitant but far too high for the amount and quality of food served. Clearly, the food lacks value and the quality and flavor don’t justify the prices. I won’t be returning.
Food was okay. Nothing too exciting, but tasted good. The service is zero. They freakin charge for everything, want a refill of the tea? Extra charge. It's just hot water! Want extra crispy noodles, extra charge. Want drinking water, probably an extra charge, but they never refilled our waters or asked if we needed anything. Order for delivery or pick-up, if you want fast food chinese food. Don't recommend dining in.
