My family and I stopped here after a movie and really enjoyed it. It was late on a Monday, so it was empty and got seated immediately. The atmosphere is open, with high ceilings and an outside patio. There isn't loads of seating, but a decent amount. I could imagine there being a wait if it's a busy day. Service was friendly and checked on us a regular amount. We didn't even feel pushed out, even though we stayed close to closing. I've never been to another SilverLake Ramen, but I really enjoyed it. I liked how the chicken was in grilled strips, that was probably my favorite part. I got the Classic one, but next time I'd try something spicier. My mom got the veggie one and really enjoyed the variety, and my dad got the chicken broth one which he found tasty but unique, because it's not common for Ramen to be made with a clear chicken broth. Overall we really enjoyed our meal and would go again to try more items!
I have been a fan of Silverlake Ramen for a while. The staff at Burbank have always been incredibly friendly and attentive. I haven’t been able to stop in as much as I like to since I began my low carb journey. Although I miss noodles and rice. Today my wife and I decided to stop in before seeing a movie tonight. I wanted to get a bowl so I decided to ask if I could swap the rice for broccolini and I was informed the only substitute available was mixed greens. So I went with the large pork belly bowl my wife went with the small. The combination of the pickled onions , flavorful pork belly and fried jalapeño was perfect. I ended my dinner with a spicy chicken bun. The crispy chicken and soft bun were perfect and with a good heat. Thank you Silverlake for another great dinner!
My wife and I took my sister here for dinner here tonight after picking her up at Burbank airport. I parked at a private lot down the street and walked to this restrauant. They have a little stair to take you to the second level where it's for dining and there also a small elevator for people who are handicapped. We got seated pretty quick since they were not busy at all for a Monday night. My wife and I already knew what we wanted since we been to the other restrauant location before but our first time at this Burbank location. My sister never been to a Silverlake Ramen so we give her some recommendations. We started off with their spicy garlic edamame and then I got the Shoyu on Fire with chicken. My wife and my sister got the Blaze ramen with chicken as well. The edamame came out first and my sister along with my wife enjoyed it. It took our ramen a little while longer to come out because at other location, it would come out quick. I thought they made my ramen noodle dish well, the noodle was cooked perfectly and the soup was delicious. My sister loved her Blaze ramen too for her first time and my wife is never disappointed with her Blaze ramen dish. Our waitress was attentive to use and would refill our water when she saw it was low. We had a great time dining here tonight.
2025/01/30 update: I had lunch there to try out their large Chicken Karaage Bowl, it was delicious, next time I’ll order extra rice (+$2.50) with it. The servers were friendly and professional. The Dining area is nice and kept clean. ————————— I have been here twice, first time was to try their Classic Ramen bowl, Delicious! But their Bowl shape was kinda deceptive in the content of the ramen, I went there today to try their Pork Belly Large bowl, it was yummy and filling with lots of cut pork belly, I was kinda expecting it to be mostly filled with rice but instead found lots of cut pork belly, the ingredients on the bowl worked well together. The service was excellent. Fast, Friendly and professional, the dining area was nice and kept clean, the atmosphere was relaxed.
Really great spot! The service was quick and pleasant and the ramen tasted amazing! We will definitely return!
We were treated to lunch at work and since this restaurant is a chain, I'm not really sure which location our take out was ordered from, but I'm making my best guess that it was this one. Anyway, I basically ordered everything vegetarian that they had to offer: Impossible Bun, spicy edamame, creamy broccolini, and veggie ramen. I was quite happy with all of it. At first I didn't like the broccolini because it just tasted burnt, but when I realized you're supposed to douse it with the cream that was packed separately, I actually liked it. I think my favorite, though, was the Impossible Bun because it had a soft bun, but the Impossible protein had a crispy coating, so it was a nice mix of soft and crispy. It was small, though, and more of a side. For the ramen, they packed the soup separate from the noodles and everything else, and there was one nori seaweed packed in its own sleeve. There were so many ingredients that it made for a hearty soup. It was my first time having spicy edamame as opposed to the regular kind and I think I'll have it spicy from now on since it was tastier and more interesting. It seems that this chain really is just in the L.A. area as of right now, but now that I know how good the food is, I'm more likely to keep an eye out and step into an actual restaurant myself.
I ordered the tasty Blaze Ramen. Love the extra in-house chili paste they offered. The Fried Gyoza was crispy and juicy to the bite. The Chicken Karage had light breading that was also crispy and juicy. The restaurant was airy and clean. I will be back to try the other delicious items on the menu soon.
The Blaze - spicy tonkotsu ramen / pork, spicy creamy pork broth, beam sprouts, spinach, green onion, seaweed, egg and ramen noodles / 5 🌟! I hate to admit it but the weather has an influence on my appetite. When it's hot I just don't eat soup and when it's cold I avoid ice cream. So as it cools down, it is finally time for some ramen and pho! Silverlake Ramen is a SoCal franchise that kicked off its journey in Silverlake. I actually live close to their original spot but I was in Burbank and hungry and it was chilly so I was happy to see their Burbank spot. The restaurant has a lovely raised patio. The food is as great as the original. I love that the pork is a big slab instead of slices. It makes the pork tastier somehow. The broth was very tasty and ramen itself is excellent. The service was nice and the decor is great. Overall, happy meal and happy afternoon full on ramen.
My first time at silver lake ramen was amazing. I know it's a chain but they have really great noodles and that's important to good ramen. The broth is very hearty, rich and full of flavor. If you're looking for a good ramen Silverlake ramen is on the list for sure. I'd love to come back and I would recommend you to check it out.
I feel like this restaurant is a cross between a normal restaurant and a fast food restaurant, so you shouldn’t take it too “serious”. All of the servers were really nice and the food came very quickly. All of our dishes were very tasty and I think this would be a great hangover food!
Perfect. Came here for dinner. Started with creamy fried broccolini and karaage and they were really great. the broccolini was full of flavor. I tried classic ramen and it was so rich and savory broth. Came with Perfectly cooked egg and a nice cut of pork belly so I ordered additional pork. Food served pretty fast and servers were nice. Great experience and I would visit again.
My wife and I were very excited to try this pretty new Silverlake Ramen place and both of us were very pleased. First, we ordered the creamy broccolini and fried gyoza. Creamy broccolini was cooked just perfectly and gyoza was evenly fried and both were really delicious. For main dishes, I ordered the blaze(spicy tonkotsu ramen with pork(you can choose the protein on the ramen, pork, chicken and tofu). My wife ordered the classic tonkatsu with pork. All the food came out just in time and the broth was a next level. Very cozy inside and I will definitely coming back to this location
I've been waiting for this place to open, as I am a fan of the original location but moved so this location is now the closest to me. Came here for a late lunch and ordered 2 bowls of ramen. We got the classic and the garlic truffle ramen. Both were delicious. My wife who usually doesn't enjoy garlic broth ramen actually enjoyed my garlic truffle ramen, saying the garlic wasn't overpowering. The broth for both were rich with tons of flavor. Service was good, I will come again.

First time here, the noodles were great, service was pretty good, other than needing to ask for water refills. Went there with a group of 4 and we were seated pretty quickly. Would def recommend it.

My husband and I recently went to Burbank for holiday shopping. We were greeted by a friendly lady. She sat us in the back near the restrooms. My husband felt uncomfortable as though she was being racist. I kept assuring him that it’s not the case. The food was so good. While we were eating, I couldn’t help and notice the lack of cleanliness. It’s all in the details people. When I went to use the restroom it was kept neat but was not very clean. As you can see in the picture that I’m showing this is unacceptable. I don’t understand why people don’t clean the baseboards. It looked gross. For that I’m only giving them three stars. Will I return yes but not anytime soon.
Their Silver Lake location is superior but the lines there are outrageous. The Burbank location never has a line. Their ramen is still decent but it's not what it used to be. It tastes way too salty these days and the prices get more and more absurd with every visit. The servers are always nice and eating on the balcony is fun for people watching!
We ate here last night and it wasn't my favorite experience. The wait staff was not super engaging with us the entirety of our meal. It was more of a "what do you want" and then disappear service style. We had to wait a couple minutes for them to prepare a table for us and by the time it was prepared it seemed as if the table settings were not properly equipped. No soy sauce and 2 napkins in the holder. The best part about my meal was the pork bun which was really good but my ramen was pretty bland and the noodles were pretty mushy for what I would consider good ramen. Definitely feels more like a chain restaurant that pumps out quick service rather than good service which was disappointing. I would not recommend this as there's much better ramen in LA.

Worst service and experience, not like the other location at all. I ask for my appetizer first, it was not. I explained to her I’m allergic to peanuts, shellfish and seaweed so no seaweed in my noodle. She brought it with seaweed in my noodles and when I pointed it out she took it out with her hand. My waitress never came back so I had to send it back with the guy who brought my appetizers when they came. I would not recommend this location, maybe I need to go back and give them another try but not it at all. I asked for another ramen without the seaweed and they brought the same one out. Before I even touched the ramen the waitress finally swing back around for the first time after taking my order and dropped off the check. I was ready to try other items on the menu but she had other plans. I will not be coming back to this location. I literally went to Kopan sushi and ramen around the corner to have some ramen because all I was able to eat before feeling unwelcomed was my appetizers and I was really in the mood for ramen.

Lift has been broken since July 2025. They need to fix it.
Buyer beware. This burbank location smelled terrible like a urinal cake. Soon after my allergies flared up and I had asthma. Turns out this place has black mold in the air and it got on me and I'm still dealing with the symptoms a month later. The food was just okay, but skimpy portions for what you paid for. You can tell it's just reheated food from sysco or a central kitchen. Avoid if you care about your health.
I ask specifically without spicy thing in my bun, because I have problems with that and when I get home and make a bite I almost die! It was impossible spicy, My whole mouth went numb… that was so irresponsible I call them back and they offer credit for my next time… Do you think I’m going back? Do you really think I’m going to use that credit?? You Silverlake Ramen make me waist my money and time. I’m hungry now and I can not eat because of my numb mouth and I have a bad stomach ache
