Ive said it before and ill say it again, Coffee Bean is incredible if not just for their selections and variety, but because they use crushed ice too. If i could pick up crushed ice from them, i absolutely would. And it would be great because i could pick up a great cup of coffee and a treat while im there. But most importantly, the staff is on point. Theyre all really great and do an incredible job.

Great service! Was turned away at Starbucks because all I had was a $100 dollar bill to pay, despite wanting to spend almost $30 on coffee and pastries. This Coffee Bean happily helped me. The service was friendly and fast. Pretty much converted now. Thanks Coffee Bean staff!!!

The kids really enjoyed their cinnamon roll and chocolate shake, which of course they're not going to complain when they get that for breakfast. The Mommy and me really enjoyed our coffee, she had the maple ice latte and that was really yummy, I had a sip. I had the Vietnamese cold brew, first I've had that, and nice and strong. Also as you can see, a good amount of Pokemon Go stops :-)

Omg- I had the BEST dessert here. Try the Espresso cheesecake brownie. Then to drink, I got the white chocolate hot latte. All of it has such a rich delicious flavor, a strong perk of energy you need while out running errands. Everything you want a coffee to be. And I’m surprised how low the prices are, compared to the quality!! And the baristas are all very nice!!

Had to sit in here and work with my computer for 2 hours in the morning with my big computer monitor (due to my computer breaking and me using a temporary one.) The employees were so kind and helpful and the food/coffee tasted great! I know that I can come here if I ever need to get any work done on the go in the future. Definitely made my day! Thanks :)

But compared to Coffee Bean it’s basically gas-station vibes with whipped foam cosplay. Their fraps suck arse. There, I said it. Respectfully. (Not respectfully.) Coffee Bean is my most favorite joint ever — the place that understands I’m not ordering a drink, I’m ordering a dessert missile with a straw. Now let’s talk about my masterpiece: the animal-style chocolate–caramel–hazelnut–raspberry blended madness. Whipped cream stacked like it pays rent. Syrup drizzled like we’re painting the Mona Lisa but with diabetes. One sip and your brain starts playing victory music like you just won a lawsuit in Beverly Hills. And listen… since I quit alcohol, I need LOOOOTS of sugar, babe. Not “light sweet.” I need “my bloodstream is now caramel” sweet. And Coffee Bean doesn’t judge. They don’t look at me like “sir are you okay?” They look at me like “say less, boss — we got you.” The vibe here is perfect: busy but not annoying, classy but still chill, and the staff is quick, polite, and somehow always gets my ridiculous Frankenstein order right. That alone deserves an award because half the world panics when you say “raspberry” after “hazelnut.” Bottom line: If you want a real blended drink that tastes like luxury, not watery sadness — come to Coffee Bean. Coffee Bean = legendary. Starbucks = training wheels. Five stars. Forever. Now excuse me while I drink my happiness and pretend it’s “hydration.”

She loves Coffee Bean and its so hard to find now near our place due to covid and the mall limitation. But the location in Burbank is always the saver for her. When we got to the place, we were able to just walk up to the counter and put in her order. She loves their Mocha Latte, we actually had our first date at a Coffee Bean but the one in Northridge. It didn't take long for her drink to be ready since there was no other orders pending. Finding parking here would probably be the most difficult part. Due to covid, more spots are available than before but we usually park at the police station down the street since it's easier to get out and is not compact. It also gives you the opportunity to get some steps in and explore Burbank. The customer service we received was also spectacular.

Both are always prepared perfectly! Honestly, though, every time I look at the menu board or see what other people are drinking, I see so many delicious seasonal options and specialty teas. They all look so amazing! My goal for my next visit is definitely to branch out and finally try something new, but I know whatever I pick will be fantastic. It's truly a great spot to grab a coffee or tea in the neighborhood.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and it’s really never too busy. And even when it is busy-ish, the service is still fast and quality. Plus the baristas are cute. :)

Coffee at least as good as Starmegabuks. And almost $1 cheaper for large. Good toilet, but they got rid of "occupied " lock. And they have PAPER TOWELS. But no newspapers either. So walk an extra 600 feet from the Theaters, you'll be pleased.

Place was clean and tidy, staff was polite, my order came quick, and the chai blended tasted great. Not much else to say.

My wife and I got refreshing drinks here. She got the Vietnamese cold brew. Meanwhile I got the peach Jasmine tea. For me personally, the drink was too sweet, and in the future I’ll ask for less sugar/syrup/flavouring so I can enjoy the jasmine flavour more along with less ice. Friendly staff and a nice environment. I noticed that there are many other drinks here that I’d like to try next time I come.

I have always received great service at this location. But not today. Today I went in for my usual drink. The cashier was great and friendly. The Batista on the other hand was less than satisfactory. I understand that her job requires her to be friendly and have conversations with customers, however when those conversations interfere with her job performance then that becomes a problem. I'll be very blunt about it. She got my order wrong and when I told her, I received a little attitude because I was interfering with her conversation. Other then this I would of gave this place 5 stars.

The place was alright for a coffee bean location. Nothing real special about it other than it's in Burbank. There have been some times where they made my drinks really watered down or just really bitter when they are not supposed to be. I do have to say in the location it tends to be really cool so if your looking for a place to stop in while walking the streets of Burbank then this is a good spot. Not a lot of dessert options here which is typical for a coffee bean. It seems as though compared to other coffee beans this one has a bit more politics which is unusual for a coffee shop. The baristas are all from what I've seen, pretty good at their job; I have never gotten a drink that was so bad I couldn't drink or one that was really bad to the point where I had to ask for another one. The décor in there is kind of plain; the chairs and tables are really wobbly and sometimes it's annoying but it's such a small inconvenience that it doesn't really matter. Overall, this place is really just average. Nothing special, nothing exceptional. :|

White lady with greenish hair was like the Uber driver who can't read a room, and just kept talking to the customers instead of taking their orders...while the line was all the way to the door. It was like an episode of Portlandia, but in But ank. We just left...

Caramel Coffee was good but the blueberry muffin and croissants weren’t fresh and taste wasn’t good atall. I guess they keep the old food from yesterday. didn’t expect that from coffee bean.

Only way to describe this place is this, "when a coffee shop meets a shoe box", as the surroundings was the first thing that caught me eye and that I felt as soon as I entered the door that mid afternoon. Felt like 4 walls and me in a straight jacket waiting for my coffee. Service was good, coffee was good but "Space X" skyrocket expensive, but at the end of the day it was just another average coffee shop (super high priced at that) robbed of an atmosphere that should have been offset to compensate for the high prices. Maybe a tree in the middle might help or even just a 12 inch plant 🪴 (well hell, it could even be just an artificial one), but for Pete's sake, just put something there or simply just remodel the place. So to the owners!!! Give that place a spark of light or something.....I mean something with all that money your charging you customers for that coffee! Hope this helps and people see and read this.

I have shown them the picture of the health hazards yet nothing is done. Now I am being falsely accused of leaving residue from smoking. I will take a video camera lie detector test if the manager agrees.
