Cashiers, chefs, and all other staff are doing a great job. I'm always welcome to this store. It's always clean, and they always keep all kinds of sodas filled up on the machine. They are clean, they pay attention to details of my order, and they are just doing above and beyond! I love the Five Guys on Primrose. Keep it up, guys!

Best greasy burgers in the world! If you ate up to a non healthy treat (I just eat them once in a while), these burgers are the best fast food around. The fries are awesome too.

its always empty when i am here. i always get the Big Cheese Burger with mushroom, onions, jalepenos, tomatoes with a side of A1 sauce and it comes out perfect everytime.

I like this place and their food. Please train your staff to not sweep (the type that kicks dust and dirt into the air and onto diners' food) while people are eating. Thank you.

Absolutely love coming here not only because the food is amazing but also because of the employees. They are all always very polite, nice and helpful etc. The place is always clean. My husband and I went in today and we were greeted by one of our favorite 5 guy employees Luis! He always makes our visit wonderful and we look forward to seeing him. There’s also this girl with glasses who works there (haven’t got her name yet but will next time we see her) she is awesome as well! We go here way more than I’d like to admit hahaha! Yes because the food is DELICIOUS but also because the employees are all so great! I’d recommend this 5 guys to everyone.

The Five Guys in Burlingame has always served a great burger. On my recent visit i ordered my usual cheeseburger 🍔 with fries and i can attest to the consistency of the food, tastes, presentation, and quality. Everything that i expected in a good cheeseburger existed at Five Guys. The dining room was very clean and the customer service was outstanding. The parking was a bit challenging since the location is next to Safeway, Pizza my Heart, and a shopping center. My only concern was the loud terrible music. The indoor speaker system was so loud, i had to speak loudly so my guests could hear our conversation. I highly recommend a visit to Five Guys.

I went there with my friends. One ordered milkshake, but he couldn't get items with milkshake at first. He needed to wait for another minute. But the burger was sooooo goooood.

I got Cajun fries instead of regular ones — i hope they don’t use the same bin because I am allergic to garlic and don’t want any of it on my regular fries.

Burgers are decent and hit the spot. Fast, too, with friendly staff. A little confused, though, because I ordered (and paid for) a single-patty cheeseburger last time and got a double-patty cheeseburger, which - bonus! - but wasn't trying to eat that much. Also, if you want Oreo in your milkshake, Oreo cookie pieces and Oreo creme are two separate toppings and charges, which is just...weird?

There are many options for soda flavors also. The service was very nice, they actually kept the tables clean and they were very upbeat and seemed to have fun while working which is great to see.

Delicious burgers made to order, I gobbled it up so fast because it was so good. I was surprised this place wasn't more busy, service was quick and friendly. Convenient public parking nearby Safeway. Didn't see shakes on the menu, sad when I realized they had shakes after I already started my Coke.

This is the hamburger joint in-n-out wants you to believe that they are. A decent fast food burger, Fry's are good, all around decent, but never spectacular. The problem is that the food is about double the price you expect. For less price there are many better options.

Just ordered $40 worth of food and asked for a water cup for my five-year-old so she could quench her first while we wait. Now I have to sit here and listen to the guy in black behind the counter ranting to his coworkers about people with water cups and he’s just going on and on and on and won’t shut up. It’s literally been about seven minutes and he’s still talking about the water cups. Sorry we ordered water buddy. I know my five or else not stealing your $.13 worth of sugar syrup. After that they forgot to put cheese on my burger and they were super skimpy on the fries. They didn’t even fill the cup up all the way and there’s like maybe six fries at the bottom of the bag. Not the usual, overflowing cup with half a bag of fries that everyone’s used to.

O..m..g...! My niece and I ordered a burger each, 2 medium fries and 2 drinks. The total was $56. What the heck? I accidentally yelled a curse word at the cashier. The food is alright, but that's a bit outrageous. As my niece said, "absurd"

Ordered a meal to be delivered last week and they forgot to include the two milkshakes we ordered. We called them and they said it was no problem, that they will give them to us on purpose next order. Went in today, ordered a cheeseburger and asked for our milkshakes. I paid for the burger and when ready, the refused to give me the milkshakes they owe me. I left the burger and will not return again. Very poor customer service.

I went to Fives Guys and the bill was $20.04 for a burger and fries. A bit expensive but not the worst I’ve seen. However, a problem arose when I was paying. I paid $30 cash, and the cashier just pocketed $10 and walked off to take “a break”. He also got my order wrong and I had to ask them to remake the fries. I didn’t see the cashier man again but at least his coworkers redid my fries. The burger was also very greasy and the bun was slightly soggy. I normally don’t have any issues with 5 Guys but I guess today they had underwhelming employees.

Took them 45 minutes to make a burger and fry. When my order was ready they called out my name but did not believe it was me lol. I had to show them my driver's license. Got to be one of the weirdest fast food experiences I've had Yay fast food
