I have worked at Pizza Hut so I know everything about the ins and outs. Pizza Hut doesn’t have great pizza. But DOMINOES IS SO MUCH BETTER!!!!! Friendliness staff. We will always order Dominoes over Pizza Hut!

I placed a carry out order to pick up, which was ready in under 20 minutes, and everything tasted great!
Goodness, I love pizza, but usually pay the price afterward with chronic heartburn. Not with this pizza! I ordered one after running a long batch of errands, and it was ready for pickup when promised. I'd opted for the "extravaganza" with original crust since I hadn't had a Domino's in years and wanted to try their best. It was wonderful, with absolutely NO heartburn afterwards. Pizza with no payback - what a concept! That's with Marinara sauce (which I'd all but given up) AND the sausage (a SURE promise of heartburn with other pizzas). The cost was reasonable, the vegetable toppings generous and fresh, the peppers crunchy, the meat flavorful, and the Marinara sauce delicious. I was surprised and impressed - and will treat myself and my husband to another one from Burnet's Domino's very soon!
They always get the order right, and it's always made quickly and it tastes great Out of the chain pizza places? We have near where I live this place is the best.
Great pizza , haven't had this kind of pizza in years. Toppings were delicious and piled high. Will certainly go back. Just wished for delivery to us, but at this point we live too far away. Maybe someday.
Really beautiful pizzas being made. I personally recommend a Large NY style crust with chicken bacon and extra cheese. 🍕🍽️

Very good price with coupons. Delicious pizza. Ease of pickup.

Ordered for pickup. When I arrived two different employees came out to apologize. One of my pizzas did not meet their expectations. They asked if they could remake it. They did and gave me both the first and remade pizzas. Both were delicious. Appreciate the quality control and their concern. I will be back.
Called in an order for P/U. Fresh hot Zah, for supper.
Friendly and fast service at this location. We were passing though and needed to grab a couple of pizzas on our way to Black Rock Park to meet some friends. We were taken care of quickly and even got a little extra help with one of the deals they had. The pizzas were ready right on time – we had just enough time to run over to HEB to grab drinks and chips and as soon as we were back to the store the pizzas were ready. I know it is a chain, and some of the stores are less than worth visiting, but this one is above and beyond the average. We will not hesitate to stop by again when needed

My wife called in the order for a pizza and picked it up about 20 minutes later. We've bought pizzas in Burnet and Bertram before then drove home with the pie. And they have been hot by the time we arrived home. This time, the pizza was cold, refrigerated cold. Like most people, I do not like a soggy crust. Not a problem with our pizza. The crust was like a burnt saltine cracker. Edges of the pizza we're actually burnt, someone at the end of the oven should have noticed it. Even the person slicing the pie should have noticed the crust was burnt to a dark pecan color although on the bottom. The black edges going over an inch into the pie wasn't right. Biting into the pie was or had to be, equivalent to biting into a hangernade on the ninth second. It was so crunchy crust fragments blew out on the table with each bite.
Second time that I’ve attempted Carside delivery here. This time was comical. I see on tracker that says food went in at 433, then I get a text that says pickup between 450-455. At 5, I go in and I’m told “I saw you sitting out there but it’s not ready.” Then when I asked how long, they say “we just put it in”. Sharing so that maybe the process can be improved. Food tastes great, but I didn’t get it until 525. Cheers.

Ordered here quite a few times in the past, but tonight I stood at the counter for around 5 mins and never got a word from anyone. No "hello", no "be with you in a moment", no greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever. Finally walked out. There were 6 people working when I walked in. Ridiculous!

I ordered a medium pizza with light sauce, light cheese, and extra pepperoni. Now you tell me if that looks like extra pepperoni and light cheese because it definitely is not. I will not be ordering Domino’s again at this location.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. I ordered two pizzas for pickup from the Burnet Texas location on Polk and it took an hour before they were ready. While that was frustrating, what happened next was even worse—it took another 20 minutes just to pick them up. I had selected “Skip the Line” and used Pie Pass, but when I arrived, I was completely ignored. One employee was on her phone, the manager was just sitting around, and only two people were actually making pizzas. I said “excuse me” multiple times, but they just glanced up and then went on about their business without acknowledging me. When I finally got home, both pizzas were a disappointment—the crust was burned, and the toppings were incorrect. After already waiting so long, we weren’t about to wait another hour for a replacement. I regularly order from Domino’s for different events, but I will never return to this location. Rude employees, terrible service—avoid this place!
IF & only IF you decide to do business with this place you should be aware condiments are not free. It’s like whataburger charging for the salt or pepper. “Oh!, you would like ketchup with your fries or honey mustard for your chicken?” Cool that’ll be an exter &1.50 or so. Geez, raise your prices before you lose more customers.
Denise should get some training on the manager position. I understand being short staff, but walking away from your staff while you all are busy is not a good look. I understand she may be overwhelmed, but you go to the bathroom … breathe.. and come back and keep going. Dont ever leave your staff in that situation.
Awful customer service. I came inside to pick up my pizza and every single employee looked right at me, including the manager and no one acknowledged me for a full 5 minutes. Finally an employee, with terrible customer service skills who could barely speak, asked “are you here for pick up”. I said I wanted to speak to the manager and she ignored me. I finally yelled across the counter that I needed to speak with the manager. Someone finally came over and he was completely useless with no actual apology or solution to his employees behavior. On top of that the pizza is subpar. Almost no toppings, sparse cheese and overall very dry. In today’s economy it’s already hard enough to spend our hard earned money eating out and it’s infuriating when the experiance is less than. Dominos needs to take note of the fast food places that recently closed in Burnet.
I order a pizza a week from the domino's in Burnet. Today I got the worst pizza ever. I ordered extra cheese and extra sausage, on a meat lover's and I got extra NOTHING. really disappointed as the ones b4 were great. Might be looking around for another pizza place
I ordered a Wiaconsin 6-cheese New York style crust pizza. What I got was a pizza with chicken, pepperoni, bacon, jalapeños and drenched in Sriracha. The store manager informed me that I ordered a cheese pizza, requested that the cheese be removed, and to add the chicken, pepperoni, bacon, jalapeños, and nasty Sriracha. I simply wanted a cheese pizza. It's the easiest one they've got! No apology... nothing. That's okay. Pizza Hut has better pizza anyway.
I wish I can give a review on the food, but it never came not only that I tried to call the delivery driver to which the phone goes to an automated reader that can’t be reached. Also, the store phone always has issues. I call multiple times and it is never being picked up. So not only did I get charged, but I don’t have my pizza and I can’t even call or go to the location to figure things out. I appreciate you stealing my money. 👌🏼

Ordered online for curbside pick up. Waited 30 min. Went inside and was informed I must get out of my car, come in,then check in. Thats dumb, why order curbside?
