As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and smell that makes your mouth water. There are plenty of tables and a free salsa bar with unlimited chips! I ordered a super burrito with the meat selection of carnitas. The meat was juicy and tender while filled with rice, beans, sour cream, and guacamole, to say the least. It was delicious and the tortilla was soft but also held the burrito together unlike some restaurants. The staff are super nice and always cleaning so it’s really clean. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good Mexican food in the Campbell-San Jose area. 10/10

My dad and I were in San Jose for a potential job. We wanted to grab something to eat before heading back home to Vallejo and this spot was the only one out of 10 places we had called and asked for a torta de milanesa and had it! So if you like milanesa and can't find it Taqueria Los Pericos gots you ! It was good reasonable price and when we picked up food the vibe at the restaurant was good it was still earlier lunch time but there were somewhat busy. And they have a chip and salsa bar which. I think it's a great bonus !!! I would definitely come back here and dine in !

This is my favorite taqueria in the area. The tacos are great, but also their burritos and enchiladas. We haven't tried other items. Ordering directly costs less than using a food-delivery app, even if you go pick up the food yourself. Prices have gone up, but that's everywhere. This is still a great deal for what you pay. Chips and salsa are free, so, it's a good option to hangout with family or friends (maybe not for a first date, unless your date wants authentic Mexican food)

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants of all times. The quality of their ingredients are amazing and the food tastes unbelievable. The salsa bar is out of this world. The only thing I would change would be the Al Pastor meat. It’s pan fried meat instead of roasted with pineapple on a rotisserie ( the authentic method).

I have been coming to this restaurant for the last 17 + years. I have moved several times throughout that time but always make my way back here. The food is delicious and authentic. The music makes me very nostalgic and is not so loud you can't have conversations. It's not fancy but it feels like home. If you want great food and warm atmosphere you should definitely give it a try.

One of my favorite places for tacos! The biggest perk is there's the AYCE salsa bar if you're doing dine in! They do a pretty good job of checking up on the bar to make sure that it's stocked well too! It's a great spot to hit up for lunch or dinner and it's usually not too packed! ~~Parking: It's located at the end of a small strip mall, but there's usually plenty of parking! ~~Service: Good, no compliants! ~~Best Part: The unlimited Salsa bar for dine in! You can take salsas for take out, but you can't take the chips ~~Return: Most definitely!

Absolutely fantastic! You walk in and you hear great fun Mexican music playing; they have game machines and a super duper menu with many delicious items. It’s probably the most extensive Mexican menu I have ever seen in my life. It’s beautifully decorated with big pretty birds and very cute and chic decor. They are very kind here and fast with your order. A cheese quesadilla was only $3.16 in total. It was wonderful and full of thick cheese. They do not skimp here. They sell Mexican Coca Cola and many other drinks. Their food is absolutely delicious. It’s very authentic Mexican food and treats. When you walk in you are drawn to the warmth and flavor of the place and you immediately feel happy that you are here. They have ample parking outside with handicap spots and a place to eat outside, as well. Inside is a huge cavernous dining area with very nice seating arrangements. This is a must see, stop to enjoy truly Mexican glorious food.
