This place is amazing! If you like barbecue you will absolutely love this place. The servings are huge and so so tasty. I chicken meal is enough for two meals. The cornbread and baked beans are delicious. Service is quick and person at the counter was very helpful explaining the sauces and what the the difference in the meals. If your in Canadaguia stop in try it. Hands down best barbecue I’ve had..

Amaaaazing food, relaxing atmosphere and the BBQ cuisine fills a niche that Canandaigua has been lacking for way too long. Our server was efficient and attentive. Great venue space! I will definitely become a “regular”.

My husband and I tried out Lincoln on Main this evening and had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in the women at the front counter was friendly and helpful. She even offered us recommendations! It was our first time at this restaurant and we loved that we could order and find our own seat. The food was brought over quickly and was delicious! The smokey flavored pulled chicken and cornbread were our favorite. We can't recommend this place enough! The live music was a nice touch. 10/10 experience!

What a great event. Food was outstanding, had to take a dessert home! Chef can also be a stand up comedian if the food gig doesn't work out, LOL. Local comedians were very funny tieing in spots around town in their jokes. Specialty cocktails alone are worth a visit back. Great job Lincoln on Main.

Wonderful customer service at this establishment. Wonderful young lady by the name of Abby behind the counter who was very welcoming for our first time in! Very delicious bbq and yummy comfort food. My spouse and I will absolutely be dining here again! Can’t wait to see what they bring to Canandaigua NY!

Had the baked wings. So good! The skin was so crispy. Hearty sized wings and great value. The chunky BBQ sauce was not my favorite but their standard BBQ sauce was tasty. Very clean and relaxed environment.

Everything came out fantastically for my wife's 50th birthday party. Food was great, service was top notch, and the facilities were very nice. A great venue if you hire a band like I did. Plenty of room on the dance floor.

What a great thing to replace the villager with. New York is starving for good, Southern BBQ, and The Dinosaur isn't it. Sorry to break it you Yankees. This place serves up some great BBQ, done true southern style. Even better, you get more than a thimble for your sides. It's counter service, but then they deliver the food right to your table. If I had a complaint, it would be the brisket was slightly overdone, but at less than an hour to closing time on a Sunday, that's honestly to be a little expected. I'm quite certain if I got there earlier in the day, it would have been perfectly succulent!

My family and I got takeout a couple weeks ago at Lincoln on Main and it was INCREDIBLE. Will definitely be going back. We ordered the prime rib, mac and cheese and cornbread. Cornbread was easily the best we’ve ever had!!

We had a wonderful night at their Valentines dinner/comedy show. The comedy was ok, just not totally my style but I will say it was some of the tastiest food we have had in a while! Having 6 courses, with appetizers, for that many people at once took a lot of work, and we felt they pulled it off very well. The chefs really outdid themselves, we will be back!! Nice Job!

First time trying out Lincoln on Main. Was craving some BBQ so I stopped in. The Lincoln potato was recommended so I ordered that with the brisket on top. Overall it was delicious, some pieces were a little dry. I tried all three sauces and wasn’t really a fan of any of them. One was very mustardy, the other didn’t taste like bbq sauce really and the last was my favorite, but it was too spicy for me. They need to add another sauce,like a honey bbq sauce or something “normal”. The waitress (person who took my order) was friendly, but after waiting for my to go meal I had to remind her of the drink I ordered because she forgot when she handed me my meal. Overall I was very happy with the food I received and thought it was worth the price I paid.

We ordered it online and had it delivered so no idea of the atmosphere or staff. However the food was amazing. My brisket was smokey and tender. The cornbread was amazingly moist. The beans had meat in them and just the right amount of spice. Though the Mac and cheese looked a bit different than I expected, with extra cheeses on top not mixed in, it was delicious. The sauces we ordered to go along with our meat were so spicy we couldnt stomach more than a single bite. Everything else was amazing.

Fell short on the menu description for pulled pork and chicken sandwiches. Everything was great, even the sandwich. But it wasn’t pulled/shredded meat like the front counter menu said it’d be. Would definitely go again, but they should either change their front counter language for this sandwich, or actually pull/shred the meat for it

We had a private event/dinner at Lincoln on Main. It was short notice (only 4 days), and they pulled everything together wonderfully. We did not choose a BBQ option (although it certainly smelled awesome). We had the FLX package and chose Chicken French and Pork loin. Both were excellent. They were extremely accommodating as we had a few vegans and a couple children. The chef created a portabella mushroom option which was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We did the Valentine's event here and it was not what I expected. I was unaware that there would be long shared tables. So I ended up sitting across from my bf, bumping elbows with strangers. We couldn't easily talk to each other because everyone was trying to yell across the table to their own loved ones. The long tables were so close together that it was difficult to get up and squeeze through everyone. Then the comedy show started. These guys were awful. The headliner kept saying, "come on people, these are jokes". Not a good sign when you have to announce that. The food was acceptable, but nothing special.

My wife and daughter had the chicken sandwich and mac and cheese. Chicken was dry and unfavorable, the mac and cheese was noodles with nacho cheese sauce poured on it, potatoe was dry and waste. Was told the food would take 45 mins to come out, not a big deal. 20 mins later the food came out, cold as ice. Had to be taken back to be reheated. Ordered a burger thinking it would come out cooked. It was so pink I could still hear it mooing. Mac and cheese was cold asked for a new order and it was still cold. Clearly the cook doesn’t know what they’re doing. Took two tries to get the burger right. Would not recommend unless you like eating cold and undercooked food. They also make you pay and tip before you get your food. Clearly they know the food is gonna suck and want to get their money before you find out how bad it is

Update: 3 out of 6 had food poisening...do NOT recommend. Stay away unless you need to have a colon cleanse. We had a table of 6 and every meal came out ice cold. The burger was almost raw. Brisket, fries, Mac and cheese, and pulled pork came out ice cold. Asked for condiments and never got them. Very disappointed as we came from out of town and people recommended this place. Not sure why!

Staff said the wait for food would be around 45 minutes, then the food was rushed out in about 20-25 mimutes. Food came out cold, didn't get the sauce I asked for. Asked the server if I can get my sauce and I finished my food, still no sauce.. It might take 5-7 business days to get my sauce. Only things that were good and warm about my food were the ribs, fries and the cornbread. Heard that this place was good from local people, but everything else sucked. Do not recommend.

We ordered 40$ worth of food, nothing fresh. Dry and tough brisket and the wings only took 3 mins, meaning they are NOT fresh. Also, no flavor and super dry. Won't be coming back as they keep the older cook around. We always have problems when he's there.

This BBQ joint has 3 sauce choices. Mustard, Ketchup, and ketchup with some chopped garlic and onions though they have different names for them. They do not have any service to speak of even though it’s a sit down restaurant. You walk in and wait by the counter until the girl finally get off her phone and takes your order. They make you pay first before you can even take your seat and they force you to leave at least a 15% tip when you do. You go up to get your own food and need to get up to get anything like extra sauce or a drink refill. For napkins they have those crappy brown paper towels on a roll at each table. They have live music in a room that barely holds 25 ppl, and the ribs are a bit tough with a halfway decent dry rub comes with good baked beans a hard Mac n cheese that burned to the side of the pot like it wasn’t stirred. Food takes 20+ minutes to be ready. I think that’s almost everything…
