I had a classic grilled dog. Was pretty good this time. Last time I was there it was way way to overdone and kinda burnt. I took it back. But have very much improved from the last time. So I'll give them 5 stars.

Tried the new chicken sandwich. This sandwich: size of meat to bun consistantly. Flavor matched it pictured expectations. I will return and bring my associates to enjoy this experience.

We like a lot hanging out. Yesterday we arrived in this magnificent place which we didn’t know before. You always find a great atmosphere at this Burger King the ladies working behind the counter offer great customer service and that food is definitely good looking with great smell and an amazing taste haven't been there for a while but had a Whopper and it reminded me of my childhood. Food was fine. Kids ate everything including ice cream. There is a big tv for fun.

Food is good. Look our for discount coupons in mailbox. With coupons you can have meals at great discounts. The place is maintained well and staff is courteous. Only negative point is that some times restrooms are not that clean. Sherman way orange line station is very near by. Parking may be an issue during weekend evenings..otherwise this place is very good.

I was greeted and when I approached the counter. I used the coupon to purchase a breakfast combo. My food was ready quickly, was hot, and tasty. The dining area was quite clean and comfortable to dine in.

Great prices on their value menu, get a meal for less than$5 on this menu. I like the 10 PC nuggets for $1, their pretty good only if there hot. I don't like them when they get cold, it's not the same. It's not the best location.

They recently remodeled this place and took out their old, depressing play place, so I gave 4 stars for improvement. Their food and service is standard and what you would expect. Burger King is the only drive thru fast food chain that has a veggie burger that I'm aware of (not vegan), so props for that!

I always accidentally order the quarter pounder with cheese because they put it on top of their menu like McDonald's. I don't go to Burger King for the quarter pounder with cheese. I go to Burger King when I want a Double Whopper with cheese! Take the quarter pounder with cheese off the menu. It costs more and it sucks! DOUBLE WHOPPER WITH CHEESE, PLEASE! If i want a quarter pounder with cheese, I'd go to McDonald's. That's their brand. Stick to the legendary Whopper!

You can order the impossible Whopper your way. Their tacos are also better than Jack in the box. The coffee is quite strong, is very acidic and makes me poop.

Usually less crowded than Ventura/Canoga location. App order and drive-thru pick up is usually the easiest way for me.

The drive-through line was horrible. It's way too narrow, and there's too much negative activity on that corner. Other vendors are incroching on the business. It literally took 30 minutes to get our food. The burger was dry and cold.

Pleasant place. BK has to do something about microwaving burgers. All the juices are nuked out. Value: poor. I could get the same burger at JACK IN THE BOX for less than $6. They also need to work on not overcooking their fried offerings They used to accept SNAP restaurant benefits. They no longer do.

As vegetarians, we've eaten at this nearby clean and pleasant location before and were able to sub an Impossible (vegetarian) Whopper for a meat Whopper for specials like Whopper Wednesdays. We are fine with the upcharge of $1 as the veggie Whopper costs $1 more than the regular Whopper. The Burger King website says in the FAQs “Can I sub the Impossible Whopper patty on other burgers? Yes, the Impossible Whopper patty can be subbed on other burgers.” But apparently no longer. We spoke with the manager Manuel who said that the computer won't allow him to make the substitution. I commented that computers are doing all of the thinking now and he was offended (not my intention; after hearing the computer statement again and again at banks, airlines, etc., I was talking about society in general). In any case, Burger King's corporate department wrote to me, "I have forwarded your experience to the franchise owner so it can be further investigated at the store level to ensure this never happens again. Where required, coaching and training will be applied and the concerned team member approached accordingly." However, I'm not willing to go in for lunch and have to argue anymore so won't be going back to Burger King until I hear from others that they've resolved this issue.

The person who was handing over my food was not wearing gloves or a mask. He even commented on me not wearing a mask, saying "finally someone else without a mask". I had taken it off when I got in my car and forgot to put it back on when I pulled up. He was purposefully not wearing one! This was May 13th at around 11:30 pm.

Went there today to get my grand a kids meal. Ordered PLAIN cheese burger. Even said that on receipt for a girl. Got burger with everything on it and a car toy. My grand bit into that burger and said EEWWWW. Too far away to go back, had to pick up another kids meal at a competitor. I can not recommend.

We ordered an impossible whopper with no tomatoes and no onions on a sourdough bun. Too much for this chef. We get some type of salad with onions and a patty laid on top. Explained what we wanted again. They asked us to wait in the parking. They never came so I went in 20 mins later and they weren't even trying to fix our order. The chef couldn't grasp the order and when I got it, there were tomatoes. I am allergic so basically, never again.

Woke up and found an unauthorized charge on my card. Immediately went to this store to see how and who because I haven't been here in over 2 months. Not only was I not greeted, but when I inform the manager of the situation, tells me I have to contact my bank. Acted as if they can charge people accounts, with no consequences. I have ordered twice from this restaurant and both times I ordered a double whopper and when I received that burger it was missing a patty. Not sure what the odds are of this happening twice but it felt ridiculous since I order through Uber eats and paid more for delivery. When you complain to BK they just pass the buck to the food delivery company. That makes no sense when the food delivery company did not make the burger.

Wow. This place. As a vegan I was very hesitant to even step inside a BK, but feel it is important to show the demand for vegan food at even the crappiest of restaurants. So I got their ad, which advertises buy one whopper get one free. Except the manager Manuel simply refused to substitute an impossible patty as part of their advertisement. He didn’t even acknowledge that I am fine with paying extra for the party substitution, and told me he can’t help me. Wow. What a discrimination against someone who doesn’t want to eat meat. I can’t even PAY extra for you to honor your advertised deal? No where on the ad does it say you can’t substitute an impossible patty. Shame on Burger King for their subpar managerial training. This guy basically fell apart at the first sign of a new concept. Staying away from this establishment like my instinct first told me.
