Great food and good prices. Clean dinning room and friendly servers. I like the way you can order you're burrito. Something like subway. Great Flavors! Have to try the smoked dipping sauce! Chips and queso so good. Worth driving a 2 mile from I-27 during your road trip to visit.

I have eaten here at least once nearly every week for the last 4 years. I have had only genuinely kind and service-first interactions with the staff and owners. The food is clearly fresh and prepared to order -and spectacular. At this price point (or any price point for that matter) you won't find a better burrito.

Had a breakfast burrito with chorizo and eggs, Fantastic! My daughter had the breakfast burrito with bacon and eggs, she really liked hers as well! My son who never eats had the bean and cheese burrito off of the Pony menu, he actually ate! My wife had the breakfast bowl, it was Fantastic as well!

This my husband's and my first time here. The staff was super friendly. The portion sizes are generous. The pricing is excellent. My husband ordered a quesadilla. I ordered a breakfast burrito. The food is fresh and delicious. We having been looking for a good breakfast burrito spot since we moved here from San Antonio a few months ago. We will definitely be making this a go to for breakfast burritos and quesadillas.

We love the Pony Express! My family and I have been going there for 10 or more years and always have a great experience! I like the pulled pork and love the brisket when it’s available on Saturdays! I’d recommend the 21 Chili Salsa and the chips and queso too😁

Delicious!! I was able to put together a scrumptious Keto bowl! My husband loved his beef brisket burrito! We both agreed they should sell their brisket by the pound, so amazing!

We have ate here 2 times now. Food is amazing as always. Service not so great either time. No hellos no thank you no nothing not even a half smile. Not so sure why the ladies are so miserable, but maybe its time for new faces.

Great food, most of the time. I've been here maybe 5 times and only once has the food been anything less than great. This is one of the few restaurants in Canyon that I would consider taking out-of-towners to.

The service here is very good with friendly, helpful employees. The food comes in large portions and is pretty tasty.

The bbq pork was excellent. A great small burrito place, similar in concept to Chipotle. Will definitely be back, if I'm in canyon tx again.

The last two times I have gone to Pony's it has felt like they are using the most minimum amount of meat while still increasing prices. I know things have gotten more expensive, but I should get the same amount of meat for a higher price than before...

Burritos were average. Sauces round the board could use more flavor. Meats could use a little more flavor as well. Not a bad burrito by any means, just not that exciting either.

Better than a fast food restaurant and not as good as Chipotle, which is hard for me to say because I don't usually like big corporate restaurants. I am surprised because the first time I came here 4 years ago, it was really good. So yeah, it's good enough.

Rice was dry bean are cold meat ok, small place.

Tried it a couple times. It's not ever the same. If they are out or low on something, just know you'll get shorted before they make more. Especially a queso with the chips and never felt so ripped off

We are pretty regular but after today we will not be back. The customer service isn't the best, And prices are never the same when my husband and I get the same thing every time.

Got the shredded beef burrito, but it was all fat. Pure ignorance by the worker or cook to put that out.

I guess this place does to ensure they got the most flavorless food in town. Service was okay, but speak up because they can't hear you. Lastly, make sure you get salsa on the side. Apparently it's the only thing you can get to add flavor.

This has never happened to my friend before, but she stated that the employees working today were awful to her and seemed very annoyed that she showed up to get dinner. Furthermore, when she requested an order of chips and queso the employees were very rude telling her that it would be a wait. The wait isn't the problem it was their issue with her even ordering it in the first place. Very unusual service, Pony's is usually very nice but today the employees were awful.

Was there today had some good reviews so ehh okay. Well ordered steak and chicken...steak made as ordered so fresh..right? Yeah so tough could not get it accomplished so I thought at least dog treats out the deal...yeah nope not even the dog(s!) would eat it either. So thinking better stick to places with "Oh My God!" reviews and not just "it'll do till I have to.. well poo" type places. Funniest thing their "potatoes" were alphabet frozen tator tots crumbled up!😟Thanks no thanks

Seen some unsanitary stuff today while I waited to have my order taken. Place looked unclean. Two employees working but only one making food.

Used to be good because the help was good - the girl currently there is to lazy to do her job. They are open 3 more hours & rather than make a little more of ingredients they are out of - she just says it is gone when it runs out. Come at breakfast. Huh? Ingredients do not say breakfast only. Mad that I drove there.

The food was cold. I drove away and figured out they had put no salsa in my bag. Price was a little too much for what was served.

Guy that helped us could not be more rude. I don't care if the food is any good or not, I will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go there.

First time going to the actual location and not the one at WT. It was like a completely different restaurant and not in a good way. The one at WT was super quick and had great people that were super nice. The actual location was super slow with really rude workers. First, the two boys working behind the counter were rude; when my mom was ordering they rudely said they couldn’t hear her and slammed his hand on the counter. Instead of simply saying “Sorry I can’t hear you ma’am”. Extremely disrespectful. So I continued to tell him my moms order. Then when I asked for steak for my dads burrito they acted like it a was crime to do their job and “make it fresh”. The guy was like expecting me to change the order because he has to make it fresh and I said I still wanted steak. So then he throw my dads tortilla under a heat lamp. When they were bagging everything they stuffed two boxes, two bags of chips and my moms bowl in one bag. When my mom asked for another bag, one of the boys dropped her bowl and didn’t say sorry, didn’t offer to remake the bowl or anything. It was hassle to order extra sauces and they had no idea what they were doing we got sides of guacamole in three different sized containers. Also we had to ask repeatedly for the sides of sauces. We were there so long waiting to order, while ordering and waiting for them to figure out how to charge us I about watched the entire third quarter of the Iowa and Oklahoma State football game. Oh and to put the icing on the cake at the end of this long charade is when they inform us their cashier is down. So either pay in cash or ran to our bank and get cash. Apparently there gonna charge us on Monday but I won’t be surprised if they forget.

14" burrito is made with a 12" tortilla. Very skimpy on ingredients. And employee was rude. Never going back
