We walked in and it was packed. The GM Mrs Rodriguez and the lady at the counter Cheryl recognized and greeted us with a friendly attitude right away! They took our order and we were seated. The food came out fast and it was fresh. First time in canyon and if we come back this will be our stop for food ! Thank you guys

First time visitor to Whataburger. Huge Buffalo chicken strip sandwich, fries were decent. Quite expensive, but pretty much in line with other fast-food vendors. We used the drive-through.

The drive through was extremely slow and only 3 cars ahead of me, the food was cold and Dr Peppers tasted bad. I politely told the worker that the DPs tasted bad and she told me it was a carbonation problem and there's nothing they can do about it! I get DPs at the Amarillo locations and the DPs are good.

Food was ok, order was incorrect, server that brought the food, he threw it on the table, didn't ask if we needed anything and didn’t bring our drinks. Restaurant was dirty, nobody cleaning, as they used to. The restaurant is not that old, but bad management, causing conditions to get worse.

I mainly get to-go/take out orders but if your like me you sadly have to always check your food, make sure you have the ketchup they always forget.

I like Whataburger. I really do. But this location is going downhill. Ordered today a grilled chicken salad, fish sandwich, a couple burgers and fries for myself and my family. The fries were cold and limp like they were put in the bag, 20 minutes before the order was put together. I ordered the fish sandwich with nothing on it and it came with everything on it so that means it’s trash for me. And the grilled chicken salad had no grilled chicken on it. This was from a kiosk order so it should’ve been pretty clear on the screen, but I do not believe that they are paying attention to the orders. This location is fine usually in the middle of the night, but I don’t see myself ever coming back during the day.

I mainly get to-go/take out orders but if your like me you sadly have to always check your food, make sure you have the ketchup they always forget.

Probably won’t be back, if I wanted to spend that long somewhere I would go to a sit down restaurant not to a fast food place.

Won't go back since the tasty burgers weren't worth the total meal price. Love other Whataburger locations but this one is way below average.

I checked back in 15 and they were “working on it now” after 20 more minutes we had to leave so I asked them for a refund. They did give me a refund with no apology and then I asked for 2 bottled waters to go. I was told they didn’t have bottled water even though I was holding the one I received with my fries. Next I was told, from the manager, well we do have them but we don’t sell them. I did get two bottled waters eventually, from a manager who thought I was the problem.

Any alteration I have asked for on a sandwich has been completely ignored. this is especially an issues caue ei have some allergies and have to cone into contact with these foods. overall lazyness.

So she goes in the back and it is just sitting there by the drive through window. And on top of all that the food was room temperature. One star for somehow making one of my favorite places to eat one of my least. Well done.

I always order grilled jalapeños on my burgers which is extra and never get them and also order jalapeños ranch which I have also been charged for and never received. I refuse to go back. There was also one morning I stopped in and ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit on a jalapeños cheddar biscuit and got a sausage biscuit on the jalapeño biscuit that was so hard you couldn't eat it. I am one of those that refuses to take my food back because I am afraid of what they will do to my food, I have seen things happen when people complain about their food and I don't want that to happen to me so I just take it as a loss and refuse to go back after so many times. After tonight I won't go back.
