Edited: while I have issues with my order always having cheese on it when I request no cheese, they always make it right! How is it so hard to not put cheese on something?? Everytime I go I have to have my BOB remade. Today I'm stuck at home without a vehicle and four kids. I ordered via the app and ordered my beloved BOB, ranchero, no cheese. I wrote the order was for NO CHEESE and made a second note of NO CHEESE! I paid $10 for delivery and top and get my BOBs and they both have cheese! I called the store and they told me to come in, but I explained why I ordered delivery. So they told me to come in once I have a car and they'll make me two. But the thing is I wasted $10 because I needed the food today. And now I am hungry and out the cash I should have put towards a Walmart order. How is it so hard to read NO CHEESE!!!? I have a dairy allergy, so it is not preference, it's impossible for me to eat cheese.

First time through and everyone was so nice! Our order was messed up first time and called to see if we could come back to get it fixed. They fixed our meal in no time. Very professional and kind :)

We drove from amarillo to try the new whataburger and we were not disappointed!! The place was packed and still the food came out fast and delicious!! Kenya the manager was on top of things and Celese was friendly and welcoming!! We will be back forsure!! Good job to all the managers and crew!!!

I brought our hs band in here and they were the best at getting our orders in and out. No pun intended n the in and out! The workers at this Whataburger are the best.

Went inside tonight and ordered a meal and the food was excellent, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was extremely clean. I will definitely be coming in again.

We walked in and it was packed. The GM Mrs Rodriguez and the lady at the counter Cheryl recognized and greeted us with a friendly attitude right away! They took our order and we were seated. The food came out fast and it was fresh. First time in canyon and if we come back this will be our stop for food ! Thank you guys

I stopped in last night to get my favorite meal the drive-thru was quick and Kenna took my order and she was very kind very courteous and very professional. This is the only fast food place that I have been to In the last 6 months that has gotten my order completely correct and that has not been rude or unprofessional. 10 out of 10 I will be back multiple times

I’ve come a few times since opening , first couple times there was a wait but they were PACKED so understandable, the last couple times it has come out super fast ! Super fresh and I’ve never had an order wrong ! In my experience this location is way better than any in Amarillo! I hope it stays that way , today Avery was working the front register and she gave us great service!

This is a brand new location here in my Canyon Texas and Whataburger is probably my favorite fast food restaurant and this location is my favorite Whataburger. Always Associates willing to assist me Indian I am a wheelchair Patron ♿️ always easy access parking for me the restrooms are very accommodating for someone in a wheelchair the food is always hot and fresh attractive interference inconsistent good quality. The drive-thru attendants are very friendly they work quickly to get your order processed as the kitchen staff Works diligently to get your food prepared and how to use as fast as possible it's always hot always delicious and consistent from visit to visit I highly recommend this location for anyone who enjoys a fast food Burger hot fresh and delicious answer to you by a friendly associate. 🙏🏽 ♿️ 👍🏽

Already impressed! Been a couple times since opening day and I gotta say it’s pretty darn good! Tastes like some classic Whataburger. Service has been great so far too. Yeah, the line might’ve been long, but they got it out pretty fast for what it was! these guys are awesome for doing what they do!

I ordered the Nashville hot boneless wings and the honey BBQ chicken strep sandwich. The food was hot, the service was great. I'm not sure if it's cause it's new and just opened, but I enjoyed it.

The manager Makenna was awesome and very patient as I was undecided on what to order. She gave some recommendations and over all the food was fresh and good and the store was clean.

Before I even realized, the payment went through and this 18 year old 6'1'' guy just won my heart. I asked for his number and I said "Brother, I want you to someday come to my place and I will cook some delicious Indian food for you 😋". He agreed and even later told me how I can avail the offer using the bill I had at hand 🧾. WHATABURGER higher chain of command(s), if you people are reading this Google review of mine, make note of this. These kind of fast and immediate step-in "gestures" by employees like "KALYB" makes the franchise's name go a long way. Appreciate this gentleman for me again please. I will try and visit there often.

My favorite Whataburger in the panhandle! The customer service here is outstanding and I visit this location multiple times a week.

Dirt tables and floor other then that every thing was great.

Gets crazy busy for lunch rush but handled well and food is always correct.

Very clean, kinda small lobby, very friendly but I think they are understaffed. I see the same folks working all the shifts so they must be super tired juggling shifts.

The drive through was extremely slow and only 3 cars ahead of me, the food was cold and Dr Peppers tasted bad. I politely told the worker that the DPs tasted bad and she told me it was a carbonation problem and there's nothing they can do about it! I get DPs at the Amarillo locations and the DPs are good.

Food was ok, order was incorrect, server that brought the food, he threw it on the table, didn't ask if we needed anything and didn’t bring our drinks. Restaurant was dirty, nobody cleaning, as they used to. The restaurant is not that old, but bad management, causing conditions to get worse.

They forgot to put fries in the bag....that is such a basic thing to put in there and I don't know how it was forgotten, but it was. They seem to miss details that are clear by their customers. Come on y'all :(

Never remember to place everything in bag Togo and never give ketchup

Slow in the drive thru, slow inside, slow curbside pick up. The wait is at least 20 minutes every time. Even after taking that long they still manage to get the order wrong.

I have been to this whataburger 2 separate occasions for breakfast burgers. The first time I spent over 30 minutes waiting because they continuously messed up my payment. This second time they got my order completely wrong after being 20 minutes late.

It would be faster to drive to Hollywood.i love that you can see the orders on the screen from the front counter, so when your the only one that has ordered as a walk in or in drive thru you'll know it'll only be about a twenty minute wait.

Horrible meal! They forgot a sandwich- so had to drive back. The fries weren't cooked all the way- frozen cold centers. Never again

I orderd from door dash a chicken sandwich and fry with a Dr Pepper I got Coke Zero and the sandwich loooed like somone dumped mayo all over it it was a lover the tops and bottom and my fries were rock hard and freezing like it came out of the freezer

How does it take over an hour to microwave 10 burgers from the freezer… open the other drive through line if the line goes around the BLOCK. we live in canyon, not Houston. why is it taking hours to get FAST food

They struggle with getting orders correct when ordering in the drive through and don’t read back to you what is ordered. I have never had a correct order in the drive through. I recommend going inside to order and be sure to check all food before you drive away to ensure it is correct.

Slowest service in town. I could make my own burgers, eat them, and clean the dishes faster than they can complete an order. I could drive to Texas Roadhouse on a Saturday night, be seated, served my food, and it would still be faster than this whataburger. 1 order of chicken strips, I’m next up, and still sitting here 15 minutes later.

I’m pissed. I ordered through the drive through and not only did they give me a random paddy melt but they also must’ve been completely careless and didn’t even bother giving me a straw. I’d rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to the Hollywood location.

I have tried this new location several times. The food is ok but their fountain drinks are terrible. It’s time to have your drink machine worked on. The drinks are very watery. We stopped at McDonalds to get drinks before getting our food here. I eat at Whataburgers all over the state and this the only location that gives out watery drinks.

Poor management and bad customer service. Curbside and outside drive thru lane take way too long (25+ minutes for an order). Cold food, soggy fries, warm drinks. Don’t expect anything but the bare minimum from this place. Check your order before you leave.

Not happy with them already I was the 3rd car in line and only got one clear bag merch when other cars behind and next to me got way more merch this is ridiculous that a person that has been waiting for hours gets less stuff then the people who haven’t waited as long. I go up to the counter and ask them and they say they are waiting on fries again. (I guess this is the go to line when they don’t know what’s happening?). So I waited for about 30 minutes waiting for them to bring my food out before I went up to the counter again to see what was going on. So she goes in the back and it is just sitting there by the drive through window. And on top of all that the food was room temperature. One star for somehow making one of my favorite places to eat one of my least. Well done.

After tonight I won't go back.
