I've come a couple times this week. Everyone is so nice. My order is always made quickly and the store is so clean. I only get 15 minutes to grab food and get back to work. So it's nice being able to order, pay, and go in like 5 minutes.

Nice place to grab a sub or salad. I was greeted when I entered. There was no wait. There were people dining in the restaurant. Kid friendly! The staff was friendly and helpful. Handicap accessible. Free parking lot. Very clean. I would definitely recommend. Kudos on you service !💪🏽😊

Amazing customer service. Once you try it, you want to keep on coming back. It's like a better subway for the same price as subway. More food, better customer service, and dare I say a damn good sandwich.

Somewhat dismayed with the Carrboro locations as neither manage their phones well. In fact, one day, during weekday business hours, I couldn't get anyone to even pick up the phone after way too many tries. Couldn't leave a message because the voice-mail was full. They still make good subs. Not the "products" fault, huh?

Really a 3.5 - food was good, definitely better than Subway tho with fewer options ... But they didn't give us the cookie with the kid's meal. Disappointing.

The food is always good, but I ordered door dash tonight and I was missing an item. I called the store for a refund, sat on the phone while they tried to figure it out only to be told I had to call and sit on the phone again with door dash. They messed up when packing the order not the driver. Pay more attention to the details please.

I love a good cheesesteak now and then, but I will try another business next time the craving hits. I ordered online, and the roll was a good size for an XL (split with one of my kids), but the meat was sparse. It was supposed to have peppers and onions, and I thought they had forgotten the peppers until I got to one of the last bites. And that was it - roll, some meat, onions (not too many, fortunately) and maybe a slice of pepper. No lettuce or tomato and no way to request it when ordering online. Such a disappointment and waste of $20! UPDATE: Nice that the manager replied, but still doesn't negate that I paid almost $20 for a sub-par sandwich and how would you know it wouldn't come with lettuce and tomato - there is no option to add or delete with the website ordering. And 6 ounces of meat for the size that is basically 2 subs is pretty skimpy.

I ordered this last night around 8:30 but I was heading into work so it was a few hours before I actually opened it. I got a cheese steak and a chicken salad sub and 2 other sandwiches for co-workers. The very white bread was the cheese steak I ate some of it and instantly felt sick and had to throw it away. My co-workers sandwich was a normal darker shade much darker than both of mine.
