Original text (23 March 2024) Food: The food is simply perfect! I had the Chimichanga, and the way it was prepared was fantastic. It was plated well, and had a very good ratio of ingredient. 5/5 for food. Service: The staff are courteous, and efficient. The manager noticed myself and a mate were sitting outside and offered to open the umbrella for us: an appreciated gesture. 5/5 for service Atmosphere: The indoor area, with the accommodation for children, can cause the indoor seating are to be a bit chaotic. Sitting outside provides a nice ambiance, and is well kept. 4/5 for atmosphere. Overall, this is one of the best places I’ve visited in the Orlando area, and one of very few with a 5 star review. Great job team! I’ll be back here again for sure, and would recommend it to anyone in the area or visiting. 5/5 overall.

My daughter and I got lunch at Tijuana Flats Casselberry today. Can I just tell you all how GREAT of a visit it was! the dining area was clean and spot less... the staff was promot to taking our order... food came out hot and prepared fresh... atmosphere was welcoming. BUT... why am I posting... the store manager Carlos went above and beyond for every customer in the store. It started pouring down rain, he offered to assist customers to their vehicle with an umbrella ☔️ one customer said I'm already wet from the rain his response was yea but you have your hair done we don't want to ruin it. He refilled my drink and was checking on each table that had a customer in it... Small talk/ refilling drinks/... how was the food ect... When he wasn't doing that he was staying busy and I even heard him in the back speaking very respectful/ up lifting towards his employees. This is a whole different t- flats than I remember from a few years ago. I highly recommend supporting this store! Another little fact is that he's also a graduate from one of our local high-schools and I also attend/ graduated the same year he did. although we didnt hang out with the same crowd of people we all knew each other in some form or way, he has always been a super funny, very smart kid who never disrespected anyone he encountered. Visit was 10/10 happy to see a fellow eagle doing great things in life/ as well as enjoying what they do for the community and all who walk in. (P.s. excuse the grammar, rocking a baby to sleep while typing this. )

This place is incredible. The manager is great. Amber is the best! They go out of their way to take care of our every need. I highly recommend this place. I had 2 handicapped parents. They helped me with them.

They made a mistake on one of my tacos and swiftly brought out a new correct one! Took it home for later. Love the sauce bar, but if you want salsa, you need to order a side to go with the chips. Fast friendly service, would visit again.

I went here because the prices in Broward were pretty good. They are very good here. I ordered the steak bowl with steak tacos. They have corn tortilla here so you can avoid some gluten with that. Also they have corn tortilla chips which you can get queso with those. The prices are good and the restaurant stay open till 11:00 I believe, so its open fairly late. The taco are hard or soft tortilla. Overall good and I do recommend

Their Queso is really good. Not a bad diversion if you are burned out on Chipotle or Moes. Its usually one of my first stops when I'm visiting home on leave.( They offer Military discounts) Definitely check them out!

EXCELLENT FOOD! Unique and delicious. A nice change from the same typical food other restaurants offer. Great dining atmosphere and staff! Do yourself a favor, you will not regret it.

Love it since everything is fresh and you can get exactly what you want. Make sure you try the "pick dos" if you want to try more than one thing. Keep an eye out for special items since they sometimes offer specials like chorizo.

The service here is very surprisingly great. I expected a normal fast food environment but was pleasantly surprised that they bring the food to your table, check on you a time or two and bring refills as needed. I've been to some sit down restaurants that lack on this much service. We have been several times and to several locations and are always taken good care of. The food is good and portion sizes fill us all up. For a family of 4 to eat at this price we are so very pleased.

The manager Logan was attentive, professional, and constantly checking in with both staff and guests to make sure everything ran smoothly. It’s nice to see a manager so hands-on and genuinely invested in the customer experience—he kept the energy upbeat, the restaurant spotless, and the team motivated. You could tell everyone respected his leadership. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Tijuana Flats. Highly recommend this location!

Chips are fresh, where other locations have stale chips that have no flavor it just have lost the crisp. My grand child loves the chips and beans, so that is important! The portion sizes are definitely not skimpy. The guest service is absolutely wonderful each and every time I visit, and there are usually regular repeat guests eating at this Flats location. I know because the cashier greets them by name🙂. If I’m getting Flats, this is my go to location.

We finally visited on a Sunday afternoon, after the church crowd and before dinner. Only a few patrons at that time. The cashier/server was friendly and congenial. Didn't see Adrian this time, but it seems he has taught the new hires well.

Store was very clean, staff was very friendly, service was quick and portion size was decent. My issue is the flavor and overall quality of the food. It’s very bland, basic and could have a lot more flavor. It has about as much flavor as styrofoam. My tortilla wasn’t warmed up, but just pulled out of a package and used. That isn’t necessarily bad, but it’s not good. Warm tortillas are better than a cold one.

This particular location had definitely changed from when my wife and I first started going there. Always friendly staff. Food used to be great. It's still good but, it lost some taste compared to the prices. I do love the sauces and I'll never stop going.

Not a huge fan of Tijuana Flats. They're ok, not bad. Maybe I've just never found something that hits for me, but... I keep trying. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The kids however love the chips n queso. So... We go!

I ordered takeout tonight, hard shell tacos. My hard shell tacos were anything but that. As shown in the pictures they were extremely soggy and fell apart. They were bagging my ordered when I got there and I live 5 minutes away so it’s not like the food sat for a while. Very disappointed.

The chips were RANCID which means the oil was reused for too long or the chips were stale and re-fried. This is disgusting the taste rancid oil leaves in your mouth! The "taco Tuesday" tacos were skimpy compared to years past. There was a manager there so not sure why they sold people bad chips.

Ordered two 2-Taco meals and two Kids Tacos for my family. The kids’ tacos and my wife’s were fine—plenty of meat and toppings—but my two tacos? Maybe a tablespoon of ground beef, buried under a mountain of lettuce and tomatoes to mask it. With 20 years in the culinary industry, I know 4 oz (their “standard”) isn’t a tablespoon. I showed the staff, got a shrug, and the remake was just as bad. Asked for a refund—no manager bothered to step in or even check on us. On top of that, the place was nearly empty when we arrived, yet every table and seat was filthy—covered in food and empty trays. We had to clean our own spot just to sit down. Customer service here has clearly hit rock bottom. My family’s time and money deserve better, and I’ll be taking our business elsewhere. Friends and family are hearing the same from me—don’t be surprised if this location loses more loyal customers after experiences like this.

This place used to be a family favorite, but ever since the restructuring things have gotten lousy. I got a Megajuana burrito bowl (picture attached, eye glasses and children's meal next to it for scale). Does *that* look like $15 worth of food?

I lost all respect for this business/location. It’s very disapproving to me as I am a more than regular customer and speak with the manager manny very well. One day once I got home 20 minutes away I called TF and informed the manager ( skinny, short, Caucasian male) forgot his name I think nick. I informed the manager my food was incorrect and missing items. He told me next time I come by that I would get a free entree. I came by 2-3 days ago and explained the situation to the young woman (tan skin black hair) and she refused to give me anything. I paid for my food and left. I was coming to this location sometimes 3 times a week and have been for years. Appears as if they don’t want my money. I’m good.

I really enjoy going to Tijuana Flats restaurants. This location is in need of new management or new hire. I used to frequent here at this location but I’ve found that the staff are not friendly and are very unprofessional. The last time I came here I saw the ladies at the cashier chatting with friends who happened to be there eating and making actual customers wait. I also realized that when I order any item from the menu mega size it NEVER is upsized in portions of meat etc. Don’t even get me started on their so called diced onions which should be called onion chunks. Very disappointing. I’m very disappointed because I always tip even on pick up orders. I have gone to other locations and pay extra for mega size, only to realize I’m getting screwed at the Casselberry location. I really hope they change because the other locations are out of my way. Thank you for all your other locations that are truly working hard and doing their best. This location is not trying at all.
