I just started going to this location since I moved down the street recently. Everyone is always friendly and they provide excellent customer service. The restaurant is always clean. I never have a long wait for my coffee or treats.

the negative reviews are definitely outdated. this is the cleanest dunkin’/br location with the friendliest staff! all of the staff are super accommodating as well. i’ve never had a negative interaction here. i definitely recommend this location!

although I’m sure their donuts are wonderful I am diabetic and don’t eat them frequently but my instructors in school all swore by the place so we decided to give them a try. They have savory foods as well as sweet and breakfast is always hot and ready as always the coffee is to die for, you can hardly beat it anywhere particularly not for the price. Definitely worthwhile stop.

absolutely amazing. always feel welcomed ❤️ The new management team and staff always so sweet and kind.. the best customer service!! they're always happy to greet me:) they go above and beyond to make sure my coffee and food is perfect! The staff are friendly and the ice cream is good! The waffle cones were really thin, though. 1 minute after I got the ice cream cone, the flimsy cone started to break down. It needs to be a little thicker.

I used to go here very frequently, now just once in a while because I no longer work in the area. But every time I went they provided great service. Half the time, they’d be out of the item(s) I wanted, but they always replaced it with an alternative without charging me extra. The workers here are polite, hardworking people.

My kids and I love coming here as a treat! I love the strawberry dragonfruit refresher, my oldest loves the jelly filled donuts, and my youngest loves the mermaid ice cream cup! The two things I really, really wish they can improve: 1) adding a phone number to the rewards program so we can collect points that way without needing your phone every time, and 2) that TERRIBLE pothole!!! I'm almost wondering if I can submit a request myself to have it filled. In any case, it's still a nice snack place that is perfect for a sweet tooth.

We arived about 7:00 pm, there were few to no donuts. One cinimon bun and some powder donut holes. Really disappointed, so we purchased ice cream 🍦 at 31 flavors at the same location. The staff was very friendly and helpful store for clean.

The staff are friendly and the ice cream is good! The waffle cones were really thin, though. 1 minute after I got the ice cream cone, the flimsy cone started to break down. It needs to be a little thicker.

A few visits to this Dunkin Drive through. Generally good service, quick and friendly. Once they had run out of most donuts when we arrived at 9.30am. I liked their Sourdough breakfast sandwich. Always order a latte, and some days its nice but others it's really bitter and the coffee tastes burnt. My experience here is hit and miss.

Lady didn't seem happy to be there, they forgot someone's coffee that was there before I got there, they didn't say thank you one time even after I said thank you. They never listen in the morning when I ask for extra cream but not extra sugar. The new guy just makes the ice coffees any type of way with not a care in the world. I complain all the time and someone else ends up making it. They are often out of donuts which in inconvenient. Other staff is pleasant but this new guy starts my morning off annoyed.

Go across the parking lot to the mom and pop donut place in the strip mall for better food and better service. Every time I drive past this Dunkin Donuts it's a traffic jam for the drive through. Trying to avoid this, I went inside this time and wound up in a line that was almost out the door. It took me nearly 25 minutes to even order my food. When I got my food it was dry and only slightly warm. As I was waiting for my food, I asked someone where I would pick up the black coffee I ordered - she loudly shouted "I'M NOT THE COFFEE PERSON!!!" and so I just waited another five minutes for someone to magically bring me a black coffee, in a cup with all sorts of crumbs and junk on the outside. Look, I don't know what the manager is thinking - but maybe it's time to do a better job of staffing better during peak hours, or making sure your employees are efficient at their jobs. If you're hungry, do yourself a favor and go across the parking lot to the smaller mom and pop place with the name DONUT in the title. I've been there a dozen times and the food is always great, they have more choices for food and donuts, the people are always super friendly, and the line is very fast. And...it's slightly less expensive!

A lot of unprofessional and slow staff here, you might be better off going to the Starbucks up the street from this location. UPDATE: ONLY GO if you want to place a mobile order on the app, have about 5 times now and the first 4 time my drink was made perfectly and timely, but the last time I was there I ordered an iced latte with NO WHIPPED CREAM, and the dumba** lady whom I saw working the drive thru who I am pretty sure made the order (unless it was the only other employee in that whole place) didn't even look at the order label and actually still put whipped cream on it. So effing ridiculous. The only reason I didn't say anything is because I was in a bit of a rush to get to work. These workers are so stupid.

Donuts and coffee you can get it anywhere and of good quality. What makes the difference with other sites is the kindness and courtesy of those who serve you. A motivated staff and careful attention is necessary to keep your clients. I would not return to this store unless their staff is thoughtful and trained to serve their customers courteously. It can improve.

While the donuts are fine, do not rely on any special orders for your parties. I ordered a dozen donuts for a party. they “ran out” and could not fulfill my order. Do not count on them.

Beware and check your drink before you leave. Order 2 medium coffees and see how one of them is 30% empty! That’s just cheating! Why charging me for medium and give small quantity?

Wish I could give 0 stars. They gave me a burnt bagel, lattes 10 minutes after I paid, only after they attended every person in line after me. My remade bagel ended up being not toasted and dosed in cream cheese after requesting a toasted bagel with light cream cheese. After waiting so long I had to leave and didn't notice my bagel done incorrectly until after leaving. I have called three times and no one has answered. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE MONDAY MORNING!!! Save yourself the annoyance and go to Starbucks or even McDonald's instead!!!!!

We love Dunkin Donuts, but this location is terrible - avoid it and go to another location (there’s one on Bell that’s way better). The last time I came to this location we placed an online order for 6 wake up wraps, 2 large iced coffees, and 3 donuts. The order was placed on my wife’s app and when I went to pick it all up, I arrived at the store to find out that due to there being a malfunctioning oven there were no donuts. We had already paid for the donuts and I was told they couldn't refund us unless I had her app with me, but she was not there (I came to pick up and bring home). I had to ask if I could at least get something in place of it and they offered a sandwich which we did not need or want. I understand things happen and don't blame the store for a faulty machine, however, the issue was not handled well, we paid for items we did not receive and were not offered any sort of good alternative to make the situation right. Luckily, Dublin’s corporate customer service was good and gave us some credit to use on a future visit. Today we were in the area and having the credits we decided to give this location one last try. We wish that we hadn’t. Not only did they not have the donuts we came for (which is unfortunately pretty usual), but the coffee was awful. My wife’s coffee had no coconut flavor and tasted burnt. And both of our lattes had grounds throughout them. We won’t be coming back to this location and I’d advise others to avoid it. Service and quality have been poor on just about every occasion.

was a shift lead there until yesterday. everyone leaving reviews about bad service are correct. but it isn’t the employees fault. the manager doesn’t train completely or correctly. almost all the staff is new. half the stuff is broken. no one gets breaks. scheduling 2 people from 2-close making service incredibly slow. horrible management leading to the crew members getting complained about when they’re just doing what they’re told/badly taught.

We dropped by around 10am Saturday to pick up half dozen donuts of different flavors. All donuts didn't taste fresh . The worst donuts I have ever had. My little one with a sweet tooth didn't even like them. Heb donuts even taste better.

Consistently inconsistent. They're out of most donuts most days, they don't carry the same products as other locations, and they don't pay attention to detail. The management or ownership needs trained so that they can better serve the guests. The manager or owner has been very rude on multiple occasions. They don't deserve your business. Go elsewhere.

Dirty, slow to get my food, and there's two restaurants in there, Baskin Robbins and donuts. I just opened my kolache and they are flat and smelly, I didn't try to eat them.

I came here on 08/16/2023 at 8:31 AM whoever was working the drive thru was rude and she refused to serve me when all I requested was for some time to order she said "you could have said that" I informed her i did in fact say it multiple times and she accused me of not doing that and refused to proceed with taking my order. She was so hostile, aggressive and rude. Ive never been dealt with so harshly maybe she was having a bad day but that is no excuse to behave that horribly towards someone. Never coming back here. I feel like this person has to be someone who is in a managerial position to feel that it was ok to behave in that manner and have no accountability.

Absolute horrible experience. They closed the doors on a busy Sunday afternoon and the female manager that resembled a kid proceeds to shout at me through the window and tells me to go to the drive through after I expressed her lack of professionalism. When I did, she gives even more attitude and rude behavior to me. the place appears to be run by low grade children that have no idea what customer service and being polite means in 2022. Avoid this place.

Absolutely horrible visit. I placed an order via the app like I always do. They said they didn't have it. Ok, I get it, technology sucks sometimes, but they did NOTHING to try to assist. They didn't ask what was ordered, no apology, nothing. People at the counter were ignored for 10 minutes or more, and all the concern was for the drive thru, and had a major attitude. Go elsewhere, where you'll be treated like a person.

The ice cream was good but the service was horrible!! The lady taking our order (kim) couldn’t hear my daughter so I spoke up for her and she gave me lots of attitude!!! The lady checking me out was not much better!! Her and Kim were talking about the incident on the headset and assumed we couldn’t hear which we could. How horrible! Then she was laughing. It was a very immature and uncomfortable situation for me and my daughters! I would never imagine being so rude to a customer. The customers behind me were very uncomfortable also. I will find another place to get ice cream from now on.

This Dunkin’ Donut located @ S. lakeline blvd & Cypress Creek Rd is getting WORST service by the day. From wrong order sandwich, drink to missing items. This morning 09.06.2022 was our last draw NOT to support this location anymore, a bunches of not want-to-work there were rude and not even provided bag for our foods and items purchased. I DO NOT recommending folks to go here & spend your money where welcome and appreciating your business.

If you’re going to this Dunkin Donuts, pack a lunch! We first got half of our food after waiting on the Drive Thru for a few minutes. Then, we waited 35 minutes for the other half, which was 2 wraps and 2 drinks. Once we went inside the building to complain they made our food in 30 seconds. By the time we were home, the food was cold. We will never come here again, thanks for the experience Dunkin!

We waited around at the counter for about 5 minutes for ice cream and no one came out to help us. I saw an employee peak around the corner, and then they disappeared to the back never to return. The customer area was dirty with ice cream spilled on the counter and ice cream cones strewn on the dirty counter. The Whitestone location was a palace compared to here. I guess this location sells enough Dunkin in the morning so they don't have to worry about the ice cream business.

We open our box & there’s this jelly filled donut with black & blue spots on it- we thought it was Mold! So we called them to tell to ask them about the spots around the donut & a lady answered the phone saying it was “bruising” from the donut machine. Donuts don’t bruise ever unless that bruise is “mold”. Now we’re weary of eating the rest of the donuts in the box because some others are like that is well. Always check your boxes!

We open our box & there’s this jelly filled donut with black & blue spots on it- we thought it was Mold! If you can't fullfill orders you have a bad GM, and owner. Most Dunkins are ran terribly, its up to management to change that.

When I arrived an hour and a half later to pick them up, I was told they had sold my order because they “assumed” I wouldn’t show up. That is completely unacceptable. To make it worse, they did not even attempt to refund me until I explicitly demanded it. Selling a paid order and hoping the customer doesn’t come back is either gross incompetence or outright disregard for customers. This is the last time I will ever come here.
