I’ve eaten at a lot of Whataburgers across the great state of Texas but the Whataburger I got in Center Texas was exceptionally good! 👍🏼👍🏼🤠The only reason I gave 4 stars for the service is because I placed my mobile order 20 minutes out and it wasn’t ready when I got there and waited for about 5 to 10 minutes.

It really depends on which Whataburger you go to, but this one has been consistently good. I have eaten here several times over the past 10+ years and it has always been good. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

It's a cool thing

I used drive-thru only. My order was correct, delicious and hot. The employees at the window were very nice and respectful. Definitely a good place to eat.

It was late when we went thru and the burgers/fries were fresh and excellent. The woman in the drive thru was the sweetest I've ever seen. Pray she's there the next time we go😄

I like whataburger in general, for fast food they have a really good cheeseburger. It's even better than some slow food I have eaten. Their french fries are good & of course the ketchup. The people that work at the Center Texas Wataburger. are some of the nicest people you can meet especially with the volume of people they deal with. I'm not sure but I don't think they closed down for covid at all. The dining room closed for a period of time. When I couldn't find any food on the shelves at the grocery store, And everything was looking bleak I was pleasantly surprised to see the lights of that big goofy looking orange and white building that really is a Texas staple. The cars lined up in the drive through all the way around the building two lanes wide. I knew it was gonna be a long wait but it was worth it. I think that those employees that worked to feed the doctors and nurses and all health care providers, the police emergency services and other helpers. Deserve some recognition for also being the front line workers behind the other frontline workers. The way that food was being rationed and the short hours a store was open. Waterburger was very much a business of necessity.

Love this place and their crew. Food is always great and prepared quickly, tables and bathrooms are always clean and well stocked.

I haven't been here in years. However, hear me out. The food was pretty good and definitely fit the proportion sizes to the price right. Fries are eh, rip-off McDonald fries, but they were really good. The burger was amazing and worth waiting for.

Food and service was fine. I was disappointed that there was no free WiFi anymore and no electric outlets to plug my laptop into in the dining area .

When working crazy hours you can always count on Whataburger to take care of your hunger. The food is great. I like ordering with the phone app so that you can order before you get there and it is really nice that you can customize your order in so many ways makes it easy to get what you want. And the Dr Pepper shake is awesome.

Good quality, friendly service, and great attention to detail compared to other local fast food chains. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than I'd like, but I find that it's worth it for the consistency of quality.

I had a breakfast burger combo and it was good. It was very filling and I really liked the sauce that was on it. Overall it was a very good breakfast sandwich of which I recommend just wish I had a few more hash brown sticks.

I had chicken nuggets with white gravy. The Nuggets Were Fried Well AND good. But white gravy was so watered down it was almost clear.

Never have liked Whataburger. Something about their food is just... not great. Nothing is special, it all tastes the same, and... it's just meh. PLENTY of better fast food places to eat at.

Order taker seemed annoyed, and was very rushed to end order taking. Therefore I only order half of what we wanted... Burgers was prepared incorrectly! Asked for no mustard... tons of mustard! So now, I am very annoyed, cause I've waited 1.5 yrs for that burger. Nevertheless, Whataburger is still the best!

Down here working and ate here a couple times. Check your order before you leave. I had two orders in a row messed up. Food quality is not the best. This particular store is suffering. Definately not one of Whataburgers best stores. Maybe a visit by a district manager would help.

I sat in line for a breakfast sandwich for 12 minutes. There were other vehicles which did not even have to wait. Maybe the workers could have told me there was going to be a wait? No and I was late for work. Not good service.

I'm here from Houston. Not particularly happy with this whataburger. First one I have been to where the food was not really good. My patty melt was on the over toasted side and kinda dry the fries my wife ordered were really stale and hard to actually chew. hopefully this was a one time thing since it was kind of late

On my last visit to this Whataburger, I found out that they cut out 2 of my favorite food items, which were the fajita chicken taco and what-a-chicken bites. Also they stopped serving Fanta Strawberry drinks. On top of all this, the person working tj drive through

Got about 2/3 of what I ordered to go.. when I got to hotel, I called store and asked for manager. Said HE was in the bathroom. I said I'll wait.. few minutes later same person came on and said SHE is still in the bathroom and that he would have her call me back... still wa6on call

The hamburgers were flattened and the fries were few. 2 regular fries were the equivalent of 1. Prices were $2 higher than whataburger locations elsewhere. This WAS a regular stop for us when we were in the area. Won't be back!

Went to Whataburger in Center Texas on 3/10. Couldn't hear the person taking my order over the intercom. Turns out they couldn't hear me either. Our entire breakfast order was incorrect and there was about half an ounce of chorizo in my taquito! Also the Biscuit Sandwich we ordered showed up on a bun. Entirely disappointing. Corporate should do an evaluation of the workforce and management.

This is the most horrible place i have been to! I will never come back again! Ordered gravy with my chicken tenders & they gave me sweet & sour...not a good damn thing! Stay away from this place!!! Sorry ass workers with a bad attitude & never again!

Went to whataburger for the first time on 5/28/21 in Center Tx.at about 2:30pm was told by numerous employees that someone would help us momentarily but no one seemed to be interested in coming to the counter to take our order. So goes the first and last time I will set foot in a whataburger.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes I would have thought my fries would be hit and fresh and crispy. No lukewarm, soggy,and no salt. I asked for a package of ranch instead of the ketchup for my fries, I was told I would have to pay. My burger was so soaked in mustard it was ridiculous. It hurt my stomach there was so much. Will I stop at this branch of Whataburger again? NO! I will pay the same amount and eat at McDonald's.

The ONLY reason there's a ONE star is because there's not a place to leave a ZERO!! This is the SLOWEST "fast food" restaurant in this town!! Probably within a hundred mile radius!! There is NO REASON it should take as long as they do to get an order ready! I sat in the drive-thru and listened to three songs and still didn't get my food so I left!! I will not return to this place until Whataburger addresses this issue and makes changes within management, employees or whatever the problem is and speeds up the order completion time!! They need to get their heads out of their rear ends and do a better job!!

absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. Took 30 min to finally get our food and had to take mine back to counter because it couldn't have been more wrong. Was rang up right just prepared wrong or I was given someone else food. Actually acted like I angered her to return it.

This Whataburger used to be really good, but now they are not. We waited in line for at least 30 minutes. When we got home our burgers were cold and my daughter's burger patty was burned. Big disappointment.

Ordered in the app, walked in told them online order, receipt showed 12:42 at a few minutes after 1 I'd seen several others come in with online orders and leave. I said something and my food had been sitting for no telling how long. Guy said oh we didn't know you was here looked at my receipt said yeah you did. I'm here out of town for work one less place to eat while I'm here. Slowest whataburger on earth. Second chance isn't any better then first.

Terrible food , sweet tea isn’t even good. Fries over cooked. Messed up my burger instead of remaking just covered it in ketchup but I could still taste the other and there was still onions on it. Was such terrible service that I didn’t even want to correct it in fear they could mess it up worse. Ordered chicken for my dog , they put it on my salad , for no reason. I thought whataburger originated in Texas but I guess I was wrong. I’ll stick to Louisiana whataburger even if it’s further. Thanks for adding to my headache with your incompetence.

We won't eat here again. This is the worst Whataburger I've ever been to! They got our order wrong, didn't use the rewards that we gave them and the food (that we didn't want) tasted horrible! Even my daughter who adores pancakes, she took a couple of bites and said that it was gross.

Whipped in while traveling thru at 6am for a quick diet coke and egg taquito. Order was taken ... I was the only person at the drive thru window, but no one came to the window to greet me or take my money. 13 minutes later I pulled away. Disappointed. Wasted my time and I had to go elsewhere.

The manager was extremely unpleasant for no reason we could understand. Our meal took over 30 minutes to get to us. It was brought to us one item at a time. A genuinely unpleasant experience, almost bizarre. One member of the staff was very apologetic, looking over her shoulder at the manager the whole time she was apologizing.

We have some bad restaurants in Center but this one is quickly becoming the worst. Regularly taking over 45 minutes from ordering on the app to receiving my order, then it is horribly wrong the majority of the time. It’s almost like the order is just a suggestion on how to prepare the food. Staff is unhelpful and just doesn’t care about anything. As much as my family and I like Whataburger we just can’t eat here anymore. Not worth the hassle.

Worst Whataburger I've been to. My family of 4 each got different things, and they managed to screw up all of them. We all payed extra for Onion rings, the gave us fries instead. Fries were old and stale. I had a burger without onions, but there were still onions in it. Also there was some really runny mayo on it. Customer service wasn't good. Go somewhere else. Drinks have a weird tap water taste to it. My mom got a tea, and can't even drink it due to the bad taste of the water they used.

There were maybe 5 or 6 cars in front of me in the drive through and it was probably at least 5 minutes beforeI got to the speaker to order. After ordering I sat in the drive through for about 19 minutes or more before I got my food. I noticed at least one food bag and 4 or 5 drinks had been sitting in the window area for quite some time while the car in front of me was waiting (they were not hers), so I asked the employee (nicely) if my fries would be hot and she said yes. My burger was good and was hot as well as the fries. The employee did not even apologize for the wait. I just don't understand why a manager could not keep a drive through lane moving faster than that! Maybe they have a lack of employees, but if that's the case, it would be nice to put a large sign up before you get in line that informs folks ..."due to an employee shortage, wait times may be much longer than usual".

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal and a cheese burger meal. The cheese burger had so much onion and mustard on it that you couldn't eat it, and the fries were old!!! For 28.00 you would expect better then that!!!

One employee became very hostile towards me and my kids after I asked if I could get a number (I moved to Missouri was wanting a memory to keep) said I'd pay for it and when she said she couldn't do that....I said ok I understand.... that should have been the end up of it. My first time was lastnight. They were not busy at all. Yet didn't get my full order rang up then told me to pull up and wait for the other part of my order. 15 mins later had to go inside they hadn't even began to cook the friedls I ordered. By the time we got the fries my chicken sand was cold . Took two bites . The second bite hurt my tooth like a bone in the meat. Needless to say. I am not a satisfied customer.

8/19/23 me and wife and brother came in to whataburger it was alot of flies flying around and landing on the food , the manager was very disrespectful and the cashier too. The tables were nasty floors unclean. They mess our order up several times and Still didn't get it right. They didn't greed us coming in or leaving. I'll never eat their ever again. I'll never refer no one to stop and eat their.

I didn’t even stay and order. I walked in at 2:17pm and nobody even noticed or acknowledged my presence. I decided to go to the restroom and upon entering a Whataburger employee with a drive through headset had his hand on the stall door top and had his cell phone hanging over into stall showing someone using the stall a video of “badword for women”. He left without washing his hands and when I returned to counter he was taking orders. No thanks. I have given completely up on Whataburger. I used to love them. I am done.
