I had an outstanding experience here from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and our server did an amazing job—knowledgeable, attentive, and great at explaining the menu. The service overall was excellent and truly elevated our visit. What impressed me even more was the honesty and professionalism of the staff. The receptionist (Chloe) was very welcoming, and the young woman who found my lost AirPods went above and beyond to help. Their integrity and teamwork really stand out, and it says a lot about the values of this restaurant. This place is not just good—it’s trustworthy, well-run, and genuinely enjoyable. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back, and bringing friends with us as well. Highly recommended.

Broth Shabu-Shabu has become one of our favorite spots! The quality and selection of meats are always top-notch, and the broths are incredibly flavorful — you can really tell they put care into crafting them. We also love the self-serve bar for veggies, noodles, and sauces — it makes it easy to customize every meal exactly how you like it. The service is always friendly and the restaurant has a clean, cozy ambiance that makes it perfect for both family dinners and date nights. Highly recommend!

My family and I came here to celebrate my godson's 21st birthday and we not only had fun celebrating but the whole entire experience was so awesome. Our server was fantastic and everything was clean, fresh and very well organized. The choices and quality are top notch. Highly recommend this culinary cultural experience.

We went to Japan a few months ago and I was able to try an original Shabu-shabu, and believe me, the flavor of that broth is phenomenal and, the meat and vegetables variety is extensive. This place's broth flavor is good, but not phenomenal. The selection of vegetables could be better, but it's OK. Though they needed a better meat cut selection.

It was my first time here and told my friend to order for me. She order me the original house broth and 2 sides appetizer which was Gyoza and chicken karaage. When it was time to grab the vegetables I was overwhelmed by many selections at the bar. I picked the ones I liked and return to the table and started putting the meat 1st and once done the veggies and noodles. The flavors of my dish were so good I ate my soup slowly. 😂 I love the atmosphere and plan to come back another time with mother. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a healthy soup dish. Hope my review helps, Enjoy!! 😉 (Best to get there early, opening time)

1/30/2026 = 6:30PM = 4 Star = Food is Geat , server are verygood too , some chair need upgrade , the line to get sa sauce is so long , I just didn't bother to go inline coz you have only 90min dine in, they should put double on everything so it will not have a long line. May be its good when it's not busy . The cook top don't have an exhaust fan, that's why all the smell of food will smell on your clothes, maybe will still try it again .

Fun group setting. Keep in mind they're smart to have a wood waste fee. Eyes believe it can finish all of it and the limit of the Stomach comes too soon. If you're not a fan of your soup it wasn't the restaurant. You pick your broth, meat is brought out on request and then you pick all your own noodles and addins at your own control.

Sunday dinner with the cousins! We decided on shabu because it was perfect for the cold weather. Parking: This spot is located in a high foot traffic plaza. Finding a parking spot is going to be difficult. Good luck! Ambiance/Environment: They have a large space with plenty of indoor seating. It was extremely busy on Sunday night. The amount of people felt overwhelming and crowded. Wait times can be longer, especially for a large group like our’s. They have a buffet for sides and a station for sauces. Everything was kept clean and filled despite how busy it was. Love the music; if you’re a millennial baby, then you’ll appreciate the throwbacks. Service: I joined the waitlist on Yelp and was quoted a 41-62 minute wait. I was able to see my place in line through Yelp, and they also texted me updates. When my cousins and I arrived, we waited about 5 minutes then our table was ready. The host escorted us to a table outside. Thankfully there are heaters outside. Each server was quick & efficient. We were checked on a few times, but it can be difficult to wave a server down since it was so busy. Food: I chose Sukiyaki broth. It was really good and not too salty. You’d order meats through your server. I really like the lean cuts! The fattier cuts were also mouthwatering. The vegetables and other toppings were fresh. Pricing: There is a 1.5 hour dining limit. Any excessive leftovers will be charged. We enjoyed everything and will definitely be back! My only critique is to keep the training off the floor and away from customers, especially while they’re trying to enjoy a meal. We prefer not to hear restaurant talk right behind us.

Good meat, great buffet selection and you have your own broth bowl on a heat-controlled. We have visited during lunch and it’s only $20.99. Great price for all you can eat, can’t beat that 👍🏼

The broth was ok. They have a good selection of meat and veggies. The sauce bar is DIY as you would expect. Price is not bad either tho I'm from the bay so I'm not sure what the price range is down here, but for me it's at the right price.

we waited for 15-20 minutes for our broth ( we had the meat and our noodles and appetizers before the broth ) after we ordered and the blonde hair guy who gave us the broth was extremely nice he made very good conversation and was very polite and made the experience much better, but after that, we did not get a single person come up to us for a refill or for us to order more food or anything our entire visit there, we never received some items in our order ,we didn’t get a single refill and we only got one extra round of meat because we had to flag someone down to ask them for more meat as well as the soda was flat. i’ve never had a bad experience here before but the way we were treated was awful today , anytime we had to ask for something it felt like we were imposing on the waiters and we were wasting their time.

I joined the waitlist through yelp. It had no options for outdoor or indoor dining. Got a text saying table was ready and it wasn’t. Waited an additional 30mins. Host sat me outside and it was freezing. I told him I rather sit inside and he replied you should have chosen that option. I told him there was no option and he replied well next time do it. Extremely rude staff and these 2 hosts were just standing there laughing trying to be low key about it. They kept seating people about 5 tables before me. I heard about 3 more families complaining about being seated outside. Food was ehh like a 5/10. I can’t believe they hire people who are this rude. Waited almost an hour to get seated!
