I ordered breakfast through Uber eats. The hash brown was old stale and cold. I ordered breakfast salsa and did not get it. What is wrong with Taco Bell employees? I mean seriously half the reason we go there is for the sauce. Taco Bell without sauce is just crap. I’m very annoyed because I wouldn’t have ordered it from there if I wasn’t getting salsa.

You get two mini crunchwrap sliders and a green chile queso for $5.49. It tastes exactly how all the other Taco Bell items taste but the queso is pretty great. I hop they consider keeping the green chile queso on the menu because that queso with their nacho fries? Oh yes! Solid three stars! I know we have some amazing Mexican places around the valley but sometimes you just want that meat sop that Taco Bell does so well.

Idk how hard it is to understand extra beef on nachos but I guess a order of 36$ is to much for the workers tonight.When somone pays for extra beef there not expecting half of the original amount that should be in there nachos. Also laughing about purposely ripping me off is diabolical just do your job.

Two combinations of taco pizza, drinks and crunchy tacos plus 2 extra tacos and tax came to just under $32. Wow! For this area l think that is outrageous! And no service! Everyone has to use self-serve kiosks and the food magically appears on the counter after a brief wait. At least it's still "fast" food. But what used to make Taco Bell worth the price is gone. No more 7-Layer, and many other favorites. Tacos Bell is now an overpriced, no-service, taco-shack. You might as well buy at one of those mobile taco stands and save a ton of money.

2 stars for effort, false advertising, took a bite, and got a mouthful of lettuce and cheese, if I wanted a vegan taco I would have went to vegans r us. To top it off the taco shell went down sideways in my throat, shell are either over cooked or stale. Please save yourself trio and go jack in the box their tacos are cheaper anyways.

They suck! Never put in sauce when requested. Called and the person lied about his name and that he was manager. Spent over an hour on hold calling corporate number. Never again!!!!

just came back from taco bell and ordered a cheese quesadilla and a baja blast and the cashier was wiping the baja blast because it was over filled and didn’t give me a straw and i didn’t have one in my house. i didnt mind the drink being over filled but my quesadilla had a long hair in it. i always go to this one so this sucks ☹️

Okay this time I’m saying something, this location is the worst Taco Bell I’ve seen in so long. I am going to be filling a formal complaint, as management and ownership clearly don’t pay any mind to the feedback of their customers. The amount of times the food from here looks, feels and tastes old is alarming. This evening I sent my roommate and her daughter over this to order dinner after a busy Monday and the staff was making rude and uncomfortable comments about my roommates daughter and how large the order was? She said she was extremely uncomfortable with how they made her feel (she was ordering for 3 adults) and the things the guy was saying to her. On top of that items that were paid for were not included, and I have the receipt to show it - this happens here constantly I’m really sick of paying for things I’m not receiving it feels like I’m being taken advantage of at this point. Just as the cherry on top, food was very clearly rushed as my chalupa barely even had anything in it.

Horrible customer service here! I decided to dine in, grabbed 2 double stacks and a side of fries. The fires were cold and hard so I asked for some fresh fries. They made me wait as if they were going to provide FRESH fries, but the fries were the SAME temperature as the ones I'd taken back. Everyone in the kitchen and the counter looked at me strangely when I stood there for more fries. Just to wait another time around for the actual fresh fires. I'll never visit this horrible location again. This was my first time, but it certainly will be my LAST TIME!!!!!!! Do better MANAGEMENT, your crew is TRASH!!!!!!

Just had Uber delivery, didn't take but maybe 10 minutes to deliver... My order was bad .. pretty much everything is probably the older orders they had left over from lunch... Tried the new crispy chicken burrito and it was smashed cold and soggy as hell and stuck the wrapper.. Nothing crispy about it.. Beef Chulpa supreme definitely left over there, barely no beef and Chulpa tortilla stale dried hard and a waste to even try to eat.. Doritos beef supreme taco old and cold stuck and fell apart trying to get it out of its container... Side of guacamole so tiny not worth the price AT ALL.. The side of Avocado ranch was good... But that's about it.. Ava ranch was the only thing that was worth the price 🥴😠

This location has made me done with Taco Bell entirely. Everytime I go here something in my order is wrong. Tonight I ordered through the app for delivery and my order was awful! I called and was told by the so called "manager" that I could come in and have it remade or reorder it to be delivered, so I would be paying twice! She also told me they are only human and make mistakes. This wasn't a "mistake" it was downright laziness. If this was a one-off thing or had only happened once or twice before then fine, but it's 95% of the time. I was missing items and the items I did receive were horrible quality. The Burrito I ordered was supposed to have extra sauce (that I paid extra for) and there is hardly any sauce. The chalupa Supremes were a couple pieces of chicken and a butt load of sour cream. The cheese roll ups that I ordered for my daughter had to be heated up in the microwave because the cheese wasn't even melted. Oh, and apparently they can't refund me, I have to go through the app which is conveniently not working.

I wouldn't even give this location 1 star. It deserves 0. I literally bought food for myself and children. I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and I didn't even receive what I asked for. When I called taco bell on Alma School and Warner to speak with the manager and explained how I received the burrito all she said was sorry and I asked for a replacement and the manager literally laughed and said just because it isn't folded correctly and I said no that's not the reason but the manager was so unprofessional. So disappointed with this location and I'd never returned to this location. Shout out to Taco bell on Cooper and Warner for replacing my burrito without a hesitation and for being so understanding.
