This little Ceasars is the pinnacle of little Ceasars pizzas. Their pizzas are hot and fresh. I am not disappointed coming here to their pizzas. Heck, even their hot and readys are delicious. Only criticism and more so for corporate. Wish their build accommodates for their employees and customers better. They make so much business that they can pave the parking lot or have better ac for their employees.
How can you go wrong with a $5 pizza?! This location does a great job at keeping enough pizzas ready for their customer base. But I have to say, I love the ease of ordering on their new mobile app, or online and just stopping by and get the order myself out of their new Pizza Portal. I don't have to wait in line, or for someone to come out of the back to help me. Best way to do pizza!
Here on 02/17/24 at 5:40 pm. Whoever is working the front (didn't get her name) is busting her butt to take orders and put them out. It's very busy to be handling all of this alone on a Saturday night so awesome job!! 6:16 pm: We didn't get our 2 cookie brownies we ordered but it's understandable. Staff looked overwhelmed.
I have never had a bad experience at this Little Caesars. The staff is always friendly and informative. Pizza is hot and ready. If they are low on available pizzas they tell you upfront. They won't serve you an old pizza, no matter how many pizzas they have to go through to find a fresh one! Always a great experience.
The staff was extremely polite, courteous and worked very well despite how busy it was tonight. Thanks for fixing my order with professionalism and being kind!
Great service! I called in for my order since sometimes itll have a wait time. This time, my pizzas were ready under 5 minutes! Maybe Wednesday is their slow day, however the service are exceptional! I enjoy it at all. Highly recommended!
I felt for these poor guys tonight. I walked in to order and I waited a few minutes for my food and in that short amount of time they had two “Karen’s” that needed to complain or speak to the manager because they placed their orders and they weren’t ready within 5 minutes. They had maybe 6 employees and orders were coming in at least 1 a minute, not including the walk ins and online orders and these guys were cranking them out left and right working their butts off. Our food was super hot and fresh, not to mention delicious and well worth the wait. Everyone should learn to have some kindness and an ounce of patience. Thanks to this location for the great food!
My son had ordered a couple of pizzas for him and his brothers and he gotten his order in a decent amount of time. Prices are very affordable which I'm grateful for especially when u have boys who eat a lot of pizza can't always empty ur wallets so this was a great convenience. Definitely will return back with my son again.
Great service!! We had an issue with a catering order at work and needed more food fast. I called this location on my way to order two deep dish pizzas. They were so accommodating and put in my order right away so I was able to pick it up almost right when I arrived. Shout out to Sharon Y for making our day. Thank you so much!
It’s a take out/delivery place, not a restaurant. Pizzas and all other items are super tasty and low priced, so it’s a great option for parties.

Being able to order and pay in the app is the best thing ever. Then walk in and get your pizza out of the kiosk inside with a code and that’s it. Love their stuffed crust pizzas the most 🍕

Pros: -Super quick service. Even if you order beforehand, the time they quote you for the pizza to be ready is pretty quick. I think mine was like 10 minutes. -The pizza is cheap and you get a lot for what you pay. I got a large pizza there for only $6. You can't beat that. I had a lot of leftover for days. Cons: -The pizza felt a bit greasy and too salty. Seemed a bit dry too. But for what you pay. really no complaints... :)
Order a pizza online 9/26 11:45, went in to check order. Saw 40 boxes of pizza being made. I do mind it being late, I didnt get my order till 12:55. My only problem is why is someone ordering 40 pizza during peak hrs and leaving others in the wind. I do feel bad for the workers, I hope the people who had the ordered tipped well. For the wait and wasting time, all I got was pizza. Either disable online ordering till their done or dont take orders that large.

Once we finally got home, we discovered one of the pizzas hadn’t been sliced at all. Which, let’s be honest, was a bit of a plot twist. But once we grabbed a knife and handled it ourselves, the pizza was fresh, hot, and totally tasty. The parking lot here sucks trying to get out of the parking lot takes forever. The pizza will be cold when you get home because you might have to change your tire, especially if you hit the crub or think you are going out the driveway when you drive off the sidewalk. I hate the parking lot here.
Pizza quality is fine here but the speed is brutal. It's really rough when they are busy...which seems like every time I go. If you add 20 minutes to the amount of time they tell you on the phone then you won't be too disappointed. Otherwise, be prepared to entertain yourself while you wait.
They make too many pizzas at times, and when you get there all the pizza is just not to my standards. And they are very cheap with the sauce.. I ordered pizza and swear it was cheese bread. Your pizza has always been $5 and has ALWAYS been great pizza. That's why you guys stay in good business! Workers are all pleasant and kind. Just needs to sharpen up on their pizza topping skills! It's all you do so make it your "standout" (pizza pizza - it's what you do!)
Place order for ultimate pizza and 1 Caesar wings at 4:14. I was told there be 10 minutes. The weight with closer to somewhere between 20 and 25 minutes. I was so happy when it came out I forgot to look at my phone to see what time. The last time I remember looking at my phone it was 4:29. I'm guessing that it was 5 to 10 minutes longer before the order was done. Besides that, it was all good
Ordered food , waited 25 minutes for 3 pizzas. Got home and they’re all stale and hard. The only reason for the 3 stars is because Victoria in the back was single handedly handling business in a huge dinner rush. I would have given her 5 stars but everything else 1 star if possible.
Store said they were out of crazy bread and sauce, asked for a Italian cheese entree and said it was a 10-20 minute wait. So I had drove down to Guadalupe and rural and had just what I needed, thank you. Nothing wrong with the store just adjust...
It's Little Caesar's. It's not amazing pizza. Growing up in Michigan 40 years ago, LC was really good. The Illich (sorry if that's spelled wrong) family had a high quality standards. It's pizza that does In a pinch now. I ordered the stuffed crust. It was ok. It's just not great food anymore. Kudos, though, to the young man behind the counter that came out to my vehicle twice while I was waiting. Once to say they were out of sausage and offered me alternative toppings and the second time to bring me my pizza.
There self pickup food storage warmers, the codes don't work when you put them in, so you have to wait for someone to help you at the register, and if it's really busy, that can be a big delay.
Don’t come here if you want one of the “hot and ready” pizzas. third time I’ve been here and there’s no pizzas ready when the menu says a time that they’re supposed to be ready. stop claiming to have them hot and ready at a specific time when they’re never available. get better.
very poor customer service, I don't expect the greatest welcome but at least a friendly and simple "hello" or "how's your day." On another note I order a pepperoni pizza total was $5.41 i gave her $10.01(I simply make it easy and just get even change and i dont like to carry many coins in pocket ) yet she returned $.49 back, I told her it was the wrong change. After about 15 seconds of no respond I just asked for my pizza. Overall she does not like her job and should not be there if she cant focus on even a simple task.
Ordered pizza for my kids. Got there and stood in line while the customer service rep waited on two people that was in front of me when he got done with the last person that was in front of me there came another customer walking through the door he greeted him before greeting me and I'm like I've been standing here. Didn't even apologize for his mistake but I just figured that it reminded me of a story that I in the news clip that I watched that a white service rep overlooked the black lady who was already sending in line for the white customer who walked behind her who came behind her and that's exactly what happened to me that's why man literally walked through the door wasn't even there for a minute I've been sitting there for five almost 10 minutes just to pick up an order and he was greeted first the guy didn't even apologize and don't even apologize for poor service oh I'm sorry then he made an excuse for his mistake or his intentional Mistake by saying that they're only two people working there that has nothing to do with you blatantly overlooking the African-American lady who's been standing there for 10 minutes waiting on the pickup to serve the white person first what a poor excuse for service
I ordered online for a specific time. It was over 10 minutes late, plus they don't know (or care) how to label the food properly. They put bacon stuff in the cheese box, cheese in the pepperoni box and pepperoni in the cheese box. They have no idea how to run a food store.
I had gotten a regular pepperoni pizza and then I got a pizza of olives on top black olives The cashier did not even offer me the special of two toppings for 799. I saw the flyer on the counter after paying. So I asked the guy if I could add another topping to the black olive one and he was like no I would have to refund you all of the order and then I’d have to charge you all over for everything else. This is ridiculous that he could’ve just throw in another topping on that pizza. I am very disappointed. Thank you. 😡😤🙄

So after a long shift of work, I go to get pizza, and all the toppings are in the middle, horrible pizza making for a Sunday evening workers!!! Don't recommend for the people to go on a Sunday, other days the other workers do better.

Place is jammed, people who place their online orders, and didn’t pay an advance or being told their orders are lost, and we’re never made 25 people in the lobby waiting for their pizza I placed an online order for mine to be ready at 7:30, I arrived at 7:35, and they hadn’t even started my order yet My confirmation email says I can track my order but when I click on that I get an error so I have no idea when it will be ready I guess they prioritize the pizzas that were paid for. The store on GUADALUPE and Raul better, I wish I had gone there instead, but this one was a little closer but it’s costing me a lot of time to have made the switch I think they have some new employees working, which is probably part of the problem, hopefully this is an isolated incident
Placed my order online and was supposed to be ready by 833 it’s now-856 and I was told they just put the order in the oven a few min ago. Also total was 16 and some change online I added two 2 liters when I got to the store and my total jumped to 27.21 and gave him 28 never got my change back
Went home found a long hair in my pizza. I called and I let them know and they said for me to go in and get a replacement pizza. I waited 20 minutes in the parking lot still wasn't ready so I told them I will be back so I went back 20 minutes later still wasn't ready. they said the pizza was made but they didn't know want happen to my pizza. I ask for my money back. The soon to be manger didn't know how to return my money. I got my receipt and told them I will be back the next day. My situation is still unresolved. understand accidents happen but this is really unproresinal.
This isn't the greatest store in good times; however, recently when we call to order a pizza the phone rings and rings and no one answers. My partner and I both called and let it ring for over an hour on multiple occasions and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. The app doesn't work either. Whoever owns this store needs to take a couple of business classes because it is poorly run with few staff and 0 customer service. We go to Venezia's now and although we pay a little more they have awesome pizza, great customer service and they actually answer their phone for orders. If I could give no stars I would. UPDATE: we went to the store and they said they couldn't take any kind of payment and we need to order through the app....THE APP IS DOWN!!!!!!! So we ask the Manager (I use that term loosely here) he said "well I guess you can't order a pizza then"
They say they are open until 10pm but won't accept an order after 930. Bad management & laziness. I bet the owner will be happy to hear their staff is turning away $$$. . . . And this is a university location! Probably losing LOTS of $$$.
I waited too long for a hot and ready. It could've been because I was also waiting on garlic bread which I was told would take "three minutes" and took way longer. So then the pizza was cold and I love Little Caesars but never when it's called.
I’ve notice this before but if anyone gets sick it will be because no one that’s making the food wears gloves at all. Then the customer service isn’t good they’re not very friendly when taking order. When I worked at a pizza place years ago I had to wear gloves but here I’ve seen a cashier scratch their nose then walks over to help make food. The company need to work on the website for ordering. If you order and it says 15 mins but someone before you ordered 10 pizzas you are not getting your in time. They system doesn’t adjust to tell you when you should really be there
Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food chain. Ordered online only for the order to not be ready 30 minutes after the specified time. Was refunded and never going back. Under staffed and a mess.
Ordered my regular order of just a single pizza and a two liter and dips. And the phone order had completely changed and forces you to order online which is no use because it does not work. Nor the pizza portal. The prices are outrageous. And the workers are misinformed on product price.. the processing thru phone sounded sketchy/scamlike like a scripted telemarketer whilst trying upsale after multiple times of saying NO!. Not only Did I order over the phone they charged me ordering over the phone. Probably not going to eat here or there again. Unless its a $5 hot and ready again. Sorry Little Caesars, im going with Dominos from here on out.
Incompetent staff members need to be retrained on how to refund people! Especially when they are forcing the refund the customer after realizing they tried to sell you old, expired, outdated food!! Instead of refunding me for the product this young lady was not supposed to sell me, some stuffed cheese bread, she refunds my entire meal. Okay, nice! I say thank you! I'm under the impression she just comped my meal for the error that occurred of potentially selling a customer an outdated product but no she grabs the box and says you need to pay for the pizza, then proceeds to recharge for me the food I just paid for! Come on honey, that's just poor customer service. Mind you this was in a room full of people on Halloween with noooo social distancing organization in place what so ever. Extremely disappointing service. I recommend you go to ANY other location besides this one.
Hot and ready doesn't apply here according to the girl at the front. They are too busy! Just saying. The workers in the back are all chatting away, having a good old time. I would of got my pizza faster from Dominos. They should at least offer a discount if the cant meet the hot and ready status they are so big on. PS I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza, nothing special.
I've visited this location many times and always get great service. I always order a deep dish Liza and always are told the wait would be 10 to 12 minutes. I stopped by tonight around 9:30pm wanting my deep dish pizza, but was shocked when the cashier told me it would be at least 25 minutes? She stated they had been slammed all night and they are just catching up. The look on her face and tone of her voice told me she didn't want to make that pizza. I was the only customer in the store at the time? I told her not to bother thinking she would apologies for the delay, but she seemed happy not to get my business. I went down the street where Pizza Hut was happy to make me a late night pizza. I guess Pizza Hut has earned my future business.
I ordered for pick up a large cheese pizza with crazy crust all over, and was in a hurry to pick it up. So I get there pick up the pizza and get home to realize there was only crazy crust on the crust. I was upset, but only by the fact that I had expected not to have to check my pizza before leave because I’ve never had to at any other location. So when I go back, I explain the situation, and rather than being polite, the cashier took back the pizza, no apology at all, and proceeded to just throw some of the topping on the now cold pizza I had brought back. When I requested for a new pizza, the manager told me to “check your pizza next time” and just walked away, once again no apology for making my order incorrectly and me having to drive all the way back during rush hour. I eventually got the pizza I wanted, but both the cashier and manager were VERY rude and seemed as though I was an inconvenience to them. I am even more upset at the fact that I work in the food industry myself, and go out of my way to make sure and order is correct, and if is made wrong, will go out of my way to fix the issue. Horrible customer service that I have never experienced from any other locations. Will not be returning
There was a huge piece of PAPER on my pizza and they forgot my brownie. I got a refund but had to spend 10$ worth of gas to get it. Needless to say, I'll never be going back to little ceasers EVER. They always forget the crazy sauce even though you've ordered the crazy bread combo.... What's the combo without the sauce? That's just crazy bread if there's no frickin sauce. Ridiculous!
Not hot and ready. Bad marketing, bad service. Line out the door long waits for basic pizza. Unresponsive staff. Premake the pizzas please and have them sitting in the heater. It’s your whole concept.
So far 4 people left here upset. I ordered and was told it would take 15-20 for my supreme pizza and breadsticks. I have been sitting here for almost 20 min for my order and the cashier comes up to asking me if I canceled my order!!! Really why would I still be sitting here waiting if I canceled it. She said it would take another 20 min to make and that my order disappeared in the system!!! Seeing the previous customers leave unhappy I hesitated to even order but after a 13 hr shift and 4 hrs of sleep I decided to just order. 😠
The online ordering was down, so couldn't order for the Pizza Portal or delivery. I tried calling at 6p to order over the phone, gave up at 730 & just drove there. Ordered a Slices & Sticks & a Crazy Bread. The pizza was like cardboard ( at least an hour old & not even room temp) the crazy bread was good. I also bought 2 sauces and had turn around down the street when I checked the bag and no sauce, so I turned around & went back because the lady didn't put them in the bag she gave me. I tried to call back soon as I got home after opening the pizza box (I live 2 miles away) and continued to call till 1030p to speak to the mgr-still no one answered) . I did double check the number and it was the correct number for the store. Started calling at 1030a next day-Sat (Website says open at 1030a) & again no answer. Only giving a 1 Star cause the crazy bread was good. Probable won't be back.
If my pizza is in the box with a code that I am supposed to enter explain to me why someone was able to walk into your store tell you MY order was theirs and your employee opened the box and gave them MY order. Then tries to tell me “someone already picked it up for you” MAAM IM THE ONLY PERSON IN THE HOUSE WHO CAN DRIVE SO NO. Now I’m standing outside for 10min waiting on pizza when I already waited 30min for you to make it when the app said 15min. I knew you had lower prices; I didn’t think that meant lower quality of service 🙄 The worst part is, I was extremely nice and understanding about it until the manager who helped me or if that’s what you wanna call it was so rude and dismissive and basically acted like it was my fault that somebody else came and picked up my order and that they gave it to them when they didn’t have a code or confirm phone number or anything. I felt like somebody else getting my order and me needing my order remade because you as a company made a mistake was inconvenient to you which is crazy because it inconvenienced me and my family from eating for another whole hour.
I did not like my customers service intentions with the manager I believe his name is Cristian. I was not welcomed, I was given attitude, and he had no ounce of patience. When I go to a little Caesars in my local area, I have a pizza made a certain way And I always get attitude back or we can’t the customers always right making accommodation. I waited a long time to be helped out and felt like I didn’t get the respect I deserve as a customer I just received the pizza and for my special request, they put an excessive amount of the condiment I added please get these managers trained and customer service My pizza didn’t even come out the normal price it does in the suburbs
Most of the “reviews“ for this location are clearly employees it other paid reviews. The wording just doesn’t make sense for actual customers. For my visit, this was the worst experience I have had at any pizza place In several years, including other Little Cesars. I went in to pick up one of the famous “Hot N Ready” pepperoni pizzas, and none were ready despite being between 4 and 8 PM. I had to wait 20 minutes for a pizza that should have already been ready to go, and there was nowhere to actually wait, I have back and hip issues and can’t stand for more than a few minutes at a time, so I was forced to sit on the floor, with a few other customers who had been clearly waiting too long for their pizzas as well. If you can’t have “Hot N Ready” options actually ready, they need to be removed from the website, and if you can’t have seating available for your ADA customers, then you have no legal right to be open for business. If I have any other problems with this location, I will have no choice but to report you for your violations.
ABSOLUTE WORST location in the US! I've been to all 50 states and traveling so much means eating out a ton so I am well versed on Little Caesars practices. THIS location NEVER bothers to answer their phones, even when I am sitting outside this store in my car calling them and watching the employees getting on like they don't hear the phone. I always need extra sauce on my pizza and the app does not allow you to convey that to the stores before sending the order so I always contact the store to let them know my ask. Never have any trouble with that...until this location. They've pulled this mess twice now, 7 months apart so this seems to be the culture in this store. Will be alerting corporate after this review. EVERYONE at this store needs to be FIRED !
Trash company! Delivered my pizza to someone else. Refuse to answer the phone so I can collect my well deserved refund. No company should operate like this in anyway shape or form. Taking my money was instantaneous getting it returned is impossible. So now I am still hungry paid for a pizza to apparently deliver a pizza to an alleyway, and there is zero customer service representative available to help this ridiculous injustice. It's Little Caesars. There is no way they are so busy they cannot answer the phone for 2 hours straight! Thay do it on purpose. Won't be long and they will run everyone off!

I placed extra cheese Piza when I eat pizza test was not good and uncooked. I called to store he did not listen and hang up the phone. Quality was very poor. It is my personal request before pickup or delivery please check the quality because you are paying. If you will not check they will not listen to you. I got bad experience today. I used Pizza Portal to get a couple pizzas and some bread sticks from this location, normally it's about 20 minutes before it's ready, which isn't bad. But my latest trip was outrageous. Places the order 30 minutes before we arrived and it still wasn't ready. Person at the counter said it would be just a few more minutes. I stood in the store for 35 more minutes watching other customers come in and get the same pizza we had ordered then walk out (it was very busy). Reminded the person at the counter again and still nothing happened. Finally got our pizza after missing an entire half of the football game we were watching. Will never go to this location again and discourage anyone else from doing so.
I hate complaining but dang. Its been a few months since I've Visited this location and now I remember why I haven't come here in a long time. Loooong wait times, wrong items given, some wings were severely undercooked, and half the crew is running around looking like they have no idea what is going on. Smh. I get it theyre working hard but my extra most bestest pepperoni came out looking like an extra most distasteful disaster. I ordered BBQ wings and was given buffalo. I had already been waiting there an hour and didn't even bother trying to go back. So now I have it marked on my map to never return to this location again. Im sorry the one crew member I spoke to was friendly and did his best but I dont know how this location is still up and running after months of it being the same poor quality of food and timing.
They do not answer the phone. They made my stix pizza with huge nasty dough that wasn’t cooked. My puffs were made wrong no sauce and tasted old. Everything was disguising and made my stomach hurt. 😔
First time grabbing pizza here, and a storm knocked the power out mid-cook. Instead of a refund or a fix, they handed me a pepperoni pizza I couldn’t eat because I don't eat pork—after I already paid online. Bad first impression

No hot and ready available.. Ordered it there at counter. Do not go between 6pm and 8pm for that. Jenna said 20 minutes... 1 hour and 10 minutes later we got our pizza. Kitchen under scaled for business coming in at these hours. Better off getting a DiGiorno and cooking it yourself that takes half the time! It's Little Caesars pizza so it tastes like that, not bad, not great. Service was better than pizza, I know they were working their butts off to keep up with rush. They gave us free cookies for waiting for a single pizza.
Sent out a cold old pizza for my lunch, missed the sauces and over salted the sticks
Hot garbage, minus the hot. I ordered this pizza at 7:50pm. Not only is it not ready till 8:30, but it’s barely hot and the crust is hard. No one washes hands and the manager and staff is mentally equally useless. I barely ever leave a review, but I needed to leave this as a reminder to never come here again.
Ordered pizza puffs online and went to pick up. The lobby was full of angry customers. The pizza portal empty. So I asked the worker if they had my order. She looks confused and goes to the back and asks another worker who replied "some orders got lost" 5 minutes later the 1st worker comes back to the counter (where in still standing) and ignores me but helps the next customer. After their interaction, I questioned "so I don't get my order" she then proceeds to pull up my order in the computer and go get me a box of pizza puffs. She rudely handed them over the counter and says "I don't know, someone must've taken your order." Why is that my fault. Horrible customer service.
This was possibly the worst experience anyone could have: I ordered a pizza, some of their new Crazy Puffs, and some crazy bread. After almost 40 minutes, the staff asked me about my order, then proceeded to take the puffs and pizza out of the warmer which had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. This while with an ex-employee or an employee not currently working came in, got her pizza, and left. I was livid seeing them taking my pizza and crazy puffs out of the warmer after 20 minutes. Worst service EVER!
Not so much exclusive to this location, but for $5 the pizza made sense. Now they're nearing $10, at that price I could get any other brands pizza, and it would be infinitely better. Little Caesars Pizza is absolute bottom of the barrel garbage. But it's cheap. At least it was. Now there's no reason to get it. Especially if you're ordering delivery. $4 delivery fee, whatever sure. $2 service fee? Okay. $1 STATE FEE??? and then a COUNTY FEE??? AND A CITY FEE???? I hope this company goes bankrupt with that greedy behavior.
Not a single worker had gloves with anything they did.!!! Never washed hands after finishing a task than touching food and pizza was raw and got sick its been 3 days and still sick. Do not eat at this location!.
Do not order the the cheeser cheese pizza. This is the second one I got. This time I went in to try to exchange it. They said it's supposed to look like this lolol. You're being charged +$2 for less cheese and more crust. This is the most depressing pizza I've ever seen. I guess I can cut the ends off and make sandwiches. Maybe that's a win haha.
I just had the worst customer service experience ever!! I ordered pizzas online assuming they would be fresh, these pizzas were probably about 2-3 hours old. So I called the restaurant only to be accused of lylying about my order! The girl/ manager was extremely rude!!! She told me because wwe ate some there was nothing she could do for me! Of course we ate some we were hungry!!!! Little ceasers please do better with your hiring process.... I am thoroughly disgusted this that happened at approx 2 pm on March 22nd if u need a reference.
Ordered online at 1/16/24 8:42pm Went to pick up at 9:26pm They have not even started it yet I ordered Dominos from the time they were refunding me my order and I had confirmation it was already getting started. Also y’all need to get that lady in the front more training She looked very salty and not helping the customers. My order # was 1036036 Never ordering From this location again 3rd time I’ve gotten horrible service. (Update:I got my pizza from dominos quicker than little C)
Restaurant managers need to inspect the food before served. This pizza was delivered to me and it was so hard and almost burnt. How can you still serve this to someone after I just paid for it? This is unacceptable. I’m more upset because they know what they did and still sent burnt pizza to me.
If I could give this location negative stars I would, today I made an online order ordered a Hawaiian and they gave me a cheese pizza, so I went back to the store with my pizza asking politely for my refund and the employee at front who claimed to be the general manager was super aggressive and almost wanted to beat me up in front of even more customers he square up, how ever he started to calmed down once I started recording and he called the police instead to trespass me since he refused to refund my money like 14-15 bucks and told me to deal with corporate to get my money back, since corporate told me that they need to call the store to verify and the store never pick up their calls I haven't received my money back and most likely they are gonna keep my money, by the way they since I get them the pizza they keep the shitty pizza as well, if I can scalate.this matter legally I would because of they way that guy treated me he was Hispanic or white, big guy wear glasses
Seriously disappointed with my pizza tonight. It arrived mostly uncut, which was just bizarre. On top of that, the cheese was so sparse it was practically invisible. I specifically ordered pretzel crust, but it was absolutely swimming in salt Really not what I was expecting at all.
By far the worse location I’ve been to in my life. Placed an online order, say the food would be ready to 10 minutes. I get there 12 minutes later. They tell me the food isn’t ready and it will be another 10-15 minutes.. That was the point of me ordering online but okay, if I want the food I have to wait right. Okay. Cool. So finally get the food , pizza and fresh but the cheese puffs were hard and cold like it was an order left from hours ago. They didn’t even attempt to warm it up. So I was like $3-$4 no biggie I’ll wait until I get home and warm them up but when I bit into it , I had to go back inside it was disgusting. So I go back in and the guy was like “you want us to remake it” ummmm no because you shouldnt have sent it out like that In the first place. I’m not waiting an extra 10 minutes for some cheese puffs. He had an attitude but I don’t care because he clearly seen that the shapes of the puffs were terrible. I will never ever go back, I don’t care how bad the kids want it.
I am very disappointed with my recent order. I don't understand why the driver took a long detour and stopped at an unrelated location for so long. As a result, the food arrived lukewarm. Furthermore, the drink I ordered was missing. I called the store to resolve this, but their customer service was completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again
Found a nasty long as black hair baked into my pizza and I only discovered it cause I broke this particular piece of pizza in half to give it to my dogs and then there was the long hair 🤢 tried calling the store and was on hold for 20min waiting for someone to pick up and I just gave up and hung up! Never going here again!! Yeah the price is great but not worth the hair in food and poor customer service with not even being able to pick up the phone!
Black girl seems like an Oreo wanna over do her job ordered crazy bread and from my knowledge the sauce was pose to come with it but I ended up pay extra than I had a coupon for free crazy bread so didn’t care to help me at all she will run away customers for sure she works night shift as well terrible customer service!
AVOID EVEN PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER Outside of this place is absolutely disgusting, there is no care put into this place clearly, I only pick up for my work and it’s normally a terrible time with glares from the workers to the awkward feeling of them wanting you to leave than be helped. It seems like they may not be payed well or just dislike their jobs but it should not be the customers fault. Forgot an item on my most recent order and had to let them know.
Horrible experience. Had a bad day, decided to order some good ol little Caesar’s. Customer service was great, the girl with piercings did a great job at her job. …but the food was INEDIBLE. I bought crazy bread, , 2 pepperoni and 1 pretzel pizza. Whoever made the pizzas didn’t even bother to cut the pizzas, I had to get a kitchen knife and do it myself. The dough was inconsistent, in some places it was super thick and other places it was paper thin. The cheese/sauce/pepperoni ratio was okay but everything else was unacceptable. Also, they poured a lot salt onto my pretzel pizza, I scraped off 90% of the salt and it still tasted like pure salt and hurt my mouth when I tried a bite, so it was inedible. The crazy sticks had no butter or Parmesan cheese on them. I was very upset. :/ I spent almost $30 in this order and at that price in this economy, I expect okay/subpar pizza. Not inedible pizza. This is unacceptable.
So I have been trying to place an order since 12:15 and they close at 1:00 a.m. okay so online it doesn't tell you anywhere that you have to order in store after a certain time therefore I should have been able to place an order online up until they close. Now I rush to the store because it's obviously not taking my order online as I was going to pay with gift cards so I rushed to the store it's 12:55 in the doors are locked. How is this good service and how is this right when you're supposed to be open for another 5 minutes and this doesn't include the 35 minutes I spent waiting on the phone to talk to somebody on my way here this is complete crap and I cannot believe that this is allowed to happen.
This little Caesars is SHIT. I called placed an order OVER AN HOUR AGO. They said “it’ll be delivered by 8:15” it’s currently 9:05! No order! I called they said it had been delivered. Which obviously it hadn’t been otherwise I wouldn’t be calling 5 times. Everytime someone “transferred me” and I was stuck on hold for 10 minutes everytime . Got annoyed and just hung up and called again. Couldn’t talk to nobody that actually worked at the place. This is shit. SHIT . You need to do better.
If the boys are working the food SUCKS! NO sauce on the pizza, dried out bread, flat bread sticks, burned cheese bread. If the girls are working the food is delicious! Get it together boys. Next time I see an all men's team I'm walking right out.
I asked what they had hot and ready and it literally took the dude 5 minutes before he went and asked someone else. I took the Pepperoni but should have opened the box prior to leaving. The pizza was old as hell and not edible. Never go to this location again for hot n ready more like old and garbage
The worst and I mean worst Little Ceasars in the country. I beg you don't chance it. Order further away if you have to. I've orderedbhere at least 6 or 7 times and always same result, burnt pizza, no tomato sauce, holes in pizza underneath, wrong order and sometimes cold even when i watch it come straight from the restaurant when being delivered. They don't care. Always loved little Ceasars but this one needs a change of staff and or possibly management.
I was picking up a door dash order, While I was waiting flys flew on me, I noticed the floor was dirty, windows are discussing, the workers didn’t use gloves when handling food, going from order to the trash to the customer, and plastic buckets were left out on the cashier counter. To top it all off the workers seemed to not show any concern. I would advise against getting food from here. New management is needed and so too is a food safety inspection.
