Service was fast which I loved. Order was prepared just right and they didn’t miss anything I ordered. Burgers are good. I had the California with no dressing, added mayo and ketchup. The fries are very good. My family saids better than McDonald’s and the cheese fries delicious.

Probably the best fast food restaurant I’ve gone to, short of Five Guys. Excellent smash burger, crispy, fresh fries, and delicious onion rings. Great staff as well, they were very welcoming and friendly. The only hiccup occurred when I attempted to scan my coupon on the app for a free burger. It took several tries to scan the code, but it worked eventually, with the help of a very kind staff member. Overall, a quality restaurant that I will be visiting often

Probably one of the cleaner, better run Freddy's that I've been to. Food is on point staff is chill.

We tried both beef and chicken burgers. Both were Delicious and juicy. Also, the young guys working in this place were helpful and friendly.

I love the food here, but several times, I've had issues with my order. Apparently, asking for a large fry isn't a thing here. It's on the menu. But I haven't received it once in my last 4 visits. No exaggeration. AND BTW, twice, before I left the parking lot, I checked my order. Saw that they gave me regular fries and not large. WENT BACK THROUGH, and still got the wrong fries. I'm not going to carry on and argue with workers. Their job is stressful enough. But as a customer, this is very frustrating. Don't offer it if you can't deliver.

My family and I have had multiple great experiences at this Freddy's location! The atmosphere is very nice along with the food. The general manager, Angelida, always makes it a priority to interact with patrons and let everyone know how much she appreciates their business and that she is available if they need anything. My children really enjoy the coloring sheets and games available to use while we are the restaurant also. Bingo night is a new thing we look forward to attending as well. If you're looking for a good atmosphere with good food and good hospitality please try out the Indian Land Freddy's and make sure you download the Freddy's app before you go because you can earn rewards quickly! There is even a reward just for downloading it!

First time at this restaurant. Very clean and friendly staff. Grilled chicken club sandwich was tasty, no tomato at my request. Fries were hot, added chili and cheese, was the perfect addition. Finished the visit with a concrete, added cold brew. Overall, was a great first time. No complaints!

I haven't been to this location in awhile and I am glad I gave them another try. I was welcomed with the most energetic positive customer service I have experienced in a long time. Julius, you are amazing!! Management- you got it right hiring him! He was attentive, went above and beyond making sure our order was hot and fresh- he communicated with us that once our burgers were done he would bring them to our table! Who does that?!! JULIUS does!

I had always gotten Freddy's through the drive though but I will absolutely be dining in from now on. In addition to the food being phenomenal, the atmosphere is classic and comfortable. I got to be pumpkin pie concrete and it was SO good! The burger was good as always. I will be back here very soon!

This is my 2nd time here and the service experience is outstanding. I live 28 minutes from here and I come here because of the service. The food is really good as well, but the consistent service will make me make this long drive when I need a burger fix.

We had a great service experience this time. Unfortunately, this can be a hit or miss depending who is working the cash register. Our order was was made correctly, served hot and came out fast. Custard is absolutely perfect every time!

Stopped in and it was pretty busy. Tried some fries. They were thin cut, 👍. Burgers looked good but as a vegetarian couldn’t tell you how they are. They do have a veggie burger on the menu but didn’t try it. Will say the custard looks yummy. I plan to get some next time. Place was clean and service was good.

I got a burger wrapped in lettuce... the service was quick and the people we kind but they could have cleaned a bit more... tables were dirty and the trash was full... food prep area seemed to be clean and they were definitely busy so it just could have been an off day.. otherwise 5 stars

I thought I would like this place but it’s a Steak&Shake type of place. The burgers are not a 5guys type of burger. They are thin and crusty just like Steak&Shake. Not my kinda of burger joint.

Been here several times over the years ! Food is great but better to go inside for faster service. Drive Thru is the slowest even with double lane.

I had never been to a Freddy’s before, and I almost never drink soda anymore – when I did, Dr Pepper was one of my favorites. I saw an ad for the Dr Pepper Frost and decided to give it a try. When I pulled into the drive-through, the menu board had so much on it that I couldn’t even find what I planned to order and I couldn’t figure out what the cost was. I also could not understand the person on the other end of the microphone, and even though I told him, I couldn’t understand what he had said, I still didn’t understand it after he repeated himself. I told him what I wanted to order and hoped that that was what he had asked for. When he told me a total that was just shy of seven dollars, I was stunned. When I pulled up to the window, he could barely be bothered to take my card, he handed it back to me while distractedly talking to someone else and then disappeared for a few minutes. Finally, a different employee handed me a cup that certainly didn’t seem large enough to justify almost $7 for a bit of frozen custard and Dr Pepper. While I enjoyed the flavor. — and the memories of the days when I drank Dr. Pepper — I won’t do that again. Even if the service had been more appropriate, the cost simply wasn’t comparable to the value.

The burger and fries were cold. The concrete was made ahead of arrival for mobile order so just know to order accordingly.

Only reason they get 3 stars is because the food itself is delicious but the service kind of sucks. They can repeat back an order but still manage to get something wrong. Always forgets the sauce and the sauce they do give you is not even enough to dip your fries in -_- let alone for my kids tenders. It's just always disappointing.

Fast service, but basically, drive thru food.

The guy that took our order,never completed it. The burger was really good but the fries were really small and fragmented. I'm pretty sure they were from the bottom of the bag.

Was highly disappointed tonight ordered the brownie ice cream one vanilla and the other chocolate l and did not receive what I asked. It’s annoying to get home and not have the correct order.

10/16/25 update- My fiancé grabbed lunch today. As I was hoping that the crispy chicken club sandwich would be a hit, once again, I was disappointed. This location can be very hit or miss based on those working on certain shifts. The younger employees tend to horseplay too much for my liking. For example— as I was waiting for a dessert at the drive-thru, two young ladies were playing with the lid and spoon and proceeded to give it to me once the dessert was handed to them (unsanitary and of course I didn’t eat with it). Employees should be mindful because customers definitely notice things like that. Also, employees should be knowledgeable about menu items; I had an employee tell me that the fish sandwich was a salmon sandwich and it was indeed a cod sandwich. Additionally— there are times when we feel rushed at the intercom as we are trying to place our orders; give customers time to view the menu. A lot of times, we aren’t even greeted before someone has asked about the order twice in a matter of seconds. I understand Freddy’s keeps track of the time between ordering & the food being prepared (my fiancé ran the location in Kansas for some time), but it’s still about the customer’s overall experience. Just something for management to keep in mind.

I had been here before to get the key lime concrete. My first time having it was good. This time the concrete was missing the key lime flavor. Then I don't know why employees act like napkins are coming out of their check. Napkins should be automatic with every order. No customer should have to ask.

I want to preface by saying I take no joy in writing this review but felt the need to warn others. I ordered a BBQ brisket steakburger with extra pickles, add jalapeños, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. When I got my burger, there were NONE of the above-mentioned items on it, and the "brisket " added on there was very minimal. I took said burger back to the counter, and someone who seemed to be the supervisor came over and offered to remake my order. In his defense, dude was polite and the burger was then made correctly. Here is where it went south. My girlfriend and I look over, and there was an employee removing a vent right above the food line. Like really? While the joint is open and food is around? As you can see in the picture, the employee was wearing gloves when messing with the vent. Then, he proceeded to continue preparing food without swapping out his gloves. Are you ready for the kicker? I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and the same dude was in the bathroom, taking a whiz in the urinal. As you can see in the pic, they were out of soap. That same employee came out after me, and yup, you guessed it, he went right back on the food line, business as usual. My jaw dropped, and I haven't found it since. The irony is they have an "A" for a sanitation grade, but I'm guessing that was on opening day and haven't been back since. You can't make this stuff up, and needless to say, we are NEVER going back, I like my burgers EXTRA pickles, HOLD the E-Coli, and easy on the Salmonella.

My first visit will surely be my last. Zoom in on the receipt to see I asked/paid for a double bacon cheese burger with lettuce and tomato, no onions. Pan right and see a single, no bacon, no cheese, no lettuce or tomato, but plenty of onions, juicing up the thin bun. Add to that, an unwanted upcharge for a large drink that was handed to me with soda running all along the outside of the cup, because they ran out of the regular size cups served with combos. I'm a forgiving person. If you look through my reviews you'll see I almost exclusively focus on positives, but getting every single part of my order wrong and overcharging for it isn't even the only reason I'll warn anyone that'll listen to stay away. Even if they had gotten it right, we're still looking at a "meat hashbrown" that appears to have been extruded and pressed before cooking. I'd guess the "patty" is about a 1/8th of an inch thick at its deepest, straight up paper thin and transparent at the edges (see pic). The poor excuse for a burger I did eat, while barely a snack, was ok. Not delicious, not gross, just ok. On the bright side, fries were perfectly crisped shoestrings I could eat a pound of, and the cashiers were polite. Lastly, hope you really like chocolate or vanilla, because for all their promoting of shakes, these are their only two flavors. They weren't out, this is just all they ever carry. Total was $9 for a regular concrete with peanut butter. I was charged for the peanut butter but the guy barely put any in it. I asked if I could have a side of peanut butter since I already paid for it and he barely put any in. He said I'd have to pay for it. I paid an extra $1.10 for a side of peanut butter, and this is what I got. Probably about .5oz. Employee was kind of rude as well. Definitely won't be back.

Order two ice creams. Arrived melted. Paid for two toppings one of which was cookie dough. Received 3 pieces of cookie dough. Ways of money.

the worst place ive ever been the service sucked and the burger was burnt it smells like trash and the burger was so burnt and nasty. we return it and it left a after taste in my mouth. and this is what the manger said. "we smash our burgers" but they burn them to but the were so burnt

If I could give Zero 🌟 I would! This is unacceptable... Period! 1st order was wrong after waiting about maybe 5-7mins for the order. I called and was told I was speaking w/actual manager about the problem but at the end of call young lady said I'll tell my manager you called🤦🏽. The correction of the order was basically Raw Burgers 🍔. Btw... Burgers came wrapped in aluminum foil, not in the standard Freddy's box, drinks were poured into all white Styrofoam cup with sundae tops for the lid... A Hot Mess! Nothing more to say. 😠😡😱

Dirty restaurant with no clean tables. Cold food. Ice cream was poorly prepared. I paid 5 bucks for this sundae, not even close to how it’s suppose to look.

Waited 20 mins on a Wednesday at 7:30pm seems kinda crazy to me. Also, our shakes were melted and looked like they had been sitting on the back counter for a while. I did end up asking for a refund because the icecream looked so gross. I guess we will see if I get my refund. I do not recommend this location. Go to Super Chixs for concretes and shakes instead.

Painfully slow drive through, 20-30 min, no one seemed to care

Went there to get icecream before a seeing a movie. Waited 15mins inside at the counter, watched the employees waiting on and filling drive through orders with any concern for walk in customers. Left without even being aknowleged. I will never go back!

Freddy’s rounded up so they charged me for paying cash. … lol What was more annoying was the employee arguing and defending charging me extra pennies for paying cash. Cheesy move corporate!

Being from San Antonio, I wanted to always like this place but the service has landed down in the dumps. No one wants to do any extra effort for the customers, the staff was extremely rude and not at all helpful. The restaraunt was empty and the staff acted like they couldn't be bothered to be helpful or accommodating in any way. Their patience and politeness was a big fat zero.

Order was wrong asked for specifics on burger can’t get that right. Asked for a large meal gave me a large fry and medium drink. Makes no sense. Fast food is getting bad now a-days no one wants to do their job right
