Sat at the bar for Happy Hour. Max was terrific taking care of two of us. He is personable and efficient. We enjoyed our appetizers and drinks. Max provided A+ #1 customer service. Mgr. Kylee is always available and at the top of her game - GREAT SMILE! My wife and I love Chesterfield PF Changs!

Great place to eat! We started out with the Signature Sampler appetizer, which consists of 4 shrimp dumplings, 4 crab wontons, 2 vegetable spring rolls and edamame. All tasted great! I ordered the Peking Duck which tasted amazing with the cinnamon seasoning they used on it. I ordered the Japanese Whisky Sour drink which was also good. It had a smokey flavor and resembled Fireball whiskey. Overall great food and service.

Every time we visit the area we always stop at this PF Chang’s location. The staff is always extremely present and helpful no matter the time of day. They keep the restaurant tidy and we’ve never had a long wait. Food is hot and tastes fresh! Due to Covid, it’s recommended you make reservations during peak times due to limited seating capacity. Masks should be worn at all times unless you are seated at the table. All the employees I saw were wearing their masks appropriately at all times which was a major bonus for us.

I had a delightful time at PF Changs tonight. I went with a friend for her birthday. Our server Pannipa was wonderful. We got a special dessert for my friends birthday. She has celiac disease and they were extremely accommodating. The food was delicious as well! Would recommend!

Alex was wonderful! He was quick and great with all the questions I had. I had the lunch special on Wednesday and it was an amazing day to come! They have half off wine bottles and even though it was just me, I ended up getting two bottles because the deal was too good to pass up. I had an egg roll with fried rice and pepper chicken. It tasted great and I ended up treating myself to the dessert flight which was also incredible because I was able to try three different desserts. The chef even came out to make sure everything tasted good.

Hands down the best dining experience I’ve had in a while: from the moment of entering and be greeted not only by a warm friendly kind host but also by the manger and she made us feel like we where the only guest dining as it was a busy night. Our server Max went above and beyond to explain all the questions I asked about the food specials and even explained the break down of what was in each cocktails beverage as I was undecided on what to choose. Then I mentioned it was my partners birthday and they added a sparkle and flair to the table with generous, which was the normal size and could feed a family of four. This location clearly understands how to work as a team and make each guest feel like they are the only one in the restaurant. Thank you for going above beyond and keeping true to the hospitality experience.

I dined here on 9/22/2025 and had a wonderful and personable experience. I had Rose as my server and she was quick, attentive, and very friendly. After my meal, she boxed up my food for me while Kylee, the manager on duty, came by to ask about my dining experience and made sure everything went smooth. 10/10 would recommend!

Went here with my family for a fun family dinner. We received the most amazing service from Max. He took great care of us and made sure that all of our food came out perfectly! The food was delicious, and it was made even better by Max making sure it came out hot and fresh. We will definitely be back!

Out of the P.F. Chang's locations I have frequented, I can say that this store is the best by miles. Kylee and Caliegh showed why they are in thier management positions! These two are rock stars! We came in for a quick appetizer but were convinced to to stay longer than planned after the butternut squash dumplings were dropped at the table next to us. These ladies made our evening! Highly recommended!!

Went to dinner at 7:30 and got seated with Faith. She was amazing. Great with recommendations, she told me exactly what I wanted to know without me asking specifically. She made sure we had plenty of edamame and water (my boyfriend and I drink a lot of water throughout a meal). We really felt like we got the most out of our experience because of her. So thank you Faith for the nice evening out. Ps. Make sure you sign up for the rewards!

Kelsey was absolutely awesome. She was very helpful and made sure our allergies were tended to. The food was wonderful and we loved the refreshers.

A good server/ waiter can make your experience good or bad. We had Zach and was given the best experience. Very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the menu. An expert in his field. If you go to Chesterfield PF changs . Ask for Zach

The food is amazing for a chain restaurant. It was my first time, and I was genuinely surprised by the quality of the food. Definitely a great experience and one I’d repeat again.

Ethan was such an amazing host! Made sure we felt very comfortable and I loved the hospitality! The staff made the experience war more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and I 100% recommend the dining in experience.

We chose PF Changs for my wife's birthday. As always the food was amazing & our server Faith treated us like family. Best service we had (at any restaurant) in a long time. Definitely coming back. (Hopefully when Faith is working)

Blake our waiter was the best server we have had in a long time at P.F. Chang’s.. Since the time when the servers would share the story about the mix of sources about their origin. Blake should be commended for his attentiveness, attention to detail and professionalism. He was very cordial and service oriented. He made my birthday a memorable experience for my family. I recently sat down here and I was amazed at how great everything was! Alex was my server and he did an awesome job at getting the food to us on time and refilling drinks. He was also very sociable and easy to talk to and always had a smile on his face! Caleigh checked in on us at the end of our meal which we thought was very thoughtful. I would recommend getting the jade margarita and the northern ribs! Both were so good!

I'm not usually one who eats out at chain restaurants. But I love this place. I wish they had more options for sushi but the few rolls they have are amazing. I got the spicy tuna and I think the other one is called Dynamite roll. I also ordered crunchy honey chicken and asked for orange wedges on the side, citrus is an amazing addition. As for a drink, I tried the coconut mojito and also the Moonstone Asian Pear which I thought would pair nicely with the honey chicken but it didn't. It took away the sweetness from the honey. Our server, who is also the bartender, I don't remember his name but he was funny, nice and very informative on the alcohol selection. My bf and I went on a Friday around 3pm and it wasn't crowded which was crazy because it was also happy hour. You can only get happy hour prices if you sit at the bar.

Zach was fantastic! The food came out quickly and he was very good at refilling our drinks without us even asking. I got the Peartini, while husband got the the Japanese Old Fashion. Both were great drinks. And I would definitely recommend both of them! The manager, Kylee came over at the end to check on things which was also very nice.

Had lunch just before 3 on a Friday afternoon. It was almost empty which worked against us because our waiter didn’t have any other tables so it was hard to get his attention. Food was good and as we expected. We’ve eaten at several of these and have our favorites- lettuce wraps, hot and sour soup and Mongolian beef for me. My wife tried miso salmon and liked it, though she thought it was bland. My beef was slightly over cooked but still good.

Food was great, kind of overpriced. We went on a Saturday night and they were busy. Our service wasn’t very good at all. I get that you all were busy but that’s not an excuse for the lack of service.

I recently decided to visit the Chesterfield location after a less than ideal experience at the St. Charles restaurant, and I’m so glad I did. I sat at the bar top, and Max, the bartender, did a wonderful job turning things around. We actually bonded over the fact that the Singapore Street Noodles is a favorite dish for both of us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The restrooms were clean, and while the bar top could have been maintained a little better, the service was absolutely on point. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again!

This location is hit or miss. We were able to get seated right away for lunch but being put in a booth rather than one of the many tables when we had a car seat with us was annoying. The hostess seemed annoyed we were even there. The lobster wontons were not great, the egg rolls were mushy inside as if filled with a paste. Not impressive. Seems things have changed over the years and honestly will probably not return. The wontons were okay, a bit salty but not bad. The kids enjoyed their chicken and rice though.

This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it wasn't as good as the first. It was a surprise visit for me since it was Mother's Day. My son had made reservations, so we were seated immediately. We got our appetizers immediately and the server was very friendly, however, it took 56 minutes to get our main entrees after ordering them. The waiter was apologetic but it didn't help to get our food any faster. He also disappeared during that time, so we went without water until I saw another server to refill our glasses. He did come back to apologize about the wait and asked of he could get us anything else, more tea, etc. I said sure we'd like more tea, thinking it would be complimentary because of the wait, but we were charged for it. The orange chicken wasn't what I was expecting, as the orange taste was a bit bitter. I'm not sure I'd return after this experience.

Not horrible, the food LOOKED good... our waitress was fast, friendly, and efficient. The beef was tender, but the prawns were extremely over-cooked. It was basically a expensive Chinese takeout shop. A meal that could have been $25 was turned into $100 because the decor said we upscale. Honestly, I was disappointed. I have no problem paying for great or even good food, but the price should fit the taste. Iean this is PF Chang's... IJS

Server was rude. I dont think he liked that I was alone and brot my own water. After I ordered, he asked if I wanted to add anything cuz all I was ordering was a bowl if noodles even tho they had shrimp, chicken and veggies.....I get trying to upsell but, thats not how u do it......

Love the food. Servers are usually nice. However today I came to pick up a mobile order and was left at the counter while three of the employees were joking around together. If you have customers at the pick up counter, even if their order is not ready, you should come to ask them what the name is on their order and to give them updates. Every time I pick up an order it is never ready and they are unable to provide me with a estimated time on when it will be ready. I wait anywhere from 10 minutes to half of an hour for my order to be ready.

I had been wanting to try PF Chang's for a long time, as it is considered a good restaurant. However, my experience during lunch was disappointing. Despite plenty of servers bustling around, it took 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. The drinks and food did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price and the wait. Overall, I was underwhelmed by the experience and did not feel it lived up to the restaurant's reputation.

Had a reservation for 3:45. Waited til almost 4:30 to be seated. Food was not good drinks were not good. It was our first time and I would not return. I’ve had better food at panda.

This place has really went downhill with the staff and food. Waited to be seated for quite awhile finally went to the bar. The guy bartender was friendly but not knowledgeable. Food was mediocre. The woman bartender was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately will not return. Your parking lot was empty when we got there and empty when we came out

The food has always been good except for New Year’s Day. It took forever to get our meal about an hour and a half. The waitress was great but watch out for the hostesses attitude. Twice we have been there and she is anything but friendly. She is very rude with how she greets customers and even with reservations she is very short with patrons. We may have to find another location for our dining experience. It is sad that one person can set such a poor tone for our meal.

I've been wanting to go here for years. The food was mediocre. The egg drop soup tasted like chicken noodle soup out of a can. The crab rangoon was overpowering with crab so much that it wasn't delicious. I ordered sesame chicken and it was so overly sweet. In fact so much sugar that I have to go home and brush my teeth. The fried rice was bland. My husband and I spent $56 and felt like we would have had better food at Panda. Sorry for you PF Chang lovers it was a big disappointment for us

Absolutely the most vile Ubereats delivery ever. The Mongolian Beef and the Sesame Chicken were cold and the Crab Rangoon was fishy. The portions of beef and chicken for the $20+ price tag each were disgraceful. The Uber delivery was quick, less than 13 minutes, but the food quality was unacceptable. My wife ate the Sesame Chicken, but I trashed the Mongolian Beef and warmed up a can of Chef Boy R Dee Ravioli (I bought it last week as a taste of my past. Hadn't had a can in 30 years) and it was better than this delivery PF Chang. I've eaten in this restaurant, and it was good. This sucked.

Ordered food for delivery and received a black moldy lump in my food. Called the restaurant and they claim it’s just burnt. Cannot eat the rest of the food. This is absolutely disgusting.

Waited 45 minutes for our food to get brought out. Once it arrived, two dishes were cold, one dish was overcooked, and the fourth dish was the wrong order. The remake took another 15 to 20 minutes when everybody else was done eating. They said they rushed the wrong order. Waitress had to be asked to refill our drinks multiple times. Overall, the worst experience at a P.F Chang's we have ever had. Waitress said that the kitchen was backed up 30 minutes and this was her first day. Saw a group at another table just get up and leave before getting any food. Never saw the manager. It was honestly like she was hiding from the seemingly disgruntled customers. Maybe she was tending to the kitchen, so I will give her some grace.

We've been to this location twice in 2026 and it's terrible. The first time we waited 1 1/2 hours and had no food so we left. Last night we tried again and waited an hour with no food so we left. The focus seems to be on delivery and pick-up orders with people lined up and waiting in the middle of the restaurant. They clearly need new management. Terrible experience

Worst food ever. I have never done bad review before but this was seriously nasty. I had chicken & broccoli and it was tasteless. Had lettuce wraps and was ok. The worst part of the meal was crap wonton. Cream cheese tasted off and so did the wrap.couldnt even eat it. Husband had firecracker shrimp and it was mushy. Will not eat here again.

I've eaten at multiple PF Chang's locations across the country, but this was my first and last time to visit this location. To start, the hostess was very unwelcoming and rude. Reading other reviews and seeing her mentioned at least two other times for negative behavior, I have to wonder why management doesn’t replace her with a friendlier person. First impressions matter, and she does not provide a positive first impression when you enter the restaurant. 1 hour and 10 minutes after arriving at the restaurant and 45 minutes after being seated, we'd only received water and left without eating. They got 1 star because the ambiance was nice, and the food being delivered to tables around us smelled good.
