What a mad house. This place is crazy. It is absolutely one of my favorite places to go when I want to be packed into a bar like sardines with all of the greatest college people you can think of. The drinks are the most premium and Devine drinks in town! Sometimes your feet stick to the floor if you go later in the night, but it just makes the experience that much better and memorable. It is a great place to go, that offers great deals, and more than a fun time. Good for all ages above 21!

Got a Jocko Burger and some garlic fries and as always they're fantastic. The young college man behind the grill was very polite and attentive. The bartender's last week was very busy which was very impressive but she was also Hands-On and very polite. Used to party there along many Moon's ago now I'm just having a burger. Priceless

#1 Bar in the nation!!!! You can't find a better place to eat for the prices. Especially Sundays Brunch. Only bad thing is youd think with a name like Rileys, you would find some amazing corned beef and cabbage.. Nope not even on St Patty's Day (a Chico National Party Day).. but one guy that deserves a huge shout out is the new cook, I found out he’s named, “Jonnie”. He is the best cook they ever had IMHO! He makes the BEST burgers and pastrami sandwiches in all of the NorthState. Guaranteed!!! If you're heading to Rileys.. even on a Monday, y’all better get there early! The line can be daunting at times. But if you want a great party place and some damb good food. And cheap drinks.. GO TO RILEYS IN CHICO!!

A great place to unwind..the service is amazing the conversation enlighting and the food is second to none. The Sierra on draft is at least as good as at the brewery. This is a must stop if you are ever in Chico. I came from Orlando and will be back.

Perfect college bar scene. Only downside is there are a few sketchy people that were allowed in for some reason (meth head status), and the floors are extremely sticky. Other then that I've always loved the ambiance and the college student life style Rileys embodied. Bartenders are fast and efficient. It might take you a few minutes to get your drinks on a busy night but the staff isn't screwing around, they work as quickly as they can.

Riley's is very much your stereotypical college bar. Its packed, drinks are cheap, the floor is sticky, but that's the charm of it. There are nightly deals Tuesday-Friday like buck night and $6 pitchers. It's definitely a good place to go if you want to get drunk cheap and quick.

Walked into the bar next door, tried going in and the bouncer said “my ID did not fit regulation” as it was out of state. Wasn’t surprised honestly, bouncer didn’t look like he could tell his left from his right

bartenders take way too long to serve. the mens bathroom is in complete disarray, and management doesn’t seem to care about the cleanliness of the place. has potential tho

This used to be my favorite place to eat back in the day. But I went in there today, and I will never go back. I waited about 1/2 an hour and my food wasn’t ready yet. The cooks are just joking around being lazy, and no sense of urgency. I said to myself “this is the worst customer service I have ever seen” and walked out. What happened to this place? Has Kevin Riley drinken his way to total incompetence? It sure seems that way! For those of you who don’t know, Kevin Riley lets his servers drink on duty, and has for years. Earth to Kevin, that is not a wise business move!

If you like being pushed around by drunk people and you like men woman or whatever touching you in who knows what place this is the bar for you. Age group about 18-21 saw the bouncers turn around people with fakes but then 10 minutes later they walk in with a new bouncer. This is probably the worst kind of bar for anyone that is above the age 22

Wow. Alright, so I’m new to Chico. It’s Sat. night, 1am. I walk in, get a beer at the bar, and stood there drinking it. No stools. I stood there in the same place, more or less people watching. I did move around a bit, but returned to where I was standing. The bartender chick who served me seemed cool at first. We made eye contact a couple times and I smiled back. Admittedly, I tried to strike up a conversation. Absolutely did not say anything even remotely weird. I asked her name, she asked me mine, and asked her if she was from Chico. She told me she was from/grew up in the same vicinity in CA as me also. Then she returned to working, and I stood there looking around while also waiting to see if she might talk to me again, since we already spoke. I did not stare or try to aggressively make eye contact, or whatever she must have felt I was trying to do. She had been drinking quite a lot behind the bar - I saw at least a few tequila shots within 25ish minutes. Then, a 6’6”, 250lb, 21 year old security boy walked up next to me with his flashlight in my face and said “you need to leave.” I was bewildered and asked why, what did I do? “You need to leave.” As I exited, I heard him say to his partner that I was being weird to the bartender chick. I am kind, polite, I’m 30’s, 6’2” and above average in appearance. This is the first time I’ve ever been made to feel like a creeper whatsoever. Just wanted to vent. It was mind-blowing for me on a personal level, and something I’ve never had happen. I think this isn’t the place for chatting up female bartenders; they take serious offense to it. Definitely not returning, although it looks like a good spot otherwise…I think it’s a sign I should quit going out!

prior to this incident, I was a fan of riley’s. I went with a guy friend and we were a couple drinks in, playing pool. I had told him to get us another drink and as he went up to the bar to order, they asked him to leave because he was too “drunk”. i knew he wasn’t even close to being too drunk, so i was furious when they kicked him out because they were clearly lying just trying to get people out before they closed, but you can do it a little more professionally. riley’s is so overrated and the way you get the pool ball back is you gotta pay a dollar. riley’s sucks now and their employees are trash. crazy horse is way better atmosphere and staff !!!!
