Solid spot for tacos or a burrito, it is outside and it is cash only though so have your cash or you can get cash from the store it's next to.

I'm so disappointed it took me this long to find this place. I knew the first bite this was the best burrito I've had in ages. I had the carnitas supreme burrito, extra, extra spicy and extra crispy carnitas. Literally the best food I've ever put in my face hole.

This is the best taco truck in town. I went to another one that charged more for less meat. This one is the best price and they really give you a great amount of meat. Tacos are delicious.

I love this taco truck!! The food and prices are both amazing! Adrian is very friendly as well :) He has informed me that he uses vegetable broth to cook both the rice and beans making this taco truck vegan friendly. I no longer live down the street from Tacos Ramirez but I still choose to make the drive over there because it is so worth it! Just a heads up that they only accept cash, however, there is a liquor store right next door where you can get cash back or use the ATM.

Best Vegetarian Burrito in Chico. I’m not a vegetarian, but I was over a decade ago and back then I started a tradition of trying a vegetarian burrito whenever I tried a new taco truck or Mexican restaurant. I find it helps me to assess if the place has good quality ingredients besides meat before I bring the meat into the equation. And for my money, you can’t beat Tacos Ramirez’s vegetarian burrito. Always have a great experience here. We go there alot for lunch. And stop by on the way home for dinner. Great food. Great prices. One of our family's favorite places in Chico. Prices are low and food is always good.

Located in a parking lot of a local liqueur store on Nord Ave in Chico is this gem of a truck. My pickings are getting slimmer since I started this quest, BUT this proved to be a stellar addition. Went on a Wednesday, at 1155am to avoid a possible rush, and ordered 4 chicken tacos ($1.25) and 4 beef tacos (1.50) spicy!! Less than 5 minutes, and I was on my way home. To say they were packed would be an understatement... enough was there to fill BOTH the tortillas that they were made on. Accompanied by a slice of lime and a spicy red sauce, they were far better than most in this town. The meat was juicy, plenty of cilantro and onion, and the smell was quite an addition (you'd be surprised at how some meat has NO smell at all). I thoroughly enjoyed these, and can list these in my top 10 in town. Why, though, not 5 stars? Only 1 lime wedge, and an additional .25 cents for beef over chicken... but hey, always room for improvement.

Initially I thought it was pretty tasty but then I realized there was too many toppings that sort of masked the flavor of the meat. I couldn't get past the salsa, onion and cilantro flavors to taste the asada or carnitas. I will definitely try it again but will request less accoutrement. Edit: After my second trip I am adding 1 star to make this an overall 4 star place. When I asked them to go light on the toppings, they were happy to do so and I was able to better taste the meat, which was delicious. I will definitely continue to patronize this truck!

Love having street tacos. Best for the price and well dressed, add cheese for 39¢ each I believe it was. Great little stop along the highway into Chico, taco truck and a few seats next to a convenient store. According to some, mild salsa is a little hot, but to me Perfect 🤌🏽

The food was similar to that seen in penal institutions. So dry, and unseasoned. Bland would describe their efforts at applying spices. The meat looked can ready. Tortillas were crunchy in the ends. But, the people were really nice and courteous.

For some reason, the guy is always rude to me. Yesterday, his burrito gave me food poisoning. I'm still sick I think he gave me tainted food intentionally.

The owner is crazy slow has been for a long time now, and always tries to rip people off. They totally lost my business.

One of the worst trucks. They racially profile you.

First time going here and they have their 8 year old daughter taking the orders... She gives me in correct change and I have to go back, they don't use a number system or anything So they're just screaming out people's orders, then people like aren't claiming theirs it's a mess, they gave me spicy tacos which I didn't ask for, waste of time and money.
