If you crave a nice pretzel, this is the place for you. I enjoy a nice warm pretzel now and then. I like the pretzel with nacho cheese and the cinnamon coated pretzel as well. Their lemonade is really good too. They are located near the RA Sushi and the Afters Ice Cream store.

Great experience walked in this morning for warm pretzels and I loved them they were so good and the girls were really nice and even over me a sample they even had a. Deal going on I thing this place has change for the better and is a really great place with great customer services

Pleasantly surprised at how good the pretzels are compared to NYC cart vendor ones. We requested a pretzel with no butter so the person made one fresh for us. After a brief but worth the wait, this place didn't disappoint. The only thing that stood out for us was the price. Never paid so much for one but we were in the mood for a pretzel. No issues with accessibility. ♿

I went in and asked if they had cinnamon bites and my sister ended up wanting pizza ones and the girl with a pixie cut and a nose ring that rung me up had rolled her eyes at me and looked over at her coworker as she rung me up because of the misunderstanding. I work in customer service and your performance was a poor one to say the least.

I always loved the pretzels here but recently I made two purchase here and I found two long hairs.The employees should be more clean and careful when handling food for customers. I threw away all the mini pretzels. to the trash can Not only did I threw away food but my money too.The mini pretzels are delicious though If it wasn't for the nasty hairs I would give it a four or five..

First of all a 9 minute wait was 25 minutes. Employee who took order was not concerned at all. The took his break and left the other employee to do the work. Plus the order was wrong. 50 dollar bill and left frustrated. Explained in beginning that I had people waiting. No concern

Manager Alexis was being very rude and disrespectful when I went to go pick up a DoorDash order . She was saying I wasn't talking to you and when I had told her I came to pick up a DoorDash order she was being rude and very disrespectful and made someone else give me the order ! Very unprofessional as a manger ! And then after that I went to go tell her that as a manager she shouldn't treat her customers that way even if your going through something ! And she seem so fake when she apologize and thought it was okay what she did ! I am so glad that I let corporate know of my experience and the kind of person they have as a manager !

$24 for 3 hot dogs and some pretzel bites? Took 15 minutes to get my food..was not prepared well and the employees acted they really did not want to be there. What happened?

Still standing in line after 20 min. Only 3 customers in the store 3. No pretzels ready to go. 3 people working no sense of urgency. Terrible

So came to get a pretzel and the 2 girls working decided to close at 8:45. Pretty wrong when places do that.
