Juice It Up!

This place is easily the best smoothie/juice spot in Chino! I go there weekly and it never fails. The staff is always great and place seems to be busy all the time.

Jada and Sophia are the most welcoming and hardworking workers I have ever encountered in any business. I came in around during the middle of a rush hour and they handled it like true pros. Smiles on their faces as they worked through the storm of customers. Being a part of a multi-millionaire dollar business myself I would love to work along side them. The environment in this juice it up is amazing and they are a major part of it. Keep it up, juice it up !

Seriously good smoothies! I usually go to Jamba cus its closest to my place. The smoothies taste so much better here!! This place was super busy on a Saturday 6/28 afternoon So many people were there and there was no place to stand inside. Three girls were working there and they did an amazing job getting everyone's order and making the drinks pretty fast. I didn't get their names cus they were so busy, but the team and management there deserve a compliment!!

I came to this location this evening where I had the most pleasant experience. A young lady named Natalia T was working. She was backed up with door dash orders (as she was the only one working) Yet she had a smile on her face, and greeted every customer that came in cheerfully and again with a smile. She acknowledged you by saying “I’ll be right with you” and even apologized for the wait. I did not mind waiting. This young lady was working hard and was doing it without breaking a sweat or showing frustration. TRUE PROFESSIONAL…oh and made the most amazing smoothie…Because of her I will be back to this location. 100 stars to Natalia T.

The Acai bowls are the best. They had a deal for acai bowls and my girlfriend took me there. Since I tried it, I've been hooked. I think I've been back like 5 times! Staff was great, the music was great, the food was great!!!

Finally I am getting to review this store. I have placed many online orders using my rewards and the kids that work here has never messed up and order...ever! They always have my order ready on time and serve them with smiles on their faces! The kids who work here should be shining examples of how all retail and restaurant industry young workers should be.

I love love fruit smoothies and actually prefer it over the usual boba run. I tried out their limited selection and got a burst of energy but don’t know why but I started yawning a lot after a few hours. I’d come back for more though. The bluetox is a must try!

Busy location Clean Well lit Pleasant staff Have visited location numerous occasions picking up customers orders and personal time. I don't have a favorite item to recommend. My smoothie was good but, I was trying to make it a quick stop and it ended up taking 20 minutes mainly because there was one young lady working very hard to get through the line while there was an older lady who may have been the manager that was just kept making remarks and giving criticism to the young lady but did not help her out at all. Owner/Manager needs to do better and help her team!

When I asked for a new one or different because I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it I was told to pay for a new one. Not only told this but was given a dirty and irritable look by Hillary. When I asked for a manager both girls said they didn’t have one, just an owner named Nilim. And was informed that I could go ahead and speak to him he’s just going to tell me the same thing , pay for a new drink. Very upsetting to be treated like this. I just threw my drink away and walked out.

So a had to just stand there and wait . The right thing to do would be tell the lady as soon as she gets method of payment I will take your order. So the person behind them that has method of payment can place there order so they don't wait minutes to place order

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted at all, which already set a negative tone. When I placed my order, I was given attitude instead of basic customer service. I even said “thank you,” and the employee just looked at me and walked away without responding. Simple manners and acknowledgment go a long way, especially in a customer-facing business. This experience made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. The food was ok at best
