Have been here a couple times and have had no issues I just get the chicken tenders and fries. Wife get the one of the salads. The chicken is good crispy and hot. the salad is beyond good it is a huge portion and worth every penny. The service is top notch great people who help you right away with no issues. The place is very clean and the decor is nice and clean.

The person who took our order at the drive thru wasn't very happy. My wings had very little sauce tonight. Still good though. They forgot our sauces so I had to go in and get them.

Restaurant was clean, employees were nice. The food was a waste of money. My chicken tacos that I was excited to try were terrible. I had more tortilla than stuff inside. The tomatoes were very old, wilted, mushy and falling apart, not even enough lettuce to taste, one little chicken strip on top, with minimal sauce on it. Maybe they were running low on ingredients, and had to stretch it to closing? IDK, but I'm truly disappointed. Should have looked before I left. Can't trust these restaurants these days.

Ordered the 30pc family meal for the kids and babysitter, dropped off the food to them without checking it. HUGE mistake. The chicken was so burned it was inedible and they had put it in three boxes, but did not include the fries or toast that are supposed to come with the FAMILY MEAL. Called the manager and he said to come in with the receipt soon and they'd redo the order for free. We went in the next day, but we had learned our lesson and checked before we left. Once again they had not included the fries or toast. Will not be going there again, Slim Chicken is up the road and SO much better. Zensation salad was good.

I went today to buy the 3 nibblers meal and the 5 fingers meal along with 2 LARGE fries. So I paid for the food and drove off, I didn’t check the box until I got to the office. I opened the bag to see that I was missing the 2 LARGE fries. I promptly called inquiring what steps I could take to get give me either a refund or to come back and get the 2 LARGE fries. I’ve ordered this before and when I ordered the 2 Large fries they typically give me two boxes separate. They requested to see a receipt and when I pulled my receipt out I told them that there was two fries listed on my receipt. She put me on hold and asked me a series of questions twice. None of them prove to be useful. Then she came out of nowhere and said that the meal that was given to me was already prepared the right way. The only compensation she could offer was a regular fries, not the size nor the quantity I had Originally ordered.

Zaxby’s shame on you for serving horrific lemon pepper tenders that were so overkill with seasoning I could’ve just eaten a whole lemon for that type of flavor it was so over seasoned seriously my lips puckered with the lemon the only thing good about that three-piece tender was the fries! Not worth the money at all I will never go back. My favor runner at least got the food to be warm but that was about it! Gross! 🤮 don’t even let me get started on the size of those tenders either ! All three or the width of four my fingers put together ! 😡I will stick with Wing It and Wing Stop! Borgfeld location in Cibolo

Ewwww, hair was baked into the chicken. Why are hair nets or gloves not a MUST in food industry anymore. I've seen multiple places that they wear a hat or nothing to cover the hair.

I went for the first time in an extremely long time and was given the worst experience I have ever received. I thought the other reviews were being dramatic about the staff being rude and inconsiderate but oh boy they weren't. Mia was bitchy and rude the entire time while being on the phone while taking our order, why would you make someone so incredibly rude and disrespectful a manager, on top of that, why would you ever keep someone employed like that. She didnt want to help, nor did she seem to care about the questions I asked. The food came out cold and I had to wait a long period of time to get my meal. I honestly can't even believe the service that was given, I can't believe that they don't hire people who actually want to do their job right. If youre fine with disrespect, attitude, rudeness, and inconsideration, this is your place to go. If not, literally avoid this place at all costs, i had one of the worst experiences in a restaurant that I've ever had.

Just did drive thru for a benefit night. Ordered a grilled chicken salad. After getting home, I unpacked all the food we ordered, and to my dismay, the grilled chicken was undercooked, still pink in the middle. I'm not looking for food poising tonight, so I will throw the whole meal out.

Nasties place i ever been. Soda machine haven't been clean since they open. Seats are nasty and sticky, table next to the soda machine is sticky as well. I ask for extra fries and they just add maybe 3 fries after I told them. I don't recommend this place at all.

This place sucks, it really does. Food is horrible, customer service is horrible. I will never come here again. Way over priced for what you get. Almost $40 for a 6 peice chicken tenders that look like thin chicken fingers, a plain chicken sandwich that was just bread, chicken, and pickles (was expecting lettuce, tomatoes), and a salad with old nasty tasting tomatoes wilted lettuce , and an order of greasy fried slices of mushrooms. It was all bad. Can't say anything good about this place. Stay away, i promise you, if you go, you will be disappointed. I can all most definitely guarantee it. Don't say you weren't warned.
