Who cannot love Chick-fil-A? Whenever I am in East Syracuse, I always make it a point to drive out of my way to go to the Chick-fil-A. The service is amazing, and I love the fact that they bring the food to your table. I always get the three strip chicken, the small waffle fries, and I don't get any of the sauce. I am 53 years and I cannot finish this meal. I don't eat a lot, but this three strip and small waffle fries are satisfying. I never get any drinks. The chicken itself is extremely moist.

This was our first time visiting a chick-fil-a! Me and my two sons decided to check it out and we are so glad we did we had the chicken strips with macaroni and cheese and the chicken nuggets with waffle fries and we were so impressed! The chicken tenders and the nuggets are not processed and the boys said that the fries were even better than McDonald's! We will be back!!!!!!

One of my favorites. Parking and access are the only negatives here. Very popular but they handle the volume efficiently. I love the fried chicken so I cannot fault them for serving it. They do offer healthy options. Chicken biscuits in the morning are the best and the biscuits are always perfect. Chicken salads are very good.

We went to chick fil a, and sat outside be cause we brought our dog. The employees were all extraordinarily kind, one offered to bring water to our pup and another insisted on spoiling her with a pup cup (that was free!). The gentleman was very kind and refilled our drinks for us, and cleared away our trash. It's nice when even at a fast food place, employees are friendly and go the extra mile.

Stopped in today at Cicero location and first time on 6 months. Nothing changes, great food, friendly staff and Jimmer (waived Hi) was even there working away or interviewing. Unprecedented Experience!! First time Customer, with One Question…..WHY? Why are there NOT Thousands of Chick-fil-a’s all throughout NY State!!!! The experience began in the Parking Lot! Scores of smiling and polite Individuals with Disabilities welcoming me “to Lunch”!! And informing me, that a portion of today’s meal purchase would be donated to H.O.M.E, Inc.! I really appreciate these establishments offering community support as well as their Social Conscience and neighborhood concerns!! Entering the restaurant I was instantaneously both greeted and welcomed by…..Patty! From there, you would’ve thought I was their ONLY customer and concern! ALL employees, totally Diverse population, looking at me and speaking to me, making sure I gave everything I needed! The Place Was Packed!!! Insanely Packed….. yet, I went in, ordered and was back in my car, with my order…..in 4 minutes!!! The Food was astoundingly Fresh and Oven Hot!!! Best Chicken Sandwich and Nuggets I have ever had! I also got this drink of Joy or Sunshine, or something like that…….. It was apparently some sort of Tea and Lemonade, and I drank every drop…..and I’ve Always Hated Tea!

We arrived after someone with a very big order apparently. We had to wait much longer than typical but the good part was that the manager recognized the situation and got things caught up. She looked me in the eyes and apologized for the wait. It wasn't just a throwaway phrase. I appreciated that.

My girlfriend and I have driven 3 hours to the nearest Chick Fil-A in Pennsylvania multiple times as New York didn't have it's own Chick Fil-A. Those days are now over! Compared to the other Chick-fil-A's we've been to, this one seems to be a little bit larger with two drive-thru lanes to allow faster ordering. Even on opening week, we didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes to get our food. As usual, Chick-fil-A uses real chicken meat and therefore it's the best tasting chicken sandwich fast food chain in America. If you want to save some time, definitely download their app and pre-order and your food will be ready by the time you get there.

First experience was great. I had mentioned to the lady that took my order I wasnt familiar with the menu, if she could help me out and she did. I ordered a chicken sandwich with a side salad the dressing was a lemon ceaser vinaigrette,(which was suggested because I wanted a ceaser dressing, she mentioned it was more vinaigrette than creamy) which I appreciated her telling me. My daughter had a kids meal of grilled chicken pieces and mac n cheese. Their chicken sandwich was dry and plain to me but their salad was really good, along eith the dressing. I tried my daughters grilled chicken nuggets and they were amazing! With so much flavor the mac n cheese was too creamy. But overall I enjoyed the customer service I would go again for a grilled sandwich, grilled nuggets and salad. I also loved that they were able to give me a straw for my daughters chocolate milk that fit in the bottle and wasnt an overly sized one.

I ordered the chicken sandwich meal for the first time and it was fabulous. I was totally impressed. The lemonade is perfect and I rate this location a 9 out of 10. The man at the register was also very friendly and polite. For being my first meal, it knocked my socks off!! Great first experience at the Cicero location.

So I have to say, it really did live up to the hype! I hadn't ever been here before and we made a stop on the drive home and I was very impressed. Their customer service was incredible, they were very polite and kind, and the food was definitely 10/10! Prices were very decent and even though there was a long line for drive through they moved very fast though it and it was definitely worth the short wait in my opinion!

We often stop at Chick-fil-A’s when travelling since we don’t have any nearby where we live. This one was along our route and not too inconvenient to get to from the highway. They also had outdoor seating which is nice when travelling with pets. I got my standard deluxe chicken sandwich order with waffle fries and lemonade and can say it was done to typical restaurant quality. I enjoyed it and my wife enjoyed her salad - it was very good quality ingredients. Definitely recommend this location.

Love the food at Chick-fil-a!!! The staff were extremely friendly and the food at this one is great! The way they have their drive-thru set up is super convenient and makes the lines go through very fast! So don't hesitate stopping because the lines are long. I waited at the longest 5 min.

We traveled all the way from Marcellus to eat lunch here....and it was worth every mile. They keep such a clean restaurant, and have such friendly staff. We brought our two daughters and they had a blast. Hailey got to play on the playground while we ate, and Zoey loved the highchair and French fries. What can you say when you get unprocessed food fast and it's really good but yum. Their shakes are awesome! Their lemonade is mouth puckering, lip smacking good! Check them out as soon as you can. You'll love it.

The food was delicious!...but we waited forever and we were stuffed in with people wall to wall just trying to order takeout and was on the more expensive side of fast food. I dont think I would go back just because it was so busy it felt like Penn Station during rush hour...imo not worth it just for a good chicken sandwich.

First time there, got a kids meal of chicken nuggets and mac and cheese with lemonade. Employees were friendly. Had heard alot about mac and cheese so wanted to try it. The dog had the nuggets as I am vegetarian & I had the mac. Mac tasted good but was lukewarm . Nuggets were good size but one was all crust, no meat. Lemonade was awesome. Will give it another shot.

I got the deluxe chicken sandwich. The chicken was very good and juicy. The waffle fries could of been a little more crisp but they where still good. I enjoyed the Chick-fil-A sauce. It has a nice smokey flavor to it. The food was prepared fast and fresh. Overall was a pleasant dining experience 👍

Honestly it was good. But I liked the nuggets, strawberry milkshake and the honey mustard sauce the most. The deluxe chicken sandwich was cooked well, but I did not like the dill pickles at all. The service was nice, however the quality of food was not what I’ve grown to expect from a Chic Fil A chain.

Friendly staff, food was eh compared to how it was in Florida. The wrapping steams the bread and makes it soggy, only two pickles both on one side. Bit disappointing.

I don’t go here unless it’s a request from daughter which this was, about an hour before it was to close. Got a combo with a coke, also a large lemonade. The large lemonade had maybe a cup of lemonade the rest was ice ! Barely any lemonade. Disappointed ☹️

Bingos are really inconsistent. Sometimes they let everyone win. If their relatives are sitting in and clear their boards when they were going to continue, they’ll have everyone clear. I have seen them give regulars prizes for no reason, but not give free prizes to others. My husband and I come here for fun, but probably won’t again. Doesn’t seem fair.

I've heard so many great things about Chick-fil-A and it did not live up to the hype. It was a small piece of chicken, if I were really hungry I would have had to go for a second sandwich. There was nothing special about the taste either, kind of bland for me. If this is what all Chick-fil-A's are like then I won't be going out of my way for one. If I'm on a road trip and I'm hungry and this is the place that comes up then I'll make a stop.

Good food, but very slow on delivery to your table. Extremely dirty. The trash can was over flowing when we got there and was never emptied our entire time there.... we had to wait for our table to be cleaned off before we could sit... The food was good... maybe a bad day for cleanliness.....

I come here often but this keeps happening. I ask for extra lettuce, no tomato no pickle so it's basically just pepperjack with a lot of lettuce. They gave me 1 piece... why do I keep getting skimped. Do i have to put 5 extra lettuce to get extra? Come on chick fil a.

Food was ok. Seemed a bit overcooked and my fries were mostly just small pieces with only a few full fries. My son’s sandwich was a mess. He had to get a fork to eat it. My frozen lemonade was really good though.

First time trying, we ordered 2 chick fil a deluxe, it comes with cheese, lettuce and tomatoe. They ran out of tomato and didnt put cheese on either sandwich. Also asked for mayo we got none. We ate at the Warner rest stop.

We ate at the Chick-fil-A on 90 near Syracuse . The rests stops are not user friendly. Cramming people in there , there is not where for people to wait for their food. Not really anyway to dine. The service was okay. I felt that the young guy at the cashier was trying not to be rude but his irritated mood was coming through . The chicken was good. The fries were good. Why do your buns suck! You have a great product but the vessel in which you offer your chicken on brings down the quality. I can never give you a 5 because of this. Up the game to be amazing.

Update: the manager called me and was very nice, she said they have since updated their policy’s to help ensure this doesn’t happen again; I appreciate that they quickly addressed this issue. I found a fruit fly on my first chicken burger, went in and got it replaced (the staff was very nice). I do not go to chik fil a often, but decided to today. Right off the bat I felt rushed. I wanted to see a board of what they have but I couldn't because they try to rush you to get your order in. Normally I have had great experiences at this store. Last night the fries I received were cold so brought them up to the counter and asked for a new one. It took 3 employees to get them for me so the rest of my meal was cold when I returned to my table. Will not be returning for a while.

I had my order messed up and I asked for it to be fixed and now when I order the order is never right and I really don't have the time to go get it fixed so I have to deal with spending more money on things I'm not getting. Unless the order is simple it will have things missing so do not spend additional money on add ons. If you call they'll correct it but I really don't have the time.

Did a pickup order and the order was incomplete. Quality control is terrible. How hard is it to ensure that the number of items that you’re putting in the bag matches the count on the receipt?

The piece of chicken was so small ( one bite and half gone ) & cheese was cold and just laid on top. Inside the restaurant the air temperature was very cold and uncomfortable.

I've never had a problem here, however the service by the employee named Cadance or Cadi was absolutely awful. She was very rude while addressing me and very dismissive of my questions. She proceeded to say she was new but continued to act rude and refused to get someone else for me. I found her to be the worst service I've ever had at a chic-fil-a. If she really is new, either the training process is terrible or she just is not built for customer service.

It has been brought to my attention, that chick-fil-a is officially falling off. I’ve recently been experiencing terrible service. I’ve had missing sandwiches multiple times, just like now including missing every sauce I asked for! It seems like many of these employees lack of proper training.👎

I came here because of the high reviews. It took a LONG time for anyone to even acknowledge that I was standing there for my order. Looks like the customer service is hit or miss though. Disappointing.

Very poor experience here. We went through the drive thru. One of our drinks was wrong so we had to go inside and exchange it. Then when we got home, we realized part of our order was missing. We had to go all the way back to get it. I’d expect better from CFA. Employees didn’t seem to care that much.

After having to wait for food they gave me a cup that was spilling out of the cup holder. Also ignored special instructions for a food allergy but put it in the container with the special instructions. When called they said my pleasure instead of I'm sorry. Get your priorities right. Not the first time this has happened either
