La Fiesta is a popular spot known for its lively atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food, especially the margaritas. Many reviewers highlight the friendly and attentive staff, with several mentioning specific servers by name (Pilar, Jose, Euclides, Marvin, Alanah, Aristedes). It can get loud due to its club-like atmosphere.

We decided to sit at the bar and Jose Luis was extremely pleasant kind and helpful. He always make sure everything was to our liking and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. La Fiesta never disappoints I have been coming here for years and the attention staff and food is always the best. Thank you Jose Luis
When I tell you my fiancé and I absolutely LOVE it here! Food never disappoints nor do the drinks! Our server Odette today was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet and so on top of serving us. This isn’t our first time here and for sure will not be our last. We try to come here at least 2 times a months I’m obsessed with the Birria tacos!
We enjoy going to La Fiesta and partaking in their margherita specials. We also usually order the carnitas dish, well done. To start with Pilar was our server. Pilar was fantastic. She ensured that we had everything we needed and would timely stop by and check on our status. Pilar was incredibly pleasant, professional and a fantastic server. On this evening our carnitas dish was good but not great. The meat probably would have tasted better if it had been shredded. In the past,, the dish was noticeably a little bit better.. The chips, salsa and Margherita were outstanding. Overall we had an enjoyable evening and definitely recommend La Fiesta as a go to place for an excellent dinner. Thanks Pilar for doing such a great job.
Always such a great experience every time we go. I have never had any issues with food or drinks. The food and drinks, no matter what I have is always very good. The waitstaff is always on top of their game and they are always so nice and so friendly. Absolutely love our waiter Euclides Aristide M, he’s always such a pleasure to have and never disappoints, can’t wait to go back and have him again as our server. I always recommend La Fiesta to all of my family and friends and tell them they have to go and try it out.
Odette always makes our experience absolutely amazing! She has such a great energy — friendly, fast, and super accommodating. We always ask for her when we come in because she consistently goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed a fabulous meal here tonight! Shout out to Jeremiah, our outstanding waiter, who kept drinks filled, checked on our table regularly, had a great sense of humor, and was super accommodating with our orders. Loved the fish tacos and will definitely be back to enjoy them again.
My family took me here for my birthday this year. Our server Euclides was amazing and so sweet. He made our entire experience so fun. Food was amazing too! Definitely will be back! Oh and the tres leches dessert was incredible.
We brought our daughter to La Fiesta to celebrate her 21st birthday. Marvin and the waitstaff were exceptional - taking care of our needs and threw in some surprises. With the great food and atmosphere, it made for a very memorable night out.
Every time I visit La Fiesta, the service is nothing short of amazing. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. It's always nice to see the same faces when stopping here. Jose is such a joy to talk to and always asks about my family which is so sweet. The food and drinks are always great and can actually taste the tequila in your margarita. 10/10 would always recommend this place.
Great place, great people & great vibes! Thankful for Jose that always makes friendly communication with me & my friend. He's always providing great service & smiles!
Normally stay in Clifton Park, 3 to 4 times a summer and decided to try La Fiesta. It was a Saturday night around 7:30 PM and the restaurant was crowded. My brother and I were greeted warmly and provided a booth right away. The service was excellent. The server took the drink order and returned promptly. The brief in between another server brought chips, salsa, and the home made guacamole which was ordered. Main server returned with drinks, answered a few questions and pointed out special. My brother had the Tour/taste Mexico which was compromised of three plates and enough for two people. The server did say that it was large prior to it being ordered. I had a Mariachi dish: steak, chix, and chorizo. The food came out hot and quick. Deserts looked good but did not have any this trip. Definitely will eat there again before summer is out.
It’s an amazing place that my girlfriend and I love to go to. Creative menu options, good drinks, and friendly wait staff
This restaurant was an amazing experience. There was no wait to get in, even though we showed up during typical dinner hours. The food was great, and came in large portions for the price. The staff was also very friendly, and helpful with my child. They kept the chips stocked, and even brought out his food first to keep him occupied and happy.
I went to La Fiesta for my birthday, and it was such a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which really made the evening feel special. The atmosphere was lively and colorful, with a fun, authentic vibe throughout the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious—everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent too—attentive and kind without being overbearing. They even surprised me with a little birthday treat, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was the perfect place to celebrate, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend La Fiesta if you’re looking for great food and a fun night out!
This is a must go, best Mexican I’ve had in years and absolutely the best chipotle chicken I’ve ever had. Good food and atmosphere!
Jose was an amazing server. He anticipated our needs, got us refills on drinks without us ever having to ask, made sure we were good and checked on us multiple times. The food came out super quick and was cooked to perfection. Such an great experience!
A true gem in Clifton Park. Great Mexican food, and good service. My go to for Mexican food in the Capital Region.
I had a fantastic experience at La Fiesta! Our server, Jose, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. My son was traveling, and we were on a tight schedule, so we asked for quick service. Jose went above and beyond to ensure our meals arrived promptly without compromising quality. The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with fresh, authentic Mexican flavors. From the perfectly seasoned tacos to the rich, savory enchiladas, every bite was a delight. The vibrant atmosphere and colorful decor added to the enjoyable experience. I’d highly recommend La Fiesta to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back! Five stars for Jose and the team!
Pilar was an excellent server. She was very attentive and helpful. The food was good and the atmosphere is inviting. A great vibe all around. This is my first time here and I will DEFINITELY BE BACK !
Hidden Gem!! If you LOVE Mexican food, like we do, THIS IS THE PLACE!! The staff is soooo friendly we have gotten to be friends with most... The atmosphere is fantastic, chips n salsa, ( makes me wanna go now) the margaritas are super and last, but not least, the FOOD is to die for!!! Everything on the menu is a MUST try... and after dinner, a shot of tequlia to wash everything down.....mmmmmm, yummy! Having a birthday?? You get to wear the sombero and sung to (lol) ......muy bueno!!
I come here literally every now and then when the weather is nice and I’m looking for a great non-overpriced drink. I sit in Marvin’s section mainly. The guy knows what he’s doing! Great server, attentive to details. Remember his customers and never keeps me or my partner waiting. His service is 10/10 and so is the food he serve!
My wife and I had a great experience at La Fiesta in Clifton Park. The food was great and the drinks were fantastic. Our server, Yadhira , was very nice and attentive . We are making plans to go back again very soon! Thank You very much!!
Frequent visitors to La fiesta in Clifton park, and we had William as our server today. First day, first table, and you would never have known it! He was very attentive, friendly, and more than willing to get the answers to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!!!
My best friends and I have always loved celebrating special occasions (especially birthdays!) at La Fiesta or enjoying a girls night out. During the pandemic we frequently ordered take out, and when friends are in town we always treat them to La Fiesta. Now that my daughter is old enough she has started to join us for girls day lunch dates. The staff at La Fiesta, especially our server Euclides, is always so friendly and attentive. They have a kids menu available for you to select a kids entree with a side of fries or mac and cheese. My daughter loved her chicken quesadillas and french fries. She also loves their chips and salsa! They are kid friendly and also served milk for her in a cup with a lid. They are always so prompt with serving food, which is great for any family following a toddler schedule. I love their Chiles Poblano’s entree, but their Taco Veganos and hot salsa is my favorite in the summer with a Strawberry Margarita on their patio! Such a wonderful local restaurant we are lucky to have in Clifton Park. Looking forward to many more wonderful meals with friends and family.
I had an excellent experience at this place. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was outstanding. I especially want to highlight Pilar, our waitress, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She recommended a few dishes from the menu that turned out to be delicious, and she made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and has a warm, natural way with guests. Thanks to her, our visit was even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends!
My husband and I had dined at La Fiesta today for the first time and our server, Odette was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was very attentive and knew the menu very well! We were shocked to know that she was only working there for a month because she wonderful!!! Thank you so much La Fiesta for a great dinner and providing great customer service! Everyone that I encountered was friendly and so kind. What a great atmosphere!!! God bless you all!!! 🙏🏽😊♥️
It was our first time, we didn't make reservations and it was a busy Friday night. Wait was 20 minutes, which was not bad for a Friday night. Food was amazing. Our dishes and drinks came out in record time. Service was impeccable. We could always see our waiter and he was speedy. It was entertaining having music too! I look forward to bringing my son and husband. So glad we tried it.
The food is DELICIOUS. True authentic taste. Our waitress Pilar was top notch !! Very attentive and always going above and beyond. She makes drinks like no other !! Excellent atmosphere and music for all tastes.
They have really great music, but it's just a touch too loud. The food and the wait staff are always the best.
First time trying Mexican food and these guys did not disappoint!!! The margaritas… absolutely amazing. If you have the chance, you should definitely try the jalapeño cucumber one. The food came out so quick, and everything was literally, cooked perfectly. Never been a fan of rice, but I’ll tell you what.. I finished all of it. Perfectly cooked chicken with an amazing spinach cream sauce. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be making another trip specifically for this place.
Rush to LA FIESTA in Clifton park right now! Get served by the incredibly charismatic Steven Gallego, this place offers one of the if not world’s best Pollo Fundido - a cheesy, delicious marvel at an unbeatable price. Don’t miss out on this unparalleled dining experience; it’s some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. 🫔💃🕺🪩 🍹
Food was good, service was great. It's loud inside and a bit tight, overall good vibes. I can't really complain, it is exactly what I expected.
One of the top mexican restaurants in the Saratoga area. I have tired many of the menu items, all are top tier. Their margaritas are also amazing.
Amazing food and wonderful staff!!! Pilar was so sweet and had amazing recommendations! Didn’t get a picture of our meals but the chips and salsa alone were 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very good food, service, ambience...and an excellent Mojito! My serving of Tacos Birria was delicious and easily covered me for an additional snack AND meal at home! Parking is a breeze. I highly recommend this Mexican restaurant!
brought my little boy here for dinner on my birthday- the server made a mistake with our order but the manager was quick to fix it and then provided outstanding service the rest of our visit. Food was delicious as always.
The only thing we have ever been disappointed in is how long it takes us to come back! We love the food here, the drinks are are fun and delicious, and the atmosphere is %100 party. If you leave hungry, you must have been dreaming you were here. Just try not to fill up on complimentary chips and salsa before your real food comes to the table!!!!
We had a group of 10, and there were no issues. Food came out all together, and it was fantastic. If you're bringing big groups, expect to have one check and split it yourselves or bring cash, because they will not split checks more than two ways. If you're a margarita fan, this place has some of the best in the area.
The food here is amazing. We stopped here on our way home from vacation in Lake George. Best place we ate at on the whole trip. I wish it were closer to where we live, we would eat there often. The staff was great also. They let me charge my phone while we ate up at the hostess stand. Everyone was great.
After a long drive from Springfield MA to The Adirondacks. We had a appetite for some Mexican food and LA Fiesta came highly regarded from our peers. Today we enjoyed the Tacos Birria and the Steak Fajitas and they did not disappoint. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! The food came out hot and fresh. The service was just as amazing. Our server Marvin was very attentive to our needs. He was very kind and personable. Overall if you are in the Area this is a must go resturant.
What a great time, great food, and the atmosphere was terrific. Started with a pitcher of margaritas. Really delicious. Salsa was incredible with the standard tortilla chips. Soon after, the orders were taken. We did get some guacamole, and it was missing cilantro and lime. That was a little weird. The orders were Grande enchiladas, Shredded beef enchiladas, chicken quesadilla, and I got the queso Diablo and the Ceviche. The Ceviche had the perfect mix of cilantro and lime. The Diablo part of the queso was nice and smooth. The mole on the shredded beef was out of this world. The Grande enchiladas were a perfect blend of ingredients, and the quesadilla was incredibly delicious. There is only one other authentic Mexican restaurant in Withrop MA, that will give La Fiesta a run for their money. This place is a gem. What I noticed is an amazing, authentic, and very welcoming place with the taste of Mexican food that should be embraced as some of the best you might ever have. The staff was so personal and warm, it seemed like I was a long-time customer and it was my first visit there. A must try. This place is great.
Outstanding flavor, spice on spice on spice for hot dishes, savory and sweet for the mild ones. Special praise for our server Alanah who recommended two off-menu items for us: the seafood paella served in a molcajete, the Peruvian bistec con papas served with rice and fajita veggies, not to mention a very wide selection of drinks. The shrimp in my paella were as thick as my thumb and full of flavor, and they don't hesitate to pile on the chiles if you ask. And don't forget dessert! The flan is amazing and so are the churros. Great attentive service and music that was quiet enough to not be distracting, although they do whip out the mariachi band for special occasions and holidays if that's your thing! Be aware the parking lot is shared with other businesses and can be full in the evenings.
This place is authentic Mexican food. Fresh and simple delicious dishes Fast friendly service. Ton of variety of food and drink. Service is fast friendly do not know what you want - they’ll suggest ! Clean too! So impressed how good the food is it’s prices reasonable ❤️. It was my birthday & the the whole staff joined in to sing with the mariachi hate. How awesome !

We have gone to La Fiesta for dinner many times and on more than one occasion. The staff are always very lovely and easy to talk to. One waitress in particular stood out, though. Sofia was really helpful in bringing our food and refilling our drinks. She always asked if there was anything she could do for us. I would have never known she was new if she hadn’t told us! Wonderful experience again by La Fiesta! Gracias para comida! Please visit here if you have the opportunity! You will not be disappointed!
Their food here is really, really, really good. Their vegan burrito is top three burritos in the capital region for me. The space is comfortable and welcoming and the servers are all so nice. I really appreciate them having a separate vegan section. But jeeeeeez, the prices here are steep. When the waitress asked if we wanted some chips and salsa (which are complimentary), and I asked for some guacamole, I had no idea the addition of guac would cost $13! And the vegan tax here is nuts for what you get. To have some cheese sprinkled on top of the burrito, I was charged an extra $3; for the seitan, an extra $4. Just like that, a $15 burrito becomes a $22 one. I got a seitan quesadilla to-go, and when I ate it I had to see they must not know how to melt vegan cheese, which kinda defeats the purpose of a quesadilla. I don’t know how a cook can manage to press a quesadilla without melting cheese, but they may as well take it off the menu if they can’t do it.
Everything is really great, the people were nice, the food was delicious and served quickly. They have pacific on tap which is a rare find around here. Try the chimichangas!
Not the super spicy type of place. If you love quesadillas and tacos this is the place for you. I'm sensitive to overly spicy food, and this place is great for those who just want the Mexican cuisine and not the spicy variety. I recommend the Rio Grande burrito. It is a very generous portion of pork and black beans drenched in cheese sauce.
I got the Enchiladas El Diablo. The presentation was great but the enchiladas themselves were very lackluster. I really liked my margarita I got the blueberry one, and my fiancé got the steak chimichangas which were beyond phenomenal! I’ll def get that dish next time we go! Their house chips and salsa were also very tasty! The staff is very attentive and kind, you never have to wait for a water refill!
First time at La Fiesta but may not go back Service was great! We were seated quickly and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Our waitress Sofia was attentive and very sweet. Our food however was not as good. Hubby's enchiladas were tasty but not hot. My Chile poblanos were mediocre. To be fair, the place was very busy, so we may give it another try if we're in the area. Prices were fair. Didn't try a margarita but that price seemed high to me.
La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant is lively with great service and friendly staff. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and seated promptly at a cozy booth. The vibrant and welcoming ambiance made it an enjoyable place to dine. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ What I Ordered ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Los Compadres: Two soft flour tacos filled with grilled chicken, lettuce, and cheese, served with Mexican rice, refried beans, and homemade hot salsa. The flavors were solid, especially the hot salsa, which added a nice kick. However, the portion size was disappointing and wasn’t worth the price. Tres Leches: A sweet and satisfying dessert. The cake was moist and indulgent, making it a highlight of the meal. Fried Plantains: It is nicely caramelized and flavorful, though not extraordinary. White Rice: It is well-cooked and straightforward, a good side dish but could have been more memorable. Rum Mosquito: This cocktail was a winner! Generously poured, perfectly balanced, and refreshing—a definite recommendation if you enjoy a strong, well-made drink. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Final Thoughts ------------------------------------------------------------------------ While the food was tasty, the portion sizes left something to be desired—especially considering my meal's $45 price tag. I found it amusing that my girlfriend’s order had significantly more significant portions than mine, so there’s hope for other menu items to be more filling. La Fiesta positions itself as a brunch spot, even on a Thursday, but I’d love to return on the weekend to try their full brunch menu. The lively atmosphere and attentive service make it a worthwhile visit, but be mindful of portion sizes if you’re paying a premium.
Always call a place even if it says that they aren’t doing dine-in. My partner and I were surprised to see people dining in when we were ready to order take out. There were plenty of separators between booths. I was grateful that we were seated away from most of the crowds. The food was overall okay for the price. We ordered the guacamole that came in a little tortilla cup. A little cute but a bit gimmicky. Ordered the white sangria that was okay. And the beef chimichangas. The chimichangas itself was delicious. I think I could have done without the accompaniments. The rice was a bit reminiscent of fried rice without the egg and onion, like here is yellow rice with a bunch of frozen/canned vegetables thrown in. The flavor of the rice was underwhelming. Service was great, though. They were friendly, attentive, and wore masks properly.
"The quesadilla was amazing, but everything else was so-so." In the mood for some Mexican this week and since I have never been to La Fiesta before I pinned it to check out, I had a couple chances to try the location prior but usually ended up altering my choice for one reason or another. Not this time however, as I called ahead to put in an order of the Border Quesadilla with some Chips and Salsa. Added on a side of their cheese dip, which is just queso, but for some reason they don't call it that. In total coming to a little over $24 before tip. Not too bad, but the chips and salsa were $3 and yet the side of queso was also $3, kinda feels a bit overpriced there. Especially since the "side" of cheese is tiny, more like a shotglass of queso. As for the chips and salsa, the flavor was, well, very cilantro-y. If you're someone who finds the taste of cilantro to be soapy, then I'd warn you to not get the salsa, it is packed with the stuff. Even I who don't find that taste, was still overwhelmed. The chips themselves are ok, but they are very greasy. Surprising for chips like these, where I usually find them to be salty and dry. They still had a nice crunch, but your hands are just oiled up after a single chip. The best part though was the quesadilla, so much flavor! Meaty, juicy, cheesy, savory, all blended together and wrapped in a softer than expected shell. Wish I had just bought two quesadillas and nothing else! The accompanying Mexican rice was a bit mushy, too overcooked, and could have used more spice. Overall I think dine-in would be a far better option here, but there are a few options that do well for takeout. Like that quesadilla, oh man, so good.

Off the bat the service was not that great. I really get bummed out when I run out of liquid And my dishes are not cleared. I ended up ordering a cocktail and some ceviche. The ceviche was actually pretty good but the presentation was pretty bad. I did like sitting out on the front porch it is kind of weird when fellow Mall walkers walk right through your sitting area smoking Marbro red. I also got a shrimp cocktail that was in some kind of soup sauce that really weirded me out when I told the server that I didn’t like it and it tasted off he started to argue with me about what it is. My friend picked up some street tacos but they didn’t look like original street tacos.
Usually I like dining in the restaurant, but today we decided to get takeout and it fell extremely short. They did not read the order instructions so the order was incorrect, also, compared to eating in the dining room, the take out portion was one third of the usual portion size. It looked like someone else's leftovers, it was so poorly presented in the container, and there was maybe only half a spoonful of the side beans. They also mixed random bits of other food into our plates, such as beef pieces in my chicken dish... maybe not a good restaurant for allergies as they don't seem to take care not to contaminate. I was very disappointed today after usually being happy with their food, especially for the prices paid. We won't be trying takeout here again.
This used to be my favorite mexican food spot but after 2 years of trying other places, i have something to compare it to. i came here today (sunday) 3pm and the food was subpar. The chips were just like any other place but the salsa had a fingerpaint taste to it. The portions were good, but i had ordered shrimp tacos and the shrimp was boiled, watery and had cheese on them, which i dont see ever, so it threw me off, and the pico didnt taste fresh. I ate them quick because of how wet they were, they would have disintegrated the corn tortilla. The tacos la carbon were very good though, nice medium sized chunks of lightly seasoned steak, very tasty. The beans werent seasoned, and the rice reminded me more of fried rice from an American chinese restaurant. I am willing to try this place again and order something different. The service was phenomenal and everyone was so friendly.

There was absolutely nothing good about our experience. The margaritas were the worst I've ever tasted, the salsa was watered down, and the food was barely a step up from taco bell. To the owners a…
Absolutely gutted. Used to be my favorite spot. Portions are significantly smaller in regard to the rice & beans. Literally 2-3 spoons full and you’re done. Just had to make sure i wasn’t crazy so i looked through the previous pictures in reviews from a year ago and yea, I’m not. On top of that, the queso dip was lukewarm and watery. I had the carne asada, the carne was plentiful i am not knocking them for that aspect. I ordered a medium steak. I got my food, and the steak was a little chewy at first. Finished a half of it before taking my flash light out because it was so dim inside. The steak was RAW 😫. Guys i love this place, i am willing to try again but today put such a bad taste in my mouth literally 😭
"El Diablo"? El blando. I recognize it's in Clifton Park and they must cater to their clientele, but this is straight misadvertising. Hardly any sauce on food, no salt on chips even? Had to season it myself there was zero flavor. The cheese dip is unmatched but it's just not worth it anymore.
