The food is great, but I miss the turkey cranberry sandwich they used to sell a long time ago 😢. They have great avocado egg sandwich and bagles. Soup is always great when it's cold outside or if you are sick. Great family dining place.

The food is delicious and the staff are outstanding. I came here with my 1 year old and the staff were so helpful in getting a high chair, slicing an apple, and instructing me not to pick up dropped food and to enjoy my meal with my son. I can't express how much that meant to me. I was able to enjoy a meal with my son because of the good food and thoughtful staff. I would go here for any meal with my son just because the staff didn't make going out to eat a chore for me. That is worth more than any fast food place with a playground.

Always good and quality food. Service is fast and friendly. Panera is also always consistent too so I always know what to expect. It's not necessarily the cheapest place, but any extra spent is well worth it with fresh ingredients and great taste. Its so great to get a quality meal at the speed of fast food that tastes great.

Had a pick two got the tomato basil, BLT and broccoli cheddar soup. It was absolutely delicious, but I have to say the best part of my experience was the girl in the drive-through. She said her name was Promise. It was the best customer service I have had in at least five years she let me take my time. She was very knowledgeable of the menu, she was friendly and she was happy to be there which is rare these days, especially for her to be working on the Fourth of July. Thank you, Promise!!!!

Clarence was so helpful and patient to me as I contemplated over the many choices what to have for dinner. He even came to our table later on and checked on me and my friend to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. It was a great place to sit quietly and enjoy a slow paced dinner. The food is all the more reason to go... I suggest the Mediterranean chicken Salad. So good! Oh, and their tea too.

My husband and I recently visited this place and were greeted by Clarence at the checkout. He was very happy, friendly and polite. We then received our food from Greg who was also happy, friendly and polite. The staff in the back were laughing and having a good time. They were all very professional also. What a way to start the day. The food was very good. We will certainly be back. Thank you Panera Bread

Food was pretty good, staff was really nice, and we had a great experience overall. We all enjoyed our food (Mac and Cheese, various sandwiches, the broccoli cheddar soup, and others). As with every Panera Bread, there aren't tables to accommodate large groups which is annoying, and prices seem higher than they should be, but I won't knock the review because that's not this individual establishment's fault.

Really Good food, it was fresh and hot. restaurant was clean an well maintained. Exceptional customer service. I had never been here before. Employees Treye and Emily were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to suggest items they thought I would enjoy and I did. They answered all my questions with a genuine smile and the attitude of wanting me to enjoy my Dining experience. Will definitely be back.

This Panera is clean and big with a lot of seating options. Our food was hot & fresh and the staff were friendly. Edit: We ordered delivery from this Panera today for lunch and it was delightful. My boyfriend ate all of his meal and I ate until I was full. The food is always fresh & yummy here.

The service was excellent, as was the chicken sandwich. I ordered a large coffee. First the coffee dispenser was empty so they brought another "fresh coffee batch" but surprise it was cold, not hot as I suppose for a batch of "fresh" coffee. Well, I ask how to heat my coffee. The cashier pointed to a microwave just below the coffee dispensers. The microwave was so small that my big cup of coffee could barely fit inside the micro. Also the mic was dirty with coffee splatters on top and under the turntable. The site looks neat and clean. I'll come back.

Great breakfast stop! I had the ham and egg quiche. It was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the ease and speed of kiosk ordering. The staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. My expectations were met. I will be stopping by again the next time I am in town.

Drove down to Bryan, TX, my sweet college bound daughter needed some TLC after 2 weeks camp counselor. Found Panera here and stopped by to get her chicken noodle soup bowl 🍜 for her hoarse throat from cheering, singing and yelling for 2 weeks straight with kids! Delicious 😋 ½ sandwich chicken caprese and french onion soup for me that I finished later b4 heading home. Easy with the drive-thru for a quick mid afternoon meal after running errands for 3 more weeks camp necessities. Accidentally charged me for a large drink I didn't get so I ran back through the drive-thru and got refunded thank you

Nice place. The lemon cookie and chocolate croissant were both delicious. The coffee could be a little stronger, but otherwise is fine. One night I arrived 5 minutes before closing, and couldn't get any coffee because they had already poured it out. They should wait till the place is closed to dispose of their coffee. If that's how they normally do it, bad policy. Experiences mostly not bad.

So this was a difficult one to review…the food is very good. The staff, well a few of their members were…a bit rude. Now, it’s been a few months, so that may have changed, and everyone has bad days, but it was repeated across several of their workers and it did dent the occasion a bit. It again, a good meal itself, and the location is pretty nice. Three stars, five for food, two for staff, so three is the final.

The first time my husband and I came was pleasant, but unfortunately thay experience was overshadowed by a cashier’s attitude during the second time. We came in to order and she saw us and walked away leaving us waiting there for over 5 minutes while she talked to coworkers but we gave her the benefit of the doubt. Then she came back (clearly not wanting to be at work) and asked what we wanted, we politely started to order and she, in the middle of my husband’s sentence, walked away to talk to a coworker. No apologies, she came back and begrudgingly finished our order. Now, we recognize she may have been having an off day or something and that is fine (we all have bad days). However, being able to give good customer service is essential regardless. We came Sunday May 20, around 10:45am-11:00am. So whoever was cashier (....started with an L? Had a K in the name?) please do your best to improve your customer service! Thanks!

Visited second time with big group. Messed up our orders, croissants were old and tough to chew. Food just was not good. Coffee was like frothed milk. I do not think we will be back. We tried to give it another chance.. I personally might stop to grab soup or chipotle flat bread (never disappointed) but bringing ppl in no.

Drive thru staff needs more training. Couldn't find the duets, then gave me a fold over sandwich. He said they were out of cinnamon crunch and all sweet bagels. I went inside and they had 2 baskets of cinnamon crunch. He also said they were out of baguette, so a bakery has no bread to substitute either? This is definitely an underperforming store, most times we go. Needs much improvement.

Great food and service. My only complaint is the bathroom. It smells weird and the metal parts of the toilets are green. Also there’s only one sink. Definitely needs a remodel. The food is also a but pricey, but it’s always good. I got the chicken noodle soup and half an avocado chipotle chicken sandwich. I also tried the Madagascar vanilla cream iced coffee and they didn’t put any cream in it. It tastes watered down and not good.

As always, the food at the Panera Bread locations is good. The service at this one wasn't very friendly and I didn't see a single person walking around wiping down tables between diners. You have to clean your own table here.

Pretty run of the mill Panera Bread. Food was fine. The ordering kiosk area was dirty with paper trash, no cups and only 2 machines were working. Could be 4 stars all the way around with a little TLC.

The lady taking orders was not friendly. I've noticed this at other places too, guess it's just the way life is now at most businesses. It's a shame. No one is greeted with a smile or a hello anymore. I'm in customer service myself and I go out of the way to make guests feel welcomed.

Today, you had a large group of what looked to be managers standing around chatting by the registers. Y’all were very busy and not a single one of them got on a register to help take orders or deliver food to tables. The place was clean and the cashier was kind and patient but the simple fact that you obviously do not cross train your higher-ups is mighty disappointing. Also, it’s not cool keeping customers waiting whilst you gossip with the cook.

I love getting panera, but most recently i feel like I’ve been getting a little icked out. The soup looks mushy and i found hair on my plate. I feel like their kitchen isn’t clean and I’m a little worried that is going into our food. Last time I had it, I got sick for a little and threw it up, and I think it was from there. I wish they would show us recent pictures of their kitchen or something or maybe open it up so the customers know it’s clean. The staff are super sweet there though. Just the cleanliness.

My breakfast sandwich was good but the price I paid for a 4" glass of iced coffee was OUTRAGEOUS. I could have gone to Starbucks and had a much, much larger drink for the price. NEVER AGAIN will I buy a 4" glass of iced coffee for over $4. I will just order water (unless they charge for that too) when I am there. I guess since I hadn't had any caffeine due to fasting for bloodwork, I didn't realize what a rip-off it was for that dinky drink when I ordered it. I will buy their breakfast sandwich again as it was good and will fill me up for the rest of the day, but I could have saved over $4 and had coffee at work instead of the 4 or 5 sips in this cup.

Food is good, customer service could be better. Second time in a row I’ve sat in the curbside delivery spot for 10+ minutes after my order was supposed to be ready before I had to go in myself and get it (that wouldn’t be an problem, but if you’ve stopped doing curbside delivery maybe don’t offer it anymore so I don’t end up sitting there waiting). This morning they then tried to give me the wrong order. Update: still 0 for 4 on curbside pickups

I love Panera and this location used to be great. Recently we went for an early dinner. While there weren't that many people there the dining room was a mess. The pictures don't do it justice to show. Food on the tables, seats and floor. At one table I saw the worker pick up the plates but never cleaned the table or wiped anything down. Lately the quality of food has been declining as has the customer service. It used to be one of my regular spots for lunch or dinner but not anymore. It's pricey and they have changed some deals like the add on bakery item for .99cents. The rewards program is a joke and if you try delivery the the driver shows up late and gets lost despite your clear and specific directions. Then they forget stuff. It's a shame cuz it's a good concept and when it's good it can be good.

The food is decent but any time my wife and I go through the drive through, our order is wrong... And I don't mean that they miss modification or substitutions. I mean you get the wrong food. I ordered a chicken Caesar, they give me a Cobb salad. We ordered a half order of mac and cheese and got a cup of chicken noodle soup. And it's not a one time incident. It's literally every time we give them another chance. Every few months, we decide to try this location again and are reminded of why we stopped coming... just go someplace else. You'll be better off.

When I walked in, I can already hear the cashier with a big attitude with a woman who was in line ahead of us, when it was my turn to order I asked for confirmation if they had any watercups and she said “Well you’re gonna have to ask for one” as I was asking… then when I was walking out a lady asked for a cinnamon roll and she says “Well you’re gonna have to come over here and ask” obviously the lady just left because of how rude the cashier was!, looked at the receipt and her name started with lake, I couldn’t remember it all, but if she’s going to have that attitude with everyone who walks in then maybe she shouldn’t be put on the register as she’s supposed to be greeting, not giving attitude just because she doesn’t want to be there. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Other than that, the food was fine.

I am in town for work from St. Louis (home of Panera, AKA St. Louis Bread Co) and I'm a Sip Club member. I choose this membership because I travel often for work and am always looking for a decent spot for wifi and some coffee/lunch. I prefer supporting local coffee shops, but I always know what to expect at a Panera as far as seating, outlets, wifi and food. Part of being a franchise is to have a consistent experience among franchises. So disappointed to come to this location to see they do not have wifi. I figured it was a fluke so when I was in town the next month, the wifi sign is still up and has probably been up for a long time. PLEASE CORORATE GET THEM WIFI. Or, do they do this on purpose to avoid having workers and students? I emailed the cafe at some point asking about wifi - the person wrote back to me quickly, late at night (thank you!) and apologized and said they are working on it and it should be approved by the end of April. We'll see when I get here next time. I appreciate the response and I am sure this decision is way out of their hands. That is part of the reason why I gave two stars. The other part is because the staff just overall sucks. I went again on this trip knowing they didn't have wifi and I used a hot spot to work and have lunch. I really hate complaining like this but as I said, I'm a sip club member and from St. Louis and visit MANY Paneras/Bread Co's and I'm so disappointed in the service. It's acutally a beautiful cafe but most of the staff were indifferent to rude. The cafe didn't allow dine-in orders on the app which I usually do, so I had to order at the counter. This guy was so indifferent. I ordered a bagel and then he redeemed a free bagel from my app and didn't ask me, I found out when the total came up. I sat near the order pickup area because there was a booth with an outlet. The staff were grody. Their discussions were inappropriate. A young man wearing a MARVEL ball cap was just awful. He dropped the F-bomb several times, said Sh*t many times in general convo with his coworkers, and this whole discussion about how their soups look like vomit so he won't eat them was just so inappropriate. None of them seemed to care that he was using cuss words, it was just normal. I could not tell who were the leaders/managers. No one was really directing anyone. Props to the young woman who was training a young man on his first day there. She was very professional, walking him around the store, explaining things.

Less than impressed with this location. 1 of 7 self ordering stations worked, when reported the employees were passive about always having issues but did nothing to do with attempt fixing or even signing the in operable machines. The table number laminated cards need to be cleaned or a better solution. I prefer the table pagers that are cleanable.

I read reviews before ordering here and wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt because every Panera I’ve been to has had the same quality of food, and the other reviews really only comment on the service. However, the service is so bad that it does affect the quality of the food. I placed an order on their website to be picked up at their drive-through and I will say that is a piece of positive feedback was that it was super quick to pick up. However, there were numerous things wrong with my order. I requested utensils yet was never given any, and the manager confirmed that it was on the order instructions for the store, but they still didn’t add them. Not even a napkin. I had a bagel that was just completely missing from the bag. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and while it was tasty, there was almost no chicken salad on it and two slices of tomato so I just felt like I was eating a tomato sandwich even though I love tomato. I ordered a bowl of soup which was maybe filled halfway and a sad portion for the almost 8 dollars they charge. The baguette that came with the soup was also kind of cold and stale. The food looks nothing like what is advertised. I’m giving this review two stars because the manager who I spoke to about my order was really accommodating and understanding, refunded my entire order, and said that he would speak to his employees about this. I felt a little bad for him. It’s not that hard to read instructions and they also weren’t busy at all. There were at least 4 employees standing around from what I could see through the drive-thru window and they couldn’t get a small order right? This was the first time I’ve had Panera in probably 5 years and I am an reluctant to try again in the future, or at all.

I’m not sure why they can’t get good help here, College Station is a college town. I assume it’s the management. Ordered and paid for half a dozen bagels hours in advance. Pulled up to the drive-through window to pick up my order and was told I had to come inside to get it. I asked, is my order not ready? The girl at the window said yes, it’s ready but you did not specify window pick up. I’ve never had to park and come inside for my orders before. It wasn’t until I asked to speak to a manager that the girl brought my order to the window. This is my second bad experience here in a row. Last time I ordered sandwiches, they were missing the bacon because the store was out. I was not even offered a discount until I asked to speak to a manager. Two bad experiences in a row prompted this 2-star review. Panera has always been a favorite spot in the past, but no longer. I guess putting the customer first is no longer a priority.

I came in around 8:40pm on 3-2-26 and I only got half of my chicken bacon rancher. I tried to call and your closed and I tried to go online and I couldn't sign in. I would like a refund and only be charged for the half sandwich.

The food has been excellent the other times i've eaten here! However I was served by a cashier named "Tanaysia" this time and she was very rude. I missed that breakfast was stopped being served at 10:30 am (my fault I should have read more carefully) but she very condescending told me about breakfast not being served anymore and that this is lunch hours now. I purchased my order with a gift card I had gotten but the cashier just made me just walk out without the food this time.

Customer service has tanked astronomically over the last years, most noticeably in the last 6 months. This used to be a rather upscale place, with excited staff. Now outside of kitchen, the older women part of the lunch rush shift are incredibly crude, condescending, and treat customers like they'd be anywhere rather then at work. Very disappointed, felt more like a KFC than a Bakery.

My first experience at Panera was not good. I ordered a BLT sandwich, i found a long black hair in my sandwich. I called to get a refund and was not given one. Additionally, when i called to get a refund i was laughed at in the background which i did not appreciate. terrible first experience.

I am a subscriber. I've always thought they were unfriendly, even though I only use it a few times a month. Also, often when drinks run out, they're not refilled. But today at 1 p.m., I visited Panera, and the door was locked. Then a staff member briefly opened the door, shouted "shutdown" loudly, and went in. Dozens of people had come for lunch and left with disappointed faces. There was no explanation anywhere about why they closed today, and no notice about the shutdown. When I called later to inquire, they angrily said it was due to personal reasons. Panera headquarters needs to know how little consideration this place has for its customers. There's a lot of room for improvement.

Other reviews are correct. Horrific customer service. Ordered a Caesar Salad with no chicken. Got home and there’s no croutons either. It’s just lettuce in the bowl. I’m pregnant and can’t eat much because I’m constantly nauseous, so yes. I want my croutons. I need the extra calories and filler where I can get it. Had to call three times before anyone answered so I could even make sure they would still be open before I made the drive back. Woman who answers finally just says “Hello?” told her I was there earlier and what the problem was. Her response? “Well you’ll have to come get them.” Very shortly. No sorry, nothing. When i tried to confirm what time they close (I do not live close by) no response. I can hear the kitchen noise in the background. I know the lines still connected. Said “hello?” A few times. No responses. Hung up and headed that way. Girl behind the counter was nice at lease. Had pink in her hair I think. She should probably be the one telling the others what customer service looks like. Editing to add when I got home (again) to finally eat my salad the two cups of dressing I had been given were barely 1/4 off the way full. Thankfully I had my own dressing as well, but still, come on.

My veggie sandwich had brown lettuce. My brownie was missing from my order. No one answers the phone when I tried to call for a reimbursement for the missing brownie. I was deeply disappointed. I've been craving this sandwich as a reward for a difficult week. Panera let me down.

Service at drive thru in College Station is awful. It takes forever to take an order, then they have more attitude when it comes time to pay. Finally, getting the order to me is a challenge. They are unfriendly and seem like they don’t want to be there

Worst Panera I’ve ever been too. Generally Panera bread is even better than chick-fil-a in attitude and service. This one is feels like it’s staffed by an old Wendy’s personnel. They have messed up my order several times and this time they forgot a soup, forgot to put chipotle sauce on the chipotle and chicken melt, forgot to put parmesan bites on the chicken sandwich, only filled the salad bowl to half full, gave us half as many silverware as the items required and were out of avocado (everything on the menu has avocado).. the ingredients were still delicious but this place is poorly managed. I would have filled out the survey on the receipt… but was not given a receipt either..

As i waited for 2 minutes at the empty cashier near the pastries, i watched 4 workers who were working at the other end of the counter. They all saw me waiting and never acknowledged me. I noticed a kiosk, so i gave out a try. The scanner was inoperative on the credit card swipe, so i moved to another machine. This one worked, so i ordered and waited a couple of monies. There is no information on how to get coffee here. I picked up my wrap and had to ask how to get the coffee i ordered. Proceeded to the coffee station, which was filthy. Sat down to eat and hot nothing but egg on the first bite or two, then nothing but avocado on the next two bites and then just chicken with sauce. I’ve never eaten at a Panera before this and probably won’t be going back. Terrible experience, but it could have been good.

Really disappointed....I chose your store for a reward breakfast for my team and part of my order was left off....that's not the problem....the problem is I not only have the inconvenience of a missing items on my order but also when I call to simply get a refund I'm told I have to come back to the store to get anything done about it....never asked my name....just asked ...should I add your name to the board? I'm a manager for another local store and had a tremendous amount of catering so returning was not an option.....maybe something can be done to make fixing YOUR mistake more customer friendly.

Ordered duet was given pick 2 huge difference in price. My broccoli cheese soup had a big piece of plastic paper took it back in said I just wanted a different soup. Mgr gave no apology did not even offer a cookie or anything not that I wanted it but just the offer would have been nice. But NEVER AGAIN Panera paid over 14 for half a sandwich cup of soup and an over priced tea.

I was in drive thru Ten Minutes until closing time 9pm and I was told there WERE not taking no more orders. There was one vehicle in the drive thru. I was wanting ONE item ONLY. I called the store and ask why they didn't take my order because I was there before closing time. The guy on the phone said the had a big 120.00 Dollar order. So If I was ordering 120.00 worth of food, then my order might have been took? because it was worth it. Point is you stay open like the time says and don't tell your customer some excuse for not taking his order. I really Love Panera Bread, after I rushed across town to get there before closing time, just to hear this was a punch in the STOMACH. I WONT BE BACK FOR A WHILE. NO EXCUSES. One Item, I could have waited NO PROBLEM.

It was my first time eating at this establishment and I would give it a 1 out of 10 experience. First of all they charged me for a large drink and gave me a small, “because it was the last of the tea” . Instead of asking me would I like something else or charge me for a small. When I returned to the window they asked me did I want a different drink, I replied no and then she was about to shut the window until I said something about the charge . They did end up refunding me, but when I got home, the croutons were stale, the soup was thick and cold, the tea was unsweet . I tried calling the establishment numerous of times and no answer . I will not be returning again, a complete waste.

The service here is some of the worst. Very rude, act very bothered you’re there to order in the first place, and unapologetically slow. They often leave items out of my order entirely that I was charged for. I love any other Panera I’ve ever been to and really love their menu so I have given this location so many tries in hopes something may change or be different. Not yet…. Not yet

Disappointing and will not return. Just ordered drive thru for a bunch of food menu and an iced latte. When we picked up our food the staff forgot the iced latte, and what we got in a bit after she came back was a very WARM coffee with melted ice. There was almost no ice left. The latte also didn’t taste right - I’m pretty sure the staff just poured some milk in regular hot brewed coffee (instead of espresso) in this plastic cup based on the taste and temperature. What a shame - disappointed as a 10 year loyal customer to panera. This is the end.

We had catered soup and salad and had it delivered to our office. I had it set to deliver between 11:30-11:45. Our office is less than 5 minutes from Panera Bread. They deliver guy called me at 11:45 saying he is 10 minutes away... I waited outside to pick it up for 20 minutes before that calling again. The food did not get delivered until 12:10... Almost 30mins after I asked for the LASTEST time to be delivered. The soup was unfortunately cold and had to be reheated. We will not be ordering or catering from here again. Very disappointed.

Now don’t get me wrong. I loveeee Panera, but this location has to be the worst I’ve gone to. Most times I spend 30-40 minutes in the drive thru which is an insane amount of time when I’m the only one in line. I don’t go at rich times either. The service is essentially nonexistent. The workers are never doing anything except standing around chatting or scrolling on their phones. I’ve finally given up on this location after I went a few days ago and couldn’t even get them to take my order. I sat at the speaker for 20 minutes trying to be patient but eventually drove off. There was NO ONE in line and the parking lot was nearly empty. This location is causing Panera to lose money out of pure laziness. It’s sandwich, not a soufflé. I’m not asking for the moon and stars. I just want to eat 😭

We ordered the French onion soup and a beef steak sandwich The sandwich was ok but the soup was terrible. Tasted like it had vinegar in it. We couldn’t eat it. I remember when Panera was a really good place to eat. My son had warned us but we didn’t listen.

Very disappointed in this panera bread. Stopped by on Sunday, on our way home to houston. Difficulty using the tablet to order, long line to order. Finally got our food and the French onion soup had a odd taste. Trying to return it or just get something else was also a nightmare (was told manager was to busy to talk with me). Will stop somewhere else in the future. Your franchisees need help!!

I ordered (2) french onion soup delivered, and received something that more resembled chile. It must have the bottom of the soup as it tasted burned. I tried to call numerous times, and no one answered.

There are multiple workers here that are very disrespectful and nasty, one girl there has smelled like cat pee and BO, i have heard workers talking trash about other employees and customers, do not go here, the staff is very disrespectful!

Panera Bread - COLLEGE STATION I order cookies for my customers - give out a nice box of cookies in an office. This pb location informs me after I am there to pick up 10 boxes of a dozen cookies - this Panera doesn’t have boxes ! I used their pb app with all details of the box needs! I use Panera in all my work locations / cities, so I know they have boxes!! And this location isn’t making all Panera type cookies! Instead I have some iced cookies mixed in there ?? Maybe leadership reads these reviews and can save this P B location !! When I see things like the other reviews here in this site it usually shows and this time it does for sure !! Again I’m in Panera Bread locations every day of the week some weeks! I know when a location is being run well in the first 2 minutes I’m in the store !!! This one is definitely a 1 star location. Usually is a inexperienced manager it seems. They can’t understand customer service and attention to details !!

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Panera Bread was quite disappointing. The service was slow and lacked the friendliness I used to expect from this place. The atmosphere felt a bit chaotic and not as cozy or inviting as it once was. What was most disheartening is how much the food quality has gone down. Ingredients didn’t feel fresh, portions seemed smaller, and the overall taste just wasn’t up to Panera’s usual standards. It’s sad to see such a great spot lose its charm. I hope they take the feedback seriously and make some much-needed improvements, both in service and in bringing back the quality they were once known for.

I ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches through DoorDash from Panera. I live 2 minutes up the road and this is what I got. I Went through the drive through and I was told it was undercooked and the cheese was supposed to be melted. They didn’t have anymore regular bread and I could not get anything else as a courtesy. If I wanted any substitutions/refunds it had to go through DoorDash. I understand that but it’s the principle.

Poor pickup service, I ordered two meals, specifically one half sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup and one half sandwich with tomato soup, upon getting the bag, first, the utensils were missing, then the tomato soup was missing as was the free side associated with that soup, and the broccoli cheddar soup was clearly not fresh, the sandwiches were mediocre at best, this location needs to get it together. Very disappointing experience

Poor service with an attitude. I went there with my son. Ordered a you pick 2 and 2 slices of cranberry orange slice. The cranberry orange slices were just above freezing. I asked the hostess if they can warm it up. She was rude and told me to heat it up in a microwave in the front. I opened the microwave and it was nasty. The worst panera I have ever visited.

SERVICE SUCKS, charged us for extra bread and didn’t ask if we wanted a drink with our meal, then tried to give us chicken noodle soup which we did not order, THEN argued with the other employees while doing drive to where we could hear over the speaker.

Do not buy the sip club if this is your primary location. They put their hot water (for making tea, literally one of the only reasons to buy the sip club) up WAYYY too early. They used to put it up at 8PM, an hour before they close, but now it’s at a point where I go in at 5 PM right after school and the water is already gone. It’s honestly not worth having to ask, especially when I have to wait at the counter for 10 minutes before someone helps me, which is surprisingly frequent. Also the employees 9 times out of 10 are rude. Maybe that’s why they only do online orders instead of helping people at the counter. I hope this review results in change, because this is honestly unacceptable as a customer.

It was our first time there and unfortunately I wasn't impressed. I made up my mind and I ordered half a sandwich, which I told the cashier twice, I asked what brand of coffee they served and she didn't know,I asked her if she ever made coffee and she said no. She had an attitude which usually I don't care about but when the other girl brought our order, she had ordered me a full size sandwich. I saw the cashier bring the order out for other customers but not to us. I'm guessing because she knew what she did, on purpose, and she knew I would send the order back. My friend that was with me didn't tell me that she had charged him for 2 full sandwiches. Until it was on the table. We won't be going back to that same store anytime soon and will put out the word of her lack of intelligence and bag attitude. This was after 2p.m. Today.

Terrible service from drive through, inside kiosk was sticky and felt terribly unclean. Terrible atmosphere, very disappointing because I usually love Panera, I won’t be coming to this location ever again. Didn’t even get food, McCalisters is just a better choice

We entered the store at 8:23pm and we were told that they will not allow us to eat inside and take out is only available. Google says that they are open till 9pm. Bad customer service and food quality was not good too.

I ordered a soup and half sandwich here at the university location today in college station.. I ordered drive thru pickup. Once I got to the window I was never greeted, I was just stared at so I ended up saying im here to pick my order. The drive thru worker hands my food out and slammed the window.. There was a bug in my food and a random piece of pineapple that wasn’t supposed to be there. I went back to get my money back and they acted annoyed like I was an inconvenience. While I was waiting for my refund I saw an employee being rude to a customer because she wasn’t speaking loud enough. Nasty establishment!

If you are ordering online for pickup pay special attention! I usually don’t review but I not only got ripped off, the staff was extremely rude. I ordered a bread bowl with chicken noodle online for drive thru pick up. When I got to the drive thru the individual did not greet me just simply said “you’re going to have to wait”. After that ordeal, I get home and find a cup of soup and three baguettes. I paid $8.97 for the bread bowl and a bowl of chicken noodle. The cup is $6. I’m not driving back to this place for $2 but I also want people to know that they are ripping people off and don’t even have a decent customer service. Receipt for proof!

Customer service is horrendous. It was my first time having Panerabread and I am never coming back. We ordered online and they most likely gave the order to the wrong person (when I got there, my order was nowhere to be found despite getting a message that it was done). The workers never ask if you need help, they tend to ignore you unless you really make it a point in asking for help. I was told to wait 5-10 more minutes for my order when I first arrived (since the kitchen never "put it out")-- which I patiently did. I was courteous and never really pushed my order since Ive worked in the restaurant industry before; I tried to ask an older lady worker if they could check up the order since the order was supposed to be done 20 minutes ago, only for her to roll her eyes and shut me down, saying that "It's busy. Go sit down and wait". Thus, even if they do acknowledge you, their tone is very disrespectful (am I customer paying for you to treat me like some dog?); if you don't like working there, no one is forcing you to. The manager ended up redoing the order for me since someone must've gave my order away. I ended up waiting for an hour for mediocre food despite having placed it ahead of time. Guess what? They forgot 2 sandwiches. Family pack was $33 and supposed to feed a family of 4. Attached a photo, "that" is worth $33? I could make a salad and some sandwhiches for way less. Expensive and not worth it, waste of time. Just a warning to anyone who wants to go.
