Favorite “fast casual” restaurant of mine and my family. We’ve enjoyed their food for more than 15 years now. Very consistent flavor and quality, a little pricey lately to eat there more often, but being part of their unlimited sip club has been very convenient!
The sandwiches introduced with the new era at Panera are just a delight. We love the coffee, of course, and the food is always good. As Panera expands to new locations, we hope it continues to maintain its existing ones with continued support.
more expensive than I thought it would be. Mac and cheese spot on! Pizza not as good. My mom loved the taste of the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. She had to go back and ask for bacon they forgot it. Other than that all was good. The atmosphere kind of seemed like a cafeteria.
This location is brand new and it is so beautiful. I did not interact with anybody who actually worked there but the cashier seemed very sweet. I utilized the ordering system on the computer screens when you first walk in. It was very easy and my order was ready really quick. The food here is so yummy! I love literally everything on the menu. I’m a huge fan of Panera.
My experience at Panera Bread locations are always good. Clean seating area and rest room, pleasant staff, and tasty food. I always appreciate being able to “camp out” there to study or work. Many tables have power outlets nearby. Next time you’re there, try a half ice tea, half strawberry mint lemonade, and two pumps of the sweetener. Really delish!
Ever since I moved to Dallas, I’ve made Panera bread my go to restaurant. I absolutely love the sip club and I’m a huge hot tea lover. It’s always a pleasure to see I received a free pastry or cookie! Im a professional Uber chauffeur, so I’ve visited practically every Panera bread surrounding Dallas and Fort Worth. I always tell my Uber customers about Panera Bread and the sip club and how it’s definitely a great idea. I have my favorite stores and then my not so favorite, usually it’s the store’s location and heavy traffic pattern that sways my decision to stop. Even still every Panera Bread I’ve walked into has been professional and upbeat. I’ve never felt overlooked, neglected or just plainly rejected like I have experienced at some other restaurants. Customer service of Panera Bread, all of them, awesome! My favorite store is Panera bread on LBJ Freeway in Coppell. Best location, easy to get in and out, close to the airport, highways are not bad, even at peak hour. Celia is always there, greeting me and everyone with a smile, she knows my name and even my phone number. The quality of service and the quality of the foods has never been an issue. Honestly I can say I’ve never had a bad experience visiting Panera Bread. Thank you guys for being there!
The service was really good especially the manager. The chicken avocado was good and had good protein. And the muffin was delicious
Husband & I ate a late dinner. We ordered with an attendant who was very polite & helpful. We each ordered a hot sandwich with chips and dessert. The server kindly offered to box the dessert to take home. Husband ordered the BBQ chicken. I had the cheese steak. I took this photo of my cheese steak half way done with my meal. While there, an employee came through the dining room offering a choice of sample brownie or scone. Great visit. Will come back.

Quiet, self ordering kiosks OR live people and plenty of options for anyones dietary desires. There are plenty of wholesome comfort food selections and I felt I was being good with a salad that was filling and not too heavy. Will visit more in the future. Try the Spicy Thai salad and just avoid the cruchies.

The food is always good at Panera, and it's reliable that it'll be good. Our service experience was not as pleasant. When we walked into Panera this morning there was no one at the counter. We waited there for a few minutes. We asked if anyone was there, there was no response, so we proceeded to place our order in the service kiosk to the side. (We imagine that's what they do in the morning when it's not so busy). The restaurant is clean, and when we were greeted with our food, the staff were friendly.

My first time ordering from here, but I've heard good things about it. The order arrived quicker than I thought which was good, but the presentation left a lot to be desired. The food was good, but the bowl was not flat I'm the bag so my food was pushed to one side. The French Baguette was thrown in the bag without being wrapped in anything it was just laying on top of the bowl. I found that to be a problem because I'm use to bread being wrapped in something. I threw the bread away, buy the bowl was good. I'm going to order from here again, but I would recommend it to others.

I love this place with my heart but I'm not sure what the employees are doing anymore .. I've had a situation where they would make my breakfast sandwich and didn't put the egg in a situation where I had a breakfast sandwich and they didn't put the meat and the other night I had a situation where there was A couple ingredients missing on my steak asiago bagel. I keep coming back because I like them but I shouldn't have to give my food to them to add to the food.. they should always remake it and take the one I gave them and toss it out.. I don't know where customer service is going or attentiveness is going because there was no one in that drive-thru when I came up.

We went to the Panera at 635 in Coppell last week. None of our orders were what we wanted or complete due to a lack of inventory on their behalf. Three of my party had to choose different items at the pick-up window because they were out of an item or a key ingredient for the original order. The bread for my sandwich was stale and they did not have the garnish item for my order. I usually have no problems with Panera but will not return to this location.
Very disappointed in the quality of the food, we did the drive thru and got the Griiled cheese, mac n cheese, cheddar broccoli soup and a turkey avocado blt. Well only the soup was hot. The grilled cheese was hard and nasty avacado blt bread was old not fresh 3rd time in 3 weeks won't be doing Panera anytime soon!

This location doesn’t understand customer service. Online orders are 50% incorrect as they miss to make the correct order or miss to put a side. Most of the things here are out of stock. Today they are out of stock on all sides but wants to charge full amount for the meals. Their claim is sides are free! No business gives anything for free so stop fooling your customers. I love Panera bread but I have now started exploring McAlister’s more due to this.
A few months ago, I went through the drive thru and provided my rewards information to the attendant. I knew I had a reward and asked the attendant if my reward was applied to my order. The attendant outright lied to me about applying my reward as it was obvious on my receipt as well as the app still showing that I had my reward. Not sure why it would be something someone would lie about, but it sure makes me not want to return.
I have been coming to Panera bread from more than 10 years for soup. Today it was a big surprise that they have removed all vegetarian soup options. Panera is getting so unfriendly for vegetarians. They used have bean soup they removed it too. Now Garden veggies is also gone and in tomato soup they are now adding chicken broth. They used to have pesto veg pasta too that was removed 2 years back. Having no soup option for vegetarians is so inconsiderate for a huge chain like Panera.
Longest wait ever. Food was cold like cold cold. My grilled cheese was so poorly packaged it was insane. Never coming back. Service was bad literally was in the drive through for like 20mns. Worst $10 spent. So mad I could’ve gone to cava
While the timing was great and the food came correctly, the staff incorrectly gave us the wrong drink. We had to order food for delivery so we couldn’t go in person to make sure everything we ordered was correct. Actually read your orders. I ordered a mango yuzu citrus charged lemonade which is almost $5 and you gave an iced unsweet tea. Like seriously? You were so bossy you couldn’t get a drink right? Don’t take orders and handle food off you can’t get the drinks right. I’m dried you got the food correct.
Walked in and the fountain drinks were not ready all empty asked one of workers if they'd be filled and she stated it would be 20 minutes. Then me and my husband were looking for somewhere to sit and saw several tables and booths were not cleaned we had to clean the area we were sitting at ourselves. Then we got an alert that our food was ready but still had to wait 10 minutes more after the alert for our food. they didn't give us our bread nor silverware. And still after 20 minutes the fountain tea drinks were not made . I chose this location because it is a new location and wanted to upgrade from my usual place but unfortunately my usual place looks out dated but I always get a good serving of what I order.
I've never had an issue with this place until two days ago. There was a very rude member of the staff. she was extremely rude and usually everyone is very nice but she was screaming NO! Bad service. It makes me not want to come here again
Ordered from this location for the first time for a business meeting. I ordered a mix of salads and sandwiches for fifteen people. There were two sandwiches missing. When I called them I was told it would be thirty to forty fives minutes before they could have them delivered. Of course this wouldn't work, its a business meeting! I was told that was the schedule from Doordash and they didn't control that. I asked why someone from their store couldn't bring the missing items to me and was told they didn't do that. Horrible customer service and I see by the reviews it is an ongoing issue. Will not order here again!
I ordered salad from this place in the lettuce was bad. I called them. They told me to bring back and they replaced that salad with strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. I think they don’t want to throw the lettuce and the blueberry was also spoiled. I think they at least bothered while making a salad if the lettuce is bad or any ingredients are not good. They don’t want to throw. Just want to make the salad just like that and throw on the customers face I think I’ll be never be back to this place
Got a to go order for a chicken pesto dipper, which is supposed to come with tomato soup. My order did not include any soup. This is the second time this Panera location has messed up my order and I don't think I will be coming back.

I ordered their new chipotle chicken avocado melt. Which only had one slice of avocado on it which is weird since that seems to be one of the main parts of it... The chicken was also very dry which they try to cover up by putting an overwhelming amount of chipotle mayo on it. My meal was about $13 and I only got a few bites of salad and a chipotle mayo sandwich.
Tried the frozen chocolate cold brew a couple of times. Today I ordered 3 of them for my team, and they all tasted sour and bitter. No sweetness at all unlike the previous ones we had from this location and other Panera restaurants. We went back to the place and let the staff know, only to hear that they have a quality control team that checks expiration for every item and that the cause of the sour taste in the drinks was probably the “bittersweet” chocolate. From the looks of it, the whipped cream was chunky and did not mix with the cold brew at all. So I’d assume that the whipped cream or the brew had gone bad. They did end up giving us a refund, but since ordering the same food from the same place would result in same product, we decided to go to a different nearby Panera (7600 N MacArthur Blvd Suite 100, Irving, TX 75063). Ordered same drinks aaaand they are sweet. Not sour at all. The stubborn look on the staff’s face basically motivated me to write this review. Maybe when a customer says the food/drink is bad, you should apologize first instead of putting the guilt on us as if we don’t know what “bittersweet” cholcolate tastes like. Almost gave us food poisoning with whatever was spoiled in the drinks. P.S. they also forgot straws at the drive thru when we ordered drinks
