months ago, when car-side free pizza was available few times they were never able to deliver by 2min xD and I never got free pizza(app showing its delivered). But i understand its busy and due to parking problem. now I never do car side just go in. I love dominos and they got great deals. Considering working situation, I think Staffs are kind, doing there best and hard working.😊

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I order from this Domino’s almost every single week and we love this location so much. We will never go anywhere else. The handmade pan pizza is absolute fireee. I usually do pick up and carry out orders but the few times we did a delivery order we had only pleasant experiences. The pizza is always fresh and delicious, the service is always kind and courteous and quick. We love you Domino’s on Magnolia!

Due to me picking up the wrong pizzas, she apologized and right away, re-did my order; she was very friendly and went out of the way to make sure I was a happy customer.
As far as pizza places go, I think Dominoes is the best national chain. They seem to have better quality ingredients than their competitors. I like this store because they are very fast and the people working their are friendly.

I just want to take a moment to recognize the incredible teamwork I witnessed yesterday. The employees were working endlessly to get all the pizza orders out in a timely manner. Despite being slammed with around 200 orders, they stayed positive, communicated with one another, helped customers coming through the door, answered phones, and kept deliveries moving. The teamwork and dedication inside that Domino’s were phenomenal — everyone was doing their part and supporting one another. A big shoutout to the manager and the entire crew who worked that night. Your hard work does not go unnoticed — you all did amazing! 👏🍕

I order from this location all the time. The food is always great. However they are often late, but if they are they will work with you on the price if they are. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is that they are consistently late. However this one of the best dominos i have ever ordered from.

Kinda sad I understand everyone wants to get off on time but.. a job is a job if I can still order up to 15 -30 before closing why not I get off of work late... Food was about on par with Domino's quality and the store itself is clean enough (I enjoy the newer aesthetic they have going on with the "watch us make your food" gimmick). The issue I have with this particular establishment is the staff doesn't seem to care. My order was supposedly completed and "ready for pickup" but I still had to wait 10 minutes or so for my order to be brought up to the counter after paying. C-
Ok it was busy. But a customer came in had ordered online like me. Her order wasn't ready. She asked how much longer. 10 to 15 minutes more. A worker in the back stated, " It's superbowl what do you expect? Hhhhmmm I told the girl at the counter, we expect our order ready when YOU say. I couldn't get his name. The girl said, she was new.
Pizza is always good and satisfying however... I sat waiting for my order this evening listening to the manager treat her workers like dogs in stead of running them like a team. Amazes me that half or more of the staff doesn't just walk out. No way I would let anyone micro-manage and speak to me the way she speaks to her teammates on a busy Friday night.
This place is a mess. It seems to be a semi busy Sunday night but they are all over the place. I placed a carry out order and arrived upon notification that my order was ready. When I checked in the store, they said it was just coming out. Ok… I thought it was ready? After waiting for about 5 mins I ask again and come to find out they lost my pizza! So they go to remake it, but the gentleman that was helping me was clocking out just after putting it in the oven. No one has taken over making sure my order is getting done and out to me in a timely manner. Meanwhile I watch several delivery drivers come in and discuss who is taking one order and everything seems very haphazard. Where is the manager running this place? Also it’s worth noting the phone was ringing off the hook the entire time I was sitting there and no one answered it. I had two different people ask me again what the name on my order was and check on it with no results. My pizza finally comes out of the oven and they still aren’t able to identify it as the one they remade for me. There was a lot of “I’m sorry” but no offers to help remedy the situation or make up to me the extra 20 minutes I spent waiting for pizza. I finally walked out of the store at 8:05 PM after receiving an alert my pizza was ready at 7:37. It will be a long time before I order from here again.

Called the direct line and waited 20 min the first time, called back to try to get to a live human being, they transferred me to the location (because they use an amswering service). Waited another 10 minutes. Called again and tried to get someone to place my order they transferred me to the location a second time...Waited 15 minutes and ended up driving to the location while I was still on hold. 45 total minutes on the phone. I thought maybe the building burned down o maybe there was a line out the door...but nope there are 7 people working here tonight. And the phone is ringing non stop. Not one person answering to at least let the customer know they are busy and to please hold. I complained about this to no avail. Waiting another 10 to 15 minutes for a replacement pizza
Every time I order, it’s either incorrect or they forget part of it and offer a dominos credit instead of bringing me the correct order or my money back. Surprisingly today was time efficient, not surprisingly it’s incorrect. I asked for extra sauce, they gave me barely any and extra cheese. Two days ago they brought extra of the wrong sauce, one that I’m actually allergic to. Before that it took over an hour and a half. It never ends.

Placed a large order online (order #3341)with someone in my party needing a gluten free pizza, checked out with no issue. Picked up the order and returned home. My guest states that the pizza is not gluten free. So, I call the store asking them to correct it. The employee states they cannot since I ordered online. I ask for the manager who starts to tell me I must have messed up the online order. I said Im online now placing the same order and there is nothing stating that I can only place a small gluten free pizza order. He says "I'm at work and don't have time to deal with this". I said excuse me? and he hangs up on me. I call back and ask for the manager. The employee then hangs up on me. I call again and get the manager. Ask for his name. He refuses to give it to me and said that he would help me if I listened, so I did. He again goes into the whole you messed up the order- I state I know you don't control the website but it does not state what you are saying how are you going to correct this? He says "I don't have to" Its your fault. If you want to pay for another pizza I can make that for you. I state what about this $17.50 single pizza I ordered that was not gluten free. He said he couldn't do anything and to call corporate. So I proceed to place an order (order #3852) as he instructs to feed my hungry guest. 30 minutes later he cancels this new order? Seriously this is crazy! Do not give this franchise your business! I will be addressing this with corporate tomorrow. This incident happened on 5/15/22 between 7-8pm. We will get this issue with this "Manager" taken care of so he can hopefully get some customer service training. Unbelievable.
Really bad customer service and management. Ordered 3 pizzas online and got the notification that the order was completed and ready to be picked up. I arrived to get the order and was told that it was still in the oven, which wasn’t a big deal. After being asked 3-4 times by employees for the name of my order and all repeating that the order was still in progress, I assumed it was just busy and that the customer service was pretty good. After waiting about 30 mins I was asked again by an employee who went and grabbed my order right off the shelf. It had been sitting there the whole time, and multiple people checked the boxes and walked away. The employee that did get the order just said “here you you go” and walked away ignoring me asking her about being served everything cold. Never was offered a refund or anything else. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
Ordered dinner for the family and 1 of 2 pizzas and 1 of 2 brownie desserts were missing. When I called, the managers response via the poor guy on the phone was I could only get a store credit instead of getting the missing items delivered. Um. I have a family to feed. So you give me store credit and I just go online and order the items again?? From that point they put me on hold. 45 minutes later, I am still on hold as I write this. I bet they are not coming back on the line. Ugh. Thanks alot!!
One of the worse customer service experiences I Habs had in a long time. Our order was messed up from an online order. The wrong pizzas was given to us. Went online to claim the items incorrectly and the offer online did not match what we ordered. I attempted to call the store directly and was on hold once for 30 min, hung up called back and they rudely didn’t say anything but put me on hold again. 1 hr of being on hold and they hung up on me .. not a conversation to remedy the error on Dominos part
BRIAN the store manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered my pizza at 5:45 and was notified by the app at 5:54pm that my order was ready. I arrive at 6pm and the representative told me my order was not ready and that it would take 10mins. I spoke to Brian at 6:15pm to express my concern about my order and he said he was busy. Further, I aaked for a discount to whick he said yes and upon paying at the cashier he said he could not extend a discount and that I would have to pay in full for an order that was not ready as notified. Brian, refused to extend a discount and after having a conversation on his poor skills he gave me a 20% discount. Juan, another customer, stated that they made a mistake on his order and had to wait an additional 10mins. He also indicated that this always happens. I have contacted corporate about this issue. CUSTOMERS, DO NOT COME HERE. BAD SERVICE. GO TO PIZZA HUT, NEVER A BAD EXPERIENCE.
If I could give a 0 or lower I would. Had a 2nd bad experience and the manager (Brian) made it abundantly clear that he didn't care that they messed up my order, charged me for something I didn't get, or that I has to drive back to get what they didn't give me. Your would think that they could order right with overn7 people working there. However with a manager like that I am not surprised at the ineptness.
Waited over 2 hours for our delivery that was less than 1 mile away from the store to finally be told they canceled our order. We kept checking the tracker after it said it was being prepared for 50 minutes and noticed suddenly the tracker didn’t have any updates anymore, but my order was still in place and nothing had been refunded. We thought maybe they were on their way since there was a notice saying not all delivery persons have a tracker and it was a weekend so they must be busy, so we waited another 30 minutes..nothing. At this point it’s over 2 hours from when we ordered, every other place was closed to even get food somewhere else, so we tried calling the first few times and no one answered. The 4th call a guy finally answered only to be told “WE’RE CLOSED” and hung up on us without even getting a word in!! My husband ended up driving to the store to see wth was up with them and they were in fact NOT closed, still had drivers coming back from deliveries and they told him that they had canceled our order because there was a car accident that couldn’t let them get to our place so they just decided to cancel our order without telling us. They then finally told us they’ll refund our order but would take 3-5 business days. Which all seems like some BS since there’s multiple streets to get to our house and they couldn’t go around it if there was in fact an accident? Or at least call or send a message to let us know instead of wasting our time? OR maybe answering the phone and letting the other person speak?? Would I not have gotten a refund if we didn’t go down there to speak to an actual person? Not that they care if we don’t order from here again (which we won’t) but for others definitely stay away from this location!
I ordered three pizzas a couple days ago and they arrived late and cold. I called the store to tell them what happened and the so-called manager was being very rude and ended up hanging up the phone on me. I called again a couple more times to get the number for the store owner or the corporate office, but he refused to cooperate or even give us him name when we asked for it, (it turns out his name is Brian) and instead implied that we were going to threaten him. All I wanted was a refund and what could've gone smoothly turned out to be inappropriate behavior from an employee. I've made a complaint to corporate already. I'm so done with place. I'll order from Papa John's next time.
Horrible service during delivery, ordered a couple pizzas to be delivered to my job, i specifically said for them to hand deliver/ call upon arrival. Once delivery guy arrived & went through security gate, security notified me, I went down to meet up with the delivery person to not find anyone around and no clue to where my pizza's were, tried contacting the store and no one ever answered. Finally I find my pizza's on the floor, stale & cold. Definitely will not purchase from here again, sucks I even gave a tip & driver did not follow directions.
Placed an order for cheesy bread to be picked up. Website said Brian started making it at 5pm. We arrived after the website said the order was ready for pick up, and the first employee said they don't see the order must be in the oven & to wait 5 minutes. After waiting, another employee said they're still in the oven to wait another 5 minutes. The order was marked as completed on the website during this time. After waiting again, the manager, Brian, said he didn't have the order & that it hadn't been made, but he could make it now. Waste of our time, and won't return to this location.
Made online order on 7/7/21 at 11:06 PM. Got 2 missed calls when I walked away from phone at 11:10 PM. I came back saw the missed calls and called back at 11:13 PM. Some female answered. I asked if they needed anything. The female asked for my number. I gave it to her. She was surprised. She said the delivery would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I said “ok”. She said “it’s company policy to cancel orders if you don’t answer”. Highly doubtful, I paid for my order online. Company policy to cancel my online order after 2 missed calls with no voicemail to let me know she cancelled my order. Sound like you have an irresponsible young woman working there. This place should not have immature people working for them. Customer orders and pays for their food. Customer expects food. “Young lady” called twice, leaves no message, and when a return phone call is received 3 minutes later, expects a paycheck for being lazy. Horrible service at this location. Go somewhere else.
Very poor service today. Order was delayed so much and online order status doesn’t even match the actual status. After waiting outside for nearly 35 minutes from the time the app said order is ready. After getting home found the pizza was dry with hardly anything cooked properly(waste of money). There are enough staff inside to get it ready, but they keep asking about order name over and over and never give you a clear answer when your order is coming. Good luck waiting outside. Never going back to this place.
Just ordered a cheese pizza and half chicken from this location the pizza was ordered at 12:30 and was delivered at 1:30 it arrived cold and stale I called right back to the store the manager which would not give me his name would not return the pizza or give me a refund instead he was insisting! That the pizza is fresh it was an hour old and it is" fresh ".. I asked him to come pick up the pizza so he could see it for his self instead he gave me a smart remark. (( I quote he said I can't see the pizza through the phone I can't see it how am I going to see)).. I told him to pick it up and he refused to come see the pizza for his self instead he just kept replying it's fresh it's fresh it's fresh.... But it's okay he did Not! give me a refund or deliver a New Fresh pizza, but I called to corporate who indeed gave me my refund!
Worst experience ordering a pizza ever. My wife ordered a pizza and it never showed up. When we called to see what the problem was they kept us on hold for 20 minutes, when they finally answered they offered us store credit with no refund. I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't Soo expensive for cheap pizza... Unacceptable
I just ordered a sausage, bell pepper and onion pizza from my Dominoes. It has been YEARS since I've eaten pizza here. I am now reminded of why I won't be back. It was the most tasteless pizza and the toppings were minimal at best. I should have a taken a pic to support my post. There are way too many pizza places in 92881 to get pizza. Don't waste your money here. Sorry Dominoes, this store blew it. Frozen pizza is far better and I won't eat that either.
I ordered 2 of the new cheesy breads, pasta bowl, and a thin pizza. The cheesy bread and the pasta bowl were grossly undercooked and had raw dough in the middle. The pizza was cold, as it was cooked first and left sitting out. the food was gross and when i called the manager he would not deliver a new order. He only offered me a $5 credit. I had to call the corporate office to get a full refund. The managers are rude, and the food is undercooked and gross. Call Grazianos instead, better food and service!
They completely messed up our order. First the guy on the phone told me that they no longer make the Philly cheesesteak pizza, which is what we get all the time from a different location. So Then we ordered two Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza's and he tried to charge us $35 when this qualified as the two medium two topping deal going for five dollars each. Then after getting off the phone and checking online to verify that they do still make a Philly cheesesteak pizza, I called back and he didn't even put in the two orders for Hawaiian pizzas correctly he put them in as pepperoni.They did not offer any credit or even an apology. Then told us it was gonna take 50 minutes for it to come from right down the street. Complete incompetence and rude! If I could put negative stars I would just for customer service haven't even tasted the pizzas yet.
I placed an order 5 minutes before 12am on their website for the corona location. The website said they will still make the order but the manager called and said they can’t because they don’t have enough drivers and that they already shut everything down. I know that you the you are not Suppose to shut down and cleaning down the Store until store hours are over..I haven’t eaten all day and that was all I wanted. Find another job if you can’t even make one more Pizza. False Advertising. I’m absolutely disappointed. Good Management for the closers at the corona dominoes location. I ordered my pizza at 11:33 am. I was tracking my pizza and the tracker said the driver left at 11:55. By 12:33 there was still no sign of my pizza so I contacted the store. After being put on hold for almost 10 min I finally explained the situation to a woman and she then told me that I can't go based off what the tracker says. Um... wasn't the whole point of the tracker to check the progress of the order? And I guess she completely ruled out the fact that the estimated delivery time states 19-29 min and it was already over an hour. My pizza finally arrived at 12:48 when the delivery driver called. Yes, she called and that was it. She DID NOT come to my door to deliver my pizza, I had to go to her car. And when I got to her car I had to stand there and wait for her to notice me because she was on her phone TEXTING. Everyone at this location was very UNPROFESSIONAL. From the woman I spoke to on the phone who didn't acknowledge the fact that they were late to the woman who delivered my pizza and was texting while she should be doing her job. I'm very disappointed in the service I received today.
Food arrived cold, delivery is slow, pizza is uncut and impossible to separate in to slices. The hot wings have no sauce on them and it took over 20 minutes to deliver after the driver left the store and I live across the street! Order somewhere else!
This place is terrible service and they treat their employees like dirt. Heard a female supervisor call one of the workers a horrible name. Second experience heard the same supervisor deny a worker to use the bathroom and told him if he needed to use the bathroom then he can use the one at home. He was actually sent home early because he needed to use the bathroom. This place is terrible. They need new management.
Man this store has gone downhill over the last 4 or 5 years. I walked in to get my carryout and while waiting a delivery driver came in and went straight to the cut table and started touching my food with his hands before washing them. The GM was a lady and she wouldn't give me her name. When I told her she told him to wash his hands and was very rude to me. I told her to just refund me and she offered my entire meal to the patron thar was being helped...very odd behavior. I have worked as a dominos driver before and my gm actually trained all employees to wash their hands when returning. Drivers can be picking their nose or butt in the car. To come back and start touching food with a lobby full of carry out is just insane. Gm was rude and I will not return. Haven't been back in years but thought maybe they had improved but I was wrong. It's sad. Service was great before. This store used to do 30k per week in sales. I'd be surprised if they are hitting 15k now with this service and leadership team
Completely incompetent. They have gotten my order wrong the past 2 times. This last time I called to kindly get a refund for the items missing and “no one is authorized to give refunds”. Get better pizza anywhere else.
I know now why is this location has so many bad reviews, because of the bad employees because Domino's quality is amazing. Either she should be disciplined or this is not the right job for her let her go. So we stopped by yesterday to get a pizza for my grandkids. I know what they like and there's no way I can do any mistakes in ordering. But on the other side if there's only one employee she's taking the orders, she's making the pizzas, she's on phone with somebody smiling giggling and talking, she gets disconnected and then again ask Siri to call somebody who just got disconnected. Things happens. So the only girl in the store, she came to the front to take my order and all of a sudden she said hang on, So I just was waiting for her to be ready and to my surprise she said sir you go ahead order or pick up. So I guessed that she was asking the person to hang on on phone. Anyways so I ordered and I asked for the receipt because I was unable to make a order through my app which was not given to me. I think it was a rush time around 5:00 p.m. so she was very busy delivering the pizzas and making the pizzas & and talking on phone. So after waiting for 20 minutes My pizza was handed over to me and when I looked at it it was a thin crust instead of pan crust or thick one. I know what my kids like and how can I do that mistake But anyways. I told her that my order is done wrong to which she responded by raising her both hands sideways. And telling me twice that I ordered a thin pizza. I asked her if she can fix my order because my grandkids are not going to eat it. She did not answer anything she got frustrated because the call was interrupted and other pieces were on the conveyor in all stuff in total. When I asked her again my pizza be done again she did not answer and went back to the conveyor. I left the store with a screwed up order in my hand. I went to a nearby pizza store and got a thick one made for my grandkids. The $25 wasted was not happy about it but I gave that to one of the transients and he was happy. I checked under the receipt there was no name of the server it's only capital 'C' as her name. I just have a question I'm old man I don't argue but in United States in Domino's it happened for the first time when my order was done wrong and it was not redone or fixed. Mistakes happen but we all fix it. Miss C If you are the only one in the store and your country still talking on the phone of course you're going to do some mistakes but again you cannot be rude to the customer and show your back when they ask you to fix the order. I just want Domino's to train her better and let her read the fine lines where Domino's was supposed to fix my order as it was not done right because of her distraction. I know what I eat I know what my grandkids like I know what I always order from Domino's. So whoever is the manager at this location number #7852 magnolia Street Corona. Please let her take some rest because it appeared that she was too much engaged on the phone as you guys can check the cameras that she was until she talking with airpods. I'm adding a part of my receipt as the picture so you guys know exactly who the employee was. I'm not going to stop going to Domino's because we love Domino's but of course I will never ever ever go to this location spend some more money on gas and go to other location. I'll be available to talk and to confront this person because I don't want her to be on job with the same behavior and spoil other people's order and mood. Very unhappy but Domino customer from last 22 years.
I am not sure what happened to this place, but I am on my way for a refund. My daughters Philly cheesesteak sandwich had one thin slice of meat with a completely burnt bottom bread. I tried to split my chicken parm sandwich with her only to discover one thin piece of chicken on one half of the sandwich. Used to love getting food here but this will be my last. Update. No refunds. No empathy. Buyer beware.
Worst service in town. Ordered over 100 dollars worth a food and the delivery driver forgot my pizza. Called to have it redelivered and the phone rang for 30 minutes no answer. Went to store and spoke with manager was told by him the pizza cant refunded because the whole order has to be refunded. I asked for the owner or corporate and was told they don't have the numbers. I asked fir owners name and I was told "we can't give it out." Manager took my number and said the owner would call me been over a week and still no call. Dont go here just terribly run. I called the Domino’s Pizza place where I picked up our order and I asked them if they’ve changed the recipe on their pizzas. He said that they’ve done nothing different than before. I said I’m not really happy with the quality I received on this, is there maybe something you could do for me so I could place another order in the future and make up for this? He said no because technically the pizza is made as they’ve always made it there’s nothing wrong with the pizza because of that. I thanked him for his time and told him that I know what to do next. I am sorry but I cannot recommend pizza from this place at this time. I hope this is helpful.
not only was my order wrong... but I ordered for pick up on the app... then they refused to open the door to give me my pizza... so I had to call them and ask for it... it was already made so they should have put 2 and 2 together and realized I was there for the pizza...

Horrible customer service. Preordered 3 hrs ago and when I get to the spot at the time they haven't even started prepping the pizza when I ask the guy why my order isn't ready after standing there for 30 minutes Rogers response was it's because we prioritize people who ordered in person over other orders. Then when a pre order person comes to picks it up and tells you about it. Instead of prioritizing the order to get it done faster their response is get other orders done first. And give me excuses. Am done with Domino's! Lost a weekly 2 order customer!
We ordered online at 7:21. Food got here at 8:05. We call the store letting them know the driver did not bring the sauces we paid about 5 dollars for My fiance calls them and lets them know they forgot the sauces. A guy tells us he’s gonna get the driver to turn around and give us what we paid for. It is now 8:45 as im making this review. Like actually. What kind of service was this ? When I called to check and see if the manager had an eta over her own employees she was so quick to say “yeah have a good night “ after telling me the new driver (new driver ? I thought we were getting the original driver to just turn around down the street and give us the sauce ) would be dropping it off in 5 min (not actually tho because it was 15 min since I had called them ) If ur gonna run a business. Maybe don’t be rude. Plenty of people do their job just fine without these issues.also if your gonna continue to advertise. “We’re hiring “ actually hire people who can work. Ur 2nd driver was banging on the door like “an fbi agent “ as put by the whole family in the house. Maybe chill. Take a breather and if you can’t handle pizza delivery. Do something else ? Ur not forced to do this. Do anything else. I just wanted some dinner after working all day and I couldn’t even enjoy my food

Ordered my pizza online at 5:10pm did not receive it until 6:50pm. The order was wrong, pizza was cold. Called the store to talk to the manager, took 45min to get through. One employee put me on hold, had to call back. When I got through the next time and asked to speak to the manager, the employee said it's not a good time. Very poor customer service. I would recommend going with a local mom and pop shop. Worth the extra money. Very unhappy with the whole situation. 😞 The delivery driver seemed stressed out. Definitely need new management

I know now why is this location has so many bad reviews, because of the bad employees because Domino's quality is amazing. Either she should be disciplined or this is not the right job for her let her go. So we stopped by yesterday to get a pizza for my grandkids. I know what they like and there's no way I can do any mistakes in ordering. But on the other side if there's only one employee she's taking the orders, she's making the pizzas, she's on phone with somebody smiling giggling and talking, she gets disconnected and then again ask Siri to call somebody who just got disconnected. Things happens. So the only girl in the store, she came to the front to take my order and all of a sudden she said hang on, So I just was waiting for her to be ready and to my surprise she said sir you go ahead order or pick up. So I guessed that she was asking the person to hang on on phone. Anyways so I ordered and I asked for the receipt because I was unable to make a order through my app which was not given to me. I think it was a rush time around 5:00 p.m. so she was very busy delivering the pizzas and making the pizzas & and talking on phone. So after waiting for 20 minutes My pizza was handed over to me and when I looked at it it was a thin crust instead of pan crust or thick one.
