I got some if their spicy chicken and thamit it was juicy and a lill spicy and nit even greasy(awsome).

Hot fresh chicken and great customer service. They had a great special too.

Dropped in and made an order, at lunch time was out the door in 5 mins. Fast, friendly, and always fresh. One time they ran out of regular strips when I was there asked if I would take spicy, they doubled the order for me!

Family meal to go, yummy! Only thing I wish they would have gotten my okra in the order & not given me fries when I ordered mashed potatoes

They have great service, friendly, and pretty fast . I love the honey butter biscuits, my favorite.

Today it was actually good and fresh! It took a bit long to get our food but it was worth waiting for fresh chicken.

Their chicken is back to the great taste and quality it has always been. About two or three months ago they must have been using bad oil or I don't know what, but on three different occasions it tasted really bad. We tried once more and it's as good as always...

Who doesn't love Church's Chicken?!?! This is actually one of the better churches I've eaten at the ladies that were working but very kind and very prompt my food was actually hot very good chicken!!

Everytime we're in Corsicana we visit this Church's Chicken location! Our visit today 11/12/24 (around 1pm) was excellent! The lady at the front desk has amazing customer service skills. She greeted us upon entry and got our food ready really fast during our dine-in visit. She even took time to separate our spicy chicken from the regular chicken and put it in separate box for our toddler. The chicken was hot and fresh! The sweet tea was awesome! Love this place. Please keep up the great work guys! Thank you for your service yesterday!

The staff was wonderful. It gave such a small town vibe. The chicken as always was delicious and hot. Would definitely stop here again. The dining area is a small space, but convenient for a single or couple.

We hadn't had church's in awhile. It was soo delish!! The service was friendly and pretty fast. Chicken always takes a min., but ill wait a decent amount of time to make sure chicken is fresh and fully cooked! We had a family size meal. Fries, potatoes and poppers were just as delish. The chicken breast was so juicy and it was still hot from the time we received our order and made it 25 mins home.

Chicken thighs always good. Bigger than most other places, for much less cost.

9 out of 10 times this place is fantastic! Their wings are HUGE and so good! Don't forget to get extra honey biscuits!

I like Churches Chicken and the Cole slaw was crisp and fresh. Tried the Apple pie and was pleasantly surprised.

Whomever was the lady running the place Tuesday misunderstood my order, I go in the place and say my order is wrong and she try to tell me what I said and I'm knowing what I said cause of what I want. She wanted to argue, I just wanted my food. Come to find out they didn't have chicken strips and it was just a terrible interaction with who may have been the supervisor. Hope she not there again.

Church's Chicken is my go-to place for chicken in any city I'm at. I don't get much more than a 10 piece box. However, I did get the Chicken and Shrimp meal and sadly I have to say the Shrimp were small. But in all fairness, the meal was hot and tasty.

I always have a great experience here! Their sweet tea is so good! I always buy a gallon when I go. Food tastes fresh and good quality. Occasionally I get mediocre customer service but in most cases its excellent! I would very much recommend eating here. Affordable!

Very pleased with the remodel area they definitely needed it. I believe the chicken strip spicy was changed they did appear darker. The new ice lemonade peach wasn't very good I wasn't informed the drink needed to be stir either way my meal was served hot and fresh the bathroom smelled refreshing. Yes I would return if this kinda service continues

Food was ok but service was poor had to wait for about 25 min or longer to get our order.

3rd time visiting location and its 3rd time product not ready or not available. Always some issue. Staff never smiles or shows any desire to do their job. Won't visit again!

Service was excellent although we were not able to get white meat, but that's understandable due to all the craziness going on right now.

I used to go here all the time, great value. Unfortunately they discontinued my favorite menu item, the barbecue boneless wings.

Chicken tenders tasted hard fried. But they where fresh. Biscuits was hot and great!!

They never have white meat also do not honor the 3 piece dark special that is going on right now.generally I love Church's the long time employees are friendly.

I love churches and worked for them for about 6 years. I missed it enough to stay and still eat at this location. My only complaint was the floors was so greasy. Even another customer fell flat on her butt. And not one employee checked on her. All customers seemed to be more concerned.. kinda makes me say hhmm.

My son took me to churches for mother's Day dinner. Was told I had to wait 10 minutes for chicken strips. We got there as soon as they opened. I was watching the lady pull the chicken from the grease but she didn't fill my order so I waited a few more minutes and asked why was I still waiting for the chicken strips when she had just pulled them up. She said I'm sorry I didn't see them. But she was the one that pulled them out . I ordered an apple pie and when I get into it it was cold and doughy and had no filling. You could tell it was not fresh at all . I asked for a fresh one and had to wait 10 minutes or longer when she put the frosting on it she put it in the sleeve which melted all the frosting off. I worked for Church's Chicken for 3 years when I was in high school and they don't let the chicken marinate like they're supposed to the chicken strips were tough like they had been warmed over bad experience won't be going back. I hate to say it but the staff working there weren't friendly at all. My son got the three-piece dark and one piece of it was definitely darker than the other two pieces which told us that it had been warmed over and was not fresh. Sorry but you lost my business I will not be going back. By the way there was a sign on Windows saying no white meat but when I asked it was plenty of breasts and wings and I asked why was the sign still there and the girl just shook her head like she had no idea.

The chicken was fresh and delicious. Even though it was busy, we didn't have to wait long. It's a small building and you can tell it's older. I'm a stickler on restrooms and I feel like it could've been cleaner. The location is perfect for college students at the local college.

Service was very slow, waited at least 20 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me. No kind if dressing on my sandwich.. Asked for ketchup and got handed 1..

Both times I have went even after talking to a manager on the phone I have gotten poor food... and attitude

Chicken was burnt and had no seasoning and to think I waited 15mins for them to cook enough chicken for my order.

This was the filthiest restraunts I have ever been in. How they are still open is beyond me. I think it's pretty old and you can definitely tell. It needs an upgraded updated look. The food was not the best either. But the staff was really friendly.

Normally I love Churches, but tonight there was a plastic baggy stuffed in the bottom of our coleslaw. I went back and told the manager, and she didn't seem to concerned about it. Very disappointing visit.

I miss some of my stuff on my order and I paid almost $70 for it and I don't think nobody wants to go there cuz she's going to miss your order and if you don't have your stuff on your order you ain't getting it

When you accidentally give me double okra when I ordered mashed potatoes w gravy + a side of okra, I expect NOT TO BE CHARGED for the side I ALREADY PAID FOR originally when I drive back to your store.

I am so glad they allow you to Take out/ dine in now. Never was greeted and OMG, Dirty! Dining area was nasty. Employee cup everywhere in the work area. The young man who took my order was nervous but so kind. One staff stated they didn't have honey but the cashier found some for us and our poppers were cold. Hate they closed the one on Main @ Beltline in GP. 2stars for the cashier that took my order and location.

The food was good and it was fresh, however it took a long time for them to prepare it and it wasn’t very busy. The dining area was filthy and it was well past lunch, I would have thought somebody would have tidied up. We also were told the tenders would come with gravy. In both of our meals there was no gravy and the biscuits were very hard. We also didn’t receive any napkins or spoons to eat our mashed potatoes. Aside from that, the dining area at this location was odd. There were no trash receptacles or a station to get extra napkins, salt, pepper, etc.

Pretty disappointed. I was told my order would be 5-10 minutes to make spicy strips, which no problem. But when I got home, obviously wasn't freshly made. Very dry and not even warm so I'm wondering why the wait. Quick heat up?? Usually pretty happy with the food here maybe just an off night.

I am so ready to move in a new place a get a way from green pocket studio in Corsicana Texas and move out of Corsicana Texas and hopefully this year we will be blessed to get our wish. When I got my order the chicken tasted old and cold. Like burnt grease. This is not the first time

They always get our orders wrong. Poor service. And they never answer phones to call and complain about order being wrong.

Worse place they don't listen. When you show them on their website suddenly they don't have that but I bought it 3 days before at that store. They were rude. Will never go back

Bad service. The workers look like they hate working here. They aren't even friendly and act so lazy and are all bunched up.

They gave me cold chicken when I got home. The price is ridiculous I will never go again this place was terrible!!

I repeated my order 4 times, twice at the drive through and twice at the pay window to 2 different people. Got home and the order was still wrong. I asked for brown gravy and got white, I asked for 1 mashed potatoes 2 okras and1 Mac and cheese I got 2 mashed potatoes 1 okra and 1 Mac and cheese. My drink was 2 sweet teas I got 2 Cokes instead. Worse service ever.

Rrstaurant is always dirty and staff messes up your order frequently. Only reason we eat there is Mom who is 78 and has no taste buds likes it so once a month we take her a box of it and we always leave the leftovers. Staff usually has on filthy uniforms too.

Ordered a family meal 16 pc mix with two sides and sub the third for 8 biscuits. I get home and am missing 4 biscuits. They tell me because of the city boil water they can’t give me that meal because it comes with two drinks. I’m not worried about the drinks. I’m worried about 4 biscuits. She said yes but we arnt aervinf that option. Well why did you ring it up and let me pay for it. Scamming people is what they’re trying to do.

Food nasty. Staff not trained. They gave me the wrong food. When I showed them the man up front took the chicken out of my box and put it back in heater to reserve. That's against health code and nasty.

Had the worst service I thought I was on a hidden camera. I was traveling from San Antonio headed back to Tyler. I purposely put Church's in my GPS because I had a large group of kids. We arrived at 9:30pm in the drive through. Made the order and pulled to window. Was told by the employee once I was at the window and had waited 5 minutes I would need to wait 15 more minutes as they did not have enough chicken ready for me but they had enough ready for the car behind me. I said ok I will be glad to take what you have. I had ordered the speacial for $11.99 of 15 pieces. He said the car behind me had 12 pieces. So he said he could add white to complete my order. I said ok which that means if you have 12 pieces you only need 3 white. The girl behind him said we will need to give her 10 white. ok, not adding up. I guess they went ahead and bagged person behind me. I did not say anything I just said ok is it fresh, how long has it been sitting? He says technically mam yes because chicken can sit for 45 minutes before we throw it out. ok never answered my question. Then he goes on to say mam do you want it or not because we are closing in 10 minutes and I am doing you a favor because white meat cost alot more. Me really wanting to say something back because his attitude was not call for but remembering I have the kids, gritted my teeth and said yes because the kids are hunry and Tyler is a long way. He then said well you can actually just wait until you get to Tyler and eat at that Church's I am sure they stay open later than us. At this point I am livid. I said I would just like my chicken please. I receive the chicken and was just happy to get away from this young man who obviously has no future in customer service. We get up the road and I open the box to distribute to the kids, and there are like 5 chicken strips in which were counted a pieces toward my 15. The crsut was so hard and dry there was no chicken inside that could be eaten. I was not given a receipt and never got an attitude so there was no reason for the way I was talk to. I did call headquarters and the store manager I assume is who called me the next week and offered to replace my chicken but Wow I live 1.5 hours away. The future of our kids is so sad. Oh and to add there was a line of people in the store so more chicken would have had to be made regardless of my order!!!

So I went to buy chicken and I was thinking what to get . The first thing that lady named hanel said was get that negra and she laughed.the worker was serious and nice and that lady was still laughing . I have been there a few times and that is not the first time someone gets mad at her I just didn't want to say anything . But now this is racism just because I'm not her color shes rude. So I told the employee what I wanted and there was a costumer behind me and instead of helping the employee the lady hanel got food in a plate and a large drink and she was eating it while she said did you get la negra order and that is when I told the costumer you let the manager know that she is rude ,racists and also nasty so I left . So Next time that I go . I better not see her because I would not buy more .

Chicken is too expenses to have a lot of pre cooked chicken sitting then serve it old

Their prices have gone up tremendously, they pretty much used to be the cheapest in town!!!! Everybody wants to blame the pandemic on their ridiculous price hikes!!!! Not a church's chicken fan favorite anymore!!!!!!

When I went I did not have the best experience. We where told to pull up to the parking lot for food, and overall they where very slow. We asked for an item, and we ended up leaving without it.

I pulled in ready to order. They would not respond. I left and they lost my order sale. I'm sure the owner and manager would want to know this. I look very fair skinned but genetically a very multi-mixed bread woman including red, brown, and black.

I love me some churches chicken. But this store always burns the spicy. chicken and the biscuits. Both times I’ve tried it. So don’t be fooled, it’s really dark because it’s burnt. Come on guys get it together. And smile at all your customers not just the people who look like you. IJS

I have been asked the past 2 times while in the drive thru at the window with their employees to “pull around to the front” and directed to park in the handicap illegally because there is no other parking availability. When confronted about it they look puzzled and try telling me why it’s ok to park there and they will bring me the food. I have to repeatedly tell them that “I will not park illegally in a handicap parking space”. This is 100% unacceptable and I’m amazed that this company and managers allow their employees tell their customers to do something illegally because if someone was to get a ticket, regardless if on their property or not, Church’s wouldn’t take that responsibility much less is it right to any degree. 1st time it happened I let it slide, 2nd time broke the camels back. They’ve lost my business for good.

Went here with my husband and a friend..my husband ordered 2 tender meals for us with fries and they gave us 2 bone-in chicken meals, one with mashed potatoes. When we told them that's not what we ordered, they gave us a bit of attitude and said that we needed to be more specific when ordering though we did tell them exactly what we wanted when we ordered.

Hi Everyone! Please make sure you check your order prior to leaving, this is my 4th time in a row ordering from here and EVERY time they have not put all my food in the bag or have messed the order up. I’m currently waiting for them to bring my okra that I paid for they also forgot my two peppers as well. Although the food tastes amazing they are known to not put all your food in the bag. I also just noticed they shorted me on a biscuit.
