They were pretty busy, but we still received the drinks and snacks fast. They had a really cool looking playground even though it was currently closed due to COVID.

If you like more of an Authentic Mexican Food this is the Place to come to, Startin with the Sauce, the Margaritas not to mention their Fajitas, great Service . first time here from Houston we really enjoy it. ,

carhops is dying and they get you order as quick as you can food is good and the owner he keeps close tabs on his people to know that they would treat the patients right God love

This is one of the nicest Sonic Drive-ins I've seen! It has a playground. Very clean and nice landscaping. Great service as well.

The card reader is never clear enough for me. I'm not sure about other people but it's always a problem for me. Besides that our order was hot and fresh and our CarHop was great! I'm just sorry that I wasn't able to catch her name.

Great customer service I ordered a Sprite on DoorDash and it tasted like sparkling water so I called the sonic and asked if it was just me or if it was something with the machine they warned me that there was something with the machine that was not right and told me to come up there and they would fix it although it would’ve been a DoorDash problem they fixed it with a polite and understanding view

The service was fast, my order was delivered with a cheerful call back of my order and a have a good day.. the drink was perfect. I love to get a Cranberry Limeade w Strawberry. Or Orange Fanta w Vanilla and Strawberry. Very delish.

Once they realized that they had messed up the order. They came and notified me and were very happy to bring me a drink for the wait.

Very nice staff and you get your food quickly. I go here often for a drink. Every once and a while I'll shake it up and get a pretzel (their pretzels are the best) or a sonic blast.

The Crockett Sonic is great. We went during a storm and the service was awesome. The order came out quick and the lady that brought it out to us was super nice ☺️ . I will be driving to Crockett if we want something from the Sonic because the Trinity Sonic is horrible

As far as Sonic's go this is one of the better ones. You can always tell the quality of a sonic by their Jr. Breakfast burritos and this sonic has great ones. I have been here many times now and they have consistently good food and friendly staff.

Tater tots were overcooked and excess salty ..but the burgers were DELICIOUS. Juicy and well made.

Enjoyed the chicken strips and tots with the single onion ring. Hubby is now a fan of the Philly cheesesteak with his usual tots.

It took awhile to get my food, and upon receiving it, the temperature 🌡 of the order was quite cold. 🥶

I was only able to offer so begging for my son, nothing on my diet, but overall still love their onion rings on my cheat days

Love Sonic.. other than the taste of the fried foods, fries & tots & such, possibly the grease.. always tastes off. Service is usually fairly quick & friendly staff.

I like the mom and pop feeling from the place. It's convenient to pull up in your vehicle, order food while sitting in you car.

Ordered the cheesy bacon pretzel dog with grilled onions. It came without the onions...boo. Tots were good, crisp and not greasy. Cherry limeade was excellent. Would've given 5 stars had they given me the grilled onions I asked for.

The new manager is wonderful her name is lavita and she is awesome and friendly. The only downside is the playground. Man what a great play place it could be if they would put a drainage system in place! It's always flooded!

Its a little slow on service, but the food is pretty typical of Sonic. I miss the fried oreos, but the Scoop Cookie Dough Shake is so good.

The cookies were not mixed well with the ice cream. And more than half, the cup was an airhole.

Service was terrible.some guy came up to my window tried to sell me makeup said he was part of sponsorship for Sonic was not true and it took them almost 15 minutes to bring my Oreo blizzard out to me and then they tried to double charge me for it after I paid for it on the screen

They forgot the onions on my footlong. The sign only allowed one gift card. Wouldn't let me use another one. Service was quick. Food was good.

I ordered 2 drinks. I had to leave after 10 minutes bc I had to be somewhere. Silly me for thinking 10 min was more than enough time to get 2 drinks. I worked at sonic a long time ago and that was definitely made clear to us. Drink orders have priority - make and send immediately. High profit margins and quick to make. Next time I'll just go to McDonald's.

We only go on morning shift because that's when the food is fresh and service is great. Wish they would get their playground fixed as well always flooded and the equipment has seen better days!

Took my wife of 30 years for a little treat. I ordered the chocolate oreo blast. The picture of this dark chocolate blast was staring me right in the face as I ordered. Promptly received my order. Took a couple of bits and realized it was not chocolate at all. Called to have them repair my order. Girl came out and explained it would not look like the picture because they didn't use real chocolate ice cream. I held a spoonful of the soft serve ice cream up to her and ask her to please add some more chocolate to this. She took the cup back into the kitchen and from where I was parked I saw her push on the chocolate despencer at least 30 times before she brought it back out. She had added NO more chocolate at all. I think they must have been out of chocolate syrup. Very very very disappointed to have driven 40 mins just to get what I didn't even order. Thanks , I FEEL BETTER NOW.

Today was kind of one of the worst experiences at this Sonic. Tried to order by pressing red button... no luck! Ordered on the app... only to by told that item ordered was discontinued. Timing wasn't too bad given the circumstances. This is why I always go to Whataburger.

I ordered at 10:29pm and got my order in about 10-15 min, but it was not right. Kaleigh worked very hard to get my order right. It took a while to get that accomplished. In the end she refunded my meal. I appreciated her diligence.

I ordered a shake & a breakfast burrito but they were out of eggs so the woman said, "You just want to get the shake?" She didn't ask if I wanted something else. She didn't act like she wanted me to order anything else so I didn't. Shake was ok. I went & got a taquito from Whataburger where they went out of their way to get me what I wanted.

The food was pretty fresh. The attendants were also kind. The play area isn't kept well. There was no sanitizer, the tables needed to be cleaned, and the trash needed to be taken out. Some of the play gym is falling apart. Overall we had a good time but I'd be very careful especially with little ones.

Ordered 2 plain burgers for kids, came out with mustard, ketchup, onions and tomatoes. Headset intercom was down so bellhops were going in and out taking orders. Food came out in a timely manner.

Stator tots were over cooked and hard. Had already left otherwise I'd made em cook fresh ones.

Service was terrible. Order taken wrong and then delivered twice. But on the positive, the Sundae was good. I hate they discontinued banana splits!

It would have got 5 stars but we got 4 chili cheese footlongs and 2 chili cheese tots usually a good meal with adequate ingredients on everything the hotdogs were burnt there was very little chili on any of what we ordered. So yes only 2 stars.

Honestly, they messed my order up, and someone was smoking pot in the parking lot. The carhop that brought my food was a really great guy, but in aggravated the cooks didn't get my order right! It took 22 minutes to get my order our and I've worked at a sonic drive through before. I know it doesn't take that long :/ I'll go elsewhere next time. Maybe new cooks? Bad day? Idk. Thanks anyways. I wont be going back.

Ordered steak sandwich a cheeseburger with jalapeños and cheese sticks took it home to eat no cheese no jalapeños and meat tasted old steak sandwich was at best fair cheese sticks ok it totaled 17$ and some change carhop didn’t have change for a 20$ bill had to go get it came back with a $ bill and change which was not correct should have been 2$ and change if one can not count Chang don’t work where one has to so sad awful food and poor carhop

The oil tasted way pasted time to clean or change as everything fried in it was awful. Not normally my experience with sonic... maybe they we off their game at this franchise. Service was good and fast but terrible food.

I have always had a good experience with Sonic. However, my wife and I ate at the Crockett Sonic last night 7/23/25. We had the same order, two hamburgers, onion rings, potatoes and two drinks. Shortly after arriving home, two hours later, we both became ill. Both suffered stomach pain and upchucked the hamburgers. $20 bucks down the drain!

I order in the app, carhop was not rude at all but the food is questionable. Got chicken tenders and onion rings with Dr.Pepper. Tenders are flat and soggy, onion rings are falling apart and the drink tasted like some off brand store soda.

Horrible experience. Got 2 sonic blasts and both barely had any toppings and they were only mixed in about the top third of the cup.

Broken stalls without signs and managers with an attitude. Honestly enjoy the food half the time but problems the other half, not worth it in my opinion

On tonight 6/21/2017 I order a #5 combo and a all American dog combo with a chocolate​ shake.... I did not receive my order till 45 mins later!!!!! The food was cold, the drinks were melted down and my shake was vanilla not chocolate..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND STOPPING HERE!!!

Sonic in Crockett has ok food and service. I mean you go on a special text offer day and get totally ripped off. I have a friend that went earlier and was told all she gets is the bare minimum. Completely unacceptable.

Got there at 3:35PM ordered TWO DRINKS a small cranberry lemonade and a Route 44 Coke. 35 minutes later I’m still sitting there got told my drinks were coming out and five minutes later still sitting there and called over a manager who acted like he didn’t care. Then when he went to finally get my drinks he brought out a large coke. I told him it was suppose to be a route 44 but by this time I’m afraid to ask you to get it right a second time and have to wait another 30 minutes. Worst service ever from a Sonic.

As usual I had to place my order 3x because she was busy talking to other workers. For once I got what I ordered and still had to ask for more ranch dressing and she brought me 1. I won't be going there again. It took me 3 months to go back and I still don't like the service.

April 3, 2022 Still horrible service. I'm done with Crockett Sonic. Ordered 2 Large Big Reds and a small Oreo Blizzard with whipped cream. After everyone around me getting their orders, asked if mine got lost. Told it was coming out now. 10 minutes later I get my drinks and a mini chocolate shake. Clearly they lost my order. This place has gotten worse not better. They can keep the $8 I paid for the wrong order. Maybe they can put it towards hiring competent staff. 2021 Got there at 7:45 and ordered using the app. Waited. They turned the lights out. Finally we asked where our order was, we were told they cancelled all the orders and a refund will show up in a couple of days. At that point it was 8:00 pm. Not much for customer service.

I am so tired of not getting what I order. It is not that hard to give me what I asked for I have for the last 11 years ordered a large coke pack with ice, and the last month has really been bad let along get the wrong kind of drink. I also ordered a Chile cheese dog with onion relish and mustard and got a bun lettuce onions and mustard and the frank no Chile or cheese. Very dissatisfied customer😡

it was terrible asked for a small blast they gave me a medium I asked for a medium fry they gave me a small they need to get their s*** straight. And when they gave me my cookie dough blast all the cookie dough was on the top with no whip cream and it wasn't mixed at all!!! This Sonic used to actually be good and now it's not even worth the money......

If you want to contact this location for any reason, do not use the phone. The phone doesn’t even ring. All calls immediately go to voicemail which lets you know the “mailbox is full.” Completely inexcusable for a business location.

So in the last 2 months, -_-. Ist time, ordered chicken strips, got tots. Toast n gravy no chicken. Waited 18 mins, pushed button again "be right there" another 10 flagged down a car hop, manager brings me a corn dog n free limeade coin🙄 still no dang chicken. I gave up n just left. Tonight... oh my goodness... tots mushy, fries cold, 2 burgers wrong, no napkins at all, and I got jipped $5. Car hop goes to get my change(she didn't have it on her🤔) sends out another car hop to tell me I short changed her... umm no maam. I over paid ,,,, learn ya math. Ended up leaving without my change. We placed an order & they were out of several items we requested. They also couldn't seem to get the order right, despite numerous repetitions. 30 minutes later, we left. There had been no trace of our order, although the screen kept assuring us that our order was coming. I'm so glad we didn't pay already & have to stay.

Well here we r once again. This is why i dont come here, this time they had me run my card 2 times, even tho it said it was paid for the 1st time, they refused to give me my order, til i paid again..... after me showing them that the order was paid for, they insisted that the stalls are having issues with cards, hmmmm so one carhop who isnt wearing the appropriate work attire think things are funny then want to hand me drinks that have soda all over them, so spite has dr. Pepper all over it, dp had dp all down the side..Asked him to whipe it off and said they got to do better. And they dont check drinks. So all carbonated drinks, and well i guess who cares how far ypu live..... LORINE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN HER WORK THERE EVERY ONE ELSE IS JUST A PAYCHECK AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ANH ONE ELSES FOOD THAT THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR..Expect poor service from the ppl that work as carhops....went to oder my food and the lady on the speaker didn't even let me finish she just hung up name started with an R.... and so we pushed the button again and the next lady was rude!!! This sonic use to be good and now its horrible customer service! And back a year later 2023 still poor service food was over cooked and slapped together took for ever I know at least 45 min, my drink was just carbonated water... it was once again a disaster. The carhop did say sorry that she was the only hone hopping.... but Still seen ppl swiping cards but not helping as much..... team work makes the dream work.... but what can u do besides complaining on Google review so ppl know what they are getting in too....

Or about 25 plus mins on food .Then this is the place for you. If not stay very very far away... The morning crew with Ms Lori . Is wonderful fast service and fresh and hot food. The young man car hop is always friendly I think his name is Charles.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a Route 44, Iced French Vanilla Coffee with no ice. I received my order and tasted the coffee and it tasted like soda and battery acid. So I asked them to remake it. The manager proceeded to laugh as if this was funny and made it again. She was doing this on purpose and 100% deliberately trying to make this a problem. Will never be back and you should avoid this location if you want a decent meal.

Used the drive thru. Card reader was down. Server was really nice! He didn't seem to mind the fact he had to run back inside! The food we received was completely wrong though! I ordered a super sonic burrito and got a sausage burrito. It just was not a great experience. I don't recommend going there on the weekends at all!

Went around 9:30 last night and got our food pretty quick. We should have checked it before leaving because when we got home the chicken slingers we ordered had burnt buns. The fact that they still sent it out to our car and we paid for it upsets me because we always order the chicken slingers. May have to give it a month before I go back. Very dissatisfied.

Food was cold, took 15 min to get a small "jumbo" popcorn chicken, a med onion ring and a mini chocolate shake. The shake was melted, car hop was very rude. The "jumbo" popcorn chicken was small, mostly batter, hardly any pieces actually had chicken in them.
