It’s a Winter Freeze day today in Texas and these 3 gentlemen made our day a little bit better by providing a hot meal for my friends and I. Not only that but also threw in 2 more pizzas from an order that was cancelled. I just wanted to give a very big thank you to Toby, Stephen, and David for showing up today and providing great customer service while making our dinner during a time of need. David made it clear that he didn’t want to take credit for anything and that he wanted his team to get it all. That just shows how great of a Boss/Leader, David is for others as well as his team. Thank you all and I hope you each stay safe during the winter storm. God Bless!
My friends and I ordered pizza, and the service made the experience even better. When we arrived, my friend was helped by David, Toby and Steven, whose kindness immediately stood out. Despite the winter storm, they were welcoming and upbeat, and as we were leaving, Steven even ran out to wish us a safe day. David, Toby and Steven are great examples of hardworking employees who truly care about hospitality.
My online order got messed up in the system and David, the manager, offered to make me the right one free of charge and delivered it to me himself. Outstanding job, Dominos!
Needed 2 pizzas; order was taken correctly and was done within the specified time; the service was cordial and direct--no funny business.
I've been coming here for years, probably twice a week. My son loves the pizza. The food is good enough, and with their online coupons, its cheap. They never let me down. My food is always ready when I pick up, they are fast.
It’s Domino’s Pizza. Never had an issue at this location with the pizza or the customer service as a matter of fact the customer service is normally above the watermark with very friendly employees. I like the fact I can pick up three medium two topping pizzas carry out for about 20 bucks which feeds my family of six. I’ve eaten pizza from this Domino’s many times over the years and will definitely be back.
I’ve been a customer here for 3-4 years since I moved to cross roads. I’ve used dominoes delivery service for years and picked up pizza countless times. I recently asked my delivery driver how much he made an hour and he said 7.25$. I was astonished. These are adult delivery drivers who are being paid minimum wage. It’s unethical - while dominoes is making 5$ per delivery order service charge and that money doesn’t even go to the driver. Customers wonder why their orders are messed up or their drivers forget things. It’s because they’re making 7$ an hour. They’re doing well over 7$ an hour worth of work. Not too mention on the road they make 4$. If they were properly paid and compensated for their work I’m sure complaints would go down and quality customer service would increase. All around the quality of this store would increase if drivers had to stop relying on customers to tip them a few bucks so they can eat food and pay their rent on time. Corporate and the higher ups only care about profit margins their bonuses and maintaining their jobs. The people who actually make this business run are being robbed when they’re the heart and soul of dominoes. Do better. To add on to this. I have no complaint against the delivery drivers and regular employees. I’ve had tons of wonderful conversations with my delivery drivers and employees when picking up.
I ordered a medium thin crust specialty pizza. Very dissapointed -crust tasted like cardboard, corners were burnt, and sauce was too salty and it was cut into little squares (which I find very annoying).
Poor Representation of Service.... Placed an delivery order for 3 pizzas, 1 medium, & 2 large. I requested extra sauce for all three pizza. When the pizzas were delivered, my teens answered the door. The delivery driver did not provide our receipt and upon opening the pizzas up it was clear that only the medium pizza had extra sauce. When I called our local Domino's in Crossroads, TX. on US380, a male name Mark said he was manager heard my concern, then placed me on hold for 3-5 mins, then the call was picked up again and s disconnected. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I called back and spoke with a female who introduced herself as Tracy the GM. I then proceeded to inform Tracy of the situation. This location has received a low star rating, not because the issue wasn't resolved, not because the food isn't good, but because both managers were not pleasant in their phone etiquette when speaking with me. Both Manager Mark and GM Tracy tone and demeanor over the phone were bras. Both managers sounded bothered by me call as if I was the one at fault for asking for extra sauce. I have uploaded pictures of the pizzas and my phone call details with this Domino's. SMH, what a poor representation of service and if this is the service we get, then I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
I ordered pizza with 3 toppings but no cheese on it and orders dips but they didn’t put dips in the pizza box because I kept curbside pickup. And it was cold and hard, I order dominos every time in Kirkland or Redmond they are too good my kids love it, but today they said just don’t want to eat it.
This store needs better service, I ordered a small pizza and it took almost TWO HOURS AGO, I was told a driver grabbed it by mistake and that it would be about 10-15 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago. Called again and he said that he had to remake it and someone would have here in about 5-7 minutes. The service here could use some work, I’ve never been more frustrated and unsatisfied with an order from dominos.
I placed an order on the mobile app, it got accepted, I was getting updates of the order being made, etc. I waited 15-20 minutes just for them to CANCEL MY ORDER. They stated that because my address is out of range, they could not deliver it so they transferred the order to another store. I received NOT ONE CALL asking if I could come pick up the order. Not only that, the store they transferred my order to, asked for another payment due to the order being canceled. I did not receive my FULL refund of what was spent ! This was my first time ordering from dominos and this EXPERIENCE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE.
I had gone up there to the store and got my order wrong . The tall manager guy with long hair and tattoos was very very rude and unprofessional. I said my order was messed up and had my receipt he said “ can’t do anything for you , bye “ . The most Terrible dominos service I’ve ever had
Just waited over 30 minutes with my hazards flashing right in front of their widows for them to completely forget about my pizza! Not even fresh anymore!
Ordered a pizza and bread bites for $27. Didn’t get the right pizza at all, and called the store to ask about getting the right pizza and the gentleman who picked up the phone complained about me calling to tell them they delivered me the wrong pizza. If I’m spending money for a business, you would think they could get an order right. It’s just pizza Will probably not be spending any more money at dominos in the near future, terrible service from employees and no food delivered correctly. If I could put 0 stars, I would!!!!
Ordered through doordash and after 45 minutes both me and doordash support were calling the store and the phone number was “out of service” how are you going to have customers if no one can call you? Dont even waste your time.
I’m very disappointed with my recent order. In the delivery instructions, I clearly wrote for the food to be placed on the chair on my porch (I have two chairs and a table out there for this reason). Despite this, the driver left my pizza on the floor. My mother, who has osteoarthritis, was the only one home at the time and cannot bend down to pick things up. On top of that, where we come from, placing food on the ground is extremely disrespectful. Not to mention, this is Texas—there are ants, lizards, and all kinds of insects outside. Why would anyone think it’s okay to leave cooked food on the ground? Also, if you like to pay extra for dips and not receive them, this is the spot for you. Of course this happened when I tipped in advance. SMH.
I order pizza delivery from this location - after 20 mins or so when i checked the status on my phone it says "order canceled" I called the location and the lady who took my call was least interested in solving the problem. She said I am no more in their delivery range i need to call another location as they can deliver in my area. I am suprised how they can cancel other without letting me when i have already paid for it. I spoke to the manager as the lady had no clue where my order was now. Manager was also very unprofessional and he said i should call the other location and check on order. In short, I found manager and the other lady who i spoke to lack professionalism. I wish Domino's care about employee training as much as they care about making money.
Worst pizza ever! Ordered delivery, I live 10 min. away, and waited 90 min for my pizza that was promised in 30. When it did arrive the driver just left it on the ground on my porch, and never even knocked, The pizza was cold, overcooked, did not have the extra cheese I paid for, and the wings barely had a drizzle of sauce. Called and got a credit. Decided to give them a 2nd try the following day and used my credit, called in the order and explained what happened the day prior and they assured me that my order would be correct this time. Nope, it was worse, this time the pizza was burnt, I did not order a thin crispy crust, but the crust was so thin and overcooked that the crust was hard and black on the edges and bottom, also did not have the extra cheese I ordered again, the meat was overcooked again as well, and again the wings only had a drizzle of sauce. I was so done at this point I got in the car and drove up there (broken foot and all which is why I ordered delivery) and took their trash food back to them. Altogether I had paid $50 for a medium pizza, and 8pc wings. Originally they were only going to refund me the $5.40 delivery fee for the 2nd day, and I was not accepting that. They messed up the order completely both times I demanded a full refund, which they finally did after some extra demands on my part. Yup, I was a full-on Karen that day. Oh well, it was necessary. I'll never order from this Domino's again. Frozen grocery store pizza is better! I'd give 0 stars if I could.
6 months pregnant here, order a pizza and the Parmesan bread sticks. Order say delivered but guessing to the wrong apartment. Call the store someone pick up and left me on hold for 10 minutes. Decided to drive to the store since I was on hold w no answer back.Total of 6 employees in the store and no one able to properly answer the phone. I guess the manager is over worked or tired. Attitude all over. Had to go next door and get Pizza from them.
